Park at Deerbrook

I could not recommend this apartment complex more. The maintenance team and management team are incredible. Our move in and move out process were smooth and easy. We are only moving because of a change of jobs- otherwise we would have been happy to stay. Especially after hurricane Beryl- this team made their best efforts to communicate daily with the tenants, attend to problems immediately, and accommodate anywhere they could. We will miss living here!

I’ve been living here almost a year now and it’s been great . From the maintenance men to the manager Ms. Vicki she is truly amazing and so sweet. They treat you like family here and get things done .

I been a resident for six years and I love the manager and the maintenance personnel and always on point with my request. I love living here at the Parks of Deerbook.

I am not a resident nor have I ever lived here but I was considering moving here. Long story short, the apartment wasn’t big enough to fit all my furniture so I had to find a new place, but the customer service I received throughout the application process was exceptional! I worked directly with Viktorya and she was sooooo nice. She was prompt when answering my questions and requesting information, and when I came to see the apartment, she was so welcoming. I felt like I was at home. And when I told her the apartment was not big enough, she immediately offered me a different unit. Unfortunately it wasn’t available right away so I couldn’t take it, but just the fact that Viktorya was so nice and accommodating was enough for me to write this review and recommend this place to others. If your furniture fits, MOVE HERE!

I enjoyed living here so much. The complex is quiet and everyone is friendly. Victoria is amazing. Very polite, nice, and understanding. She will work with you. If I can give this apartment 6 stars I would! You won’t regret it.

I lived at these apartments for 4 years. My experience was very good there overall. Pros: good location, quick maintenance, and ample parking. Small community and the workout room is nice and clean Cons: The parking lot floods easily. I had to total out my car on the worst one and they dont even acknowledge or work to fix it. The flat fee for utilities is an absolute ripoff. They claim that this actually keeps prices lower but you are really paying for them to make a small profit and for them to not have to deal with multiple utility companies. It only benefits people who dont conserve and use electricity and water indiscriminately and passes the price to people who could pay much less if able to use their own utility company. This is the opposite of environmentally conscious. I ended up paying $50-$100 more per month when they changed this. They try to sell this as good for everyone when it is only good for packed apartments who are home all day with children. They also charged $20 a month for trash service which was mandatory even if you would rather just take the trash out for free and save money. The office rarely picks up the phone. Expect rent increases from $20-$50 a month which you have to negotiate down. Always negotiate your rent increase if you pay on time as the price for waiting to rent it out again will cost them more than not getting the full increase.

When I first read the reviews I was very excited and immediately went out to see what the property was like. Everything is well kept and people are so polite. I was quick to be able to view a 1 bedroom and get the tour like I had hoped and upon that I moved in immediately. The complex lives up to the expectations and is amazing. There is access to everything and I am within range of so many grocery stores it is so nice to be able to even walk to the stores. Maintenance team is amazing and always quick. I feel like they really show concern and are always prompt to help you in any way. They work with you all the time and communication is key. They even have free movie rentals and serve great snacks in the office and the director Nuvia is so helpful and amazing just wonderful to talk to. She makes residents feel valued and takes the time to go out and help. Thank you for making my experience here so great.

I have been living here about 3 years & I love it! The manager is the best never any issues with maintenance they ALWAYS come as soon as you report any issues! Its a small quiet community and I love it! Highly recommend!

I just recently moved in and I absolutely LOVE IT here! The location convenience, it’s quiet and well kept! Viktorya Granado is AWESOME! She went above and beyond to assist me with all of the questions and concerns during the leasing process! This is a very wonderful place to live! Glad I found it

These apartments are amazing!! The complex is small enough to meet everyones demands and needs, customer service is beyond excellence, & maintenance is done at a timely fashion every time (the maintenance guy is very nice.) Communication with the tenants is exceptional, especially when they host events to get people together even if its just a party at the pool.Could not rave about it enough, just wish we could renew our lease when it ends but these apartments are not big enough for 2 adults, a baby, and a dog. Regardless, could not recommend this complex and the management team enough.

It will be a year in October , that Ive been here & I love it. Its very quiet for the most part ,& as everyone has stated Daniela is awesome. She very friendly & welcoming, she makes you want to become apart of the Park at Deerbrook family. This place very well lighted and they are located super close to the mall. Like, everything you need is in the area. Im glad I decided to move here.

I have lived at Park at Deerbrook for about 4 years now. This place is really a great residence to reside. The staff and maintenance are always tremendously friendly and helpful. If ever Ive had a maintenance issue, they come the same day and the problem is resolved immediately. The staff are also very friendly and punctual. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns I may have and return my calls in a timely fashion. They really care about their residents. If you are looking for a place where you truly get what you pay for, this would be it. Very satisfied!

Great apartments. Management is nice and friendly. If u came in with a concern they will surely do there best to take care of the issue. Been here for a lil over 2 years and havent had a issue with anyone here. There all friendly but rly stay to themselves so its pretty quiet.

I have really enjoyed my experiences here for the past few years. The neighbors are quiet and considerate and friendly. The front office is great and the maintenance is timely and accurate as well as warm.

Seeing all these wonderful reviews I couldn’t wait to go check out the apartments. When I called I spoke to a very friendly kind person, who assured me a 2 bedroom was available to view.Once we got there it was a different story. The lady was nice but I felt rushed the entire time, she spoke quickly hell, she even wrote quickly, In the end she asked if we had any questions and I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any because I felt she didn’t even care to hear what we had to say. I feel all this is because my boyfriend and I look so young. She had an older lady sitting out in the waiting area who came in only 1 minute after us and the whole time she was with us she kept telling her “I’ll be with you in just a minute.” It’s like she assumed the older lady would actually rent an apartment before we do. And on top of it all, she said she didn’t have any 2 bedrooms to show and when she would be able to show them would be 1 week before move-in, she didn’t even offer to let us see a 1 bed room. Like who actually puts in an application you pay for, pay the fees and all that BEFORE you get to even tour the place? Ridiculous. She was nice but it seemed like an act. Thankfully we’ve found a place to call home and it won’t be here.

I love my new apartment is close to Walmart super center. I love that the community is always clean and well kept. I love that the Pool and the pavilion area is clean. The community is close to my shopping centers Deerbeook Mall, My frequently restaurants. I love that is very lit up at night they have a gated community. I love that it has a pet park

Back two years ago I recalled stopping by this apartment complex to inquire about a 1bedroom 1 bad and I was told that this was a senior citizen assisted living complex. As I later found out that was not true. As I am back in the market for looking for an apartment. I have read some of the reviews. I wish I would have gotten the young thin black ladys name. I just wonder what was it about me that made her feel like she could just tell me that. I always dress appropriately when taking care of business. I dont smoke or drink so I dont look as if I appear I wouldnt be able to make the required payment. Its just baffles me still now so the only thing I can think of is that it may have been close to her lunch break or time to close but why lie just state the truth. I know that this apartment complex got some good reviews thats great so please stress to them to be completely honest with potential resident. I could have been working under cover and with the individual telling me false information it could have had her to lose her job if still around. Keep up the good work.

Great atmosphere, and very well kept! office staff is friendly and helpful, Nuvia in leasing was great! The online app and the services department are easy to use up to date, all repairs have been resolved promptly and efficiently. All around a great experience!

If you are looking for the most comfortable living experience in Humble Texas, Park at Deerbrook Apartment is it. The apartment facilities are immaculate and promptly maintained. Trash bin is never full. Even though there is a diverse group of people living here, you wouldnt know it since it is always quiet and peaceful anytime of the day. I have to believe Nuvia and her colleagues (Front office staff) are doing a good job of vetting prospective tenants. Everyone living here are responsible working class people. I cant complain. Great apartment complex.

My sister lives in these apartments and they are very nice. Very spacious its very safe and close to everything which I love. I can walk to a store if need be. I recommend this would a great place for families or singles.

Park At Deerbrook is an amazing community to live in. If youre looking for a convenient, quiet, well kept property, look no further. I have lived here for 4 years now, and I must say I am pleased. The young lady in the office always has warm freshly made cookies every time I go in there. This is a must see property.

My daughter lives in this apartment complex. it makes me feel very comfortable and happy she lives in a place that is very nice and appears to be a safe environment, close to nice restaurants shopping malls, grocery stores. I would truly recommend to friends and family.

This property is over rated, very poor maintenance. When i moved in none of the make ready was done, carpet wasnt clean. I was told the dead smell in the ac is normal. When you wash dishes they want you to run the diah washer so it doesnt flood (fyi in some cases it still does) i have paid 4 months of front and turned around paid 3 months. Rent has never been late. Today i talked to a lady i never seen at front office told her at 8:45 this morning my toilet had had issues could they come today cause my wife is pregnant. They nevwr came and its 6pm... Bad property im glad my lease up... The maintenance doeant know what he is doing. I even had to fill out 3 different move in sheets cause they lost the first teo

Thought this place was a lovely take on the often negative view on apartment communities. Because more times than not they’re not known for being a pleasant experience. However, when my good friend moved in, I thought, “Wow, this small quiet complex is very down to earth with an almost ‘family like’ aura. I was truly welcoming the idea of moving back to an apartment. That idea was quickly shattered because I’d noticed that the office personnel seem to listen and partake in the gossip amongst neighbors and instead of directly asking ‘the talked about tenant’ she just blatantly asks why or when instead of “I’ve heard some talk and I’m here to help if you need anything.” That’s small in comparison to this unit boasting its huge dog park and it’s love for dogs (which the dog park is quite unique and wonderful.) well I’ll visit my friend periodically while walking the dogs from the humane society I work at (to reintroduce them into social settings) and, let the dog run around and play toss in the dog park. You look up and you see two of the earlier said gossipers run to the office after watching our every move to say God only knows. Then to come over a day or two later to find the dog park gates tied shut. Why have it open for them in the first place if you’re just going to take away the dogs privileges based on “gossip.” I’m truly sadden by this. I’d visited the location and had misplaced one of my humane society fur babies amongst the complex. It was after the office closed. Id called and left messages repeatedly and never got a call back. Although the app she had posted there was a missing dog in the office and to let her know that later my friend told me. But, why not return my calls. I truly hope this establishment can hear back towards the reputation it had a few years ago and actually do what is being published. Sincerely, a neighbor to the complex.Edit: No response is needed. However, member or not you should treat everyone as potential members. Their guests are just as important. Your response shows your character loud and clear. But, thank you for finally getting back with me!

I have been here 2 years and just sign for another year. The managment is really wonderful and helps fix whatever issues you have. Maintenance is done depending on when placed is fix in less than 24 hours. This is a very quiet and friendly community. I love it here

Been here for 7 months and I am so glad I moved here. It’s quiet, maintenance guys are is fast and efficient, and Viktorya is the most professional Property Manager I’ve ever encountered.

The apartments are really nice and quiet.!Its a great place to raise your kids. Ms. Flores is a rock star ! Shes so oraganize and so nice. She answer all my questions!I deflnely signed for another year.

My best friend live in these apartments and I must say they are very nice and well maintained. The apartment units are a great size and is perfect for singles and or families.

We got rejected for boggus reasons, such as credit issues, I have a 784. Credit Score they kept our $200 app fee, I believe they are trying to recoup what they lost during the covid pandemic, and what better way than to bilk people out of their money and NOT rent them an apt that may or may not be available, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with their rental application process, I tried to respond to the email in which they sent the reasons for denial but it seems that it does not exist, boggus move again ? DO NOT apply for an apt here, because they will take your money and run

Those reviews are fake. This apartment is a good startup get your feet wet type apartment. But the maintenance sucks. They dont maintain the apartment at all. IT IS NOT a 5 star apartment dont get fooled.

A very interesting stay for a weary traveler allowing refuge in a quaint family oriented setting, giving rise to a safe haven for children and the like. A very comfortable clean, quiet environment inside and out.

This place is absolutely amazing. The maintenance staff is very punctual and there are no pests ever in the residence. When you factor that in with the price and location this place is unbeatable.

I live here, and the office change the lady in the office 4 time, whe I move here was nice ,now no body care ,is dirty, the dont pick the trash, im paying my parking spot, and is people parking there, the rest are be side the swimming pools is nasty is being dirty for a month, no body care,im fixing to move or or call to corporate

Nice place,my sister and her husband lives here for the past 2 years, every time i come to visit i never have no problems, the staff are really nice , im waiting for my contract to finish and move to park, i really like the movies rental, makes us feel like home..Thankyou guys.
