My daughter and I purchased a home from them Sept of 2022. What seemed like a nice remodel job of an older house became a nightmare when during the winter it got cold and when we turned the heat on , we got none. After getting a company to check it out and the city to come out we determained that it was a gas furnace with no gas to the house. $3000 later to convert HVAC we had heat. Then spring came and the floor boards started coming up. So much of the subflooring is tenting that the entire floor needs to be pulled ip and redone, not just the vinyl but all the sub floors. Also the master tub and stall shower were painted , and as they started to chip away we found that the paint hid a crack in the bottom of the tub, clearly leaking under the hous. The inaurance says they cant help because it is under the home that is damaged. This company sucks and we should all bamd together and sue them .

We had a great closing experience with Platinum and “We buy and Sell Real Estate”. When we noticed corners that were cut, splattered paint all over the house and work that was not done that we were promised would be, they are claiming they are not responsible. I don’t think I could, in good conscience, recommend either of these companies.The “warranty” work they did actually made the problems worse. The front door wasn’t hung properly and after “fixing” it, the door knob doesn’t even keep the door closed. They repainted where they took out the old thermostat with the wrong paint. Windows do not even have locks on them. The lawn was never seeded as promised. They claim they were here on the 20th of June but an email on June 29, stated it would be scheduled. Roofing materials left all over the yard. Plumbing mistakes that were not fixed. After my initial post, they said reach out to them. When I did, everything was denied. This included redoing what they messed up when they were doing the “warranty” work. They claimed that it was outside they 30 days and they were not responsible even though they caused the issue. All-around poor company to do business with.

One star is too much! These people, all of them are crooks and take advantage of the people buying their homes. They hide damages and then refuse to fix them. Their employees know what is going on but are afraid of losing their jobs when they speak up. If you have any dealing with Fergmar, Platinum, we Buy Sell Homes, anything associated with them- RUN as fast as you can in the opposite direction.

FergMar/Kimberlite/Platinum Homes- Have atrocious business practices, my spouse and I had a brand new home built in 2017 which we paid 250K for. We were approached at our home asking if we would be interested in selling, we agreed to meet with them and they offered us 250K. 6 years later, offering us what we paid for our home is not only outrageous but also disgusting.

Buyer beware. They flipped to house we bought. They put lip stick on a pig. Today a live electrical wire was found 60 feet from our house sticking out of the ground. We were watering new grass and it set sparks and smoke flying.. beware.

I’ve been renting from them since January 2020 and recently signed another year lease! I work nights at the hospital, and they’ve always been really understanding with my schedule when it comes to our communication.One specific thing I can say that I’ve enjoyed, is every year during the holidays they send actual cards out to us! I’ve never written from a company that goes out of their way like that. ☺️

They bought my home from me and I bought a newly remodeled home from them. My house is old and in need of major upgrades. They paid me much more than I expected. Stephanie was great to deal with as a realtor. Sarah who dealt with purchasing my home was great and ez to work with. They are very responsive and easy to talk with and passionate about what they do. Theyeven went the extramile to install concrete wheelchair ramps for my dad at no cost to us.

Had a great experience in dealing with everyone from this great company. Bryan, Roger, and Ann were a blessing for me and my family! They helped us through purchasing our first home and there staff became like family! Would recommend their services to anyone!!

Upon purchas of the home we were impressed with the service. Each home has a 30 day guarantee and we used the service to fix a few items indoors that we did not forsee leading up to the sale. The indivduals who came to our home to fix items were professional and courteous.One of the upgrades the house desperately needed was a French drain. It was installed as agreed prior to the sale, but without a heavy rain we were not able to adequately judge performance of the installed drain.A few days prior to closing we had a shower and it appeared to be in working order, but upon completion of the sale we had within the 30 days of purchase a deluge.On one side of the house the French drain was not performing well. We inquired to the possibility of extending it another 8 to 10 feet but we were disappointed to find that platinum told us that no action would be taken for problems outside the house.It is a great disappointment that our good home purchase experience was let down by their unwillingness to help us extend that extra length of drain.Instead of putting on the capstone with a final intervention that would have had us floored with the experience, they let us flounder with mediocre follow through.Remember when you purchase a home from platinum that the extra mile might be too far for Platinum Home Investments.

I have been a Platinum Properties tenant for nearly ten years. If I ever move again, I will look first for another Platinum Properties apartment. Theyre a great landlord, and on the rare occasion that I need maintenance they respond very quickly. Very nice people, too.

The experience with Platinum Homes was great. Ann Romo is a great sales lady she was very helpful and want to say thanks to the rest of the staff. Thank y’all for helping us purchase a home.

They are great to rent from. I enjoy the area I live, its small but cozy and quiet. Great staff. If any problems they take care of it.

They want $110,000 on a small house, AS IS, that needs complete major repairs.

Great home builders, if you have the money to have the best home this is the place for you, a little to pricey for me.
