I have truly enjoyed my living experience here and I can’t thank the leasing manager, Corina, enough. She’s absolutely amazing! She always goes above and beyond for her residents, making sure we have everything we need. She takes her time explaining everything, and she really cares about making sure we have a great living experience. Keep up the great work, Corina!

I’ve moved out thank God but for “luxury” apartments and the price…. Things don’t add up. The staff (except maintenance) look like they hate their job. Phone answered? Nope. Emails answered? Only if your starting your lease or moving out, until you walk into office they magically see your emails now. False promises of discount on rent…etc and we never got it until we had to walk into office and then they remembered. On top of that, extra fees! No explanation just “look at your statement” with attitude. The walls THIN and floors even THINNER. You can hear EVERYTHING! The construction, staff and neighbors ruin the “luxury” title. Nothing here was luxury. Good luck if you live here. Just so glad I moved out and if you have kids…. This place is not for kids. Neighbors smoke weed and do things your kids shouldn’t hear and drink and party at night leaving broken bottles in parking spaces. And neighbors like to yell and fight outside. Every weekend it was some drama being heard outside so loud. We literally terminated our lease and got out!

As a first time renter Grove East made my move-in quick, easy, and efficient. Leasing associate Selah Melancon was very helpful in answering every question I had in a timely manner. She provided a checklist that insured I was well prepared for my move-in day. Thank you Grove east for an amazing experience!

I just got my approval and am so excited to move in! I want to take the time to say the staff, particularly Ms Selah, was so incredibly helpful. As a first time renter, she presented me with all my options, answered all my emails in a timely manner, even did follow up phone calls to make sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 service so far!

My tour with the Assistant Manager Corina was beyond my expectations. Great customer service skills and by far the best in the area. Corina and Selah were super informative and helpful. They made sure all my questions were answered. Their energy was definitely welcoming and not overwhelming or rushed like all the other properties in the area. My girlfriend and I were pleased and we can’t wait to inquire again in February. If anyone is looking for an apartment right away this is the place to be. Thank you Ladies

I have been here for over a year and I have enjoyed my time! I recently transferred and the leasing consultant, Selah helped make it the easiest smoothest process.

They NEVER answer the phone. If I apply and send you over $200 in fees then I expect the phone to be answered during business hours. At least a call center agent should pick up if the agents are busy. Consider this a glimpse into what it’ll be like living there and you have an issue: no one will be available.Application portal gives different info than what the leasing specialist ask for, causing you to constantly call with questions that go unanswered due to no one answering. Overall a horrible application experience.

Grove East Apartments does not do business ethically. I cannot recommend them to anyone in the future. As a real estate professional, I had recommended them to clients in the past however they have failed to pay our office for compensation owed and its been over 9 months. If they cant pay a small fee for services rendered to their vendor partners, they surely wont take care of their property or other debts either.

Absolutely enjoying my time at Grove East! The staff is amazing and fun (special thanks to Selah for introducing me to a cool coffee shop in the area!) They host really fun and even informative events for residents that make this feel like a real community!

My husband and I have truly loved our stay at Grove East. Theresa and the entire staff and maintenance are amazing! They do there best ensure to ensure a safe, clean and quiet environment for all of the tenants. Maintenance is always quick to respond and they’re friendly.We have truly been blessed and honored to live where we do. Thank you Grove East staff for all that you do! It’s greatly appreciated.

As much as I want to love these apartments cause the property is beautiful… I can’t! I complained about water spots forming in my ceiling in March 2024 and nothing was ever addressed. Fast forward to hurricane beryl I had water pouring in my apartment from the ceiling and my vent. Thank god I was home because my furniture would have been ruined. Here it is September and I have yet to see a contractor on the roof ( I work from home). The water stains in my ceiling have yet to be painted. When I renewed my lease prior to all of this I found the new management company added a community amenities fee of 30 dollars but are also charging us a Common Area Electricity fee, Common Area Gas fee (I have never heard of either of these and amounts fluctuate) and an additional trash fee on top of our valet fee. This has added n additional $50-$60 a month to my base rent which was not explained at the time of renewal. I had to read through the contract on my own as this was not apart of the renewal amounts sent. Unfortunately once my lease up I will be exiting the property.

If you need anything. Selah is your girl! Any issue I have about anything I will definitely call or email her and she will respond back always willing to help. Shes amazing.

Ive been a resident at Grove East for almost 3 years years now. Throughout the years the property has switch management twice and that was rough but always for the better. I cant speak highly enough about my most recent experiences here. Theresa, our property manager, goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met promptly and with a friendly attitude. The attentiveness of the staff is unmatched, always making us feel valued here and at home.Cleanliness is paramount here, with the grounds and facilities immaculately maintained at all times. Safety is also a top priority, Ive always felt secure thanks to the diligent security measures that were put in place after Theresa and her team taking over management which has been over a year now.Additionally, the upkeep of the property is exceptional. From routine maintenance, landscaping, gym and even our mailroom everything is consistently well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment.Overall, I couldnt be happier with my decision to reside at Grove East. Highly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, safe, and well-managed living space

This place is seriously a joke. A few short hours after management sent an email stating they are ramping up security, another car is yet again vandalized. They also gave us the excuse that this was happening everywhere, so I guess this means that we shouldn’t expect anything different from a gated luxury apartment complex that charges high rent. I no longer feel safe parking my car in the parking lot, or walking alone at night. The building quality is terrible. I can hear my neighbor’s every move. I can hear people’s conversations outside of my unit. The paint on the wall comes off if you barely touch it. There are gaps between the flooring and walls that ants come in through. I absolutely would not recommend this place, and I will not be renewing my lease.

What an experience for my first time in Grove East! First, I’d like to give recognition to whomever was in charge of hiring NUBIA! The warm greeting and professionalism the second I stepped through the door is how every apartment complex should model their trainings. Nubia was fantastic to speak to, presented herself incredibly and was so helpful with all and any information I needed. I hope any direct and indirect supervisors treat and praise Nubia the way she deserves. She’s got a bright future for sure. Thank you.

I signed a lease with Nubia about a month ago, and she is truly an incredible person. The tour she gave me was extremely insightful, showcasing all the fantastic amenities the community has to offer. My initial conversation with Selah over the phone was instrumental in arranging my visit to see the new apartment. She provided me with so much detailed information that I almost felt like I had already seen the property. Selah was incredibly knowledgeable about the community and its offerings.After moving in, I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Theresa and Ms. Corina. They are both very hands-on at the community and are always willing to assist the leasing agents. As well as hosting resident events. It is always a pleasure to walk in this office and see all of the wonderful smiles.As I approach my two-month mark of living here, I must say that they have made my transition incredibly smooth and comfortable. I saw these apartments from the Beltway and decided to read some of the reviews. Once I saw the review with the photo of that dead mouse, that did it for me to turn them down and keep looking elsewhere. Thanks, but no thanks. Ill pass.

I’m so glad to share my experience at Grove East Apartments! I recently came to this property looking for a new home. I was greeted by Nubia who was such a sweetheart. She was so patient with the process and guided me through every step of my new journey. A couple of days later I met Selah and she was amazing also. These two ladies really made me feel special, I was not stressed at all. They checked on me even after I moved in. I have to say that Grove East feels like home, I love it here. If you are looking for a great place to stay, come here and make sure you ask for Nubia and Selah!

Ive been a tenant at Grove East Apartments for some time now, and unfortunately, I have consistently dealt with excessive noise issues. The apartment below mine frequently plays loud music late into the night, disrupting my sleep and affecting my quality of life. Despite my attempts to address this with management, the problem persists. Its disappointing to pay a premium rent and not enjoy a peaceful living environment. I hope the management takes more effective measures to ensure a quieter atmosphere for all residents.

My husband and I have been staying here since January 2022. When we first moved here to Grove East we had absolutely no issues at all. The rent was the same price EVERY MONTH. We had no reason to keep going to the front office. Now since the takeover from day one it’s been something every month! We have renters insurance and had renters insurance prior to the takeover with USAA. This new company charged us $25 for 4 months talking about the system hadn’t crossed over. I had to literally go to the front office and call USAA so they can send them proof that we had the policy for over 20 years. Remind you when we first moved in we provided that information. You can’t rent an apartment now without it so where did the paperwork disappear to?My first interaction with the front office was not a pleasant one. They are not welcoming at all.We called every single month for 4 months asking why the insurance charge and we got nothing at all. Finally they started crediting our next month’s rent after 3 months had passed.Once that was finally fixed we started seeing all these new admin fees (drainage and water)Now it’s a new Community Amenity for $30And a new trash fee for $17.72They are quick to send emails about everything else. But don’t send emails about new fees that will be added on your rent.Since they have taken over our rent is a different price EVERY MONTH, and we have to call them or go in the office EVERY MONTH to ask about the fees.Overall the apartment complex is very nice and we are loving our apartment but not loving the monthly extra charges that seem to be put on our bill every month.If I could do a negative star that is what they will get… I was not trying to give them that 1 star

Giving a 4 Star review based on my experience. I initially left a one star review. I contacted the email included in the response and they were willing to work with me the best they could. I always appreciate when businesses try to rectify consumer/ customer concerns. I ultimately decided not to lease here and the reason being the unit I was shown wasn’t as clean as I would have liked and I think the leasing agent mistakenly told me the unit was move in ready. I’d like to think they’d take more pride in making sure units were as clean as possible for move ins. Either which way, I just moved from an RPM managed complex and I have no problems with them. Their systems worked and anytime I had an issue or concern it was resolved almost immediately. I’d recommend at least touring the property if you’re interested.

I visited grove east beautiful apartments recently. From the time I entered, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The amenities are stunning, with lush gardens, a modern fitness center, and a vibrant pool for sunny days.The great staff made this apartment complex stand out. Selah M, who knew the property well, made my trip memorable. Selahs attention to detail, love for the neighborhood, and eagerness to answer my questions and offer suggestions made my visit memorable.I had an amazing time at grove east. Beautiful amenities and wonderful people like Selah M make this a place Id be happy to call home.

Nubia Martin was incredibly helpful with my transition into Grove East. I have had snags in transitions in the past, especially with previous apartments along West Lake Houston. Nubia was very attentive and communicative. She made sure I had all necessary information and continuously checked up on my application process. I look forward to my time in Grove East Apartments. My husband just moved in about 3 months ago and I can truly say it’s been great! Nubia helped us through every step and continues to address every concern or issue we have!! She always make us feel so taken care of. The amenities are great and the apartments are reasonably priced as well!!

Love the apartments in general, but the application process seemed to be smooth at first, but our leasing agent wasnt helpful at all. We paid the $285 look & lease, read the resident selection criteria, submitted the required documents only to be told oh I thought or I assumed She seemed helpful on our first visit but wasnt upfront abt some things that needed to be discussed on both of our visits in person. Customer service, professionalism was below average.

Since the day I’ve moved in Nubia and Selah have been awesome. Don’t matter what I call for or need assistance with they both help me and get done with smile. I probably wouldn’t have moved into Grove East if it wasn’t for Selah she literally sold me off the tour alone. Nubia definitely helped me step by step with the application and moving in process till it got done and I picked up my keys. They both have made living in Grove East at ease coming from another state to Texas. Thanks for everything.

I’ve been living at grove East for a while now and so far so great! Selah was so accommodating and helpful during my entire application process and even after I’ve moved in. The team does a great job with keeping us up to date on things going on in the community and I highly enjoy it out here so far.

I’m not looking to move until later in the summer, but I did tour the complex. Let me tell you SELAH is Amazing! Loved her personality. I was looking at multiple beautiful complexes but I kept coming back to Grove East because of Selah! Can’t wait to start the process. I’ll be in touch!

My experience living here has been nothing short of amazing. It’s a quiet community, well-upkept, respectful management, and the pool area was my personal favorite in the summertime. The apartments are still fairly new and in great condition. I had one with a yard attached which was great for letting my dogs out. Every time I had to go into the leasing office to inquire or discuss something I was met with smiles and great attitudes. The only complaint I have is that I just didn’t like commuting to my job in downtown, which was generally only about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and had nothing to do with the complex. Otherwise, I’d have stayed here much longer. 10/10 recommended if you’re looking for a nice, gated community to live!

I really love Grove East. I just renewed my lease in January so going on my second year here. The staff are very sweet and helpful. I had an issue recently and talking to Selah and trying to rectify it was like talking to one of my friends. She was relatable and easy to talk to. My go to girl! Everyday is a good day here at Grove East, Coffee routine is a usual thing here as well for me , and I can tell you that Nubia has been an amazing person to me and my sister! It has made it a homely feeling here at the office and I recommend this place a 100%!

OMG! Literally, where do I start? There. God thank You! Thank You! Thank You! For sending me here! From the staff, Nubia, first representative, of Your grace and favor, to an excellent display of customer service, to building rapport and making the process so simple and assuring, has been hands down one of my favorite steps in this entire experience! He team from Rueben, Sala, Theresa and others I have meet along the way so far have been nothing but spectacular. This place is AMAZING! The gate gives the sense of security for me that put all my fears to rest. I love the Parcel Pending! The LED lighting. The garbage disposal was a beautiful surprise You gave me and I am absolutely grateful, that’d always been a secret hearts desire of mine and You gave it to me. Love it, Oh and the Valet Trash hands down if you are reading 10 out of 10 would recommend Grove East alone based on that lol. I take advantage of the deep spa vibe tub all the time cause I can and it is there. The key to get in or the lack of key, I know is just you SHOWING OUT! I have NEVER experienced that. So #Salto Smart Locks Oh and the digital programmable thermostat is another one of my favorites about my HOME SWEET HOME. My balcony, garage, humongous closets, stainless steel appliances, the design, the windows, the pool, gym and etc. are all perks I will truly love getting to experience while I grow right here at Grove East where you have planted me. So thanks to the visionary of this European vibe like place. It reminds me of a past life when I lived in Germany. Thanks for sharing with us. To the staff here, thanks for your heart of gold and making this place feel like our home even though it’s your job. Kudos to you all! Even the ones I do not know names. Just know God knows and He sees and you are blessed the more so cause you blessed me! This is my Lighthouse and I am #grateful and #thankful. I have to give two shout outs! One for Ms. Selah. She is so professional and always smiling! The next is to Mr. Rebuen! I have now lived at two properties with him ( 1st one sold-new management) and he is amazing!! Great job guys!

The apartments are beautiful & our tour with nubia was amazing. She explained everything exceptionally & definitely showed us why grove east is going to be my next home.

New office staff is very rude, unresponsive, unreliable, unwelcoming and will misinform and try to lead you on if you allow them too. The new manager and assistant manager will send out very condescending emails in all caps and underlined as if they are yelling at you throughout the entire email, versus speaking to residents in a respectful manner to voice their concerns and frustrations.The current management company needs to consider making changes to the office staff immediately or switching back to the old management company.The pervious office staff was extremely helpful, reliable, welcoming, knowledgeable and very upfront. For the amount of rent paid here we should be equipped with the proper office staff that will treat and speak to residents with respect. To go from a helpful staff to the current unhelpful staff is very unacceptable.

Theresa Giesman and her staff have hosted several community events for the tenants at the club house and throughout the community. Which in my opinion, has made me really fell at home and like family. If you’re searching for a safe, family oriented community, make Grove East your home.

I moved in December , and I can honestly say that The Grove East Staff is Amazing! Recently attended the Wine Event and it was awesome. Thank you Nubia, Selah , Corina and Theresa for being an Amazing Staff!

I have viewed all the floorplans here and it looks like the only issue here is the management staff and issues with disrespectful neighbors. I cant get past all the negative reviews because I dont want to get stuck in a lease where things are not as they should be. Just my point of view.

Highly do NOT recommend living here. Khadijah is VERY rude and talks to people in a condescending tone as if they are not educated. Grove east is charging my girlfriend and I $1200 worth of move out fees and have reported us to the credit bureau although we NEVER received ANYTHING stating these move out fees existed. We moved here in 2021 when Grove East first opened (first people to move in) and moved out June 2023. The leasing office staff is completely different and it shows! Save your coins, time, and patience! Let me not even talk about how cars are constantly broken into, the gate stays broken and rent is still SUPER high!

Bad experience with ZRM management and now RPM Living. Since RPM is the current management company, I will speak to its service at Grove East. RPM began managing the complex a few months ago. The management began at a time when I was supposed to receive information to renew my lease. Due to the change in management, I was not given new rental rates for a lease renewal until about one month before my lease expired. This was already unprofessional because they should provide renewal information with 90-60 days notice, but because of the change in management, I let it slide. I decided to renew my lease with Grove East and it took 2 WEEKS of me calling the leasing office EVERY DAY to finally get a lease to sign. When I finally received the lease through the online resident portal, I was unable to sign it electronically as requested by the complex. I had to call the office EVERY DAY, multiple times a day to get someone to fix their issues with the portal. I took time off work to physically go into the leasing office to get the issue fixed but no help there. When I went into the office, the manager couldnt explain what was wrong with the portal. She wasnt even able to print me a copy of the lease to sign in person because they had no toner for their printer. I was forced to print the lease on my own paper and, again, physically go into the leasing office on a different day to turn it in. Poor, poor, poor service. While I dont expect the manager to be an IT wiz, I do expect the manager to contact the necessary parties to fix the portal so residents can electronically sign the contract as requested by the complex. I also understand that sometimes office supplies run out, i.e. the toner, but instead of having me print the lease on my own paper, the manager could of said something to the effect of, I am sorry about the portal and toner issues. When is good for you to come back to the office and I will have the lease printed for your signature? But, nothing of the sort happened. Then, on my first bill with the renewed lease, I get charged an additional $25 for insurance even though I have maintained private renters insurance the entire time I have lived at the complex. The prior management company had proof of my insurance, so I do not know why the additional charge was added. The only reason why I am staying at Grove East is because I have plans to purchase a home in the next couple of months and it was easier for me to stay where I am at and wait to move into the new home. If it wasnt for that, I would have chosen a new apartment complex with better management who can actually receive and respond to phone calls, emails and find solutions for their residents who are experiencing difficulties with issues created by the management company itself.

I have had an amazing experience from start to move in. I applied and had an answer within 24 hours. Shay communicated with me on every aspect of what was required and everything was done electronically which really helped being that I was in California coming into Texas sight unseen. Everything was just like the photos and the video that she sent me. The office staff was amazing. I was given a full tour of the property and my apartment upon my arrival. I was presented with my keys. Very seamless process.

Went in for a tour with Selah and she was very welcoming and friendly. Great place very clean and well put together. Will definitely be considering these apartments for my next home.

Update 10/19/23: New property management seems like they are making the necessary changes. My only concern was the gate being broken and in a matter of a week or two of new management company the gate has been fixed. Seems like they are prompt with any concerns we have. Only been a few weeks so we shall see! But love the changes so far.Update: I enjoy my apartment building but there is no security in living here due to the gates being left open, cars being broken into and even my friends car got stolen from the property. No patrol officer on property like stated. If he is I’ve never seen them. Every time you ask about the gates it’s “we have someone coming out this week to look at it”. Very annoyed due to security being my number one concern and when touring got reassured that that was a main priority of theirs as well but obviously not.Loved the place & the office staff! Khadijah was welcoming & very informative! Put in my app right after the tour!! Looking forward to calling this place home

I hate having to resort to this, but I was a resident at this complex from 07/2021-09/2023 and overall the experience was subpar for the monthly rent price. Cars were broken into and wheels were being stolen due to the gate being broken the entire length of my stay. The office never answers the phone and seemed as if they kept decreasing office hours. The management changed multiple times to where it felt like every month there was new management. The problem is the complex is claiming that they did not receive my notice to vacate which could possibly be true due to the management switch right before my move out date, but it was submitted well in advance. The charge for the 60 Day Notice Period is $2,291.80 which I do not owe because it was already submitted in person and by email. I was also charged $462.08 for a carpet stain that was labeled as Pet Damage/Carpet Replacement, I never had a pet and the stain was only visible underneath the carpet so upon move-in make sure they pull up the carpet so you will know the condition of it before living there....... All this to say that the only appeal to living in the complex is the accessibility to beltway 8 and the floor plan layouts.

I just recently moved into Grove East and the move in process was handled quickly and smoothly. Nubia helped us out tremendously, was kind to accomodate our needs, and was communicative through the whole process! We are thankful to be here at Grove East.

I just want to thank Nubia for making my move process a breeze, especially coming from another state. Moving can be stressful but Nubia made it fun and easy. My dog even loves her!

From my first call to the signing of my lease, Bryan was very professional and attentive to what I was looking for. He walked me through the process of applying and kept me updated step by step. The rest of the office staff has been very welcoming and professional as well. If you are looking for an upscale place to call home, you should definitely give Grove East a call. They go above and beyond for their residents and are definitely top tier when it comes to apartment living.

Leaving a one star review as a business owner because I provided ample information to move into this unit which is half the cost of an apartment that id be moving away from and this review is based solely on the lack of knowledge of the leasing staff. They will misinform you on all topics a try to go back on their word. with this information alone I would not lease here. And so glad I dodged a bullet.Update: def blessing in disguise. Just leased a beautiful brand new one bedroom in the loop. Keep looking there are better options out there!

The leasing office will take your application and administrative fees, not follow up with you, and cancel your application. Nubia the assistant manager was condescending and rude. She implied that it was somehow my fault that information wasnt relayed to her from her staff. I had to call every day just to get a status update and I would get the same response, Well call you back in 10 minutes only to never receive a call. If this is what it is like just going through the application process, I can only imagine the entire complexs disarray. It was horrible service for such a nice complex.Update, the only time theyll actually make an effort to call you (borderline harassment) is when the Temps call you to snitch out the manager Corina. Outrageously unprofessional.

I only went to inquire a few days ago about apartments and what was available for time frame my lease would be up at my current apartment complex.Khadijah was very friendly , helpful, took me on a tour of complex features and also a 1bedroom. And I was a walk in, I’d been to look at a couple of others and everything is being hussled for online touring or making appointments. Yes we live in different times but I still like a walk- in atmosphere and a tour in person without all the websites and forms. Now putting in an application and applying and all the fees is another story. But I found the apartments to be very nice and since they are still very new the overall appeal is enticing. I do not live here but was just looking into them.

We just moved into Grove East and we love it! Everyone is very informational and professional. Corina and Nubia helped us out a bunch with any issues that we had. We love the amenities and all that Grove East has to offer!

Terrible experience, both the manager and staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. I was early to my appointment and although it was raining, I opted to wait in the lobby since I’m visiting from out of town and using Uber. My appoint was at 1:30 I was almost 45 mins early but most places I’ve visited don’t mind people waiting in lobby and it had been rainy. The manager said they would see what they can do, one of the agents said she’d help me. Then said they weren’t going to give me a tour.l was there before 1 pm. Although I had just received a confirmation text. No option to wait out the rain even considered since the appointment wasn’t for another 30 mins. The rain had passed before my Uber had arrived, such a sad experience for someone looking to move to Texas for the first time.

When we first moved here we used to love it. Brand new apartment complex. Staff is nice and friendly but unfortunately this apartment complex has definitely gone down. Rent increased but still multiple cars being left on bricks or broken into which gave us no option to rent out a garage to avoid our vehicle being broken into, adding more to our overpriced rent.The gate has been open/broken for MONTHS and every time I ask for updates “we are getting it looked at this week” yet NOTHING has been done.Not only that there is a $200 fee for being locked out, when it used to be $100. All these increases and yet no type of security. Definitely don’t recommend.

I had a wonderful experience touring the community! Denise the Assistant Manager showed me my new home and I ended up leasing just because of her. The gym was big and the pool looked amazing. Im excited to move in soon and looking forward to being a resident.

I truthfully wanted to love this complex and move in but my experience applying has been nothing short of a nightmare and waste of time. The property is beautiful, the leasing office however lacks communication. I’ve been in a holding pattern for 11 days waiting for some sort of approval or denial. Any communication or update on my application I have had to hound them about as no one has made the effort to reach out to me unless I reached out first. No apology for the lack of communication nor waste of time either. They’re claiming the hold up is on income but each document I provide they have an issue with. I’m not sure why I’d pay a $150 admin fee on top of the $65 application fee for an apartment I couldn’t afford. In addition to not approving or denying me they refused to return my application and admin fee. Mind you the same information provided here was more than enough at two previous apartment complexes I applied to and got approved for, but I chose grove east for their location. I liked this complex because it was near the airport and I’m a flight attendant but they have made no effort to aid in my application process or trying to accept the documents I’ve provided that state my income. NOT AVIATION FRIENDLY as I understand our pay is hard to understand but they didn’t even try. Not very interested in living here anymore, good luck to future applicants in aviation.

Shae and Francesca were absolutely amazing and super helpful with all of the information about the property AND answered all our questions. The property is absolutely beautiful, too. My husband and I made another choice that fit our current budget for now, but I truly love this complex.

Grove East at Fall Creek has been a great experience for me!The team at Grove East has always been friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home.Moved in right at the time they just opened, which Im one of the first residents that moved into the complex in 2021 and since day 1, they have been extremely helpful in every aspect.I do highly recommend Grove East! great location, amazing team, amazing facilities and you will feel right at home.

My apartment is nice, and I like it, but I do not feel safe or secure. 4 vehicles have been left on bricks and 2 have been stolen at my unit alone. They only have office hours M-F, 9-5, the hours I am at work. So if I have an issue, I cannot address it in person only by email. They increase my renewal rent by 12%. Not that I cant pay, what do I get for a 12% increase? Did I mention there is NO security.A word of caution, just because its new does not make it better.

Recently moved in and everything has been great. Corina and Nubia have been very helpful in any way possible and have made the transition as smooth as possible . All staff has been very professional and accommodating.

Living here has been probably by far one of my best experiences. Location was my biggest factor due to proximity to the airport and the manager Shay is one of the friendliest managers I’ve ever encountered. She always greets you with a smile and asks how you’re doing. OH, and the pool area here is to die for..!

I LOVE my apartment! I LOVE the complex and its amenities. I LOVE the office staff. I am giving a poor review based on the construction of the apartment. I have lived on the first floor of two other apartments and have NEVER heard every step my upstairs neighbors make until now. I can hear them pull their chairs from under their table and drawers opening due to the floor being so thin. I am so disappointed because I truly do love living here, but it is unbearable some days.

Nubia is the best EVER! 1000/10 , she helped me when It was hailing outside , and still toured me and I am now a resident ! It’s been an amazing experience .

Ill start off the by saying the team here at Grove East is absolutely phenomenal. I was moving all the way from Maryland and they made the transition so easy. Bryan was extremely nice and helpful on my move in day. He actually had the day off but still came in early to make sure that I was all set up and answered all of my questions. If I could rate the staff individually they all would get 5 stars but I would definitely have to give Bryan 10/5 stars.

Since the new management has taken over Nubia has helped tremendously. Any problems or requests that I may have she tends to immediately, definitely appreciate her.

I have lived here for about 3 months and i have loved every minute of it, the units are very beautiful and comfortable, the residents are all very quite and peacful. The office staff is amazing and very quick to respond and the entire property is always in such clean conditions i definitely recommend giving it a try if you would like a luxury style living environment.

I toured these great looking apartments with “Megan” who was RUDE , not really helping me an my girlfriend out when we were asking questions.. had an attitude and wasn’t actively listening, wasn’t even trying to engage in any conversation or anything. I highly recommend to avoid this area.. then there was a constable sherif who came there, really gave me an my girlfriend bad vibes.. high theft area, the leasing agent/or whatever you wanna call her was terrible/poor customer service.. yeah this is a big big NO .. (the picture is to prove that we weren’t joking..she was talking low an not engaging in any type of conversation to sell the apartment, walking ahead of us, an her body language just wasn’t it) …. So her having one bad day cost them a sale on this beautiful property.. thanks Grove East Apartments for helping us narrow down our search (by not including you guys 🙂)

I call everyday with noise complaints. No one ever calls back, or tries to rectify the inconvenience I suffer through daily. It’s worst than living in an echo chamber. If and or when I’m able to get a living person on the phone to explain the burden it is to hear what sounds like people wrestling and stomping in boots daily, there is still no resolution. I’ve never felt more uncomfortable and exhausted in my life just wanting to have peace where I lay my head.Update: still making calls about noise complaints. Still nothing has been done about the constant disturbance.Update: if you can live in an echo chamber, tolerate hearing loud stumping and wrestling through the walls and ceilings, and no resolution from management new or old, you’ll love it here.

Did a tour today and the property is amazing. Selah answered all of our questions. Nothing bad to say about this apartmen.

I just wanted to say again that staff has been great. Khadijah is by far the best. She is very attentive to your needs and if she does not have the answer to a question, she will surely find out. Shes courteous and polite all the time. Now on the down side, I have been here since it opened and what I do not like is the consistent changes in MGMNT. Dont know what the problem is, but I have learn that with new mgmnt comes higher bills, rude staff, etc. For the amount of money I pay for rent, SECURITY is important. The gate has not worked in months on either side. Cars are being put on bricks and it has not been like this. If I wanted to stay in the HOOD, then I would have. I would love to stay but the amount of space does not equal the amount of rent Im paying. Maintenance is GREEAAATTT!!!!!! Please keep the staff that is here, you have either gotten rid of the good ones or you are so unbearable to where the new mgmnt has not been here long and they are gone. Khadijah and Daisy are wonderful and it would be a disservice to let them go. Just because its a new mgmnt, does not always mean you need an entire new TEAM. I know you really dont care about the tenants because at the end of the day, its all about money. If it is not broken dont try to fix it. Cant wait to see what this renewal agreement will look like. I will be waiting for that programmed response that you will send me.

A lot of hidden fees that you are not told about when applying - beware! Floors are paper thin and you will hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing and I mean EVERYTHING! Noise from outside is just as bad. Don’t waste your time complaining. Put in for maintenance repairs and get responses that it’s complete but never saw anyone and it definitely was not fixed. Smoke free property but will not tell you that or no signs indicating that until after you sign lease. Parking is awful!

I loved my apartment/ unit for a while. But honestly I’m over it, the automatic doors are ANNOYING. All I hear is doors slamming all day and night. The walls are sooooo thin I live on the 3rd floor and can hear what my downstairs neighbor is saying and this is with my tv on. The way they built the parking is stupid. There’s absolutely no parking. I had to pay for a reserved spot & they have YET to get passing stickers or tags to show who actually has a reserve spot along with who assigned to what spot. Lastly, to live here isn’t cheap yet there’s never anything for the residents. The old team hosted events and the last event was in December. I’m pretty disappointment in Grove East as a whole.

I’m a current resident here at grove east, when I first moved in I loved it due to it being a nice apartment as more residents moved in I started to see more problem, BAD BAD parking some residents parking in more then one parking stall holding parking spots I’ve reached out to the office nothing has been done by the apartments. The main reason why I’m giving the 1 star is due to office staff the have bad communication between DENISE AND ERNESTO THE PROPERTY OWNER they seemed pleasant when they are trying to get you to lease with them but as soon as your in they show their true bad characteristics. For the amount of rent paid it’s not worth it I’m definitely moving out once my lease ends. if you want to save yourself the headache DO NOT LEASE HERE !!PSA Walls are extremely thin, and the apartment structure is really bad, don’t let the outside fool you .

I have never rented or lived in a BRAND SPANKING NEW UNIT! But when I first laid eyes on the apartments at Grove East, I was sold🙌🏾 Babyyyy, let me tell you about Bryan and Gustavo….I had SEVEN days before I had to move out of my apartment (had already given notice) but the apartment (different complex) I had previously chosen was atrocious, upon viewing (NEVER RENT WITHOUT VIEWING). I told Bryan that I was having panic attacks because I hadn’t chosen an apartment and had to within 24 hours! His response, “Sayless. I’ll have your application on my supervisor’s desk before COB!” And….HE DID! Gustavo emailed me either the same day or the very next with my approval!! I am happy with the service and my unit. Onllllyyy thing-I rented a unit without a balcony storage! How in the he!! did I do that? Anywho, let Grove East be your new home!-KT

If you want to live in a “hotel” - like apartment complex- well by all means. This is just a Motel Six with red lipstick on!This whole “luxury” thing? HACars are sitting on bricks. Not one. But several cars. Everything is nice and pretty right now because the place was just built … it has barely been a year and this place is already the hood.Positive reviews are FAKE.

Hey Ive been living here for maybe a couple months and it crazy how me and my roommates are constantly having to address the issue of our door key not working. We pay our rent on time and have no issues. We had them fix our door 4-5 times when we addressed it they claimed : well since its not us we are unsure of why its not working and it will be a continuous thing bec its just going to be continues. Since you arent on the lease we cant talk to you about it and since i am not on the lease which is understandable for them to not be able to have a conversation i brought my roommates and addressed the situation then they stated well you cant cancel your lease and go.As we’ll as them claiming i can’t live here if I’m not under the lease, which doesn’t make sense bec I’m here with my girlfriend and it’s every time I’m here where the key doesn’t work.

Rims and tires are being stolen from cars. No notification regarding this has been sent out by the property;. Gate has been broken for at least 6 months. I also heard a gundshot go off in the middle of the night. Trash rules still not being enforced.. Trash left out on non pickup days and sometimes all day. I saw my first roach the other day. I know it is from the trash situation. Pool is out of control.

I have nothing to say but how glad I am that Fran was able to assist me with my apartment search. She was very kind and patient with me ( I had so many questions being that I am not familiar with the area). I am not moving just yet but definitely have Grove East in mind for the future.

I loved it when i first moved in but now im just ready for my lease to be done so i can move, gate has been broken for over 4 months so its no longer a secure property, people drive like animals through the parking lot and it seems like no one does anything to make the place any better, definitely no longer worth what i pay every month, i will be leaving as soon as i can

Being residents here we have not been so happy with management (Ernesto Gonzalez/Denise Magro)agents. They are NOT handling things in a timely matter for residents but when it comes to rent or collecting money THEY ARE ON TOP OF IT LIKE HOUNDS.. When residents come to stay it should be a 2 way street with handling, communication, diligently working on what needs to get done. They don’t care about the residents or anyone else’s well being. Nothing ethical here. BE WARNED. Also beware of hidden fees.

Toured this community last week and Denise was very helpful with my apartment search. I liked how clean the pool was and the other staff members were nice and welcoming as well. I recommend this apartment complex.

I will not move here don’t recommend the gates has been broke for months , packages stolen out mail rooms the walls so thin you can hear everything neighbor do & the office will say it’s nothing they can do. First floor have lil bugs centipedes everywhere ! Can’t wait until to my lease is up asap

This is absolutely ridiculous that the office is open and there is clearly people in the office and no one answers the phone. It is completely unacceptable and a waste of employees if they are not going to do what they were hired for. I shouldnt have to talk to a operator instead of a leasing agent. Such a beautiful property and horrible staff. Yall need to do better.

Starting to really become a ghetto place to live. Security gate stay open, broken glass everywhere, trash smell, and trash compactor stays nasty and full of trash! pool area always full of people that ARE NOT residents of Grove East. Im ready to GO!!

Apartments are nice and in good area. Staff was welcoming and informational. Nubia helped answer any questions and was very tentative.

1st time in Apartments! My wife and I couldn’t be any happier! 🙌🏽 The move in process was to the point and easy all thanks to the staff! ❤️

Nice Complex, the people are nice But I applied and got denied and when I was filing out the application it stated I can receive my application/deposit fee back if I got denied. They still wont return my money. But I will be calling my bank because that is ridiculous

Horrible. EVERY WEEK someone wakes up to find their car sitting on bricks. Criminals keep coming back to target Grove East Residents because management isn’t doing anything about this.

I was there and left a year and a half ago due to force majeure, the office made me pay a fine for breaking the contract even though I had been complaining for months about the scandal of the person who lived above me. They dont care if you are comfortable, they only care about collecting money.
