Eva and Angelica have taken such great care of me these last two years. The maintenance team is prompt and thorough. The price being affordable is honestly a bargain for the quality of service. There have been beautiful renovations done to the property to make it even more homey. The pool area was just recently done. Love those ladies at the leasing. They’ll do right by you

Eva and Angelica has been very helpful from day one. From the tour to move-in date. They are very professional and nice. Honestly i haven’t had any issues since moving in. Maintenance is very quick on fixing things. Everyone including the neighbors are pretty nice. It’s very peaceful and affordable. Located closely to everything needed.

Ive only been a resident for nearly 2 months, but Angelica is the absolute best leasing agent Ive encountered. She was so helpful and informative when I initially moved into my unit at Woods on the Fairway Atascocita. Her friendly smile and wonderful personality makes me feel welcomed and like Ive chosen the right place to call home :)

Leasing staff (Eva and Angelica) are always courteous and professional. Questions and/or concerns are promptly addressed. The maintenance staff is amazing and typically handles requests in a day or less. The renovations to the pool area are amazing. Several barbecue pits and areas for family and friends to socialize. The complex is also very pet friendly.

I’ve had an amazing experience living in this apartment complex for the last 3 years, all thanks to Eva and Angelica! They are incredibly helpful and always go above and beyond to assist with any issues or questions. I also love that the complex is pet friendly, making it a perfect home for pet owners like me. Highly recommend this place!

Angelica did a fantastic job showing me the apartment. She was very thorough and attentive with all my questions and concerns. Ive checked out a few different places before this, but she is, by far, the best leasing agent Ive dealt with.

Ive been shown the units by Angelica, and shes great with answering questions. The complex is very quiet at night, and the golf course is always a nice treat to watch during the mornings. Everything is great and the neighbors are very friendly.

This is year 3 of my stay at the Woods! It feels homely and safe.It is in a great location with easy access to dining and shopping.Angelica and Eva are great when addressing any concerns I may have!

I recently had the pleasure of viewing an apartment with Eva and Angelica and I wanted to share my experience. The showing was well-organized, informative, and left me feeling excited about the potential of this new home.

Eva and Angelica were great. UNTIL my last 6 months and it was time to move out. At 6 months before moving out they has to come in and jack hammer my bathroom floor to replace it. I asked to made notified in advance for when they would come and fix it, so I could arrange my animals a place to stay. They called me at 5pm the night before they showed up, i told them i wouldnt have time to take care of my pets and they said its ok they can work around them. The maintence people, even though they were aware of my animals left my door open for hours at a time(I have a ring doorbell I could see) letting my long time pet out and losing him. The apartment took ZERO accountability. They sent out a single email, and when I asked them to again(multiple times) they said they would then never did. 2 months before move out i started getting termites all in the apartment crawling out of vents and cracks in the walls. They said it couldnt be termites, i sent multiple pictures and Google screenshots showing they are intact termites. They finally send a pest control guy out. He comes in and says i dont see any big holes, call me back when it looks like this and showed pictures of holes in walls on his phone. I told the office it was ridiculous and Id probably be moving out if this wasnt dealt with. They didnt send anyone else. Then they send my lease renewal a month before moving out, and its a couple hundred higher than I had been paying. I tell them that I wont be staying. The week before moving out Eva contacts me saying it must have been a mistake and told me new rates. (The rates were the same as my initial lease, IF I signed for 1.5 years, for 12 months was hundreds more) then a month after I leave they send me a bill for almost 2k saying I didnt give them 60 days notice. How can I give 60 days notice if I dont know my rates until a month before? Ive been trying to contact them since July to speak about this and keep getting ignored. Now this is on my credit report and impacting me moving for my job. Avoid this place. No gate, 40+ year old buildings, courtesy officer does nothing(i called cause a homeless guy sitting in front of my door at 2am and no one came legit he was back against my door sitting there) theres always an excuse for something from them. The maintenence guys(different people from the ones who lost my pet)were nice though. The only star they get is earned by their kindness. I had made my peace with my pet, and the termites but to put a 2k hit on my credit after all that is wild.NEW: I reached out right after they asked in the reply and hey suprise suprise, they left me on read again. They also said they had copies of the renewals. On my ring doorbell app I took screen shots last year and sent them to them of the dates mentioned and guess what? No one putting a renewal notice on my door on the 5th or 30th, but some one did on may 12th. Definitely not 60 days. Such excuses for so great a damage to someones credit. After losing my pet and living in damaged apartments, with no compensation, id expect any decently moral place of business would call it even for a verbal notice instead of a written one 🤷🏻‍♂️

I love the work ethic and professionalism that Eva and Angelica bring to the complex. They handle situations hands on efficiently. I haven’t had any concerns while living here and that’s a blessing for me!

I really really enjoyed my stay here at The Woods on the Fairway , the time has come to an end EVA is an amazing person , I can’t forget about Ms.Angelica she’s great as well especially with the children. Im so sad to leave I wish I can bring them with me . I had absolutely no issues with anything it was a great and easy process. Quiet & well kept place to call home . I love them so much and I’m sad to move . ❤️❤️😔 10/10 recommend

Searching through apartment complexes can be very frustrating, especially when there’s personnel seeming to be annoyed by future residents in search of a new home BUT after having been helped by Angelica, i can say i’m very pleased and grateful for the service she has provided ! look for her upon arriving you won’t regret it :)

My husband and I have been tenants, since 2018, we havent had any issues with anything. But if you need something fixed the office staff gets on it in a timely manner!! Its very quiet here!! We love our home here at Woods on the Fairway!!! Come check it out!! They have done so much more since we moved in to the property!! You will love it as much as we do!! Our office ladies are amazing, they are very helpful!! Dont take my word for it!! Stop in and see for yourself!!

I really love this apartment complex! Perfect location to live and neighbors are friendly and the complex is overall peaceful. Angelica and Eva always help with any issues or questions I have. I had no idea how to start with renting an apartment, and these amazing ladies helped me every step of the way! Truly grateful. Lived here for almost two years now and love the home I’ve made!

Excellent service! I moved from out of state and Angelica and Eva went above and beyond what I expected. The move was effortless. Communication was open the entire time. I have lived at this community many many years ago and always had a very positive experience. The manager Ms. Eva has been the manager for all those years that have passed. I had to move back to Texas and my choice was this same property. I was well received (again) and was quickly able to move into my apartment on very short notice. It says a lot about an apartment property when you have the same, reliable, very courteous manager as well as the maintenance staff over 5 years time. I notice that many other properties have a high turn over rate but that’s the opposite with Woods on the Fairway.The apartments are very secure in the fact that there is security on premises and it doesn’t hurt that many police officers reside in my community. The maintenance staff has always been friendly (Mr. Conrado and one other gentleman) and very efficient the very few times we have needed them many years ago and most recently upon move in. I received a call back within 30 minutes - after hours mind you, and then they were kind enough to check again the next morning. It was a simple matter but they treated it with urgent priority and it was greatly appreciated. Safety, security, time efficient and very courteous staff (no matter the tenant’s behavior) is true professionalism. Please consider this as your new home as I have returned and couldn’t be happier with my decision and the beautiful view of the golf course! Thank you very much to Ms. Eva and her entire staff as they exemplify professionalism and provide friendly environment to reside and call your home.

We currently live here and we have for almost a year. I really have no problems with the place. It has a really nice and quiet environment and a great view. I love that it has good lighting and its not dark and depressing. I have good quiet neighbors as well. The landlords are super nice and will help you out with anything you need. I love that I can talk to them and actually feel that they can relate and they will do whatever they can to help. There is a pool and its nice to go swim and meet the community. The best part is its by all of the main grocery stores and restaurants. The apartments are nice but the counter tops are easily stained and the paint on the doors come off super easy when opened for the first couple times. The patio is nice and quiet. Only big problem is the roaches. We see them in the kitchen alot and we pay a month to have it treated and I keep it clean and bleached but cant seem to get rid of them. Im not sure if its every apartment Im sure its not, but make sure you get your apartment exterminated every month. Over all no serious problems living here and I would live here again if I had to. Great choice if you love quiet areas and like to talk to your neighbors. Hope this helps anyone wondering about the place.

I had been looking for an apartment all day and was having a bad day but when I came in to this office a young lady in the front I believe her name was Angelica greeted me with a big smile. This really changed my day. She gave me all of the prices of the apartments. Unfortunately I was not able to lease because I am moving out of town. But I know where to come when I am in town to move. I would recommend this complex. You feel very welcomed.

This place is the best place I have been since i moved here to Texas the staff here is so polite even the ladies in the office Eva and Angelica they are so polite. When I first started to apply I remember walking in the office then I was greeted by them, as if they love having me here. I dont get good greetings like that but when I did I knew I had to apply here I know I was going to get taken care of here. I just love it here.

Ms. Eva is just a Wonderful person in general. Its always great to have a spectacular person running a business because thats what grows your business and keeps you in business and thats taking care of the people who surround you. I moved in April 2016 and Ive had multiple problems with this complex. The apartment was not in clean conditions when I moved in. Dust and dirt built up in cabinets. The cheap paint jobs cause the paint to chip all over the floor, the paint on the doors peel off like a face mask. The maintenance mans problem solving included bringing me a scrubber to clean the paint myself. The parking is terrible. THE ROACH INFESTATION IS TERRIBLE. I had my apartment exterminated MULTIPLE times and it didnt help at all. I just moved 5 days ago into a new place. I bombed my apartment myself 3 times in a week before moving and I am STILL killing roaches coming out of my furniture. The office staff is nice but not helpful at all. My suggestion is to find somewhere else to live. This place is infested with roaches and spiders and the price for rent is outrageous. I paid $825 for a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and I just moved to a 3 bedroom beautiful mobile home for $795 a month plus no bugs except for whats coming out of my furniture from woods on the fairway! I went to the office in tears because of the bugs and there was no extra effort to fix it. My 2 year old has acute asthma and living in this apartment made it worse. THANK GOD IM OUT OF THERE!!! Take the time and look elsewhere. Ill never be returning. Tear this place down and rebuild! Nasty yellow colored counters, cheap flooring and carpet. Yuck.

I had to give these guys a 3 because the staff and maintenance were nice however, as another reviewer stated they do have poor insulation I mean my bedroom felt like a sauna during the summer. it was unbelievable. The ac units are ancient and you will have a high utility bill. Definitely not worth what they charge for rent.

I enjoy my stay here, Office staff is very friendly specially the manager Eva, anyone that goes to the leasing office she always welcome residents, prospects with a smile, she cares about the residents. I recommend Woods in the Fairways to come and live here.

This is a great complex! Eva has been there so long, and makes this place a true community. The best of both worlds are accessible living here, the countryside / Lake Houston and then easy access to the city!

Do Not rent here! Property Manager yelled at me like a crazy person, after I requested my ac to be repaired, for the 3rd time. Her boss watched the video and explained to me she was having personal issues. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years and if I did what she did to me, I would be terminated immediately. I recently received a letter from a law firm on a settlement that a sister property of woods on the fairway, that I rented 3 yrs ago, overcharged the resident’s for water usage and must pay back, but can’t seem to get it! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! You will hate living here and take my review serious, otherwise you will get stuck in the complex from Hell!!!!

Went and looked at the apartments (2 bedroom 2 bath)looked really nice so I decided to sign the lease,once lease was signed I moved in 2 days later to find the apartment I am leasing was not in the same kind of condition as the one I previously viewed. The door from master bedroom to balcony will not open,(unless I want to tear up the door) there is paint on all the hard flooring,paint peeling on all doors, the railing on the balcony is rotten, and to top it off I had no hot water for the first 4-5 days due to my hot water heater overheating and the bottom element catching fire. The home was filthy with dust and dirt build up on all baseboards, along with some light switches not working and making lights stay on, and broken recepticals and some not working as well. The price I pay for the apartment is way to much for the conditions of this home. I will say that parking is tight if you own a truck but fairly easy in a car, always open spaces near my unit and very quiet community. I have sent the leasing agent an email the night I moved in (which was over a week ago) discussing the issues and showing pictures as to what my concerns are. Hopefully they keep to their word and solve the problems. ( some have been fixed) only water heater has been replaced.

This place is amazing the staff there is great when I have issues they take almost 24 to 72 hours to do the job unless its an emergency I just love it here the office is just so friendly. Eva and angelica are the best thanks for everything guys.

The staff with friendly . I spoke with a young lady name Angelica . She explained and answer every question I had. She had the patience for me and kept a positive attitude.

This is the worse place to live at. Management is a big joke, maintenance is untimely except for one of the maintenance men that actually does a decent job. I have contacted corporate and they dont even care.

I have been residing here for alil over a yr and its AMAZING. They have activities for residents wen holidays come and super bowl.
