Would not recommend Emily. We spent $90 to apply because were told our application would be good for any of their properties if approved for 30 days. Originally we didn’t meet income requirements so we asked about another property and were told we would qualify but never heard anything afterwards. We were never told we were denied until a different 3rd party agent reached out on our behalf.so don’t waste your money applying to this rental company unless you want to be ghosted. 🫠
