Clearwater at Balmoral

Im going on 3yrs living here and I have ZERO complaints about the attention we get here as tenants. Maria is the lady who does all the maintenance around here and to say she is fantastic is an understatement. As soon as any problems arise she is there to save the day. Thank you to the staff for the attentiveness and growth job everyone is doing from the leasing office to the maintenence staff.

I love the beach atmosphere. As a resident of Balmoral neighborhood I would like to have the option to bring at least 10 guests to experience this place with me. I would also like to be informed as to what kind of food can be brought in. Is it just snacks, chips? Overall I love the family-friendly music, the alcohol-free watermelon drinks, and the food trucks. This lagoon is beautiful and well-kept.

I cannot say enough good things about Ranisha Avina and the exceptional customer service she provides! Michael Paulin was great!! He was very helpful and polite. He helped with an issue that we have been having since we moved in July. He ensured everything was working correctly before he left the home. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Michael!!!!!!!!

Wonderful helpful friendly professional staff! Very courteous and prompt with inquiries.Townhomes are beautiful and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and the freeway. Definitely recommend!

Due to my work, Ive moved around a lot and stayed at different apartment complexs and townhomes. By far, this place is the worse. Ive lived here for over a year and had issues with maintenance and the overall management of the property. The property manager doesnt follow up or even reach out to you if there is an issue. If something is broken, youll be waiting weeks for repairs. My advise, dont rent from this company or you will regret it, trust me.

This is literally the best thing that could have happened to me as far as a peaceful place to live. The staff was professional, and made my experience very easy. I was getting ready to leave out the country before my move in date and they made sure all my things was in place to make a swift move in. Thank you again Ranisha, Shannon and Emagine(sorry I know I butchered your name) for do such an amazing job with this property.

I sell homes in Balmoral. The HOA includes the lagoon pool, gym & other amenities. My clients love it!

I have been staying here going on 3 years now. Staff is always cool and helpful! I love how close we are to everything! Great schools in the neighborhood as well!

The entire staff has been incredible to work with, especially Ashley; from initially showing me the Clearwater at Balmoral homes to walking me through the entire process of renting a home in the community to checking in periodically and helping with anything that I need while living at Clearwater at Balmoral, Ashley has gone above and beyond, and has made Clearwater at Balmoral a truly special place to call home. The community has been great to be a part of and I am proud to call myself a member.

VETERANS STAY AWAY! Never been so disrespected! I’m a single, black female, combat veteran and was turned away with extreme prejudice! The manager is horrible! Clearly didn’t want to rent to me because my ethnicity! Why else would I not be welcome! Used an excuse of me being evicted from a previous apartment complex after being told on 3-way and email that I was not evicted! If someone moves into an apartment Jan 2019 and moves out January 2020, clearly there was no eviction! Late payments are not eviction! Just because paperwork was initiated and not enforced doesn’t make it so! Clearwater do better hiring your staff! She’s the one that needs the damn background check!

I was in the market for a rent home. A townhome owner in this area had a rental add that lured me to this area to find and entire townhome rental community ran by a management team. I toured the home and fell in love. I then toured the home several times to make sure it was what I really wanted because rent was so high! I asked several questions pertaining to appliances, what totally sold me was when I found out all units came with stainless steel appliances to include a side by side full refrigerator!!! I immediately applied and was approved. I signed contract and had deposit in nearly 8 weeks prior to my actual available move in date. Then 1 week before move in I was asked to wait an additional week because they were unsure of turn-around availability from last renter to me. I was shocked and refused! I had a contract and 1 week till move in! Literally, they had 2 months to figure this out and they wait 1 week prior to move in. They did, finally, oblige after asking me 2 times and me refusing to wait. Somehow they managed to get the clean-up done and I am moving in on original move in date. But now, I have been informed that my refrigerator WILL NOT be the full size, side by side refrigerator that I had so enthusiastically anticipated. I was so upset! Had I known in the beginning, I would not have chosen this, I would have chosen the one with the big refrigerator!!!! I cried, I was so upset, and was told, its ok, you can just go buy one. So my warning to you future renters, whats in the picture isnt in every unit like I was led to believe!!! Im very disappointed and since I am literally 2 days away from moving, all accounts set up, living out of boxes, whole family on stand-by to help me move, contract signed....I will be living here.

Property has gone down been living here for 2 years!!!!! No good parking if you have more than 2 vehicles Don’t you can’t park on the street with out getting stickers pasted on cars. Was told it couldn’t be parked over 48 hours but in the middle of the night security patrol comes and puts light green stickers on vehicles.

I’ve been talking with Hector about our future in this complex and he has been amaaziiing. I cannot wait to schedule my tour with him and view these beautiful townhomes. My family and I are so grateful for his guidance in the process of finding our new home.
