It was quickly listed, and Tina thoroughly explained the process.Throughout all the documents that were needed to complete the sell, she was extremely quick in notifying me of anything missing or required. Tina Jacob made the transaction smooth and uneventful as she possibly could. I recommend using this agency for the purchase or sale of any of your properties.

Jacob Realty is a very professional firm whose work and products would compare to any, even from larger cities. The pictures of our property were excellent and even included overhead shots from a drone. Tina is very responsive to any questions or concerns, including on weekends. In the end, results speak...our property sold on the first weekend that it was shown!

When choosing a realtor I think it is important to have someone you can trust and demonstrate impeccable integrity and honesty. This brings me to why I chose the Tina Jacob Realty. Tina , was selling a property down the road from my property and wanted to put her directional sign on my property. Since I live out of state, she could have just done it and I would not have known. However, and this is what drew me to her ,She wrote me a letter asking permission to allow her to place the sign on my property. Who does that???!!! Now if that does not demonstrate integrity and honest I don’t know what does.Choosing someone is only half of the game. how about customer service? Tina and her staff are customer/client focused which translates into providing you a realtor who totally represents your interest.Tina and her staff kept me updated from beginning to end on the process. I am so pleased with the service I received from Tina personally I am going to use her to sell another property that I have. My husband and I recommend Jacob Realty. Tina was very informative and personable when it came to looking at houses. We had a long search period but Tina stuck it through with us and was always in touch. When we did find our home we had more things required of us than normal due to VA loan regulations. Tina was on top of things and made sure we got all the necessary inspections needed for our loan. During inspections our closing had to be extended an extra two weeks due to replacements required from the homeowner. Tina kept us well informed about what was happening and answered all our questions within a timely manner.The day of closing we found out the homeowner did not receive his closing papers that were overnighted to him from the bank due to being sent to the wrong address. I was very upset thinking we would have to delay closing again and cancel our moving truck which was scheduled for the next day. Tina had already talked with our loan people to come up with a solution and suggested a three day rent back and even offered to drive the papers to the homeowner if need be. We ended up doing the rent back and we were in the home the next day. Thankfully it all worked out. Tina soothed all my apprehensions I had and for that Im grateful.
