ZERO stars. THIEF! Stole my deposit and refused to return it after I did not approve the unit. It clearly states on his website the 100% guarantee of full return of deposit of unit if not approved.Dirty, old building with pests and poor fixtures. Do NOT do business with this piece of trash.

I rarely had repair needs due to the routine maintenance of the property , but when I did, the maintenance manager would come the same day or the next and the property manager would update me regarding my maintenance work order. I have enjoyed living here but am transferring out of state to another job. You cant go wrong leasing from Tucker Property Management.

I tried calling concerning information about availabile units...and the First time he coughed into the phone trying to get me to hang up but I waited Patiently for him to finish his cough fit until he hung up on me... I thought it was an accident but I called a second time and he aggressively told me that the town homes aren’t available and that I think I’m to good for the Cambridge arm apartment... extremely rude & unprofessional. I can’t believe someone could talk to a potential costumer this way

Great apartments! Nice update to the unit, the community is consistently kept clean, and its not far from the running trail and track.
