The Park at Tour 18

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!If I could give this apartment complex zero stars I would. This apartment complex is “nice” looking from the outside but don’t get fooled like I did. I resided here from 8/9/23-11/9/24 and it was one of the most terrible experiences especially being a first time apartment owner. The staff is rude and very unhelpful. The community is dirty, people let their dogs pee/poop on the stairs and right in front of the stairs on the gravel. I lived on the second floor in Building 1 and I would always avoid touching the rails as they were always wet and smelled like pee. They say there’s a “no smoking” policy but it smells like weed everywhere. Also the dumpster areas are disgusting and they make you pay for valet trash but I pretty much took out my own trash each week. The pool area is always having “maintenance work” done but it always looks dirty. After living there for a couple of months, I had many noise complaints from the neighbors above me. When I reported it, it was such a hassle. First I was kind enough to write out an email and send it to the office staff. I received a call a couple of days later stating that I should have contacted the courtesy officer. The next time I had a noise complaint I contacted the courtesy officer and they came and said they would speak to them. Right after they spoke to the neighbors above me, they continued the running, jumping and banging. Another time occurred and I called again and the officer said they were not on sight but that they would go speak to them. I was never assured if they did or didn’t. I called the officer again for another complaint at a different time and there was no answer and no one called me back. I stopped calling even though I had noise complaints because it was useless. I reached out to the office and I even provided them with many videos of the noise I was experiencing. It got to the point where I was paying for the unit but would stay at my family’s house because it was that bad. The office staff was NO HELP AT ALL! They told me that they cannot tell people how to raise their kids and that was that. When it was time to renew the lease I declined it. I hired some people to come out and paint and clean up my apartment in hopes I would get my deposit back. When I called a couple weeks after I left they had a list of charges for me that I had to pay and basically said I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back. They said I was getting charged for carpet cleaning and other charges. Carpet cleaning was $120 alone which is insane since all complexes have to clean their units before another resident leases it out. Mind you I had no stains on the carpet whatsoever. I got charged for a small crack in one of the blinds. I also got charged for removing a freezer shelf because I was unable to properly use my freezer. Due to it being so small and tight I had to remove it to stick meat and food in the freezer. I don’t know what the other charges are for but I also got charged a cleaning fee which again is very dumb. I was very upset and they said well we sent a letter in the mail with the breakdown of your changes and to look out for it . A month passed and I still never got anything in the mail. I called today 12/30/24 and a lady by the name of Sylvia A. spoke with me. I told her that I hadn’t received anything in the mail and she said well we sent it but it got sent back. I was like okay so no one was going to email or call me. She told me no and that by policy we are not required to. I then responded and said well can you resend it and it turned out they wrote down the wrong address because the unit number written down by one of their employees was #5144 and I told them I clearly said it was #5114. I then proceeded to saying so would I have been penalized since no one reached out to me and technically it’s money you guys “need” me to pay. Sylvia then says well we would have sent it to collections which is very wrong. Overall this apartment complex is trash and I’m saving you the time and energy that I lost living here.

I was excited to see the property since it’s close to family and it has an essential housing program. My tour guide Silvia Agostadero was not friendly at all. She barely talked, then she took me to 2 units which one smelled like mold and the other one smelled like weed literally. She wasn’t communicating and her customer service was horrible. She just opened the doors to the apartment and stood there. She didn’t take us to see the pool or amenities we just walked pass the pool and she didn’t open her mouth to say anything. On the way back to the office she just said the mail room is on the left and that was about it. Horrible customer service.

Today I toured this property and I can honestly say, it was one of the best tours I’ve ever received l. From beginning to end, Beth’s kindness and professionalism welcomed openness and hope of moving into the apartment. The unit were extraordinary clean. Hidden and full of peace. The community was quiet. You can tell management takes pride in making sure their residents are taken care of. There was an exit sign that was slightly off. W/o my notice of the sign Beth took a pic and mentioned immediately having it fixed. I know at that moment, if I were to run into any maintenance issues, they would be fixed with no hesitation.

I was excited to see the place, but the girl working at the front desk made me feel unwelcome. I didnt get her name; she is short and looks Latina. First, she said that we don’t have a one-bedroom apartment available for you to see. Then, during the tour, she said, Stop interpreting me. She was acting like she owned the place. I cant comprehend how a person lacking in customer service skills could be appointed to this position.

I wanted to reach out and say “thank you” to Sylvia for taking the time to show me the apartment and reviewing the lease options. I look forward to making a change in the future. The grounds are beautiful, the options are awesome

I’ve been living here since February and I love it. Shawn was super helpful through the application process and communicated very well, which I appreciated. Beth in the office is really nice and helpful. She’s very warm and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and the staff top tier.

I appreciate Beth for helping us with our Tour. She’s very informative and kind! The apartments are very nice and love how peaceful they are. The Amenities are great and everything is very Modern. One of the Top 5 on the list if you are looking Around the Humble area !

Beth was amazing! Very friendly and very knowledgeable! We showed up without an appointment, but she was so kind to show us around. The complex is clean, noise free, and the Amenities are amazing. The apartment tour was really good!

I’ve lived here for over a year now with my husband and kid after selling our home! If you’ve went from a house, back to an apartment you know how much of an adjustment it can be. Honestly, this has been a comfortable experience for us. The community is quiet, safe, and clean. I never see any trash. People pick up after their pets. Things are always being communicated to residents. We constantly have food trucks on the property. Shawn is a phenomenal manager! Like the professionalism is amazing! And he knows everybody name and apartment lol. The staff are also great. I can’t remember the new assistant manager name but she seems very nice. The esthetics in the apartment are nice (some stuff could be better), but overall nice compared to other apartment complexes in this area.

I’ve been living here for over 3 years and I can honestly say The Park at Tour 18 is fantastic. The leasing agents and property manger are very friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a safe, well kept place to call home…The Park At Tour 18 is perfect!

I had a great tour with Beth, she was super nice and was able to answer all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured when looking around the amenities or the apartment itself. I now live in the complex and it’s been great so far!

I’ve now been here for over one year and still find it wonderful. The tranquility and landscape are relaxing. The management and maintenance teams are polite, responsible and happy to be of service. I am always greeted by name with a pleasant hello. The layout of my apt is perfect for my lifestyle with its open concept and especially the big kitchen island. It’s great for entertaining. I am particularly fond of our clubhouse with a study area, billiards table, kitchenette, ice machine, computer area with free internet and 3 nice sized TVs so you can see multiple channels at the same time. The living room area sofas and chairs are super comfortable and I love meeting up with fellow tenants to chat here. In the warmer weather I’ve enjoyed sitting out on the patio upstairs. We have a very nice gym facility with weight machines, weights, balls, jump ropes, treadmills and stair climbers all with a great view of the cabana-style pool area. One of my favorite areas is the grill and eating areas. There’s a big one in the pool area and one on each floor of the four-story buildings. The amenities are very well kept. But most of all, I feel safe here. Thank you Shawn, Larissa, Mabel and Karston for making Tour 18 a place to call home for me!

My husband and I have had an amazing experience so far! We had a mix up with a former leasing agent, but it was very well taken care of by Larissa and the rest of the staff! The apartments are luxurious, detailed, and very spacious. Amenities are amazing. And they just started doing community events again! Weve been here for 2 days and we already feel at home. We look forward to living here for a few years!

Worst Customer service ,apartments toured smell like mildew and weed.Leasing consultant was not knowledgeable about the apartments act clueless.Management is so unprofessional,unorganized and rude as hell .I will not wast my time to even go by the apartments and waste my hard working money on a place that suppose to provide peace and comfort however brings uncomfortable and trauma .

We are very happy with our choice to be part of The Park At Tour 18 community. Larissa has been so helpful with all our questions! We renewed our lease here at Park at Tout 18 as we are still happy being a part of the community. After viewing several places 15 mths ago, Park at Tout 18 is the best choice for that feeling of an apartment home not just an apartment. The grounds are well lighted so it feels safe and secure. Maintenance staff is professional and friendly and happy to be of service. Although we miss Larissa, Mabel and Beth have been equally attentive and happy to be of assistance!

I had a wonderful experience in this apartments.kaston Harris did an amazing job here. He was patient and show us the apartments and provided all the information we need to applied.I give 5 stars for the customer services.

Reached out to this property to get basic information such as pet fee per dog, if this property has garages, internet service provider, rental criteria, etc and because my move in isn’t until months later, the leasing professional named Beth did not answer those questions. It shouldn’t matter when I move in, you should answer the questions I inquired about. This already shows what is to follow. Apply somewhere else where you are treated with hospitality from beginning to end.

This was an amazing experience with Beth, she’s very knowledgeable on her property, the area around the property, the units availability and when they be ready. Beth was very professional and sweet, I had a wonderful visit. Thank you.

First let me say Larissa was so amazing when helping us get this apartment she was kind and patient and literally sold us within a hour of our appointment to get the place we placed a application before we even walked out the building . So I have been here since august . And honestly I LOVE these apartments I feel safe and sound and have no worries about my car being broken into or damaged , no worries about if my house will be safe when I leave or when I’m home . Very comforting . Staff is very pleasant. And everyone I come across is super sweet . They have a small dog park enough to have my fur babies stretch their legs ! And bath area for you dogs too!

I moved in recently to The Park at Tour 18 and have been super impressed so far. The apartments are beautiful and I can’t say enough about how well they are managed and maintained. The office and maintenance staff are efficient and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful.Jennifer Holy the Assistant Manager has been a God send for me during my move which was rather unplanned. She has answered all my questions and has been incredibly helpful during a very stressful situation.The apartments themselves are gorgeous with plenty of storage space, and are very quiet.I am definitely happy with my choice!

The complex is great. Its beautiful, modern, and really clean. There is plenty of parking, its really quiet and safe. It was such a plus to feel safe walking my dog at any time of the day or night. I was worried about moving into an apartment for the reason of feeling like youre too close to your neighbors, but the entire time I rented here, there were no noise issues or sloppy neighbors. Packages that were delivered to residents doors were safe and untouched until they stepped out to pick them up. It is an ideal property. And as others have stated, the staff is great about communication and super friendly and helpful. If there was a maintenance request, it was addressed immediately and typically resolved within hours. I feel like I really lucked out by moving to the complex.

Kamaya-I moved in July, I would like shout out Larissa for being a big help and making my move process easy. she was consistent with calling me and made sure i got the best deal as possible. she gave me a tour of the model apartment & broke down the prices for me. i got A1 service at the leasing service ☺️this is a very beautiful community, i love the pool & the gym!!!

Beth and the staff were amazing at finding a delivery delivered to the wrong apartment. Brought it to my door for me. I’ve lived here for a while and love it. The staff are fantastic!!!!

My wife and I visited the complex during our apartment hunt. Great environment, peaceful, clean and modern. Great amenities and staff. Chris, our amazing tour guide, went out off his way to make us feel welcome and like if we were already living there. Hes genuinely high frequency energy and seems to be very committed to serving residents. Huge thumbs up from me.

Mrs. Jennifer was amazing (The lady who assisted her, Maria, that was kind of rude, she acted like we bothered her...only reason we give it four stars.), but less on her, let’s talk about our overall experience. The apartments are nice, the neighborhood seemed quiet and the area is nice. We are strongly considering moving here. The customer experience we received from Mrs. Jennifer on first day was amazing, she’s sweet and patient, if you’re planning to visit these apartments, please go see Mrs. Jennifer. UPDATE: Jennifer is amazing. We visited her again to possible sign a lease.

I relocated from Massachusetts and the process of getting into Park at Tour 18 was extremely easy! I work with Larissa to obtain my apartment and by all means she was AMAZING [hands down one of the best]!! She was able to answer any and all questions that I had and even moved a bedframe that arrived early into the unit for me. Truly this place will not disappoint if you make it your next home

My boyfriend and I cannot wait to move here! Jennifer was professional, kind, and so helpful during the application process. The property speaks for itself with the beautiful, brand new amenities, full sized gym, golf course. All of the units we toured were amazing. All brand new, full size washer dryer, stainless steel appliances, huge closets, beautiful views. We had a hard time picking one! Love that there are trash chutes in the hallways along with valet trash. Can’t wait to go on jogs with my dog around the beautiful pond on the property. Highly recommend checking this community out.

I LOVE LIVING HERE! we have the BEST property manager and leasing agents. Brandi has made my lease especially wonderful. the apartments are gorgeous. the pool is fabulous. it’s well kept. the gym and clubhouse are just absolutely stunning. i’ve truly enjoyed living here the last 8 or 9 months. i plan on renewing my lease when it’s up because of how nice it is and how awesome the management is. i would 10/10 recommend it to all my friends and family!

If you are African American do not apply here unless you are absolutely perfect! My fiancé and I applied here and were robbed of 300$ and hopes after secretly being told by the assistant manager that we were approved with a 500$ deposit. Get this! We have no criminal background, no evictions or broken leases, no money owed to properties and make 3x the rent plus. We were told we were denied an apartment here because we were late on rent 9times 3 years ago during Covid and considered high risk! Are you serious? I never even knew that was a thing that they could deny you for first of all. Second of all 9times out of 3 years is not bad especially when you consider Covid times. Third WE OWE NO BALANCES! I should have knew that they wouldn’t approve us with how loosely and comfortably the assistant manager was with us versus the way she spoke to a Caucasian lady that was before us as well as a Caucasian resident who was looking for the bbq pit. Two totally different voice tones. Not professional at all! The worst part we lost 300$ as well as had to submit a letter to our current apartments that we were moving. So please beware IF YOU HAVE BEEN LATE ON YOUR RENT EVEN 3 YEARS AGO YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY!!! P.S NOTICE MOST OF ALL THE REVIEWS MENTION THE TOUR BEING NICE AND VERY FEW RESIDENTS RATE THE ACTUAL APARTMENTS. MAKES ME WONDER IF THEY ARE GIVING SOME KIND OF DISCOUNT IF YOU LEAVE A GOOD REVIEW

Enjoyed living here during the lease. the complex was fairly new — Jennifer Holy is phenomenal always ask for her!tip to anyone who decides to sign a lease here — i wouldn’t recommend living on the second floor in the first building if someone is renting out the garage below ur unitit’s truly annoying, it’s loud to where u can hear their music, their conversations if the car is connected to their phone & of course the open and close of the garage itself.

So, Ill start by saying this: Aesthetically, these apartments are AMAZING. They look great and the community pretty much has everything you need. The staff is really attentive and welcoming. No complaints there. My absolute only complaint is here... The builders/ owners of this complex likely saved a TON of money using the material they used to construct it; the walls, floors, and ceilings are PAPER THIN. I get it... these are apartments, so the occasional sound from neighboring apartments are to be expected. However, the sound travel in this complex is exceptional. Not like any apartment Ive lived in before. For instance, I can hear my neighbors phone conversation word for word when Im in my bedroom. And theyre using a normal speaking voice and not yelling. God forbid people decide to stop and have a conversation near your front door, because its as if youd invited them into the living room with you (it really is that loud). I say all that to say this: If you have the most considerate neighbors (next door and the unit above yours), youre still going to hear much of whats going on (you literally have to be cognizant and walk lightly due to the thinness and sound travel, if youre a considerate person. I am). If your neighbors arent very considerate of how thin the walls and floors are, youll likely not enjoy being at home while they are. For no other reason than that, I am one and done leasing here. $1700.00 per month for a 2 bedroom should be enough to not have to deal with the excessive noise originating from outside of YOUR unit.

This property is gorgeous and very well maintained. I could brag about the office staff forever, super friendly and kind. Jennifer and Brandi were super helpful and sweet, and gave me all of the information i needed. Absolutely recommend this property if youre looking for a quiet, clean community.

I recently moved to The Park at Tour 18, and the apartment complex is very well maintained. So far they’re quiet during the day/night, and even on the weekend. Tearlysa is amazingggg. She helped with everything. She answered every question, and made this a smooth process. The office staff is also super friendly. I’m glad I chose this place to call home. Highly recommend!!

From the time we moved in until it was time for us to move the front staff has been amazing! They listened to any concerns we had and tried their best to fix it. Definitely recommend these apartments!

I was highly impressed. This is a hidden gem. The manager was very kind and professional. She provide assistance with the application process and gave us a nice tour. The property is very clean and quite. Resort style pool, game room, lounging area, elevators (these legs are not made for stairs), trash chute, gas grill area, gym, postal area etc. Tons of amenities...worth the money. No complaints here. :)

We were the first occupants in the apartments and my boyfriend and I agree that its much better than our last home . Rehana and Brandi are very helpful and welcomed us and the dogs with open arms and professionalism. Highly recommend moving not just for the beautiful complex but the gorgeous view of Tour 18 Golf Course!

Just toured here today, THE most beautiful apartments ever! Besides that, the manager, Maria, is great! Very responsive, friendly, and SOO helpful in many ways. If I get approved I know I will love it here. I 100% recommend!

I love it here. You can’t beat being the first person to everrrr live in your apartment. Property STAYS clean! All dogs on property are well behaved and clean. I’m always in the gym and I love that it is two story. I can’t wait until summer is here and COVID is behind us, because I’m sure they will have great community activities (in addition to the new food trucks). I have to add ASK FOR TEARLYSA. Tearlysa is the BEST! Super patient, responds to emails, and knows her stuff!

I was apart of the first group of residents to move in and these apartments are absolutely beautiful and top of the line. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, I was unable to physically tour most apartments that were on my list. Once I called Park at Tour 18 and found out they were touring, I booked an appointment the next day. Once I arrived, it immediately felt like home and the hospitableness of all the staff, including my leasing agent Tearlysa, exceeded expectations. Tearlysa went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the unit I leased and also very prompt in answering questions. Brandi and Rehana were also extremely helpful and amazing along the way! Bravo Zulu to the team! I am glad to call Park at Tour 18 home!

My Mother and I visited many apartment complexes until we settled on Park at Tour 18. Rehana was very informative, friendly, and helpful. The complex was absolutely stunning and by far the best in the area. Definitely worth a look if youre in search for an apartment home.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The leasing agent that assisted us (Chris) was super friendly and knowledgeable about the property and gave us all the information we needed. We really hope we can become residents of this property soon!

This place is beautiful but if you have small children I really wouldnt recommend it. They do have a pool but nothing else for children.

I’ve been living here for about 2 months now, the whole transition was smooth and the staff in the office has been so helpful and amazing. We moved in few weeks ago and we couldnt be happier. We had to rent without physically touring the property because we came from another state but we are very grateful for Tearlysa who helped to make the process easier and less daunting!

The office staff and especially Jennifer went above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns we had, couldn’t be more happy with my choice to move here. The community is amazing as well, it’s quiet and very clean!

Me and my husband went to tour these apartments the leasing agent was very nice and welcoming. The apartments were very nice and affordable. I would definitely recommend.

So disappointed about the customer service in this complex. Super bad customer service, it’s so sad the manager is so slow processing all the requests and she gave an attitude to the residents, for some reason our apartment 4202 has NO AC for a holeMonth, because the “staff is not enough trained for that”, they tried to fix it three times but they couldn’t . No one from the main office or the building has been able to reply to our request.

Been here for almost a year. Never had any issues. Great management and love the area. They just started having food truck come weekly and I’m super excited! Thanks Tour 18 Management!

So far this apartment complex is amazing. A little overpriced but close by the airport and other locations.

I was thinking on moving to this apartment complex with a friend of mine but im double thinking it now. We went to the pool and it was really duty, doritos and left over food on the sits. Really disappointed 😞

Larissa was very professional, personable, and detailed during the tour of the complex.

Not only me but my kids and wife gave this place and the management thumbs up to keep doing their great job.
