DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!! I have been living in these apartments for 7 months, since I moved into the apartments, they made me change my move in 5 days later because the apartment was not ready after signing, 5 days later when we started to move the apartment was delivered completely dirty, however, everything they said needed to be repaired was never repaired, the pool in the complex has been damaged for more than 5 months or they dont let anyone bathe. The hallways and walls of the buildings are completely stained from the people who pick up the trash, they charge for pet control and they have snakes and spiders all over the buildings. Talk to the manager and the managers assistant, everything they tell you is a lie, a week ago we realized that inside the apartment water has been falling inside for years and because of rain the electrical panel of the apartment got wet, which is all rusty, more water was falling in the kitchen than outside. We had to pay for the hotel by letting the administration know that they should come and repair all the damages caused. After almost 6 days we returned to the apartment and none of the things that we had let them know what was happening have been repaired. They are never working and if you go to the office to complain, they only tell you to be patient. *****IT WILL BE THE WORST THING YOU WANT TO LIVE THROUGH ***** Look carefully at the reviews before thinking about coming to the apartments 🚨🚨🚨

For the apartmentSince I moved in, there have been many scams, they gave me a dirty apartment, they made me wait 5 more days because they hadnt finished and when they gave it to me they hadnt fixed anything and even so they promised to do it and its been 7 months and still nothing, now water leaks started, which damaged the roof and the electrical panel, I was without electricity for 4 days, I paid for a hotel for a week and they didnt want to fix it and even so I had to come and they havent fixed anything, theyve only lied, they only dried the panel and everything is rusty, stains on the ceilings from the running water, apart from the whole dirty building, the hallways, walls and everything are filthy, its embarrassing for people to visit, they charge for pet control and they never come, there are spiders, snakes, in the areas, security, they steal. The tires of the cars, the gate has been open for a long time, apart from placing stones on the entrance doors and for the lockers, its a disaster, I speak with a basis, I have photos and proof of everything I say. (I know they will respond that we apologize for the bad and that they know nothing) but they do have knowledge but they do not do their job

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT. I lived here for almost 2 years. I treated my unit with so much care. It was my home. I left the apt clean and in great shape. I left May 17th and my deposit was never refunded to me. After numerous calls and being told I would receive a call back from management, today, Oct 14, I was finally able to speak to someone. Assistant manager Regina told me my deposit went toward the water bills (understandable because they bill you 3 months behind) and CLEANING FEE. This is unacceptable. I should have not incurred a cleaning fee because I cleaned and left the apt in great shape. Management should have every apt cleaned after tenants leave no matter what but that should not be a charge to the previous tenant, if they left the place clean and in good condition. This IS POOR MANAGEMENT PRACTICES.My apartment was beautiful on the inside with no issues, but; the lack of outside upkeep of the grounds, pool not open all summer long in 2023, and TERRIBLE, INCOMPETENT, REVOLVING MANAGEMENT should make you want to RUN from this place. May those who unfairly charge me receive the same treatment they have given me.

My experience at Dryden Apartments has been far from satisfactory. Despite initially being impressed by the model apartment during the tour, the reality of living here has been disheartening.Upon moving in, I was greeted with a slew of issues - from dull vinyl floors to incomplete cleaning and even the presence of black mold in the vents. To top it off, there was a rather large brown stain on the bedroom floor, which was never addressed despite multiple complaints.While management was prompt in addressing some of these concerns, such as delivering the dryer, other promised actions, like power washing the hallways, have yet to materialize.Whats even more frustrating is that the property manager initially reached out to me after I left negative reviews on a survey. I explained that I didnt want to take my complaints public on Google, preferring to share them directly with the management. He apologized and promised to fix things, but sadly, nothing has happened since then.The lack of response from the property manager is disappointing. Additionally, the malfunctioning gate and persistent cleanliness issues, including odors and critters, have made me reluctant to invite guests or even use basic amenities like the kitchen sink.As someone who values cleanliness and a responsive management team, the current state of affairs at Dryden Apartments is unacceptable. Adding insult to injury, when I raised concerns about the black mold in the bathroom, maintenance simply painted over it and claimed it was just rust. This blatant disregard for tenant health and safety is unacceptable.Furthermore, the constant stress of dealing with these issues is taking a toll on my mental well-being. I absolutely cannot live here comfortably, and its disheartening that my supposed safe place from the world has become a source of anxiety.Its a shame that I am seriously considering paying an additional 2k-3k to be released from my lease, just to escape this unbearable situation. AND I live in Building 1 where the leasing office is located. Of all buildings, this one should be well kept. Dryden Apartments, you have failed your tenants miserably.

Very disappointed to say the least! My daughter and I applied to these apartments a few weeks ago was told everything looks good will submit for final approval received a call from Regina telling us we were approved and that she will be in touch with the amount of our security deposit for move -in. My daughter called to confirm move-in date a couple weeks later and now she informs us we wasn’t approved that was a “pre-approval”. Mind you if we hadn’t reached out we would have still been thinking we were moving in within the next few weeks. The lack of concern and accountability is very disturbing. Plus the 300 application fee is non-refundable. Dryden do better!!!

I literally just moved here, it hasn’t even been a full month yet and these apartments have left the nastiest taste in my mouth. Starting from day 1 the management is terrible every one in the leasing office are lazy! I’ve walked in the office plenty of times and never seen any of the leasing agents smiling. I told the leasing agent my mail box key isn’t worked and we literally had a staring contest. Customer service is at an all time low here. I literally had to reach out to the corporate manager for the property. When I moved in they gave me the wrong keys to the apartment wrong as well as the wrong mail box key. Things in the apartment were broken or not there and it’s going on week 4 and they just now came to fix the refrigerator. The property in the back is disgusting so if you’re thinking about leasing here make sure to tour the property thoroughly. There’s trash everywhere, spider webs everywhere. Just nasty. Summer is past halfway over and the pool isn’t even open. I honestly can’t wait til my lease is up already & I HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend.

I have reported the cigarette smoke that comes through my air vents almost daily through the rent portal as well as sending emails. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING is being done, the lease that I signed CLEARLY stated the property was a NON SMOKING property. When I spoke to the aASST MANAGER her response to me was to move to another unit ,... this is so UNPROFESSIONAL as well as false advertising. Is smoking allowed in the units? ... I can barely breathe in a my apartment because the smoke coming through the air vents EVERYDAY!I am beyond upset and very disappointed in this management staff.

THEY STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT!!!! DO NOT MOVE!!!! We cleaned apartment from top to bottom and got the run around for months to then say the apartment was dirty!!!! MANAGEMENT ONLY CARE ABOUT NOTHING!!!!!! THEY PRETEND SO YOU CAN SIGN THE LEASE!!!! ITS LIKE BUYING A BAD CAR!!!Property may look good at first, until you move in! Trash service that has to be paid sucks completely!!! Especially during the weekend and holidays!!!! The hallways always smell like a dump, imagine when its 100 degrees outside. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear the neighbor. The apartment was nice but when the amenities are VERY TERRIBLE, Whats the point!!!!! Try the other two complex nearby, this one is really is not worth it!!!

I moved in October 2021, and the experience has been great. Updates via email on anything going on. Facebook posts also for information.Neighbors are nice and friendly. Pet friendly environment. Any issues are resolved asap with updates if it takes longer than 24 hours. Overall I feel like this has been my best move yet.Edit 02/23 …. Moved out. Since I moved in there was 3 different management group. My move out was emailed and not inputted so I had to pay full month to avoid late fees and now have to wait 30-45 days for the reminder of my money. The further you live from the front the less basic cleaning is done to outside building. I do not blame maintenance crew as the ones that have been there from the beginning are also doing something. Hoping the best for the complex.

I’m not sure what happened to the Dryden Apartments. Management has just stopped managing the apartments. The gate has been broken almost a year. The porches need to be sprayed due to bird droppings ceiling fans in hallways leaning. There’s a pest fee but no one controlling pest ie termites. Why are most of the residents vents rusted? What happened to the grass??? It’s actually a nice place to live , no rowdy residents, no fighting are arguing amongst neighbors, the management ain’t managing.

Everything YOU DONT want to live in youll find it here. From roaches, insect droppings, corridors filled with trash and pet waste to smoked filled apartments. The level of filth and nastiness at this property is by far worse than anything Ive experienced. For close to a year Ive been reporting tenants that smoke so much in my building the air vents, walls & ceilings in my apt are brown from nicotine.Wow, its so strong you can smell it as soon as you walk through the door, were the words from the property manager as she entered my apartment, yet nothing has been done to stop this.Leasing agents avoid certain buildings when showing apts to prospective tenants for fear that the smoke & filth would deter them from renting here. The regional manager does not respond to emails, phone calls or certified letters sent to her office in regards to this property. Complaints are always given the generic response, Were looking into it. Instead of properly investigating and evicting the tenants who continually violate their lease, the resolution that management provides is to allow tenants who make complaints about smoke to terminate their lease and move without paying any fees or money owed for the remaining months left in your lease agreement. If this is a policy that your company has implemented and practices, why isnt this disclosed to future tenants before they sign a lease?Shouldnt they be told that although this is a non smoking property, tenants are still allowed to smoke here, but if the smoke becomes too much of a nuisance well allow you to terminate your lease and leave without paying any fees?When deciding on a place to live dont put this place at the top of your list especially if you have children, unless youre comfortable with inhaling strong smoke that permeates throughout your entire apt 24/7.

Read the reviews!!! MANAGEMENT STEAL DEPOSITS, calling corporate does not help!. Please dont be a victim like us. Please read the reviews of this place. Its only good and bad. No in-between reviews!! Meaning the Good ones are mainly lies to get you to move here. Again they WILL make up lies to steal your deposit, who has time to go to court for BS when you have kids!!!

My AC unit has been broken since I moved in in December and they refuse to fix it. It stops cooling every 2 weeks like clock work. I have spent many weekends sweating and suffering while still having to pay my full rent and paying more for electricity because it runs all day night. I also spend time putting in requests only to not be answered for days. I have been patient and understanding but it is getting out of hand. I would appreciate someone fixing the problem or compensating me for my high electricity bills and suffering in this heat. Its literally been 9 months out of my 12 month contract. The gentleman that works on the AC is very professional but managemt quite literally wont fix the problem. Its so bad that when he (maintenance) sees me around the complex, he asks about the AC unit. Its too hot in houston, year around, for this to be a reoccuring issue.Update: It’s been 3 weeks since I originally spoke to management. I was told they would compensate me in my lease renewal for the troubles and fix my ac asap. They claimed to have hired a third party company to fix it. But there has been no 3rd party company and instead of my ac breaking every 2 weeks, it now breaks every 2 to 4 days. I have emailed management more than once and they have yet to respond or call to address my email. They just tell me what they think I want to hear when I go to the front office and never follow through with their word. I’m tired. My ac blows constantly for days and my electricity bill is the same as someone living in a 4 bedroom house. I pay rent on time every month. And the required basic needs of Texas housing is not being met and hasn’t been met since I moved in 10 months ago. I am not reaching out to them anymore and will take other measures.

This community is horribly maintained, dirty and not manageed well. The entryway gate is ALWAYS broken and has been broken all summer long. The property is not well maintained and is often dirty. The valet trash is frequently missed, yet were charged every month for a service that is not completed. Its really a shame to be in the same complex as 2 other shining stars and be the dark star of the bunch. Its clear management or the managing company does not care about this property or the residents that live here. It has been my worst living experience this far and you all should be ashamed of this property and how you treat your residents.

If I could give Dryden Apartment Complex zero stars, I would. The place is an avian disaster zone. Bird poop decorates every inch of the complex, and its been like this for weeks. Managers havedone absolutely nothing to clean it up or even address the issue of the nests. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place.

There are many great things about this property and I do not often complain (or leave reviews). I will focus on two issues that will drive me to break my lease; unclean and smelly halls. If these halls are not maintained and trash not picked up, I will lose my mind. There is no way I am paying this much to live in filth. I expect better, fix it Dryden. When you do, I will return to leave a favorable review because you guys rock and are working with limited resources. I understand - However, should it be at my expense? This is affecting me mentally. I can overlook a lot of things, but I chose Dryden for many good reasons; dirt and grime arent any of them. If I could leave 0 review I would. Do not move here there are electrical issues in the apartments and the manager can be very unempathetic to what you are dealing with consistently. My washing machine cuts off several times and a maintenance man has to come out several times to fix the issue. Also the refrigerator Goes out and the same thing maintenance has to come out several times. I will not be renewing my lease. I pray you take head to the warning because it has truly been the worst experience I’ve had with apartments. Also I’ll add the walls are thin so you can hear movement in the apartments around you.Into a whole nother year here I can’t wait to move!!!the gate has been broken for weeks and they have no solution literally got home from working all night and couldn’t even get in the gate because the keypad does not work!!!! Managment treats u like it’s unreasonable for you to be upset about the matter !never I repeat never move here!!!!!!

Ive been living in this apartment for a month, and I couldnt be happier with my choice. The apartment itself is spacious, well-maintained, and has all the amenities I need for a comfortable lifestyle.The management team is outstanding-always responsive, friendly, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The building is kept clean, and the common areas are beautifully maintained.Overall, this is a fantastic place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great community

Key fob was not ready when moved in. Took a week to get one. Two weeks later it does not work so I cant check my mail, go to the pool, and gym. The staff had nothing ready when I moved in. The movers had to wait 30 minutes which cost me more money because I was waiting on there slow unprepared staff. Beautiful property like many around here but terrible management as always. Very bad experience.UPDATE: They change management regularly so they can keep your deposit and give you the run around for months! Do not move here! You will not get your deposit back!!! Calling corporate does not matter! Worse experience of unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. Many other people reviews stress the same thing!!! You have been warned. God Bless.

It’s been since the beginning of December so since it seems we can’t get my money to me this comment will be staying here , do not call my phone like you did last time trying to get me to take it down because “it’s going to get taking care of”. Like I said in my previous statement this apartment gives bad business. I have yet to receive my money back from when applying. Management and their employees aren’t on the same page nor do the resolve problems in a timely manner. Please do yourselves a favor and do not apply to these apartments. All it will bring you is confusion and frustration. However the apartments right next to them are very professional, friendly, and clear cut. So if you prefer having an easy move-in just go over to the apartments right next door. To close, even after you send my check I will still leave this here so people can know the hassle it took to get my money back. Have a great day.

I have lived here a little over a year, living in this community has been such a positive experience for my family and myself. The staff in the office to the manager Guillermo are all so friendly, polite, and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted and they are always helpful with any of my needs. Endy I believe is her name she works in the leasing office, she has always been such a great help with any questions/ concerns I have had.

Endy Martinez was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and through throughout all the apartment information & process. Her guidance made the experience seamless, and I felt well-informed and supported every step of the way. The apartments looks nice and taken care of, loved the office management!.

I’ve been here for 2 years. The first few months I had issues with my apartment as far as my door, pest control, etc but it was fixed. Since then I haven’t had any issues with anything. The office staff is even better also.

My time here while searching for a new apt to stay was enjoyable. The staff was great and friendly. They had wonderful communication with each other and were a pleasure to be around specially Endy Martinez she answered all my questions I had and the information received was tight packed and easily understandable. I look forward to seeing their faces on the property in the future.

Constant car break ins in this apartment complex. My car was broken into twice within a span of 2 weeks, there are no security cameras, no overnight security, the gates are constantly left open because they are always broke. The gate has been left wide open for over a month now. The front office has done nothing to make the residents feel safe of resolve any of these issues. A security officer or guard needs to be enforced of some sort, I recorded a break in happening last night and even called 911. It’s absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that I can’t even sleep at night because I’m constantly worried my car is going to get broken into or stolen. On top of that the office just suggests getting a garage that cost $100 additional dollars a month instead of handling the issue and hiring security. But there’s no point in that because they rarely have garages available so don’t hold your breath on that. They’d rather milk you of all your money than try to better the apartment complex. Don’t sign a lease here, you’ll regret it.

I stay in building 7 I’ve been asking them since i moved which was in May to pressure wash and they have lied several times saying they was gonna do it they try to offer specials for people to move in when the stuff is nasty the gate is always broke which is why both of my cars got broken into I’ve emailed them as well all they do is lie and don’t like to answer the phone but the maintenance men make sure they pressure wash they’re balcony and floor though they are lucky I can’t add a video of all the nasty trash left all on the stairs and hallways

I will be leaving Dryden shortly after a one year stint, only because I am relocating for work. If not Id be renewing my lease. I have a one bedroom apartment that is 824 square feet. It is beautiful, updated and, large. The unit itself is in a great location, its in great condition and the price is right. The building Im in is usually quiet and other tenants are respectful. Amenities are plentiful. Initial problems of entrance gate not operating, key fobs not working and hallway cleanup and maintenance have all appeared to be corrected. Management can be slow in responding. Any other issues I have encountered have come directly from other tenants (Speeding through the parking lot). I have 3 weeks remaining on my lease, not sure how checkout is going to be. All of this combined I found it to be the biggest bang for your buck and a great place to live.

Update: now that I have been moved out for over a year, I can say these are some of the most disgusting apartments. I loved my apartment initially but very quickly started having issues. The outside of the building is horribly kept up. Disgusting stains throughout the buildings on the concrete and walls, trash everywhere, bugs everywhere, etc. not to mention it always smells strongly of weed and cigarettes. The inside of my apartment was okay but we had horrible gnats no matter how much we cleaned. We also requested pest control come out a few times and nothing helped. Our kitchen sink fell through and it took several days for someone to come mount the sink again and when they did, it was crooked and not secure. The mailroom door was broken the entire time I lived there so I could not check my mail after office hours or on weekends. It was just crazy. Way too expensive for all that.Dryden apartments are beautiful, customer service is top notch. I highly recommend this community if you are looking for an apartment in the area. I rented a gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment with a private yard for my pup. Location is excellent.

I appreciate y’all hard work. Love my apartment unit. I wish hallways were cleaned up frequently. Also, it would be lovely to have sanitize wipes in the gym. I have a pool view and I am constantly reminded that it’s been out of service for about 2-3 months.Dog trash has been overflowing for weeks, I took it upon myself to change three near my apartment.

Honest review I love the apartments. What I don’t like is how the residents and or their guest don’t respect the property or their neighbors by throwing their trash out on the property instead of taking it inside their homes. Makes no sense at all because we faithfully have trash pickup from the door. As far as the staff goes they’re all super friendly ESPECIALLY NETTA. She is new to the property and has been NOTHING but pleasant, helpful and willing to go ABOVE and beyond our needs. No matter if I interacted with her via phone or physically went into the office she was ALWAYS willing to help with a smile on her face no matter what she was handling at the time. I think it’s pretty ridiculous how ANYONE could get on and leave her a bad review at all. Please don’t believe any of what anyone has said about NETTA because I can assure you it’s a LIE and it came from an angry tenant that didn’t hear what they wanted to hear. Other than that the property is fairly quiet, everyone stays to themselves and all in all beautiful. Just wish some would RESPECT it.

It’s been a great experience moving here. By far the best apartments around! Very clean and modern interior finishes. The front office staff and manager are very professional, attentive and keep you updated throughout the application process. Christopher (manager) went above and beyond with getting me approved that I ended up moving in the same day! He is truly devoted to taking care of new tenants from the moment you enter the premises. Just wanted to say thanks to The Dryden for everything and making my move fast and easy. I absolutely hate these apartments. From not being able to see the unit until two days before we were scheduled to move in. All the insects and ROACHES, the trash being left in the hallways for DAYS!!! From maintenance requests taking from weeks to months to be resolved. The management SUCKS! It’s like they blame you for all the screwing up they do. Not to mention someone has attempted to steal my husband’s truck TWICE in the past week. I normally don’t leave reviews but I have HAD it with this place. They have a 3 star rating for a reason, lease elsewhere!

I initially was so excited to live here. The property is beautiful. I went to put in an application and paid all the fees. Due to not meeting the requirements I could not rent from this place, but I was still hopeful for the future. However, its been a month since I head anything from this company. I have sent 3 emails about getting my refund on the application portion (the only fee they announce is refundable) and I still have not heard back from them. This is very unprofessional. It makes me extremely grateful I could not sign a lease with these people. Management is clearly lacking. Please do yourself a favor and do not sign a lease with people who cannot respond to emails. You never know when you will have an issue as a resident and will be ignored because they dont feel like dealing with your need.

Update March 2023: management has changed so much over the year we’ve been here. Communication is nonexistent at times and takes a while for things to get fixed.I liked the team that was here when we first moved in February of 2022 because they always communicated and fixed things in a timely manner and had no complaints. Once they left a little before summer last year things have not been the same at all.March 2022: We’ve been here about a month and I love my apartment so far. The community is nice and it’s very quiet here. Super great amenities. When I first applied Sameer was very helpful and also good about communication throughout the process. I’m so glad I chose Dryden.**Maintenance is super fast, nice, and efficient. They respond to request fast and make sure everything is taken care of per the maintenance request before they leave. They also explain what happened or why something wasn’t working. I really appreciate their help.

So happy to be living in this community. The units are beautiful and definitely luxury as described. Sameer and Christopher made this moving experience so pleasant, overall amazing experience!

Horrible 0/10 would not recommend. Had a break in and it took over a week to get new locks. Went 6 months without a working refrigerator with no compensation and to this day my gate code does not work for visitors. I wish I never moved in these apartments actually. The only person in the office who was helpful to me was NETTA. The old manager who was brought back should be fired very rude he even tried to kick me out of the leasing office before as if I wasn’t a resident.

The hallways are a mess!!! So dirty and Trash everywhere and the smell so bad, this been going on for month! Nobody cares! I’ve notified the office and they’ve done nothing! The pool hasn’t been working since I moved here in January. That’s 5 month without a working pool considering you pay for amenities that you can’t even use. They give you only one key fob per unit which doesn’t make any sense and if your roommate or family needs one they need to purchase one at 75 dollars!! Which is insane for a key fob that allows you to enter the place that you live in and pay rent. Also the gate system is too old fashioned. And the structure of the complex is so complicated you need to walk all the way around to go to the mail which is inconvenient.

I just moved into Dryden a few days ago and I am very pleased with how beautiful the complex is. My one bedroom apartment is so spacious and exactly what I was hoping for! The property manager, Christopher, was very helpful during the application process. Im so excited for this next year of living at Dryden and am looking forward to enjoying the many community amenities they have to offer!Update: I have lived at Dryden for about 4 months now and it started off great. However, I soon discovered that the walls, windows, and floors are not at all sound-proof. Studying at home is nearly impossible due to loud dogs barking in apartments down the hall, loud music, babies crying, yelling/arguments, revving engines and blasting music from cars outside (at all times of the day and night), people banging on doors, etc. I thought living on the third floor would be my best bet to avoid noise but I can even hear my neighbors below me and just about everything that goes on in their apartment. Also, the hallways are constantly filled with large bugs and my balcony has become infested with spiders.. but maybe thats outside of pest controls services. Thankfully, I havent had any issues with them getting indoors! If youre lucky enough to have quiet neighbors and you arent squeamish of bugs, these apartments would be great for you! It really is a nice place otherwise.

Cleanness in common areas needs a lot of improvement…. Always is garbage everywhere. Although garbage bins must be inside of apartments and there was a penalty. All trash bins are always in the halls full of trash. Very disappointed with the cleaning service.

First of all, I started shopping these apartments 3-months before our last lease was over, but the closer we got to the move-in date the better it got. Our move-in was easy. The front staff (both Christopher and Guillermo) are extremely attentive, which is not something that I was used to coming from our old place. Our actual apartment looks like the model (rare in Houston!) Its clean, spacious, and the view (especially at night) is gorgeous! When they say elevated living, they mean it! I dont regret a thing! Thank you all! - 20202023 - Nah. There has been some dramatic changes. My car was broken into 3 times. They have started accepting city housing, so the type of people has changed. And how is the pool closed, during the summer for algae?! The management keeps changing. Same issues as other apts. Whatever, took my review from 5 stars to 2 stars.

I seen these Beautiful apartments when driving by, so I wanted to stop by and check them out. The community is very well kept and very clean and peaceful. the office lady Yvette was very helpful and professional. She greeted me at the door as I was walking in, I was amazed by the outstanding hospitality. The units at Dryden are wonderful and very spacious, after walking the property and looking at 3 different units I feel like this might just be the one. Kudos to the whole Dryden team !!!

Update: Building is beautiful but is not well maintained. Pool is not working on a new building, water is green what shows why is closed, Cleaning needs to be improved, stains in walls,broken windows in the main building for more than 3 months.How much damage a new change of administration can do in 6 months!I am very pleased twitch the fast response from the office. They not only were efficient, they also follow up with me to check if the problem was resolved.I am so pleased with the office staff and their fast response.Maintenance crew was efficient and when they finished they left the area clean.

If I could give zero I would only forced to give a 1 star the manager and leasing agents lie to you when you apply for the apartment they forced you to pay a deposit while your apply and in the end after deciding to not go with the apartment after being approved for the apartment they refuse to give you the deposit back after asking from the Beginning if you decide not to take the apartment if they will refund it. You even told them you didnt want to put the deposit before the approval and the finnal decision they say you have to put the deposit down to apply with the application fee and admin fee which didnt seem right but was in a bit of a rush to find something I wanted and then found something better, they say you forfeited it when you did your application and was approved and they were getting a occupied apartment ready. How can you get a occupied apartment ready when people arent moving out till the mid to end of October and you gave them over a months notice that you dont want to take the apartment giving them time to rent it to someone else? Hmm fishy apartment also went there on the weekend night and the place was a disaster, trash everywhere, lots of people throwing parties, most of the workout equipment was broke, when asked the manager about the maintenance people was told oh in six months they had 100 work orders and was only able to get 40 done. 40 done yea ok thats not even half in 182 days? Sounds like there not to much in a rush to fix things in the apartment when your paying 1400 a month just for a one bedroom apartment. I would advise not to rent here! Do your research first. I thought it would have been a good options at first but then with all the bad reviews the visits I did and the research I wish I would have done total before Appling then I wouldnt be out of 200.00 after being told I would get it back!! Dont let them sell you a scam and trash!!! Hope this helps the next one not to get scammed!!

I love my new apartment!!! The application and move-in process was simple and smooth. I can’t thank Christopher enough for assisting me and personally calling me with updates. When it comes to customer service the office staff is exceptional! When I first entered my apartment there was literally a welcome basket on my counter With some essential items for my apartment and a welcome card signed by the staff.The staff went far beyond basic customer service in my refrigerator were 2 rows of bottled water because they were concerned about the heat index during the move. What an awesome welcome!Now the on to the best part, my apartment. White marble countertops in the kitchen. What took me by surprise is that island had drawers that actually opened and not just there for decoration. The bathtub is huge I can’t wait to take a bubble bath! I highly recommend this apartment complex!

UPDATE AS OF OCTOBER 2022. New management since is JULY 2022 has been pretty bad. They’re incompetent, slow and don’t pick up the phone. We again got new management around early September, they’re nice but still incompetent and slow. ALL previous 5 star reviews are fake, because the leasing office would offer you a fee gift if you left a review. This community is truly about 3 stars because I know what the leasing office could be. Christopher Halliburton no longer works here and since then the management (not community) has gone down hill.OLD GIFTED REVIEW:Dryden is an excellent apartment complex! The apartments are clean and very quiet. Maintenance is always working on tidying up the place and keeping amenities in top tier condition. Guillermo and Christopher are extremely helpful and will do everything they can to move you in promptly. I highly recommend putting Dryden on your list to live. You will not regret it! A+++

This place its beautiful. I mean it. Not all reviews are true i feel. Yes there was some issues with the gate before but, it was fixed and previous staff was rude. Came to meet Guillermo and his new crew and they are so nice and makes you feel like you belong. Nothing but smiling faces. I love Amber she helped me a lot with my questions. Guillermo i will be waiting for the resident events! Love the staff and how the property is being cleaned up.

I had the opportunity to visit this apartment complex while searching for apartments. Although I did not scheduled a tour ahead of time, I was greeted nicely and accommodated right away. The gentleman that assisted me was very polite and professional. I did not feel rushed. He was patient and answered all of my questions. I decided not to rent an apartment only because I will continue my search for something a little closer to my job. However, I would definitely rent an apartment at this location. The facilities and amenities are very nice. The apartments are lovely. You definitely get a lot of value for your money at Dryden. Although, Im not a resident, I do recommend these apartments to anyone that may be apartment hunting based on my experience today.

We toured many different apartment facilities in the area and Dryden was by the far the best choice. Christopher has been such a wonderful help! Since our first meeting, he has gone above and beyond to ensure that our leasing and moving process has been as stress free as possible. We could not have asked for a better property manager!The apartment is spacious and modern - the quartz countertops are definitely a plus! We can’t wait to enjoy all of the amenities that the apartment complex offers.

UPDATE, I have been here since Dryden has opened and it’s been so much improvement I don’t think I’m moving anytime soon I love the staff community and the area is always clean. My friends always come over and have game night in the game room. The staff listens and I wouldn’t recommend living here if they weren’t. Very safe and quiet environment.Since new management and staff no one answers the phones, charges are put on accounts hallways are terrible. Maintenance never answers and takes forever to respond all of the previous staff including maintenance cared. Only thing I can say is the walls are super thin I hear my neighbors snore every night which is kind of disturbing and disrupts my sleep.

My boyfriend and I are absolutely in love with our unit. It’s located in the perfect area where the schools districts are amazing, plenty of parks for children to freely play. It’s very quiet and overall a beautiful place to live. I’m forever grateful for the front office staff. Everyone in there is very nice, active listeners, and they actually care about their tenants. We made the best decision by choosing Dryden to be our home.

What was on my ceiling wasnt dirt. I tried to clean it off. However, you dont paint over a dirty vent, you just wipe it clean. That was mold and you painted over it. I have children living in my apartment, I demand to speak to a manager about this.

Current resident only out of convenience Maintenance took 12 days to reply to my emergency maintenance request, no parking, rude leasing staff who honestly answer every question with I’ll ask my manager because they don’t know themselves. Finally spoke to a manager gave contradictory information about what I needed. Also took me 2 months to get emailed my lease renewal even after pestering them for weeks. Rent price is ok there are better options literally next door don’t get stuck like me.

I would like to thank Christopher and Guillermo for their attentive and extreme helpfulness. It all started with Christopher he has a wonderful way of putting you at ease while very cordially giving you all the details needed to make your new home decisions. I truly appreciated him.Later on just before moving in I had the pleasure of meeting Guillermo who was also thoughtful and always seeking to help with whatever the situation was. I recently decided to relocate to Houston from Dallas and had the great opportunity of seeing the layout of the apartment when visiting a friend and absolutely fell in love.The layout of the apartments it’s very modern and up-to-date beautiful atmosphere all around. The application process was extremely easy and informative. The leasing agents were extremely patient and communicated everything with me in a timely fashion. I got to move in on my Birthday which was the best gift to myself I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking to move to a nice area with a great community and great staff to consider Dryden. BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT 🎉

My original review was 5 stars because the previous management was FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, Dryden got NEW management and they are extremely disorganized and very unprofessional. I lost access to my resident account and reached out to them via email multiple times about the matter and they were never able to recover my account nor did they even give me options to create a new account. I’ve contacted management multiple times on matters of my rent and initiating the move out procedures (I was originally going to renew my lease and you’d think they’d immediately send their residents the lease renewal, yet they don’t. They kept telling me they were backed up and my name was on the list for the renewal to be sent, but guess what? I never got it.) and my emails were unanswered.It is very unfortunate because the property itself is nice and brand new, but if you want to live at a place with disorganized management that clearly do not coordinate with each other that keep each other updated on their tenants accounts and give you massive headaches, this is the perfect place for you!Aside from the very poor management, another small downside that didn’t bother me too much, but I feel is important to note for new possible residents: there are not many amenities. The gym is pretty small, there’s a dog park, a pool, fire pit with a lounge area, an outside clubhouse, an indoor resident clubhouse that is very spacious accompanied by a foosball table and a couple arcade games. On their website, you’ll see fancy verbiage, but it truly isn’t much.As for cleanliness, I lived in building 3, I had good surrounding neighbors — never had an issue with them and I had NO problem with roaches!!! That was a plus for me!!However, management makes a difference—one star overall. The response underneath my review was originally made by the previous property manager Christopher Halliburn—he no longer works there and I do wish he had never left. Since this is an updated review, please overlook his response, I highly doubt the new management will even address this new review.

My experience has been nothing short of wonderful with these apartments from the very first visit. Chris was always very sweet and helpful in answering our MANY questions. Not to mention, how beautiful the complex and our unit is! As a first time renter, Dryden management helped make this transition more smooth and transparent than I couldve asked!

I love living here! The floor plans are amazing and cost are great for the amount of space. The people in the community of Dryden Apartments are also super nice. The office staff is also extremely helpful and friendly, making this an even better place to live! My fiancé and I were set on this place as soon as we toured it, we love it here!

Just moved into this brand new and beautiful apartment complex and couldnt be happier so far. The move in process was very easy and there was even a laundry basket full of gifts and goodies when I moved in. Guillermo and Christopher are very accommodating and it is great to see a smiling face walking in the door! Christopher personally called me with updates and made sure everything was going smoothly getting ready to move in which is something you dont find at many apartment complexes. So happy to be here!

We recently decided to move from Georgia to Texas and right off the bat, Dryden lake west was the first apartment that we fell in love with. From the amazing staff who’s willing to help anytime to the beautiful units with spacious floor plans they have, Dryden is a place to call home. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help anytime.We love our unit and are glad to be apart of the community.

We were warned from the very start not to move here but we decided to give it a try since it was EXTREMELY EASY to move in. Now I see why, the concern is to reduce the vacancy rate not the safety of the tenants or approve quality tenants. It felt like they were approving anyone that needed an apartment. After one month of living here we experienced life threatening situations, our vehicle was stolen, packages constantly lost or stolen and we had extremely loud neighbors. Spend the extra $100 monthly and move to the Sarah next door.

I’m currently a resident here at Dryden. I moved in October 2021 and was highly pleased with the property and the property management.Unfortunately, this place has not been the best. Over six weeks ago we turned in our key fob to be updated, we were promised that it would be completed the next day but that did not come to be true. I came back the next day and they let us know that it would be the next week because their system was down. We traveled to Zimbabwe for two weeks got back and still no key fob. They keep saying the system was down and someone was coming to fix it. No one has ever contacted us to apologize about the fob or given it back to us.The gate never works. It’s always glitching. Out of the 9 months we’ve lived here every month there has been something wrong with the gate and two or three weeks can go by and nothing is done.At one point our garage was not working it took over 3 tries to get someone to come and help fix the garage. They would close out the work order and just close the garage.They added speed humps (which I’m all for) but the company that did them did not do a good job and all of them are already broken.They’ve changed management and have not been the same since the original a management was in place.We are leaving once our lease is up.

Just moved into this beautiful complex and couldn’t be more happier with everything. The property manager and assistant manager have been great to me since I contacted them about moving in. Left me with some great gifts inside my apartment and been very attentive with everything. I see myself here for an while and recommending this place here.After being here for two 2 years now, this place gets one star. The change with management and a few others things have caused this place to go downhill. Just do your own research and make the best choice for yourself when considering where to move.

Me and my fiancé have lived at Dryden for 6 months. I’m seeing all these terrible reviews and I’m wondering why I’ve never experienced these same issues? I believe Dryden is an amazing property. I see the maintenance people picking up trash all over the property everyday they are there, nothing but good things to say about the people in the office; they are always so very helpful and tentative. The dog waste was an issue for a while but since the mass email was sent out to every person it had changed DRASTICALLY. The only issue I have is parking.. we definitely could use more efficient parking and limiting how many cars per household. Also Parking passes. Amazing property overall though.

Work order was placed 2 months prior and ended up resolving problem on my own. Also was ZERO communication. I asked specifically that your team to inform me when entering my apartment which NO ONE did so. And on the form it asked permission to enter and it said no!! ALSO didn’t come to check the correct issue. Issue was clog in bathroom sink and had some one in my apartment looking at my dishwasher. Very upset with this problem.

From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, this place treats you like a GOLD!!. I have never been in a place where Ive felt so welcome by so many people.Cant say enough words about Endy, she helped us with all process, since application until we got our beautiful apartment, looking to get my sister as well to these community apartments.

When i first moved here i loved the apartment but as management changed and time has went on i hate it. The walls are so thin i hear every conversation my neighbors have. I hear people running on the floor above me at all times of the night and as early as 5 am. The new manager seems to think its ok to be woken out of your sleep by constant bumping and running because he has children in his family . Weve called the office and the non emergency line numerous of time for the noise and theres no resolution. The apartment is more concerned with adding speed bumps everywhere around the property but where its actually needed. The speed bump have been added for less than 2 weeks and their harsh on the bottom of your car and not to mention already breaking apart. New rule are being added about bracelets to enter the pool and other amenities. We pay extra for amenities so l think its fair we get to use them as we see fit as long as the safety of our families are bot in danger. Also parking permit have been added and i dont think thats a very good idea. One if the reason i choose this property is because of open parking and not being in fear of my vehicle or my guest vehicle being towed. All of the new rule being implicated will eventually drive residents away. The only reason they have good reviews is because in order to receive the free move in gift you have to review the property.

Been staying here since October, was lovely at first now not so much. Halls are literally covered with red spiders and other bugs. Not to mention we pay a small fee for pest control which seems to do no justice. I liked the idea of having open parking, now there’s parking rules which sucks for those who are single lease holders & have two vehicles. I’ve already had one of my vehicles towed within just two weeks of new parking rules because visitor parking was full so what was I suppose to do park my vehicle outside of the complex? Don’t think so. Let’s not even start on the rude leasing agents who were oh so sweet upon touring the property. I just wish they would consider some of the reasons residents chose to lease here. I was renewing but now I’m begging for October to come faster.

I have lived at Dryden since October 2021 and this used to be a great place to live, at least for the first few days. We soon noticed the most unsightly trash heaps that built up every weekend. The trash compactor is located towards the back of the complex, right by Building 8 and you can see trash literally mounted up to 10 feet high. If thats not a red flag then, listen.My wife and I have been disputing unjustified charges for a month since we overturned a rent overpayment and only this morning were the charges taken off. We paid our June rent twice, my wife made one payment and I made the other and the management would not return the excess, so I went to the bank and had them reverse my payment. The management of Dryden responded by hitting us with late fees and NSF fees. For three weeks they would not correct this error. They proceeded to withdraw the bank account payment method from us and since my wife and I have tried eight times to pay our July rent with a WIPS reference, which has failed all eight times. The front office is incredibly rude, particularly the new manager who speaks with a condescending and dispassionate tone. She sat in front of me and made light and unwelcome remarks about the eviction notice that we had received even though they were well aware my wife and I had made multiple attempts to pay via WIPS. I cannot wait to move out of here. Look before you leap!

I would really like to give 0 stars but it wont let me. My daughters truck was stolen this morning. The management is new, so she had to listen to me. So apparently the other manager quit, and she was the only one that had a password to the cameras? Now you tell me what is wrong with this picture. You have a manager and then someone over the manager and they have no idea what the password to the cameras are? How do you allow some this to happen? Two managers of a nice apartment complex but never think to write down a password to the camera system? From the reviews that I have read, it seems that this camera thing might be a problem and you might need to fix it ASAP. My daughter pays a lot of money to live there an I want her to be safe. I find it unsettling that you have a senior manager over the property manager that has no idea what the camera password is. Hey maybe try calling the person that left and ask what the password is?The good thing is that I personally called the company over the camera system and it wasnt ever even reported by the management. It is upsetting that management would allow this to happen. It feels like you are getting the run around from every level. I did call management back to let them know what the camera company said and honestly it was a waste of breath.

UPDATE!!!!This place is a living nightmare, and a lawsuit waiting to happen! Moldy humid apartments INSIDE!We have now lived here over 7 months and this has been the worst complex I’ve ever seen. As someone who has worked in the apartment industry before this place is a liability and you should not live here! When you call the emergency curtesy officer or maintenance person they don’t answer it just sends u back to the main menu.Our apartment has been extremely humid inside for over a week and now mold is forming due to the humidity inside!!! That emergency work order was placed a week ago!This place is should be sued for the inhumane and laziness of the staff/manager.

This is quite literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. I regret moving to Dryden every. single. day. The issue is not fixed & it’s still costing me money. I will be contacting corporate asap to discuss every single issue since I moved because this is not the first one & knowing y’all, this won’t be the last. Do better. Edited to add- this the THIRD TIME they’ve marked my work order complete when they have not even entered my apartment (I have an apartment and can see).

The apartment is great and I have no issues. However, I do feel like there needs to be security hired or something because too many cars around me are getting broken into and I fear I will be targeted as well.

Awesome experience with the entire staff from initial meeting to my move in. I had just moved across country & needed a place ASAP but still needed a place that felt like home for my pup and I. Their team got me in as timely as they said they would and my apartment is beyond my expectations. So far in love with everything and excited to call this place home. Loved the welcoming gift too! Someone stole my identity and was able to obtain an apartment at this location in my name. The office workers are lazy and unprofessional. How was this even approved? I’ve reached out to the leasing office and received absolutely no help whatsoever. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE! I’m not going to stop until the person who did this to me is prosecuted!

My fiance and I moved in a week ago and so far we are absolutely in love! Everything is clean and up to date, and the amenities are amazing. The staff is always very welcoming and willing to answer every question you have! So happy we chose the Dryden to be our home!

Looks can be deceiving. Nasty. It is roach infested, smells horrible and are very dishonest people.If you own any electronics beware there are roaches coming from inside pipelines n holes on wall n sockets. If youre not really ok with cigarettes & marijuana smell and ppl loitering Idk what to tell you. it’s been a nightmare. I would not advise anyone to move to these aprtments, they have trash everywhere, something is always broken, an it is highly embarrasing to have company on the property.Tenants leave trash out all day long and they dont answer the phones in the office, not to mention the amount of pet droppings throughout the property. Also the parking is horrible. you will regret choosing to live here.

I have looked high and low for months in search of an apartment and stopped by The Dryden Elevated Living where I meet Mr. Christopher. And I’ll just start by saying best decision I could’ve made Christopher was so helpful, friendly and kind and made my experience easy and stress free. I called him maybe a hundred times just with questions or concerns etc. and he never made me feel like I was a bother to him A1 customer service (Hard to find). The property is beautiful, amazing and very well kept if you are looking for an amazing apartment The Dryden is the place . Everyone here is very friendly but my fav is Christopher, Thanks for everything.

I’m still in the process of hunting around however the experience at The Dryden was awesome. Specifically working with April. The Sarah next door is what drew me to this area but they had no availabilities. I looked at all the other properties on Lake Houston Parkway, this was my last stop for the day. I feel like the best was saved for last. The pictures do the property no justice. You have to see it for yourself. I love the fact that other properties invest so much into the amenities and clubhouse area. They understand that “Lifestyle” sells. And that’s important to me aswell. But the reality is 90% of my time on property will be spent in my unit and that needs to feel like a luxury within itself. Out of all the properties this property achieve that. Once I walked in and saw the white quartz countertops it was clear they invested in their units. Most properties do granite to save cost. You have to go to a high rise typically or $350k new construction to find these countertops. The apartment I toured felt light and airy. I don’t know why I got emotional but in cried. Lol. I’m hoping and praying the experience of living on this property is even better as a young mom with 2 kids. If it is not trust me, I will make it Crystal clear why you should or shouldn’t love here. Nonetheless April is an amazing leasing professional and if I were to be a resident here I would look forward to the events she puts together for community day. She was so loving and kind to my children and even gave them ice cream. Most places accommodate dogs very few it seems like prepare for children to walk through the door. This was one. I’ll keep you updated. Thank you again to April for her warmth and professionalism. She’s absolutely amazing.

I’ve been here 2.5 years now and honestly haven’t had a lot of complaints in my building. Management is nice, maintenance guys are super nice and helpful! Any issues I have gets taken care of quickly.

Just moved into this gorgeous apartment. It is very spacious and amazing! I love the colors and the open concept. Christopher is awesome! I think I was the first tenant to look and rent when I first laid eyes on this place. I know that I made the right decision!

I recently made Dryden apartments my resting. The staff were very friendly and patient. The amenities are great from the lounge area, office and pool; everything is well taken care of. The apartments are new and the insides will blow your mind. I would recommend.

Christopher the leasing manager was very friendly from the moment I walked in. He is very informative, supportive and knowledgeable about the property and the different amenities the community has to offer. My experience has been amazing from the start and being here really feels like home. The apartments are beautiful from inside and out.

The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly staff which makes it worthwhile. The workout room is open daily and rarely crowded and the pool area is beautiful. The location is prime for Humble residents who enjoy the close shopping and dining venues. Safety is pivotal for me and I’m relieved of the security they provide. I’m looking forward to my time here. From the moment I toured this apartment community with the friendly manager Christopher, I immediately saw myself living here. These apartment are spacious, beautifully designed, well appointed and located in a great area. It offers amenities that most communities did not including a dedicated ride share pickup room. Very thoughtful!

The most beautiful complex with very friendly and helpful staff! They always get back to my emails in a very timely manner. The trash valet service is amazing and always in time, even if you’re not on the first floor. They even gave me an Alexa on my move in day as a surprise! I couldn’t have chosen a better apartment complex for myself.

When I initally chose this property I antcipated the upkeep of the property to be far cleaner than what it is. The exterior hall ways are covered in spider webs with insect infestation, the enterance gate is always broken, it doesn’t feel all that safe, and the leasing agents ALL have attitudes. This is the worst Staff Ive ever encountered as a Resident.The new property manager is nice, professional, and accommodating, However, most of the other Staff attitudes are horrible. They dont make you feel welcomed or valued as tenants.I hate I chose this property. Make this your last option.

I looked around the Dryden and though it appears nice at the front of the complex, the back is trashy. This trash overflow is a hazard, eyesore and disgusting (I will try to post a picture). I also witnessed people not picking up their dogs droppings. There were droppings on the sidewalk. People had full trash bins outside their doors in the middle of the day and some overflowing, so that tells me trash is picked up once a week instead of daily and folks are charged for this service! Based on what I witnessed, this place lacks good management.If unable to post a photo here, I will post on Yelp.

I was extremely excited about moving into Dryden until the application process started. Management hasn’t made an effort to contact me after paying the application, administration and deposit. A team member provided the wrong information and it wasn’t noted until after I paid the fee. I’ve been trying to contact them over and over and no one is trying to work with me. This is a nightmare due to me moving from out of state. I honestly just want the fees reversed because I wouldn’t want to move to a community where I’m not taken seriously. They also blocked my number since I’ve called multiple times, very unprofessional!

I have just moved in and everything was seamless from start to finish. The office staff was patient, kind and accessible to help whenever you call. Not to mention, the property is beautiful. It’s easy to move to a new apartment, but the staff here is unmatched!! Thanks for everything Christopher and Guillermo!

Well... where do I begin? The contemporary design and architecture drew me in at first sight but I dismissed the idea of stopping to inquire. I reluctantly give in and was immediately greeted with warm hospitality by the property manager, Christopher. He persuaded to join him on a lavishing tour of the property. Amazing tour! Between his charisma and the exceptional amenities, elegant structure, relaxing atmosphere, abundance of natural lighting in the units, the property overflowing with beautiful colors and decor, I was completely captivated. I am now an overjoyed resident. Because the property and surrounding community, it feels like an extended vacation, on a resort. The entire staff has each been graciously hospitable, personable, warmhearted, and professional. The Dryden is a beautiful community to reside in. It is elevated on every level. I am soooo glad I stopped by “just” to inquire about rates. Dryden is resort - styled vacationing. LOVEEEE it here!

Went to look at a 1 bedroom apartment however the floor plan i wanted (which is the model) was not available. The first lady i met was happy to show me around. I go back about 3/4 days later because one came available and there’s someone else in the office a hour prior to closing to get a second look at the space . She said they are not showing apartments for the rest of the day. Seem uninterested in even showing me to begin with. Now im changing my mind.

Put in a maintenance request and Ricardo was by far so professional and helpful. Air conditioner went out so o was quickly provided a window unit until they could get it fixed. Him and Jose came back and checked all my vents and kept coming back to make sure it was still working hours later!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Dryden apartments is an awesome apartment complex. The staff was very helpful, kind, and readily to assist with any questions and concerns that me and my wife may have conjured up.We love our apartment, the environment is peaceful and quiet. Friendly neighbors also; that is a plus.Thanks Dryden... me and my wife are happy to joIn the community.

I moved into Deyden this past week and it has been the best experience. The staff is very friendly and sweet. They handle maintenance requests super quickly. The complex is beautiful from the shared spaces to the apartments. It is luxury at an unbeatable price!

Christopher and his staff have gone out of their way to make sure I felt welcome and at home during the application process. Dryden apartments give a very modern and updated feeling when you tour the property. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful and “elevated living” space, this is the place for you. I’m glad to call Dryden my home!

The complex is beautiful, clean and peaceful! The management team is amazing and very helpful. The process from applying to moving in was very smooth. I love all the upgraded features in the apartment. And the amities are beautiful and clean. I’m so glad I picked to lease here.

We moved to Dryden in January.. all was well until last week when my fiancé car was broken into and all his personal belongings were stolen. This complex is advertised as a gated community, however the gate has been broken 85% of the time since moving here. Cameras? Are none apparently. After attempting to get some help from the property manager who has blown us off for the whole week because she was on a conference call??? I mean I guess residents vehicles being burglarized are not a top priority here. We attempt to talk to her one last time and call her out on blowing us off and the blatant discrimination she then threatens to call the police on my fiancé! So I advise POC to not spend your money here for one and secondly if you value the SAFETY of yourself and family do not move here!

April was very professional with a great spirit! Perfect person for the position! I was startled with the way Mia greeted me at the door. Not use to such great greetings!!! Very RARE, but extra welcoming! I love the place already & haven’t moved in yet!!!

Dryden has been phenomenal, beautiful apartment homes ! The assistant manager Guillermo was absolutely great!! He is super helpful and answered all my questions, the energy was perfect for me that definitely made me seal the deal ! I recommend them for anyone looking for a happy living area.

I moved in those newly built apartments few days ago. My experience been super great and the staff at dryden has been amazing!! It started with me just shopping for appartments. I came in just to look at Floor plans, that day I got help from Guillermo and it was an instant connection, I felt like Ive known him for so long. Then few days later I came back and was helped by Christopher and again it was such a beautiful experience. I spoke to Ana few times over the phone and she was very friendly as well. I highly recommend dryden not only because the units are new clean and spacious but for the amazing staff. Thak you guys for making my 1st time renting experience so good :)

We were looking for an apartment that meets our needs and has a staff that’s willing to help. Now Guillermo was very specific and detailed with this complex from the amenities to the lobby. His friendliness gave us another reason to move in, where there’s such a well mannered employee, we shouldn’t have any problems.

If you want your car stolen or broken into these apts will be perfect for you! And let’s not forget the torn up benches at the dog park. Just beautiful. And the mud around the perimeter of the apt buildings because they don’t do any landscaping besides cutting grass. Or the camera at the entry gate that’s not pointing to anything lol. I can’t wait to move. We need Chris Halliburton back!

The leasing team at Dryden, specifically Sameer, was great at communicating during the leasing process. We were welcomed with a clean unit and a great housewarming gift from the Dryden staff. One opportunity for the team would be to ensure all of the features in the unit are functional. We arrived to a broken cabinet door in the kitchen which we reported on the inventory list. Also, we were not aware that the unit has Wi-Fi and we waited a week for the provider to come to our home to tell us that we were all set.

I love this place! The application process was a breeze thanks to Sameer, he made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process.I’m new to the area but Dryden makes me feel safe and welcome, the atmosphere is amazing and the apartments are very beautiful!Happy to call Dryden my new home!

Dryden apartments are a delight! The property offers many amenities and has a resort-like feel. The elevated living mantra to me means that I get to live in a beautiful and stress free environment. Christopher and his staff have been awesome and have made my move in experience just that.

Christopher the Leasing office manager is Helpful and responsive to emails throughout my entire process. During the tour he was very informative and personable. Very nice newly built property, loving my stay so far!

Been here for a few months now and the place has a nice interior. The gate is always broken and always off track. When we moved the place was super clean and now you see trash everywhere, food, dog waste, & cigarettes. When I first moved in all my lights worked and then one went out when maintenance stopped by I mention it to them and the supervision said no thats how its supposed to be then left me with a light out. A few days later the same light flicked on and then back off. Have some electrical issues the lights flicker and the internet wires were all messed up... These new constructions are a whole mess of there own.

Hello! I just moved to Dryden this weekend and so far my boyfriend and I love it. We keep walking around talking about how much more we love this place vs. our last apartment. It’s also very clean, I haven’t seen not one bug in the unit!! Excited for the future here at Dryden!Darrelyn (hope I spelled that right) was our leasing agent and she was so kind and helpful! Thank you!!

I was moved into my new unit with a smelly and dirty refrigerator. It also contained dead bugs not only in the fridge but along the lining of the door. This is something that should’ve been addressed PRIOR to move in. Now it’s been over a week and the fridge is STILL in the same condition. After constantly complaining I was told to put in a maintenance request. This is not a a request this is urgent and shouldn’t be something I have to deal with when just moving in.

Let me just say the community itself looks so amazing! My experience with Sameer has been amazing from the tour of the property down to my keep pick up… He made sure that he helped me get taken care of no matter how many times I called. If you are looking for a place that’ll make you feel at home before you sign the lease !!!

Update!So last year when I complained “management” basically told me I didn’t live there and their pool hours are/were non existent. Meaning it is okay for residents of their “luxury” complex to be in their pool at 1-4 am. So it is now July 11th 2022 1:44am and their residents are being obnoxiously loud in the pool area. (See second picture for 2022 pool turn up crew) Save your money. Rent on the less favorable parts of town. You’ll get the same behaviors for way less.If you want to live somewhere where you’ll be woken up at 4 in the morning because of screaming residents in the “closed” pool, then this is the place to live! There is no such thing as pool hours and following rules at this place. The screaming parties usually start at 11pm and go past 4am. Despite complaints and police having to be called this occurs day after day and the owners refuse to take any serious measures.

Literally the easiest move I have ever had to make. Everyone in the front office is truly wonderful. We had Guillermo and Sameers help during our loading process, great people! Love our new home, we couldn’t be happier!! Thank y’all!

This has been one of the most pleasant experiences ever. First of all the property is first class, we absolutely love all of the amenities and the beautiful upscale floor plan. And to top it all off. Management has gone above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. No regrets at all. Thank You Dryden!

Best experience renting, staff is so helpful and sweet. This is definitely the place to be if you’re looking for a new home! They offer an amazing pool, grilling area, and the perfect gym fit for all your work out needs. Oh...and the tub...it’s bigger than your normal garden tub, it’s a must see!

My girlfriend and I just moved here and Dryden is everything we hoped itd be and more! We were given a Welcome Home basket and just that by itself relieved a bit of our moving stress. In the time leading up to our move including the day of Christopher and Samir were some of the most helpful staff Ive met anywhere and were incredibly patient with us. Samir returned every phone call in a timely manner and is always professional. We are home :D

The Dryden apartment was my fist stop in my apartment search, I fell in loved at first sight! I worked with Sameer who was very nice and patient with my questions. I told him I need to move in ASAP and he delivered! I was able to move in less then 2 days and very happy to call my new place HOME! If you’re looking for a new home in the Humble area, Dryden is a must! The private yards, pool, fitness center, arcade machine, and etc., all my favorite. Property always looks clean, outside staff with smiling faces just as well as office staff.

I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a new place to call HOME. My husband and myself went to attemp to tour the apartments and we were turned away because of the lady saying she wasnt doing tours anymore because it was 5:30, Which I had called several times the previous week and kept trying to schedule an tour, Previously to me kept calling I was told to just stop by, as long as it was by 5:30pm. We arrived to the property at 5:15pm and the lady was on the phone until 5:45pm. After she got off the phone she showed no type of intrest and her vibe was really off (WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE). Fast foward to the next day, We attempted to try and tour again, We was turned away again. The lady claimed that the SHOW APARTMENT had no electricity and the people was working in the apartment. Again the lady showed us no type of intrest. Her vibe was absolutely not it, If your going to act like that working in a type of business like this you dont need to work simple. Instead of trying to work with us, We was turned away. Such a poor experience with DRYDEN .... Please get better workers and management.

Family member moved in Sunday and at urgent care today. This place is full of fleas. First apartment experience is ruined. The place is infested with fleas now fleas has taken over all newly bought furniture. Something urgent needs to be done.

Management is horrible. Very non-responsive. I been here since April and every month it’s something different. I request a storage unit paid for it the same day and had to call for 2 days to receive the keys. I put in a maintenance request twice and it’s been a week and still no one has come. I’m not sure why they changed the old management but my lease will not be renewed

This bag has been sitting in the back of building 5 now for the past 3 weeks that someone has dumped. Its been reported and the management still hasnt done anything about it and has a foul smell really bad. RIDICULOUS! Nobody walks this property for this trash to still be behind building 5 for 3 weeks now.

If I could give this property less than a star I totally would. Went on Wednesday at 11am and let me just say their office hours are from 9am-6pm. The office was CLOSED! Went back at 2pm Thursday and closed AGAIN locked office doors! Is the office not within business hours? I am just SUPER CONFUSED on when to be able to take a tour? This is So unprofessional on whomever they have here representing this management.

I just moved in a week ago, and I am so glad to be here. It feels like home, and the amenities are fabulous! A big shout out to Guillermo who made the move seamless. Everyone in the front office are very welcoming and friendly.

Moving into the Dryden has been such a pleasant experience. Guillermo and Christopher have been such a help, and are very good at communicating with residents. They have gone above and beyond any time I have requested something or had an issue.

I personally went for a tour with my fiancé and noticed the property manager has an aggressive vibe. Also there’s stains all over the floors by the hallways. The gym is not impressive, it’s very basic and not many people fit in there.

Dryden Lake West Apartments has provided us with exemplary customer service. The process to lease a unit was easy. Most importantly,the apartment complex within itself provides a spacious, clean, and elevated living space to commune with love ones. As first time renters, this is by far the best apartment community on Westlake Houston.

If you want something absolutely breathtaking; a resort style apartment that you can call home, Dryden is the place for you!First, I chose the Dryden over 8 different luxury apartments throughout Humble and Atascocita. Why? Well, duh...Christopher Halliburton and his team are world-class! They function and run the property in their sleep. They keep the property clean, social activities flowing, and consistently maintain a safe and quiet complex.Second, the Dryden is the place for you because it’s gorgeous. The apartments are spacious, hard flooring, beautiful white marble counters with streaks of gray (one of my favorite colors), the appliances are silver (updated) unlike many other apartments I briefly passed through, and the shower and tub is to die for. I’m anxiously awaiting a movie night or game night with my and family.Lastly, the Dryden is an a great location. Having lived downtown and in the Heights, the Humble/Atascocita area is growing. There’s plenty of eateries and shopping nearby.I look forward to seeing you soon, neighbor!

I would never recommend this apartment to anyone, because the management are not on the same page, when they mess up, like taking 2 months to change out a refrigerator, that did not work at move in, you just suppose to take it, but when the tenat run into a problem its a problem

Just a heads up if you move here, they play their pool music so loud we can hear it over our TV from the complex next door. It goes from maybe 8-8 year-round. Theyre super nice about it if you call but if thats how loud it is from my complex, I imagine its super annoying to the people in apartments nearest the pool.

Couldn’t be happier with the whole process from touring with Christopher, the application process, and lastly moving in. Christopher went above and beyond to not only check up on us and update us throughout all of it and we really appreciated the constant contact. Can’t help but mention we were still able to get an amazing tour in spite of it raining pretty heavily! Can already tell we’re going to love it here

If you want a starter basic apartment the Dryden is for you. After touring Dryden, the Rosemary and the Sarah I don’t see how this place is even comparable to the 2 other luxury priorities on each side. Not to mention the customer service at the Rosemary and The Sarah are incredible!! The Dryden however, let’s just say you get what you pay for.

An unsafe place, our car was stolen and the office has no response from the security system. Can you really sleep peacefully if during your rest time the thieves do their thing? The worst thing is that if you go to the management they dont help you.

This has literally been sitting outside for a month and a half. Several calls have been to the office and yet it still sits here. Let’s not talk about the odor that’s coming from it that is now spilling into the other apartments. This management is the worse ever.

The Dryden at West Lake Houston is AMAZING, from the office staff to the complex itself. The front office staff made moving in BREEZE. The apartment is fabulous, with a lot of upgrades and very spacious. I would recommend to anyone. The Dryden is the place to live.

(May 20th 2022) Me and a friend toured around 3pm; it was awesome. The complex was so clean and up to date. The girl who gave us the tour was so nice and gave us all the information we will need. (We forgot her name lol) Whoever she was, she was amazing! Someone please confirm her name lol.

I am a new resident, and I cant even start to thank everyone here the amount of help they offered to get me set up and moved in last minute! The complex is stunning, the apartment is HOME, and the management is Elevated Customer Service at all times. A place you can call HOME.

After reading the reviews and inquiring about a 2/2, I do understand why the tenants are saying the office staff are a bit rude. I called and whoever answered the phone was very unprofessional and came off a bit rude so that definitely was a warning. No Thanks Dryden, you wont trap me in a lease.

Apartments are infested with spiders and insects. The front gate has been broken from the day I moved in (3 months ago). Smoke alarms go off any time I use the heater or the oven.

This is why I say they are horrible. A 1099-C tax forms I guess is considered getting paid under the table. But you can see how much they are trying to make me look bad. So that I take down my negative review. They replied back faster to this negative review than they ever did my phone calls or messages.

The absolutely most fabulous place, breathing architecture and amazing service from the two guys at the leasing office Guillermo & Christopher are really the best they did everything possible to make sure I was accommodated and taken care of from the start of the leasing process to my move in they were extremely pleasant and helpful and made it as easy as possible for us to get moved in, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I’ve been here a little less than half a year and I’ve had no complaints, can’t wait to renew!

You’ll think it’s a good place when you first apply, but once you’re a tenant it’s a whole new story. Gate rarely works, you’ll never get answers from maintenance requests or any kind of communication.

Horrible the valet trash sometimes wouldn’t be picked up or weeks, the pool was open for only one month in the summer and theres bugs and nats everywhere

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT IN THIS COMMUNITY. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
