Ashley was so wonderful! She was patient and kind with us. She walked us through every step of the process even beyond the real estate side of things. She was knowledgeable and had many contacts to reach out to with whatever question we had. We always felt well represented as buyers.

She sold me a house that was newly remodeled but has been nothing but a nightmare. There was no crawlspace access so the inspector didnt see the leak under the house which has ruined the floors. I now have mold, a 4 grand plumbing expense. The water heater went out within the first 2 weeks. The garage door broke less then 5 months here. The central ac freezes up and doesnt cool more then a few degrees. And she sent pictures of them redoing the subfloor right around where the issue was so she had to of known about the leak. She knew I was a single parent and I told her I was moving my disabled mom in with me and she sold me a money pit. My son was diagnosed with cancer 3 months after moving in and this moldy home with the floors lifting everywhere is what I have for him after how hard I worked to get into a home.

Ashley is one of the best real estate agents in this area. She was always on it. When I called and she was busy she would send me a message that she would call me as soon as she could. Always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. I didnt think we would buy anything this quick and I know when I found the house, but I think she knew that she didnt have to find something for us she was always ready when I called and told her the location and property I was looking at.
