I love, love, love it here! Ms. K and Stephanie in the office are amazing and make sure everyone who lives here feels at home. The monthly events are always fun and the Manager Josh is super cool.If youre looking for a safe and beautiful place to live with great amenities and private outdoor space like balconies or a patio, this is definitely the place for you! The location is phenomenal and is near malls, restaurants, schools, grocery stores and has a dog park! Ive lived here 2 years and will probably renew my lease for 2 more!
I moved in July 2024 and I absolutely love this place. The application process was very simple and quick. The entire Office Staff and Maintenance Staff are so very helpful and Friendly. From the time I moved in , everyone has been the Absolute Best! I will renew my lease here. The assistant manager Stephanie is my favorite person here at The Henry at Woodland Hills. Come and apply and lease here , you won’t be Disappointed!!!!
Never rent here again. I was in the hospital. They lied to me and told me that it would be OK for me too. Not renew my contract and now theyre trying to put me in a debt collector they owe me money for my deposit as well. They are also trying to charge me for cleaning fees after I clean the apartment. This company will try to scan me out of more money.Dont rent here.
If youre looking to pay the price for a nice, secure place to sleep at night while actually receiving low quality with only the illusion of security then look no further! youd think after the life of an innocent young mother was taken while she slept in her bed that they might implement some kind of security, but its been quite the opposite. the security gate by the front office is wide open 24/7 & the fence has massive holes all throughout it. as soon as its repaired, its immediately vandalized again. & mgmt only has themselves to blame considering how inconvenient theyve made it for anyone trying to access the store next door by putting chains on the walking gate. rent at your own risk!
I love this place the office ladies are wonderful ms Kay and Stephanie are great people every time I come into the office my heart melts that’s how great there are I gave them a 5 start because their personality are great. And there maintenance team all wonderful hard-working dudes.
I have grown to love where I stay. I’ve lived here for a bit over a year. Just renewed from a 1/1 to a 2/2. Before it was The Henry it was Generation Grove. The OLD management team is one that I can’t rave about because I went through a lot just to move in my first year here. However, The Henry’s management and front office staff deserves an applause. Everyone is extremely welcoming, especially Ms. Kay who works so hard to keep staff updated and informed. She has such a down to earth personality and greets you like family. I love my new apartment. It’s way bigger than my old unit. They made sure it was perfect when I moved in. Also maintenance is fast with repairs and friendly. I honestly really enjoy staying here.
I have been here for 2 years and the staff is Amazing! Big thanks to Stephanie and Ms.Kay for everything they do for the community! If you are ever thinking on deciding to move here, please do! You won’t regret it !

If I could give this place a zero star, I would! They are incredibly unprofessional and horrible at communication! My mother moved in and they tried to give her a unit that was not only not made ready or cleaned but also a unit infested with roaches! So naturally she request her unit to be changed, her leasing agent KAY tried to tell her she warned her about the unit before her move in but that was not the case. Her leasing agent KAY failed to express to her effectively that the unit was in no condition to be turned over to her. Thats where the lack of communication started! So my mother was moved to another unit because the unit she was originally supposed to move into was in no condition to be occupied. The unit my mother was transferred to was also not made ready nor cleaned but with my mother left with no choice but to move in seeing as she already had her uhaul loaded and movers ready to go she accepted the unit under the impression that maintenance will be coming in the following week to complete any work that was pending and work orders not only placed on the Inventory condition form that was turned in, but as well entered into the resident portal! Its safe to say no one showed up until after she had to repeatedly reach out to them. And to add on to the bad taste in our mouths, they also, without informing my mother they took away her move in special ONLY AFTER she called to clarify her next months rent after receiving her monthly statement via email! She spoke to the NEW assistant manager (joke)and was informed that she could not honor her move in special that she signed a lease for because her unit was transferred after the her leasing agent KAY tried to give my mother a until that was absolutely HORRIBLE TO SAY THE LEAST! The so called assistant manager was absolutely, no help! Might as well call her a warm body to fill a seat! And the Property Manger isnt any better himself, its almost impossible to get in contact with him. After several attempts of getting in contact with him, my mother was finally able to catch him on a day he was alone in the office, and after expressing her concern to him and trying to right the issue, he guaranteed her to take care of the situation. And you can guarantee it was radio silence since then! No surprise there. Its no surprise why their score is so low on goggle.
Don’t move here. It is horrible. Management doesn’t manage anything. There is a constant issue of residents leaving trash out their door outside pickup hours and weekends. Management doesn’t care and does not respond to the issue even though they have been advised multiple times. It’s all very unsanitary and disgusting. Because residents leaving trash out for days on a regular basis and management not enforcing the trash rules resulted in a maggot infestation. Management poorly responded to the issue. And here we are just couple months later with residents consistently leaving bags and bags of trash out their door again and management taking no action. I guess nothing was learned the first time around. There is no guarantee a response from management will be received when reaching out about an issue. Prior to CAF and their team, management was great. Since new management, the experience living here has been horrible and property is not clean. Find another place to live.
I really like the new office. Ms. Kay is the nicest person. She goes out of her way to help and even the kids love her!
The apartment and complex are beautiful but you barely get any privacy! I’ve lived here for 4 months and they’ve entered my unit 3 times already!!!! I do not like the idea of strangers going into my personal space. Also the move in process and communication was poor!!!! I had left a 4 messages with the manager 2 months ago and still haven’t gotten a response. I went in several times to get a parking pass and no one knew how to make one but the manager. Who was never there! Also!!! They charge you for rental insurance which is not listed on the lease, so I’m paying insurance with them and through my own insurance. There is hardly any parking, i have to park a mile away from my apartment. I have two vehicles and they will not give me a parking pass for my other vehicle. Would not renew my lease when it ends!
My family and I have been here for 1 week. The move in process was a little stressful but Lauren, the Property Manager was very helpful and energetic from the start!! I appreciate Lauren for taking time, even on a Saturday to make sure we were able to move in asap. Alexander, Norma and the rest of the staff were all friendly. Our experience here so far has been really good.
Ever since moving into this apartment complex weve had an unpleasant resident experience the professionalism is zero to none the propertymaintenance and management is not helpful when It comes to resolving issues with appliances in the complex. theyve literally disregarded every complaint weve made treating as if we are a burden when all we are asking is for them to replace the standard appliances. Im done being professional and cordial I now want action.
For starters , I love the management team. Ms . Lauren, Norma, Tania, and maintenance are all the absolute best on the property ! They work so hard to make sure everything is in order & that the property looks fabulous. They changed the community so much & gave it so much prosperity & wealth ! Not only was it very exciting walking into the brand new office, but the staff had the energy to match! The staff made sure I understood everything and made me feel confident about choosing the perfect home.
This experience has been absolutely horrible. Ive been here around 5 months now. To start Ive had roaches that werent handled until the fifth request. After that I have had constant air conditioning failures and multiple days of 83 degrees inside. If a maintenance request is submitted expect it to take five to six requests to get a big issue (air conditioning) fixed. Finally new management will not admit fault for precious management. I was told when I started here where the parking and visitor was . Well they painted over a visitor area and as so my rental got towed. Never did my original rep Jay state that if I ever had a rental I could get a temp pass. So instead I park in the visitor area. Well the visitors areas can be painted over at any point and well its a quick way for management to make some money.Ps. Ive also had an issue with my one bedroom apartment using 2300 kw a month (about as much as a six bedroom house). My solution has been to turn off the breakers for all but the fridge. Ive tried to convey that im gone 9-8pm and the energy is still being used. Managements solution is to turn the breakers on when Im gone and state oh nothing is wrong. $519 a month for energy would show thats not quite right.
New management has made such an improvement to this place. CeeCee, Karla & Kay in the office are amazing and always friendly! Maintenance is on top of things as well. Highly recommend moving here!
After retirement in Illinois we decided to relocate to Texas, and a month ago we moved into The Generation Grove Apartments.We consciously decided not to jump into the real estate market right away, but moving into an apartment complex from being home owners was not without a lot of trepidation.It turned out to be one of the best decisions we made so far, was moving into the Generation Grove Appartment complex.The management staff are very professional and courteous. Every member we have interacted with in the office have been very responsive to the minutest of our concerns without any reservations. The business center in the office, the swimming pool for the kids and the work out room space are incredible conveniences we cant do without.Maintenance crew have been extremely helpful, wonderful, knowledgeable, prompt and focused.Parking has been convenient. Our Storage has always been easily accessible and affordable.We have nothing but a big thank you to all members of the office and Maintenance staff.Generation Grove is real value for money.
I would not recommend anyone to stay at these apartments these apartments are going down the drain. Management there sucks I had been putting requests and emergency orders NOT one maintenance associate came to fix anything in my appointment and they want to charge me when I move out of damages when Ive been putting requests in. The management there are rude. They dont know how to talk to people I had to cuss 1 girl out because she wanted to curse me out which is very unprofessional nor the way you talk too people.You do not talk to residents any kind of way. Also they never pick up the phone, nor never replies to emails so please do not move into this apartments youve been warned.
I absolutely LOVE Jay, the new assistant manager. I had been having an issue for almost a week and every time I called, I got the runaround. I decided to go in the office after calling and within seconds Jay was able to resolve my issue. He also has a really big heart and he wants to make sure that he helps everyone as best he can and also fixing some things around the community that need attention. As long as Jay is here, I will continue to stay!
They have the sweetest team. I went to inquire and the agent Ty made me feel so welcome and so at home while touring. I knew they would be my home just because of the homely feeling they gave me. The manager as well one of the sweetest. You can fed tell she loves what she does. The property is so clean and well kept up. Also very quite.
As a resident here for a year now I will say these apartments are squared away for the most part. as residents you need to realize you live in Houston and need to realize that criminals are everywhere no matter where you go theyre like roaches. Residents did have vehicles broken into and thats mainly due to things being out in plain view for criminals to snatch. Yes you can blame the apartment complex or you can blame yourselves. If you have a nice vehicle get a garage... and if you cant afford a garage then why do you have a nice vehicle? just saying if you dont want your nice car stolen. We live in a day and age where technology is advancing and criminals are getting smarter and if you fail to realize that then sorry youll be exactly what the criminals are looking for. To get back on topic these apartments are what you make it. My time here has been awesome!! and things have been getting better especially with a special group of people that live at this complex and more that will come as time progresses hopefully. The management is amazing. People on here leaving bad reviews probably didnt pay a bill on time and got upset because they got a late fee. The maintenance crew is awesome and will get your work order done asap just treat them with respect people it aint hard. Also if you plan on coming here to do bad just know people are watching.
I have lived here for close to 2 years and would have been longer if not for having to move out of the country. I was always apprehensive about being in an apartment especially since Ive been a home owner since the age of 23 but the staff and facilities here have made the experience worth while. Raquel and Samantha are both outstanding leasing agents who do everything in their power to cater to the tenants. Always attentive and truly compassionate to the needs of those staying at Generation Grove. I could not have asked for anything more than what was given as the standard and I will truly miss them and their amazing professionalism and humanity. Since day one the management, ladies in the office and maintenance have been very helpful. The leasing office helps and go out of there way in anyway possible. Maintenance is amazing too and gets the jobs done right away. Neighbors are nice. I would recommend anyone to move here. Beautiful apartments, friendly people, amazing gym, beautiful pool what more could you ask for.
I was here for 3 years. The first year it was Villages at Sunset Ridge. It was much better back then. The staff was a lot friendlier and understanding. When the new management came in, the prices went up. We had high expectations and they had pretty big shoes to fill. Unfortunately they did not satisfy us and they did not deliver. The security here is really bad. Several months ago our truck got broken into. All the Management office did was send a memo out saying not to leave belongings out and that these kind of things happen. On another note, someone actually got car jacked here just a few days ago. Heck no. This shouldnt be happening at all for what we were paying for. We recently finished our lease and will never re new again. We are glad that we are out. Also, they are still billing us on the first, and most likely we will not receive our deposit back because they will charge us two months of water. This place is a sham, please look elsewhere. There are much nicer apartments for the same price.
It’s a quiet place to live. The office staff is helpful and stable, especially Rosa. However, the property maintenance needs improvement. Walkways are filthy. There are lots of cocoons around doorway that are not removed without requests and then only half done. Some outer doors are in horrible condition. Exit gate near my building is often broken and left wide open to outsiders even after being reported on three different occasions. The water bill is high. Also, there is an extra fee for the mandatory valet trash actually being taken to the dumpster. The meaning of valet is that someone else does it, so there shouldn’t be an extra fee for that. The business “office” is usually two working computers. The printer didn’t work for months, was finally removed, and hasn’t been replaced. Printers aren’t expensive to replace rather than emailing documents to office staff to be copied. Vandalism has occurred three times since we’ve been here for 10 months.
New management is really doing a great job with this property. All the updates and cleaning that they have done are great improvements. The manager is very helpful and so sweet.
So I Been living here for about 2 months now and all I can say is the office staff was amazing! very helpful and answered all my questions! when I saw the apartment I was going to be living in I LOVED IT! I always have a parking spot and my visitors do too! They are pet friendly and have a dog park!! they have trash pick up, which by the way I love!!very peacefull!! Beautiful pool and gym!Chris the maintenance man is very awesome !! I put in a oeder and he came right away!! Not only did he fix the problem but he was super nice and respectful! I would highly recommend living here!
My wife and I have been currently living here for a month and its well worth it ! I want to say that their maintenance staff is prompt, informative and polite. The staff in the office exceeds in customer service from the moment I walked in I was prompted with a genuine smile and they were very helpful. I read all the mixed reviews but dont let that stop YOU go and check it out for yourself because I am having a great experience here! Unfortunately after living here a while I’m changing my review from 5 stars down to 1 star. Honestly at this point I wish I could give it zero stars. With the new manger came less concern for current residents. There is crime and vandalism here and nothing is done about it. Cameras still have not been installed. The gates and fences are always broken. There is dog poop everywhere you step. There is not enough parking either so be prepared to get a covered spot or a garage. The office says reach out via email and doesn’t respond to you when you do email them. If you want an issue handled you have to deal with it yourself. The management could seem to care less about these issues. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
Overall I love my apartment. The complex is beautiful and the staff does a great job of being understanding and helpful. My biggest and only issue is the lack of visitor parking, I think they need a better system. Only 5 spots near 2 buildings is insane
It has been GREAT. no problem too small for them, they always react quickly and professionally. The head of maintenance deserves all the credit. Chris does a fabulous job, they get into the apartment, take care of business, and the only trail they leave is a document stating that the work was done. WANT TO MOVE IN TO A 1BEDROOM APT. BY AUGUST 26 AND WANT TAKE OVER OUR LEASE? PLEASE LEAVE COMMENT ON HERE. My husband and I will now be first time home buyers Aug. 24 but our lease ends on October 1st. This is our very first experience ever in an apartment complex and it has been a very lovely stay we pay $945. Office employees are very nice and are available to answer any questions. We live in the second level and its very noise free. Our neighbors say hi when we walk pass eachother but they are very to themselves. Personally love all the essentials stores located only minutes away. Never issued any types of problems security is always here at night till its daylight.
I actually love the fact whenever I go into the office Ty & Ms.Karen makes me feel like family that any issue I have will be immediately taken care of . Ty is such a sweetheart & very patient ! With this being my first apartment he has helped me set up many of things on my account to make sure everything is getting done the correct way ! Ty has shown me no matter how big your issue is he can actually solve it or at least put a request in . Ms. Karen is a great property manager ! I recently had a situation that had to be handled by Ms.Karen , she was so understanding and sincere. If I could give the whole team 1,000 stars I absolutely would !
I’ve been living here for almost a year. Besides the fact that the parking sucks and you’re opted in to pay for valet trash I’ve enjoyed the property until management changed. They attempt to be helpful but I doubt that the residents are in their best interest. The apartments, I feel are bringing the communities’ value down with the ugly color blue. The manager Shelby really tried to get over on me. She tried it. The patrol company is only here during the day. They only sit in the car or stand around talking on the phone. I need them to have more class.The rent payment system wasn’t working correctly .so much more. no one knows a definite answer to anything. Ugh I absolutely dislike this community now and the management . I definitely miss the greystar family (some) . I will not be renewing nor referring.
If I could give no stars I would! These apartments used to be really nice three years ago, it was quite the ladies in office always kept apartments and the property very clean. The ladies that worked in the office were so polite and very very nice. Since the new owners have taken over these apartments are horrible now! They have gone up $200 on the rent they’ve change the name of the apartments, Used to be able to call the office if you had any problems or questions now you have to call a 1-800 number just to get in touch with someone at the office! They have painted the apartment blue VERY UGLY And did not have the decency to cover certain peoples cars so there was people who got paint on their vehicles! Now when it comes to the new people who work in the office they are very rude and unprofessional they have very big shoes to fill because the ladies who work in that office were AMAZING! Since the new owners have taken over a lot of people have moved out because a lot of people are not OK with them going up on the rent almost $200 and on top of the fact they are raising the rent just today March 8, 2018 either late last night or early this morning someone broke into seven cars last night. Now for them to be going up on the rent they need to do a little bit more than add some ugly paint and replaceing door knobs they better be adding some security ASAP! Because clearly every since they’ve taken over the apartments they have turn in to trash to me! Can’t wait until my lease is up so I can get out of here!
Jay is amazing! I am moving here from out of state and i have looked at many apartment complexes And I settled on this one. I had a very good experience from the moment I step foot through the office doors.I was greeted by Jay, and immediately he lept into action. He asked what my dream living situation would be and he actually made It happened.Moving is already A stressful Situation and to have somebody like Jay guide me through it, I couldnt ask for a better person person to deal with. The complex Its large and theres constantly something happening at all times there so on top of dealing with me and giving me his full attention he was also putting out fires left and right write lol Figuratively speaking. He has an amazing energy and Im so happy that I Get to deal with him while Im here at generation Grove apartments He went far beyond the Call of Duty to expedite my wishes and make this happen in a very short period of time. I cannot thank him enough and the generation growth staff who have all been very nice to me (: Thank You Jay, you are a miracle worker!
In the beginning I had a great experience, I was a resident from May 2017 up to January 2019 with no issues until January 09,2019 my vehicle was stolen outside by bathroom window literally. Came to find my truck with no wheels, no tires.. very very upsetting! On top of that not once did the apartment complex reach out to me after the incident , nor did the corporate office. Due to this I had to relocate and break my lease ,not even feeling safe anymore around the area, having to get another car note on top of that due to my truck being completely destroyed .Just wish this would had never happened, maybe now they will consider having more security, but apparently not, I am still receiving emails stating there has been more vehicle break ins and it is not the first time. They seriously need to do something about it ,my lease should not even be considered as broken for something like this.
I just recently moved to Generation Grove about a month ago and by far, the staff has exceeded my expectations. Not only did Lauren; the property manager, make my move-in a smooth transition, but Alex; the front office leasing agent, has continuously assist me with all my questions and concerns. Ive been living here for a year now and all I got to say is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. The general manager Rosa Garcia goes sometimes out of her way to please the residents . Ive seen it myself while I get my morning coffee at the coffee bar ; the residents are friendly. I have seen the bad reviews on here and all I have to say is dont judge a book by its cover. Come by and see the friendly staff and the very nice community. I also love it because its also in a good location you have Marshalls ,Ross, pets smart and , ulta, mod pizza just to name a few.
I could not be happier with the decision I made when coming to generation grove. The moment I walked in the front office I was treated with such kindness and attentivness. I had the privledge of being assisted by all three ladies and they each were knowledgeable in all areas. The living quarters are so beautiful and modern. The prices are very reasonable. In fact I couldnt really believe considering the amazing location, and great amenities. Everything you need is within a 2 mile radius! Oh and maintenance has been so great. Ive only had a couple concerns and theyve responded so quickly and efficiently. (Im a girl who cant figure some things out 🙈) Also... Ive ran into security a few times when coming home from work. so I always feel safe
After my 2nd visit to the property I was a little disappointed, I was hoping to lease with this apartment. The well keeping of the grounds could be a lot better including the hallways to the apartment. Especially for the price of the apartment. As your inside in all honesty it get better, cantt say great but better, there is wear and tear on the apartment such as I noticed like appliances and just the detail of the wood finishing that should be touched up or replaced. I will say the granite counter tops and deep sinks is what I fell in love with and thats the only thing about this property I love. The pool area is OK, not great for entertaining also with the gym could be a lot better for the price.
We recently got new management, I already miss the other managers. I know the new ones are trying their best to work stuff out and get everything in the system updated, I think they shouldve switched management in the middle of the month not on the first, it messed up everyones rent schedule since everything had to be switched to a new portal and website. I also would recommend that the new management communicate more because I have talked to three people about a problem I was having with flex pay and I dont think theyve communicated it... but I know Im probably not the only one thats having problems, hopefully things will get better as soon as they update everything and get the hang of it.
The apartments are just fine but there is definitely no place to park you will have to walk a mile with your groceries and sometimes you cannot even Park in the complex itself other than that its not a bad place. Well now Im adding to this review woke up for work this morning and someone had broken into my truck and tried to steal it. stole my radio broke my ignition switch broke the lock switch out of the door. And the real bad thing about it is security was sitting in his car 75 yards away told me he seen somebody over here at like 4 in the morning but he did nothing the movie in at your own risk Im leaving at the end of this month.
I will be so glad when my lease is up. From the time Ive moved in until now, there is a constant pest problem. Not to mention parking is absolutely ridiculous. There is a wait list to park under the carport by my building, which means once I get home from work roughly around 6 pm, I have to park near building 6. Visitors parking is just as bad. My apartment is facing the beltway and it can get extremely noisy with the constant flow of traffic. I will not be renewing my lease and wouldnt recommend anyone to move here.
Against my better judgement I moved into GG in July. In a matter of a few months, my husband and 6 other cars were vandalized, a trespasser was able to basically live on the property, in the gym and in the parking lot; the individual was apparently demented and they for some odd reason couldnt keep him of the property. Also I lived next door to a neighbor who moved out and he allowed his nephew to live there for the duration of the lease. The nephew had countless visitors that smoked and stood in the breezeway. I called the front office and I was advised to call the police. The onsite security guard has been found sleep in his smart car and the corporate office told me out of their mouths that most of the crime happened due to the night security officer failing to do their job and conducting audits regarding lights on the property. I wrote management and of course it took almost a month to get back with us. After TWO MONTHS they offered my husband $200 off of our last months rent. I was even asked where are we moving as if we cannot find anything better. I have seen two domestic fights, a group of teens that smoked drugs in our breezeway, a trespasser and vandalism in a matter of months. This place is NOT safe for those that value their families. The district manager wrote my husband stating, WE KNOW YOU VALUE YOUR FAMILY, BUT YOU SIGNED A CONTRACT. MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY. The new management team is oblivious to what we have been through prior and refuse to take ownership. I notice that many of the positive reviews are not African-American. I will say that there is a difference in how African-Americans are treated in regards to complaints. The first picture shows the light where 7 car were parked and the light above has not been replaced in months. It took 7 cars being vandalized. The property NEVER offered a resolve until we demanded to speak to corporate. I am disgusted with both management properties!
Okay so I’ve been living here for about a year, lease is about to end and I’ve never been happier for that. At the beginning we had an awesome experience with greystar (last management.) when Avesta took over a lot change like if they are trying to hurry up and get me out of my apartment. Being accused of breaking into cars, because I don’t park by my building. Fix your parking problems before y’all judge someone else off of another residents perception. Like I read in one of the other reviews. I used to love going in the office to say hi , now i avoid it at all cost.
I have been living here for 3 months and I’ve had problem after problem. I have a neighbor who I’ve complained about for 3 months about his weed smoking filling my apartment with my daughter that has asthma. My car was and 5 other were broken into with security on the premises at the time of the incident. Nothing was paid towards my car and neither was an apology. I did receive a generalized email that accused the people of not locking their door which is the reason why the windows were broken go figure. I was also told my the newest management that they could do nothing about someone smoking weed unless they were a actually caught doing it outside of their apartment. I did ask about changing apartments but the bill of that would be on me and I would need to get my credit ran again oh and a new deposit. If would like to move here where tenants can put you and your child’s health at risk then this is the place to be.
For about 12 months now I have contemplated a move to the Houston area. I have family that live at this complex so that is where I have stayed during my visit. During my week long trip, EVERY time I parked I was across the complex from my familys building. Horrible planning on their part! You would think amateurs drew their plans / layouts. The majority of their tenants are less than classy to say the least... Expect to be up at all hours of the night if you are on the lower floors. I asked my family what they could do to resolve this and they said they had complained to management on multiple occasions and they do nothing! As pricey as the rent is, I would be infuriated!!! I had the unfortunate opportunity of speaking with management at this complex two times at the pool.... They are a joke! I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. My husband and I are ready to move after only 6 months here. Residents are TERRIBLE, the property is disgusting, you pay for covered parking and that doesn’t matter because it’s a free for all in the parking lot. Management has no communication. I wanted to love it here, but it’s just bad. Trust me, go down the street to another complex.
I have been here for a long time and I have liked my living here. Anytime we had an issue they were there. They made sure to know me and my family and visitors. Anytime I needed maintenance they were very fast and took care of the problem the first time. Communication is on point and unloved that! They made sure that my family and I were good and helped with anything that we needed.
Norma was amazing! She was very informative and answered all of our questions. She made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Highly recommend!
I’ve been living here 3 years and I’ve have loved it! The new property manager Monique Allen has been extremely helpful since she’s gotten here! I renewed BECAUSE of her!!! The team has been helpful as well. Move here!!

They just dont have any respect for your time, i made an appointment days before because I was out of time, and they made ne wait for people who even arrived after me. Just insane!!!!

I am very impressed with the amazing and great customer service at generation grove. Ty offered great customer service in regards to information at the property. He went well and beyond to exceed my needs. Michael was superb as well. I highly recommend this property .
What I cannot stand more than anything is terrible customer service. The door says business center is closed, saying if residents need to print they could ask someone within the office to print for them... the door was unlocked (if they did not want individuals to enter, then LOCK the door), so we entered. 6 or 7 ladies sat in a closed off area who could SEE us (because we could see them) did not step out to say anything.Suggestion: if you were in a “meeting,” the polite thing would have been to step out and address the individuals who entered your establishment, and let them know you are currently closed and offer an appointment on a later date. OR lock the door. Ignoring anyone is terrible...regardless of what your “company” has you doing for the day.
The black African American lady in the front office is the best very nice beautiful kind lady 🖤 lady helped me with a lot of situations I hope she stay 💯
Parking is Terrible!!!!Tenants don’t park in assigned areas leaving other tenants having to walk across the entire complex to get to they buildingThey pick and choose when to enforce the parking pass ruleFWI don’t try and have visitors over bcuz it’s never visitor parking thanks to the tenants that want to park closeOh but they quick to tow your car but not enforce parking passesWorst apartment experience I’ve had yet in this city
While trying to visit friends, we couldn’t park in any of the 26 visitor parking spots because residents were parked in them, yet there’s around 40-50 OPEN resident spots. Need less to say we had to drive back home because of selfish residents, maybe instead of towing unauthorized cars for being in resident spots you should tow residents for being too lazy to park in their spot and taking up visitor spots.I would hate to have to live some where that my friends couldn’t visit out of fear of being towed.
Theses apartment have security guard that don’t do anything at night but sleep. They stole my catalytic converter from my truck and the security guard was on duty but he didn’t heard anything.. management don’t care about anything that happens in the property they only here to collect a check and thats it... when good management was here nothing of these was happening.
Love living here, office staff always takes care of us. Looking at other reviews we did have car break ins but management has security patrol walking around daily.

I hv bn a tenant here at generation grove Apts for nearly a yr now, and I can honestly say tht I hv seen major improvements since the management has took over the last 4-months... Ms Delia is leasing manager tht helped me... She’s very professional and helpful...The new management hv added new lighting, painted the doors, pressure washed the walk areas, and fixed the gates... I’ll most definitely recommend anybody who’s looking for a safe property to live to come and make generation grove their home...
Great place to live. The staff is extremely attentive(5 stars for staff) - Raquel is always helpful and knowledgeable. I would easily recommend to anyone.
The management are the worst ever they are croocs, they send me a letter on my door saying my rent was going to be lower if I renewed my lease when i mentioned this they said yes they were going to honored whatever offer it was offered by previous management but everything was a big LIE after the contract was signed they refused to honor the offer and ilegally raised my rent, but i guess it was my fault because i trusted this croocs to bad i don’t have the time and the resources needed to sue this MF..
If you value your time, money and safety, whatever you do, do not fool with this place. They lie and cheat people on every level. Save yourself the headache and move somewhere else. You can thank me later.
Do not move in to these apartments, we have been here for almost 4 years everything was okay until new management started they are very unprofessional very rude when you call the office the always have attitude, and also the they give out violations with our investigating the situation first also they don’t allow certain dog breads but yet I see all kinds of dogs around here and plus dog poop everywhere I can’t wait till my lease is over ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENTS AT ALL....
I must say the staff at Generation Grove is Ausome and very professional Ms Delia Rodriguez personally is excellent she reminded of myself she very firm at what she does I like it keep up the hard work thanks guys!
My girlfriend and I are interested in getting an apartment here, we looked at one and the office staff was so friendly and inviting, and also the complex itself looked wonderful!
Never lived there, but I visited a lot, the apartments are okay, not super fancy but nice enough. The pool is really nice though.
This place was breathtaking. The service was amazing. Special thanks to a lovely woman by the name of Sam who helped me through it all! Will recommend.
