My experience has been excellent so far! I love the espresso, latte, coffee machine. I also love using your gym and business room. I love that I have a spot to study and get work done outside of my room. I love going to coffee shops and studying/sitting but I love that I can do that in my apartment complex. I also am looking forward to using the pool and cooking out by the pool with friends. This is a great place to grow!

I have been living at Eleve Apartments for quite some time now, and I must say, the property is truly amazing. The office staff are exceptionally sweet and responsive. I’m not sure what the last review was about, but it doesn’t reflect my experience here.In particular, Ashley Henderson deserves a special mention. She consistently goes above and beyond for the residents, and I’ve witnessed her dedication on multiple occasions. The team is always ready to help with any issues or concerns, making living here a pleasant experience.Regarding the ongoing construction, I understand that there is only so much the office can do to expedite the process. While I am eager to use the putt-putt golf area, I am willing to wait. The quality of service and the wonderful living environment at Eleve Apartments make it worth it.Overall, I highly recommend Eleve Apartments for anyone looking for a great place to live with outstanding management.

I recently did a tour and an application with Eleve Apartments and was assisted by Ashley Henderson. She did amazing job walking through the property and explaining the application process in detail. She even went above and beyond to accommodate my current living circumstances so I wouldnt miss out on the opportunity to take part in securing the currents months promotion!I was able to secure my residence and look forward to being a member of the Eleve community!

I really wanted to share my experience with Ashley Henderson the leasing consultant/ manager of the property because she definitely makes the property great. My first tour of the property was an experience. She went out her way multiple times to make sure I got the apartment I wanted and made sure I was fully comfortable when I moved in. My experience moving in was quick and very informative of what the property provides thanks to her. I have even seen her going out of her way for other residents. She is always seen working hard and accommodating everyone. I highly recommend everyone go speak with her about these luxury apartments you won’t regret it.

I recently moved into the Eleve Apartment complex, and I couldnt be happier with my decision. From the moment I started the application process, Fernando went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. His professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience seamless.The complex itself is nothing short of luxurious. The amenities are top-notch, from the fitness center to the swimming pool, providing everything I need for a comfortable lifestyle. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with beautiful finishes and spacious layouts.Overall, I highly recommend Eleve to anyone looking for a premium living experience. Thanks to Fernando and the entire team for making my transition so effortless.

The apartment complex is brand new and really nice. I moved here last week. There were a couple of maintenance issues when I moved in but Fernando and Ashley got things taken care of right away. I have zero complaints.UPDATE: After about a month of living here, I realized that choosing a brand new apartment complex was a bad decision. They really need to work out the kinks before they move anyone else in. Random non-residents walking around at night. One night, someone stole the tires off a vehicle parked in the visitors parking lot and it was literally sitting on bricks for weeks. Cops are always around the area for one reason or another. It’s honestly not the safest area even though it’s in Humble. I literally brought a brand new car last month and did not feel comfortable parking it outside so I got a garage. Getting the garage was a nightmare within itself but that’s another story for another day.Walls are thin which is to be expected but I literally had a toddler thumping on me and my son’s head every night at 2am-3am. Mosquitoes and flies are everywhere because they haven’t sealed all the doors yet so make sure you don’t have this problem like I did. Again, they should have made sure everything was in tact before they moved folks in here. I had to bomb my place to get rid of the mosquitoes and flies because those mosquitoes were biting me and my son up. Their pest control service sucks by the way so keep that in mind. I also seen a live roach right before I moved out which I’m assuming came from the valet trash outside when they don’t pick it up on schedule. And don’t let me get started on the weed smoke smell throughout the hallways. People really need to use their balconies when they want to smoke but I digress.Maintenance is pretty good. Ashley and Fernando are really nice people but sometimes they say anything to push you off. Ashley is always so clueless about stuff but maybe that’s because they don’t communicate with each other??? I don’t know but I’ve had to go to corporate on more than one occasion. And corporate is very responsive so at least they care.The amenities are great! I honestly enjoyed the amenities more than I did the apartment itself.Overall, it’s not a bad place if they work out some of the kinks. I think once they build the shopping center, the neighborhood will be a lot better. They just need to work on making sure the actual apartments are in good condition before moving in, and they need better communication in the front office. Other than that, it’s not a bad place. I still decided to buy myself out the lease and move out although I could have stayed at Eleve since my new job was 100% remote. But staying at Eleve was a big no. I just feel like for $2200/mo, it’s not worth the headache, especially when my son is getting bit up by mosquitoes every night, and a toddler is thumping on his head at 2am when he has to go to school the next day. But everyone is different. These may be minor issues to you, but those issues were major for me and my son so we left. But good luck to everyone who decides to move here. Hopefully you will have a better experience!

STAY AWAY! READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING ONLINE!!! If I could rate a 0, I would.Unfortunately I was scammed by this complex, which is now leading me to file a petition in small claims for a refund plus Inconvenience fees and the headache I had to deal with.Long story as short as possible - I went about applying online for a specific date and rent amount in September. Hence, it was almost July and I had to give two months notice to my current tenant that I would be moving. (As for anywhere you move)My move in date was initially set for September at a little under $2k. I went about applying, paying application fees, verification of income, and so forth. I was indeed approved and good to go. I took time off work to go in and tour the complex in detail. Ashley Henderson was my guide and I’m assuming the complex manager. She initially asked my name and move in date. My move in date was never any surprise to either Fernando nor Ashley. They both knew what I applied for. I was told by Ashley that my move in date and amount was locked into the system. I leave and later that day I received a email from Fernando stating I would have to move in in July since the apartment was ready now… lol, I’m sorry??? How do you just request someone to move in 2 months prior to the original date agreed and signed for when applying? I stated I could not and I was told I would indeed be receiving my complimentary month in September… fast forward to the next email- I was then told they would change my rate by $400 since it was a new date from my application and rates had changed. Are you crazy??Legally I did not sign for my credit to be ran and my card to be charged for a rate that’s $400 more than what I initially agreed to. This complex was all over the place and a headache to work with. I was told I should have called before applying. If that’s the case, why is your rates and availability extended over 2 months out online? You shouldn’t even have the option open! I was also told they didn’t see the move in date but that was the first thing Ashley asked me. I can’t stand liars. This is why I keep record and video everything when dealing with my money. I will now be coming for my application fee, my application fees from other complexes that I declined after being told I was approved here, and also compensation for running my credit for a rate I did not approve. I was refraining from writing this review because I was told my refund was sent via mail which I never received. Right game, wrong tenant. I stand on respect and principles and this complex is not honest. The amount requested in rent for the area and crime rate is crazy. I would have paid what I initially agreed to but nothing more. The property is amazing. Gym and Game room are pretty awesome. Pool bands to help control non-residents using the amenities without the proper protocol.Ashley is awesome. She made the process swift and easy for move in. She and the office personnel is readily available and had answers for questions swiftly. Everything was ready at move in.

I’m not good at reviews but living at Eleve is straight up bliss it’s mad chill here and Ashley Henderson came through clutch for me moved in the same day . Fastest application process ever l! My spots amazing too , with a sick pool view .

Apartment layout is amazing, current usable amenities are nice, not worth choosing the community though. Its been a rough few months with a new property but things seem to be getting ironed out... Honestly, initially the community was great, beautiful, sparkling, but two months in... not so much. Kids running the halls, people loud at night and the halls echo really bad. Walking down the hall you can hear neighbors in their apartments and also hear them in your apartment. Really hoping the place starts to feel like a community and home soon.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone who works a demanding job i.e 1st responders etc. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 10am and the walls are very thin so depending on your schedule you’ll have to suffer through loud neighbors everytime your trying to get sleep.

These apartments are currently being built and haven’t opened so my review is based on my experience so far. I am thrilled to be apart of a community that’s so welcoming. Fernando has been very responsive and understanding from day one. Anything I’ve ever needed he has responded promptly and if there was a question he didn’t have the answer to he would get it and respond to me the same day. The application process was a breeze! I’ve only seen a few videos of the complex, but so far it looks amazing. I recommend leasing now while the prices are fairly low because they will rise once they are established. One bedrooms start at $1,325 and they have the 1st month free! ❤️

I am soooo excited to move in to these gorgeous luxury apartments, I am counting down the days til move in day. Not to mention, there are also many things within 5 minutes of the property, such as grocery stores, shopping centers, parks, restaurants, etc.

Let me just start by saying: ALL properties need a Fernando & Ashley! The professionalism & just plain ol manners I experienced when being greeted, while applying was nothing short of “the standard”. That’s it & that’s all. THEY GET IT❗️Amazing property & Amazing staff.I had a few hiccups when moving in & the help they provided was great.On top of all that, I LOVE a peaceful property. I cant get enough of the available amenities! This is SERIOUSLY HOME! Thank you all.

Stopped by to check out the apartments and apparently tours are appointment only. This is not stated on the website, in addition there is no where on the site to book an appointment. Had I been aware that appointments were required I would have made one. When I inquired with the leasing agent about making an appointment she said I had to call to do so. Naturally, I asked if I could go ahead and make my appointment while I was there. She said told me Monday and Saturday were available, and we agreed on Monday. She took my name and number and I received a sms notification for alerts. When I asked for the available times she stated that I could come in anytime. The whole encounter was very unprofessional. I can’t understand how appointments are required but it’s not stated on the website and to add to that when you do make an appointment you can just come in anytime of the day. I was the only one in the office and she was very unhelpful and reluctant to give me any information. While I understand that companies do have policies, she honestly just seemed like she did not want to do her job. It’s possible that she assume that because I was in gym clothing that I didn’t appear to be able to afford the complex. Either way it is apparent that this is not the place to live. Typically leasing agents are very accommodating pre-lease. The lack of customer service that this complex does/will have is evident by the type of people they have working in the leasing office. I will not be returning.

I’m actually pretty new to the area just moved in from out of states and all I can say is that Fernando makes everything much easier and explains the process better than anybody. I am so glad. I love the property and really love the staff. Definitely Fernando helps a lot on making the property a 5 start review.

I reached back out in October and was speaking with Janine. She is very kind and made sure to follow up with the progress of the community. Fernando took over in November and has been great. He follows up with me and sends me pictures and videos of the progress of the community. I can see that I will be in good hands. Thank you so much guys for making the process easy.

I viewed them and I must say it is nice there! But rent prices are ridiculous high. I dont care what anyone says. Its expensive! Maybe if they would of attached some garages and sqft was just a little bit bigger.

I have been dealing with Fernando and he is awesome. He goes above and beyond to make sure all my concerns and questions get answered. He has been sending me videos of the progress and I cannot wait to see them in person and make Elevé my home.

The community is very nice, but the units are cheaply built, and you can hear everything through the floors. I have a neighbor who lives above me with children, and they run around playing and falling like no one lives below them which makes for a noisy day when I’m home trying to relax.

I want to thank Fernando for assisting us again. Being the first move in to Eleve is exciting enough but to see how beautiful this property is OMG. Fernando and Janine Thank you thank you Thank you these last 2 months was worth the wait.

Beautiful on the outside and great photos. My daughter wanted to look at these, but as we drove up, there was a car on bricks...tires had been stolen. This was a turn off. We chose not to tour.

Just moving in today, facility is amazing, Ashley helped me through the process of setting up my services and she is great. Thank you, looking forward to making this my place of residence.
