I’ve been living here for over a year, and everything has always been great! The customer service is excellent, Sasha is always there to help with anything you need. Maintenance is also amazing; kudos to Javier and Miguel for their hard work. Highly recommend!
I wouldnt recommend anyone to move here. Noone in the office can help you with anything. The girls dont know anything. Always roaches & when pest control come out they dont spray well. Maintenance man dont know how to fix anything doesnt understand English & they dont come in a timely manner. My light been out for 5 days in my bedroom & they will not come fix it. The air doesnt circulate to my front bedroom & they wont even send a professional out to fix it the Maintenance man just say thats just how the apartment is. So I guess I just have to be hot in the summer & cold in the winter. Im paying $1,627 a month for this & an outdated apartment with old appliances. Also Im on the 2nd floor & the window seal leaks water everytime it rains. It was horrible during the hurricane. People break into your cars & the property has cameras but apparently doesnt capture anything. There is NO security on the property. Gate always broken. The manager Jennifer I believe thats her name is the only good thing about the apartments. Ive been here since Nov. 2022 & it started off ok. But the longer Ive been here these are the problems Ive endured. Definitely wont be her much longer. Worst apartments & workers ever! & they dont even deserve a 1 star! & my car was broken into on 12/16/24 all 4 rims & tires stole. Cost me $2,400 to replace them & the property didnt have security that night nor did they offer reimbursement. Trash ass complex & ownership.

Do not move here if I could give them zero stars I would. Trash is horrible people leave trash right in-front of their doors and management does not say anything. Parking is Horrible. Office does not ask permission or inform you when they need to go into the unit. The apartments are outdated for the prices that they are leased for. They slap on smart locks and lights and hike up the price. Told me before I move out I will need to pay for the carpet to be cleaned and I will be reimbursed which is Unsanitary. The carpet should be replaced every time a tenant moves out. I was still charged with carpet cleaning fees even though they stated they would reimburse me. The move out fees are outrageous and doubled.
We love living here, the staff are very nice, maintenance is prompt and you can have you dog regardless of weight or breed so they helped me save my baby because majority doesnt allow dogs of 50 and very restrictive of breeds. We love the layout of the apartment we we got. I have my really big and beautiful bathtub and my husband has the kitchen he really enjoys. Neighbors are very nice and friendly and its nice and quiet.

I moved in MAA Fall Creek in June and ever since Ive moved in Alyssa and the other ladies in the office has been nothing but amazing. If you are looking for a great place to live I would recommend coming over here and checking out these beautiful spacious apartments. Its very quiet, friendly neighbors, lots of parking for you and your visitors which I love. Nice size Patio or balcony whichever you prefer. Two nice size Pools, two fitness center, clubhouse ( you can rent) , yoga center. I cant forget it about the Maintenance crew they speedy and on point you put in a work order and 5 minutes later they knocking at your door ready to fix the problem even after hours. Basically, come check it for yourself you will love it here.
Just moved in last month. The virtual tour looked exactly like the unit I was assigned. Neighbors quiet & friendly. Great location for schools, food, etc. The front office made move-in incredibly EASY & the amenities are great! So far they have answered anytime I call & keep the property looking immaculate & I feel safe. I love it here!!!!!

I currently live here and will not be renewing my lease I have never been late on my rent in the 2yrs and sometimes I even over pay . In November my stove started messing up from November til December the 28th I put in 3 work orders on my stove every time they sent someone to tweak it instead of replacing it on Dec 28th my step daughter was using the stove and it sparked a fire my girlfriend ran in and of course took action she was left with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on her left leg and left hand I made the office aware and they did nothing at all still refuse to replace the stove and now harassing me about rent when I have had to cover my girlfriend because she has not been able to work I express this to them and they still didn’t care enough to even say they will work with me !!! But I guess that’s what lawyers are for
Sasha is the best. Let me tell you about the management staff here at the property. One of the best management teams that I have seen by far… always willing to help, very understanding helpful yet patient that’s what you want when your dealing with the management office. Great job ladies keep up the best work.
Ms.Hanna is totally awesome she continually kept me informed on my entire move in process.she was able to answer all my Questions. She was able to assist mein setting up my apps. I am very thankful.
Ive lived here for three years. Ive never had any problems. Its been very quiet and have nice neighbors. The maintenance is outstanding. They come out the next day to take care of any problems and are very nice. Theyre no roaches. Ive seen three in the time Ive lived here. Not bad. Ive lived in other communities but this has been the best.
As a prospective resident, I would like to take this opportunity to share my thoughts. First of all, the property is stunning. Numerous amenities are available, such as 24-hour fitness centers, swimming pools, and parking. Plus the landscaping is kept up nicely. Additionally, I would like to thank Ms. Hannah Dennis for her amazing and kind assistance. She was incredibly patient with me and eager to answer any questions I had during my indecisive leasing process. Stayed here about a year and a half. parking is terrible. i had mold growing under my sink. office is super quick to file an eviction. office staff does not ask permission to enter your unit. take days before maintenance comes to fix anything. rent is high for old apartments thats been renovated. cars getting stolen and broken into. lights goes off when its barely even raining outside thats how old these apartments are. i was glad when lease was over

I was super stressed out with my move in and she was so professional and kind with making sure I was comfortable with my apartment and really genuinely listened when I expressed my expectations. First, let me start with I was a resident from 2021 to 2024 and nothing good to say, honestly. Rent is way too high for what these old apartments look like. They do not replace nasty bad carpet after a leak and standing water. The office team is very hard to get a hold of and work with. They are rude and disrespectful. Children and teens run around damaging doors and property. Had to call the police and file a police report for damages. I do not recommend living here. You can get newer apartments for the same price they want for so called upgrades just to justify raising rent. I could go on but you get the point! Horrible, horrible, horrible and terrible!!!!!! Check all the reviews people we are all speaking the same truth.
Excellent place to live… I Love how attentive Maintenance is! Especially Michael L.… he is always present around the complex and always willing to help even if it something that he is not responsible for! The Maintenance guys are really appreciated and on top of the Job!

Do not and i repeat do not move here!! They are absolutely useless and full of it and like to charge you for their mistakes. I lived here to 2 years and had my vehicle vandalized 7 different times… they come into your building even after not allowing.. and then upon leaving they have tried charging us almost 3times the rent for things they didn’t want to fix. Not to mention there was black mold in my apartment that I had to bring a newborn back too. Instead of testing it they decided to spray bleach all throughout my vents and cover it with spray paint without permission to access the apartment

My experience has been great here. Very spacious apartments. Great amenities. The property is well kept and fairly quiet. KLei was my leasing agent and she was awesome with my move in.
Don’t ever live here. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance team. Multiple times the office gave me wrong information and I was the one stuck with the fees because they couldn’t get their information straight. They will pull every penny out of you they can but never take responsibility for their mistakes. They charge me over $100 and move out fees on top of my deposit even after I cleaned the apartment for three days. But when I moved in, I had to hire a professional cleaner because the previous tenant left it disgusting. Worst 2 years ever.
I just moved in to MAA Fall creek on 5/7/24. Needless to say I’ve had a hard time. My foot was broken right before move in. I have to order everything because I cannot drive. Today my order was misdelivered and Walmart told me there’s nothing they could do. I could re order or be refunded over $200 that would show in 7-10 days. I called the office. My order had been delivered across the complex. Jessica and Jennifer walked my groceries across the complex and up 3 flights of stairs. And they were smiling!!! Since day 1 I’ve encountered countless amounts of genuine interaction from the office staff. It has made my injury more bearable and this place so much easier to call home. They went above and beyond to comfort me. Thank you both so much!! Thank you MAA

Alyssa is wonderful! From the very beginning of my leasing an apartment she has been with me every step of the way! She is very polite, knowledgeable and accommodating. I shopped many apartments prior to The Cascade at FalkCreek and by far Alyssa has out shined all other leasing staff at other complexes.
I definitely would not recommend you to move here. Cars are being broken into no lighting near back gate of apartments, poor maintenance service, no parking after house, exit gate is always broken. Everything about this apartment community and management has poor service. My vehicle got stolen from these apartments back in May and I was refused the opportunity to break my lease. Multiple vehicles (2-3) have been stolen in one night. The apartments do not care about their tenants as long as their paycheck clears. The only good thing they have is reasonable rent. I Will NOT be renewing lease here.
Everything is great far as living inside the apartment. Maintenance is top notch. From my experience they repair things soon as I make a request right away. (Same Day) They are always pleasant. Office staff are improving but no complaints for them. They can just be better. But you know how women are. Men always tend to outshine us when it comes to being professional on the job.One small thing I dont care for is the gym situation. The office gym is open however the door that leads to the vending machine, water fountain or bathroom is frequently locked after hours. Also, I go to the gym a lot and I would love to experience the other gym before my short term lease is up. It seems to have more equipment and a remote to their tv. When asked about it I was told that the other gym is closed due to the sensor being fixed. They also dont know when it will be open again. Idk why its taking so long for it to be repaired but I hope it gets done soon!Lastly parking sucks terribly. There is no where for residence to park after 6-7pm so if you get off work late good luck finding you a parking space. I had guest over on Sunday, I kid you not we had to park at the first entrance. Not at the leasing office, it was already full but we had to drive all the way to the 1st entrance and was able to find parking there.The grounds are clean and neighbors seem nice. A park for the children to play would have been nice to have.
MAA at Fall Creek is a horrible place to live. After being here for about a year we ha e had different vehicles that we own not only just be broken into, but completely stolen. Worst of it all is that Im not the only one. The office is compleltly aware of the situation and had failed to provide the complex with some type of security to prevent this from happening. Now, the small insignificant light that was in the back are has fallen down due to rot from the ground and has still not been replaced or fixed. Please steer clear of this complex, unless you enjoy gambling your belongings over night or even during the day.

Love the staff, wish I could remember everyone’s names but they are always courteous and super helpful whenever I go into the office (which is usually daily so my 4yr old can rummage for candy lol). Thank you K’lei for just genuinely being sweet and always helpful. Maintenance is always prompt when I have a problem, I have a favorite (older Hispanic gentleman who reminds me of my father) and again can’t remember names but I’m a baker and anytime he’s over I make sure to give him goodies. Great staff and maintenance team 😊
This place is great, customer service is on point and didn’t have any problems whatsoever, had a young lady named Sasha show us around and give us more information my only complaint would be the maintenance on one of the main office doors, was never able to pass through since they’re were always too busy working on it
So I recently moved here and I love it so far. The process was easy and the leasing agents are all nice. I had a great experience during the process. Not going to lie , the parking can be challenging however it’s not a deal breaker. I love my apartment it’s spacious and quiet over here. They include cable and wifi that’s a plus.-Candace D.

I moved in around July, my apartment was not cleaned and properly fixed by maintenance. Maintenance cane and did fix all my concerns . Cleaning wise, the wonder nice lady Kai’Lee who moved me in came and cleaned my apartment which i truly appreciate. Nevertheless, I then encountered a break in with my car . I have been on a waiting list for a garage or car port . none available since June and it is now October. I get told theres a list I understand. But with this matter i expected some type of sympathy. I went to the rent office with this concern and im ok with being told theres a waiting list , but when Domnesha in the office told me “Its Houston breakins are gonna happen I live downtown and always see it happening” Was completely unprofessional. Tneres never enough parking for residents . Alot of guest taking the parking spots. Some nights I have to park on the 1st side of Cascade and walk to my 8440 side where my apartment is . I honestly would move away bc the parking.
I have just signed my 3rd lease here. The community is quite and the new office staff are very pleasant to interact with. There are two issues that I would say that needs to be addressed. The first is my carpet which was used when I initially moved here, and I feel it should be replaced at this point. A cleaning would be futile. The second is there should be two dumpsters because the one dumpster near where I pay to park is always full and overflowing. My neighbors are very nice and I absolutely love my view from my balcony. The price is steadily increasing but so is everything else around us. I will definitely be here until I find the house I want. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone in the Humble area and beyond.

Overall very good place. Ive been living here for two years and the management (Felicia) and staff have been spectacular. Most of the maintenance tickets Ive placed have been solved within 48hrs of the request. The amenities are really good, pools, gym, etc. Ive used them multiple times with no issues. Usually on Tuesdays, there is a food truck on front of the lease office which is cool if you want to take a day off your kitchen.My only complaints would be the following: frequent break-ins to tenant cars. Although, it has never happened to me because I never leave anything on my car, its something Ive seen multiple times. Other is the parking; the lease office gives you two stickers for two vehicles per apartment but I see a lot of cars parked without the stickers, some of them that are not even moved for 6x months. Ive reported this but no action has been taken. This situation forces tenants with legit cars to park in areas more susceptible to break-ins.

MOVE OUT: We looked foward to renewing our lease with a transfer. We were assured by Jessica that the ONLY thing they were waiting on was our deposit ((i have the conversation on video record)) & we will receive an email with our new residence guide. I went and got the money order for the deposit of $350, to transfer to a 3 bedroom. Talking about an inconvenience, and had the nerve to tell us we needed to be out the next day because someone else had leased our unit was crazy. Then Jessica tried intimidating us by stating they will file eviction, like be for real. AT THE END OF THE DAY, we receive an email about a background that was already there upon moving in 2022. I asked for my deposit back and was told its already processed, we will send you a check in 4-6 weeks. Aht aht no you will not. I advised Ill give my lawyer a call and was immediately told i can come get my deposit. But i thought it was processed? Ok moving foward. We were told why yall wait so late for the transfer. Mind you i went in the office back in February and gave a 60 day notice to vacate and make known we want to transfer to a 3 bedroom. I was told since it was the end of our lease we would NOT have to pay a 500 dollar transfer fee. Ok cool. I inquired about 1227 & 1327 which was vacant. I was then told oh there would be a transfer fee and if we waited close to move out we didnt have to pay it. Basically played in our face and lied to us right. Also we were told we could get paint from the office to spot paint the walls. We kept trying to get the paint and was given the run around. I have the screenshots and proof. They waited until we left so that they could charge us.Not to mention our car was stolen from our here and we are being charged for a parking sticker for that car. Its hilarious! All of a sudden there are new charges to an account we dont have anymore. At this point, lets gather the paper work and take necessary steps with this. UPDATE 3: Our maintenance team is literally TOP TIER!!! We appreciate them very much. Anything weve ever needed done, gets done very quickly (same day). I wish we had more space in our apartment, as when we moved in we did select the one we are in. I always say get a feel for something yourself. UPDATE 2: The community is quiet. Our office staff are cool people. So when i stated management i was referring to MANAGEMENT, the upper part. The ladies in the office are polite and considerate. They do what they can. We havent had any problems here except our vehicle being stolen from people whom came from other areas. We have super cool neighbors and we all look out for each other. UPDATE: Front gate doesnt always work. Our vehicle along with others were stolen right off the property. Police report made. Security patrol on site are ALWAYS sleep inside their vehicle. We reported it several times and nothing has yet to be done. Yes crime happen everywhere but what is the management doing on their end to ensure we are safe? Installing smart rent locks but lazy patrols and broken gates every other week is not it. Spending thousands of dollars on the doors and raising the rent is robbery. Nothing is changing. Having cameras installed but telling us you cannot access them is pure foolery. I feel so violated. Not a bad place but I do think its messed up were paying all this money to stay here and cant access the club house. Everyone is being told we have to rent the club house. Why do we have to rent something that should be available to us already. I believe that is something Cascade should open to the residents without trying to charge us. Also the parking spaces arent measured out correctly. Some are straight but most are slanted. So if you park and notice a car parked really close to your vehicle, its not their fault. The parking lot needs to be redone with all the spaces equal and straight.
Great place to stay!The grounds are clean the apartments are spacious. You are close to the beltway and many stores. The workout rooms are clean and spacious and 24hrs. The people in the office are nice and its easy to get things taken care of. Also they have garage sales and constantly making improvements to the grounds. Its going to be pretty tuff to get me to move barring buying a home or business relocation.The negative would be parking but its not enough move move this place from a 5 ⭐.

The Smaart savings fee dos not count as a deposit!!!When I leased my MAA apartment at cascade at fall creek, i was given two options for the deposit.I was told I could pay the full refundable deposit equal to one months rent or i could pay a nonrefundable deposit that was half the rent (Smaart savings fee)With this marketing tactic, it seems like I could pay the full refundable deposit or half a nonrefundable deposit (Smaart savings fee)I paid the smaart savings fee, thinking that it was nonrefundable but would pay any damages like a deposit.I downsized from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom a year later and was informed two weeks later that I owed $300 and that the smaart savings fee was not a deposit and pays for nothing.The lease only states that its a smaart savings fee and doesnt mention what that means or how its different than a deposit.the smaart savings fee should be reevaluated in terms of how its explained, and how it shows up on the lease.I was also told i had to pay it or setup a payment plan 30 days after move out (which was 2 weeks away). But i didnt receive the charges until 2 weeks out. shouldnt the charges be paid 30 days from the day the charges were sent, not 30 days after move out?It sucks because the apartment was wonderful otherwise. the ladies at the front are attentive, helpful and kind. There arent any rodents and its not a trashy complex. maintenance comes out pretty quickly.As long as you know that the SMAART savings fee does not count towards your deposit, you can make an informed decision on if you want to pay the full deposit, or the fee. Id recommend the palce as long as you understand the fee vs. the deposit.only other problem is there are car break ins and tire theft occassionally, i dont think its happened in a few months and if it has we werent informed. also the gates are constantly broken but that happens at all apartments and there are multiple gates.
Its truly a nice experience residing here at this community, since day one the staff has been very kind and courteous, and at this time I would like for your company to take notice of an employee by the name of Alyssa, who has been very helpful, with a positive attitude towards everyone she comes into contact with.Great employee.
Update!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE my apartments flooded from a water heater that has been broke for months now that they didn’t fix and now I have to stay in a hotel and being a single dad I have no way to get my daughter to school because the school bus doesn’t pick up from the hotel and the office manager was no help and she told me that was between me and the to figure out how my daughter got to school this place is the worst and they refuse to let me break my lease early even though the apartment is not in living condition right now.A lot of theft my mailbox was broken into for the 2 time in 2 months and I was told it was the post office responsibility to deal with that.
My husband (George Lewis) and I (Sheryl Lewis) have been living at Cascade at Fall Creek for a week now. Our first experience coming to Cascade at Fall Creek was meeting leasing agent Leslie White. She was so helpful, patient, & understanding when she was showing us the apartments there. Off the top we where excited about moving to Cascade and didnt need to look any further. We like the amenities of 2 pools, weight room, the computers that residents could use. Ms. White also kept us informed step by step of the process before moving in to our apartment.So with that being said. I give her, the maintenance team and Cascade at Fall Creek 5 stars.
Great place to call home. Been here for 2 years and resign my lease for another 14 months. Super friendly staff, well put together team! Jessica, Lily, Lisa and Bria are AMAZING! Management team did a great job handpicking these individuals as their leasing agents. My move in was a bit hectic due to a transfer, the Jessica and the rest of the staff assure me that they would handle everything for me and they did. Can’t thank them enough for the amazing experience they have provided me with during the entire time I’ve been living here.

My boyfriend and I have been living here for the ver a year. Our experience has been very pleasant. Our neighbors are kind, maintenance has been great to us, during summer time the pool is always clean. Our A/C had a problem one time and a maintenance gentleman was there within 30 minutes, very efficient. I feel safe going out at night and getting food. The complex has implemented night security which I am extremely happy for. Leasing office maintains residents informed of updates and relevant news. Our cars have NEVER been broken into and complex is pretty quiet at night. No bugs which is a plus. Leasing office staff is super helpful. Location is great, there are so many places to get food and groceries nearby. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. We just renewed our lease. The complex administration strives to keep the facilities clean and well maintained, nevertheless fitness center was recently renewed. This place is worth my every penny!. Dont understand any of the lower score reviews, from my experience if you follow the rules and reach out to the leasing office you shouldnt have any problems. Leasing my office has been helpful and attentive from day one.

I have been living in the property for two months, and I had a great experience with the staff, including the property manager and her team, maintenance, and security. The property is old and needs some updates from landscaping to a new look in the main office. We just had a winter storm, and there were some damages to several apartments, including the gym. We have guests from the residents, and they stay for days occupied in the parking lot. Not until I see some property changes will I renew my lease with them: Dr. Ortiz.
Ive lived here for almost a year now. Theres roaches everywhere, as well as spiders. If you call for extermination, the man shows up and sprays maybe four square feet of your home and then is on his way.There was a fire alarm panel right outside my front door that was beeping loud enough for me to hear it inside of my home. This beeping went on continuously for three months. We put work orders in both online, and when we would call the front desk the workers would say theyll put in a work order, and never did. It took over three months for me to get a sound nights sleep in this apartment. Went so far as calling the fire department to come out and take care of it.Upon move in, we were not given fresh carpets, or even clean carpets for that matter. Now that we are moving out, were told we have to pay for shampooing and provide a receipt. Im paying over $1200/month for this place, and youre telling me I have to clean the carpets?Every maintenance person here has an attitude problem as if you are inconveniencing them. One night my garage door wouldnt open, thus locking me out of my home because I keep both locks locked on my front door. Took over two hours on a Monday night to get someone out here to open my garage manually. And when they did show up I got scolded for keeping my front door locked tight, as if my living habits are any of their business.They will enter your home for maintenance or pest control without warning you. In the middle of the day when they believe no one is home Ive heard several attempts to enter my home without knocking or warning.If youre looking for any kind of drugs just ask one of the many dealers that post up in their cars right outside of your homes every nightNot to mention the fact that while yes, there are pet stations everywhere, in the year Ive lived here Ive only seen them be refilled once. No one cleans up after their pets here. Its best to just avoid the grass in general.Oh! Want to hear every conversation your neighbors have? Want to hear every single time they flush the toilet? Live here!This complex also doesnt disclose the crime within the gates(which are always broken). After moving in we found out there have been several murders here. The cops are constantly in and out of this place every week for domestic issues it seems. All in all, This is the sixth apartment/apartment complex Ive lived in, and Ive had much better experiences elsewhere. Dont waste your time or money here. Keep driving.
The grounds are horrible. They allow the tents to store anything and everything on their patios. Insides of the apartment is not kept up. The refrigerator is all scared up and the stove is missing parts. The outside windows are not kept up, looks horrible and maintenance is slow to fix broken items.

The process was so smooth and straight up front that’s what I love the most we completely no issue. Amazing apartment! The space, the environment, as well the ease of access to the major freeways and lets not forget about the leasing staff! Would recommend staying here.
We lived here for a year. We personally never had any problems with break ins, but in our only year here, there were at least 3 car break ins (maybe 4) and one apartment break in. When these happened, they sent out emails saying to remain vigilant because they’re not responsible for our safety. At the time of these break ins, the gates were not functioning properly, which is not an uncommon thing here. The office staff is very polite and friendly, for the most part. We did have some problems with the management being rude, but that’s it. Maintenance would be done in a timely matter, if you went inside the office to report it the ladies in the front like Martha. If you put in work orders online, it would usually take a while. We had some work orders that literally had been in there for a month and a half before we went into the office to say something. They have like two programs the entire year. One for Easter and one for Mother’s Day. It’s not enough for what you’re paying for, honestly. Around any holiday, no matter how small or insignificant, the dumpsters are so disgusting. Sometimes it’s like that around regular trash days too. You can tell which dumpsters are the favorites around the property. People pretend like they don’t know how to throw trash in a dumpster, so even when it’s empty, there’s bags all in the dumpster area around the dumpster?? There’s a lot of people that smoke weed around the common areas and the ventilation is shared between around apartments. There were times where we forced to be in our living room at night because the odor was so strong from it. Parking here is a nightmare at night time and weekends. The pools and work out equipment in the gym are nice, but they’re constantly being used by people who are not residents (mainly pool area.) Memorial Day there was a giant party that looked like it was from a movie with how crazy it was. Management claims it was non-residents who did it, but did nothing to prevent it from happening. One pool was closed an entire week from the craziness and the other was closed for about three weeks because of a special light fixture that got broken. The hot tub doesn’t work and never did work the entire year we lived here. They try to make UPS/Amazon to deliver to the apartments directly, but whoever has this route is normally very lazy. They misplace packages or just throw them in the mail box area, which is completely unsecured. During the holiday season when the office is closed on Sundays, they don’t even attempt to deliver packages sometimes. We never had problems with bugs, ants, roaches, but the last few months before move out, we saw a few huge opossums running around at night. The business center was very nice, but it seems that they have a certain budget for the coffee/printer toner a month and they were often out of both by month’s end. Although, I will say they were willing to print it off if you emailed it to them, just a little inconvenient. The AC units are very, very old, so our light bill was never less than $300 in the summer time and our AC unit broke 4 times during our year lease. If we would have stayed, our rent would have went up almost $250/month, which is incredibly insane considering all things above. Upon move out, I looked at the reviews, and saw people mentioned murders happening at these apartments, which is absolutely true. Take a minute to google it and articles from Houston Chronicle will pop up, I felt a little uneasy about that. The last thing I want to touch on is to make sure that you change your address at the postal service!!!! They mailed our deposit back to our freaking apartment address. If we hadn’t changed our address at the postal service, we wouldn’t have ever got our deposit back, despite giving them an address to send it to.
My move-in process was super easy thanks to Bria and Jessica! They contacted me often about any information they needed and questions I had! One of the best experiences I’ve had with moving! Did I mention that my move was from MS to TX! My new apartment is very nice! The entire process was awesome!! Thanks Cascade at Fall Creek for everything !!
Do not move here! I lived here from April 2014 - March 2017. I had to break my lease here because things were getting so out of hand. Im not sure when new management/staff arrived, but things got really bad around the time of the transition. Maintenance requests (called in AND submitted online) were never handled quickly. Some instances I had to submit and call, and give a follow up call 5days later. Thats insane. The icing on the cake was in January when my apartment was broken into while I was still there. NO SECURITY (even though they tell you they have someone patrolling) was around that night. On top of that, they didnt replace the window until days later so my apt wasnt secured during a rainy weekend. Management offers no help or options when a break-in happens. I had to contact the regional property manager just to get an email sent out notifying the other residents. The on-site manager didnt think it was necessary. I immediately put in my notice and had to pay an insane amount to terminate my lease. Although I was not physically living in my apartment from Jan - March, I was still on the email list.During that time, there were up to 6 more break-ins that took place! DO NOT MOVE HERE if you care about your safety. For the amount you pay in rent here, you can find much nicer places in the area with better staff and more security.

To all that want to know! I lived in this apartment complex and unfortunately had to break the lease within 10 months. I was charged close to $1,900.00 for breaking the lease. I had to move by Nov 11,2018 which I did. I never received my deposit. They sent me to collection. I tried to pay the debt with the collection agency. I was told that I dont get my deposit because I broke the lease, which the apartment complex never told me that, they told me it would go to the balance of what I owed. I turned in the keys and never heard from them again, until they wanted their money for me breaking the lease. All I want is an explanation of why they lied about my deposit and never applied any to the balance like they said.
Being a resident since 2020 my stay has been delightful just with minor issues. Service calls have been prompt and the leasing office representatives have been in great in following up on any concerns and issues that I have brought to their attention.
Unfortunately I have to add a start to be able to post of how my family and I feel about this property. We are very disappointed on the front office staff and the maintenance. We have lived in this property for 15 months and has been the most disappointing property we have ever lived in. My front window has been broken for a month and has not been replaced, I call constantly and they keep saying next week and making excuses. The blinds from my living room have been missing since the first day I moved in and still hasn’t been replaced. For almost 12 months my shower has been leaking water all the way to the carpet of my bedroom and created mold on the walls and all they come to do is paint over it not even bother to stop the leak. Also the gate to entry the property constantly isn’t working and I also called to update my new number and has not been done. I also called to have a exterminator come and take down some bee nest down and they never came, I had to do it on my own. Another time my stove went out and I called and wasn’t able to cook for a week waiting on them to come and fix it at the end I called a friend of mine to take care of the situation so I would be able to feed my family. Also lately there’s been people breaking into the apartments so I believe the officers they have are not doing great job. Another thing when I moved December 2018 my upstairs neighbors would always have loud music and little kids running around between 12 all the way till 4a.m when that was the time I had to go to work, even my 7 year old daughter will be bothered of the loud noice and will not get her good rest for next day of school. I will constantly call to complain and the situation will never get fixed. I have worked in properties before and we would never tolerate for are residents to feel the way my family and I feel about are so called home. Before I moved in and came to take a tour it was amazing... staff treated us great and from the outside it looked nice and gave it a chance to look forward on making this a home specially for amounting paying monthly!!! I’M SO READY TO GET OUT THIS PROPERTY!!! And it will take a lot to give this property or MMA a chance again. So far of updates looking forward on moving to clear lane and giving Venterra property a chance so far I recommend.
Apartment very spacious but not worth 1665 a month for a two bed room. All of these service and community fees but I’m not understanding why. I take my own trash and I dont have at least one assigned parking spot. I never have a parking spot in front of my building I never have a parking spot by my building I work late and always have to park on the right side of the apartments and I live on the left side. I can loudly hear water draining through the walls it’s so loud that I think one day it’s going to come through the ceiling. Gates always malfunctioning or just not working. I will not sign another lease because of these reasons mainly because I pay 1665 in rent and can’t get a decent parking spot

I love it here, it’s my fourth apartment that I’ve had but this one is by far the best, the only reason for why it’s not receiving all five star is because there is a few things wrong here. The water is always getting worked on so during the day it gets shut off for hours. Dog owners tend to not pick up after their dogs but are happy to take them out. I hate taking out my dog because once in a while he steps in poop. But other than that it’s a great place to sit, I’ve thankfully don’t have to deal with roaches or any of that so I’ve very happy about that!
After reading the comments below I would not make the option to not move to this location, but noticed a couple of things that stood out to me which made me write this comment. For example comments were more focus on all negative, if a property manager or anyone in charge inform me“ to let her know if there is anything she can do to assist’ this sounds like someone that is trying to make things better or willing to help an anyway possible. I have lived at this location for over two years but like anywhere else in this world CRIME happens, my rent have never been in correct and I am pretty sure if you did noticed anything wrongfully posted to your account Ashley the AGM has no problem of correcting it or getting it removed. I have never put in a work order and it not get fix the same day with a note left on my kitchen island notifying me of the work completed and done by who! Also find it extremely hard to believe someone lived in apartment and was never informed by no one for two years that they were living in an apartment a murder was committed and it is trash but you renewed your lease after your 1st year.. SMH!! Shame on you! Most of the comments have no weight to it, as I stated before I have been living here for two years Crystal is amazing she knows her residents by name not numbers or people who pay rent . She knows her job and do a great job at it Managing this property, parking is a little challenging but so is it at each and every MALL in America but no one bashing them. These people that work here are like any other American they have a job and they come to do it, not be your friend or be a begging dog at your door to your request or needs. Ashley the AGM have respectful contacted me for an issues, she is great at responding to emails and call backs. The appliances are in good condition but like any other apartment if it don’t work or needs fixing notify someone, the office makes it very easy to do so by putting in a work order on the app any time of the day, the property is kept up very well. They have a gentleman that walks around picking up trash mostly every day, I have witness maintenance stop to help residents out with vehicle when they are have car trouble, even help change tires. This place is amazing its located near everything, this property even have FOOD TRUCK Thursday, Easter egg hunt with the kids, and even Halloween activity. DON’T just read these comments go out there and see it for yourself.

Great staff,location and maintenance crew those deserves higher stars, however the security, and the garbage truck picking up those trash containers at wee hours in the morning making excessive noise are things Id recommend need correction asap.
I stayed here for a year, renewed again but got relocated to Dallas. I loved everything about the apartment, they are very nice inside and the property was very well taken care of. Everyone in my building had their loud days, so that was never a problem. Really didnt expirence anything bad here ever. Office management was great as well.
Cascade at fall creek is such a quiet property. The staff ls so friendly and efficient. Klei in the front office is always so helpful.
There are lot of improvements recently by management compared to earlier. maintenance requests are resolved on-time. pest control team is awesome. Overall they are taking good steps to keep the apartment community clean and safe.
If i could leave 0 stars i would!!! These apartments are horrible! Starting with the leasing agents they are very unprofessional and rude they are not knowledgeable about anything! The apartments are nice from the inside but dirty from the outside, there’s always trash from the dumpsters out in the parking lots and there’s never any parking spaces available!!!! CRIME IS VERY HIGH, car break ins every other night, and Apartment break ins very common as well, i was a victim of both while living here, for the amount of rent being paid they should have a security but they don’t!! Again, rent is extremely high!! Over all the experience was so horrible i had to pay to break the lease. If you are thinking of moving into these apartments, do not just run!!!!!
It is the worst experience ever. this place is a huge mess. management has no clue about what they doing.they are full of fake promises.they tell you something completely different after you sign the contract.they promised me to rent me a garage after 2 weeks of signing the contract with $50/month, after 2 months they offered me the garage with $95/month. when you i aske why, the only answer they know is sorry.this place is waste of money. customers service is very very poor.everyone from management works in his/her way. they always have different answers from each other.I can`t wait to move out. it is a nightmare.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONY ON THIS PLACE.

Unfortunately I cant give zero stars because I would. The people in the leasing office from the manager all the way down are inconsiderate, rude, and unprofessional. They DO NOT care about the residents and they think they are doing US the favor by allowing us to live here. However, we are the ones who keep them in business. They charge as much rent if not more than most peoples mortgage, yet they wouldnt even fix a light bulb in my bedroom for me. The woman in the leasing office literally told me they dont do that and Ill have to go buy my own. For $1200 a month???????? What the hell are we paying for? Do not move over here. Now I see why people move out everday.

Ashley, Tonesse, and Crystal need retraining on their business standards, customer care, MAA policies. There were multiple mistakes made with rental charges, Lease agreements, and maintenance issues. There are multiple apartments in the humble/fall Creek area with better pricing and access to the area. There is a huge amount of inconsistency with the staff there.Though we enjoyed our apartment, the customer care is not worth the amount. Take heed before renting here, and do not sign anything until there is a clear understanding between you and your leasing agent. I would/will not recommend this property especially to first time apartment shoppers. Highly disappointed.
Ive lived at Cascade at fall Creek for the better part of 2 years now and I must say I have been more than pleased allowing Cascade to be a place I call home, Its perfectly nestled location serves both my needs as well as my lifestyle..I mean what better corner store could you ask for Walmart is Exactly 2.5 minutes away as well as every other eatery you could think of...No matter the location management represents the heartbeat of the community, Ive Gone through hardships while living at Cascade, Be it personal or business management Has always been in my corner, You will not find a better support system for the price!! I never experienced any problem Annabelle couldnt rectify.. Its been my pleasure...
Reading all of the previous reviews is kind of upsetting. I have never experienced these things here. The Cascades is the best complex I have ever lived in and i have been living here for almost two years. I love the staff. The young ladies that were there before were not as friendly but Krysten, Kristina, and Lauren are all amazing people who always look to find a solution to any problem I may present them with. I really hate that Linda and Rosie are no longer management. They were also completely awesome people and the company really lost out by losing them. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking to live here. Maintenance is great and efficicient. Staff is friendly and helpful. The community is beautiful. Move here if you are on the market! A great place to live!
I lived here a few years ago and went to apply for a new place recently and come to find out that they never closed out my lease after I had left and now its on my renters history. I did everything to ensure that everything was good. I also did a walk through with the manager before I left. Do not rent from this place at all. They dont care about residents at all and are just there to collect new customers. This place has had multiple shootings. This place is not safe at all.
Literally went through hell and back to get an apartment with them and they refused to approve me and my girlfriend on our first apartment together. I provided every single item requested statements, paystubs, side earnings, you name it I even got employed within 24 hours because they requested it and the property manager didn’t even try to acknowledge me or even read my letter that she personally asked for.She stayed on the phone the entire time glanced over it and returned it back.having one of her employees serve as messenger, telling me it still wasn’t enough. If this is how they treat someone who wants to be a part of the community I can’t fathom what they do to current residents. Waste of time and money.
Ive been here for a year now and Im truly happy with the staff. Ykenya is always a help whenever I need it. Her professionalism speaks volumes and that is the reason why I renewed my lease here. The apartments are always clean and its very quiet. Again I cant say enough about Ykenya being a great person.
4 stars because I was still charged 85 dollars for the application fee when I could not finish the application due to the website they had me uploading it on. Literally everything else is top tier! The ladies in the front are so nice, even walked me and my son back to my car in the rain! Thats customer service okaaaay lol. If I could have gotten my application im sure I would have been happy here. It looks super nice in person also!
I happened to meet Annabelle who took me through the entire process, she was very professional and would make sure she called to check up on the progress of my application. Everyone at the community office is welcoming, would highly recommend.
I have been a resident on the premises for 6 months now. When I moved on the property, I was very impressed with the square footage of the apartments and some of the amenities for the price. The premises appeared to be well groomed and clean. Shortly after signing as lease, the horror began. Lets begin with the trash service fee. There is a $7.99 trash service fee charged every month. The monthly fee is for the containers on the premises :/ There are three containers that are continuously overflowing. The containers are no where near my building nor in walking distance, so I have to load my trash into my car and drive my garbage to the containers every time I need to dispose of my trash.Then there is the major issue of parking. The parking is beyond ridiculous. If I am not home before 6 PM. I am left with no parking. I have to hike at least 100 to 150m to my apartment with my daughter, bags, and personal personal belongings at night. I have been to the office plenty of times to discuss. However, it seem every time I go into the office to discuss they take on the victim role. There excuse, well it is a first come first serve basis. Were sorry the other tenants get off earlier. We will check into something. However, I never receive any feedback until I have to step into the office again.My car was towed from the premised because I was parked in a no parking zone (Not handicap, not fire lane). I arrived at home after 11 PM and there was no parking available, AS ALWAYS. Since I had my daughter whom was asleep and I would be leaving to return to work at 6 AM, I parked in what I could find to put me safely near my apartment because there was no parking. I went into talk to management about the parking again and the $188 fee I was charged to retrieve my car. There was no remorse, and basically the finger pointed at me for parking in a no parking zone. I didnt park there because I wanted too. I parked there because I needed a place to park.The customer service and management is horrible. There is a lack of communications from the management to the tenant. Management has changed twice since I have been there and unfortunately there has been no improvement in the communication. The front office never follow ups on anything. I have to always go back into the office or call back a day or so later because they never call back.My advice to anyone viewing this property. Please ask Crystal (Property Manger) and her team bout PARKING, trash, and TENANT COMMUNICATION.
If I couldve gotten away with no stars I would. I cannot wait until my lease is up! I would not refer my worst enemy to move in here unless they want to have everything in the apartment break down and get fixed when its convenient for the maintenance team. They charge you $7.99 a month for trash and it is ALWAYS overflowing, yet they charge you for having your trash sit outside overnight because you dont want to walk to that raccoon infested dump at night. I am still waiting on a call back about a raccoon that was outside of my apartment preventing a visitor from coming up for 30 minutes until a fellow neighbor tried to go home. I am also still waiting on a call back for a rodent of some sort that was in my dryer hose. There is also a crack in my bathtub they want me to come out of pocket for in order for it to be resurfaced (the hell). There is always trash all over the grounds and I am still waiting on my front door to be fixed along with the trim on my island. Rent is a priority, but NOTHING and I do mean NOTHING else is on that list. I have lived here 9 months and the ratings have significantly decreased and it is understandable. Its a bunch of painted over bs! Do yourself a favor and move on!
If you have low standards, this place is for you. For $1100 a month for a one bedroom these apartments were a waste of money.You also better hold on to dear life for everything you’re issued here, These apartments will nickel and dime you for e v e r y t h i n g.The dumpsters stay DISGUSTING and always over flowing. nobody knows how to throw their trash in the dumpster apparently, the spider infestation is unbearable I was killing 4-5 spiders a day, and the parking is ridiculous since you’ll get charged $50 for a parking permit STICKER that they don’t even enforce. Yes, $50 for a sticker that can’t even be re issued.If you aren’t in the complex by 8-9 pm good luck finding a place to park. If you need to check the mail good luck finding a place to park as well since other tenants love to park there long term as well and take up space.The only decent thing was that maintenance orders were done in a timely manner.

Parking is horrible and not inforced at all there will be 4 or 5 cars per apartment sometimes. one apartment the girl runs a business out of and she lets her clients park anywhere sometimes across drive way so you cant get to your garage. and the response is that visitors are allowed for up to 24 hrs which then forces you to park in front office which is fine except for the break ins that usually happen towards the back of the complex until 3 days ago 4 or 5 cars had windows smashed and had been ransacked right in front of the front office. no email in regards to that. and yesterday one of the employees had their cataltyic converter stolen off of their truck. once again no email. while maintenence responds faily quickly theyre all quick fixes that dont last. staff is ok. honeslty i dont understand the riftraft for the amount of rent charged which went up by $100+ and youre sold with the cable and internet at a discount but its basic basic stuff and isnt worth the additional $80 you have to pay and you cannot opt out of it!!! our lease is almost up and we were tempted to stay just because of the schools but these break ins are getting worse and worse. now they do have a deputy that is suppose to patrol but hes usually just chillin in his truck somewhere or he just parks his patrol car that no one cares about... honeslty think twice about it... looks very nice and is presented nicely but after a couple months youll realise the juice isnt worth the squeeze.
The staff is wonderful here, i was having trouble on the computers and Alyssa took time out of her day to assist me i don’t think i would of been able to complete what i needed done without her she is a Superstar

The nicest apartment I have ever lived! Bug free! Updated appliances, high ceilings, plenty of room in a one bedroom. They keep the property pretty clean, and the office staff is easy to work with. Maintenence has never been an issue if you put in a request online. My neighbors are some of the friendliest people Ive ever met.There isnt much in the area, but you have the essentials. Walmart, gas stations, fast food, and quality restaurants across the street.Only drawbacks are parking, it does fill up fast so my husband and I got a covered spot. Worth it! Also, I live in an older model that still has cream colored carpet. Invest in a carpet shampooer and youll be fine.I cant tell you enough how much my husband and I enjoy living here. The pros deffinetly out way the cons.

The property manager Felicia is horrible and I can’t emphasize this enough. You’ll spend more money outside of your rent trying to stay sane while dealing with her. She’s only professional up until after you sign your contract. Wait until she’s fired or something
Thank you Shanna Bernard for the advice not to take heed to all these comments. That includes YOURS. It was yours that convinced me to move here and now Im trapped for a solid year!!!!I have been living here a month, and I am frustrated. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There is about $60.00 in monthly fees (NOT WATER OR UTILITIES) that you are not told about until you sit down to sign your lease. They charge for extermination, but dont exterminate!! Maintenance is very slow, and no one in the office wants to help or cares about your frustrations. The very young, very naive, very inexperienced women that work in the office are MADDENING.If you need more than one remote for the gate or the gym, you are forced to BUY IT. Not lease it, not rent it, not put a deposit down, but BUY IT.... FOREVER. You do not get your money back if/when you turn it in when your lease is up. People party all night long and keep the entire complex awake. Its looks nice on the outside, but it isnt!
The ladies in the office are super professional and some of the nicest people. They are always helpful and are quick to resolve any problems that may come up. It has been a wonderful experience living here!
I am sooo happy about my decision to move to Cascade at Fall Creek. My first experience was meeting Leslie...who needs the Senior Citizen Award of the year....she was sooo positive and patient with me.....I love my apartment and many thanks to Mrs. White for your help....five stars 🤩
STAY AWAY. If you care for family and have values, save yourself the trouble. Yes it appears nice, but the poor management team and their lack of care is one no resident should have to go through. After putting up with obnoxious neighbors and blatant drug use, enough was enough. Police also could not act as property owner was never on site.If you like living in those types of conditions, this is perfect. Garbage piled up outside of bins allows ferrel cats and raccoons to linger. Dont mind the lawn furniture constantly being found at the bottom of the pools. That is just recreational sitting.If you value peace of mind, keep shopping and dont waste your time here.
Ive moved out a few weeks ago from these apartments. I would not recommended them to anyone. Where should I start, trash is a big issue here. Its always full and over flowing it looks horrible and nasty, cats hang around the dumbster at night.Safety......My neighbor car got broken into, then they came back a month pater and rob the car. My car have been broken into while staying here. (I was parked right by the light) Someone shoot up my window with a gun. (I still have the bullet holes in the arm piece compartment of the car.) The staff in the office did not care at all, they did not even notify the other residents on property to look out for their cars. Parking is also hard to find if you get home later at night.Security is a joke. I called them they told me to call the police because they can not do anything for me. Security should be walking the grounds, but they dont. If something happens you might see one of the walk around for two days and then you never see them again.Maintenance... I had several issues with the apartments and it took months for them to come out and fix it.Packages.... I order stuff a lot from online most of the time I get my stuff but for some reason my most important package is missing and it showed that it was delivered and signed for by one of the office staff.Deaths..... Someone died of property and we had to find out from the news. The apartments never sent out a notice to the residents once again to let us know to be aware.They are alot of other incidents that occurr on the property but the office staff never let you know about it.Dont let the looks fool you. Buckle up and Keep driving.
I scheduled a virtual viewing appointment with Brittany, she sent me a confirmation email and never called me nor answered mi calls. Very unprofessional, they don’t take their job seriously and they just make you waste your time. I can see now why the 2.9 rating.
The property Manager Ms. FeliCa is wonderful with a great tone & energy. Respectable, kind & have no problem with assisting customers. Great attitude!!! Give them a visit, anyone will be happy to help. Thumbs up!!! 👍🏽
Horrible don’t move in they don’t care about the tenants they just care about the money. They break in to cars every weekend seems like every Sunday and they haven’t added security or reinforce the gates to be close. My truck and car has been broken in to four times in five months sadly.
Terrible money taking apartment complex! All they care about is towing and collecting rent they do not care about the residents one bit! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They continuously have break-ins every 2 days here you will never have a parking unless you pay to park on top of paying your rent! They have the worst towing service ! The office never picks up the phones nor give call backs! Save your self the headaches and MONEY! DONT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU OR THE TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!
I lived at Cascade/Chalet for 2 years. During the time I lived at this location it was nothing but terrible. The office workers were all females and they ALL DID NOT TAKE ANY OWNERSHIP OR INITIATIVE FOR ANYTHING! They have no empathy for no one. They ARE ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$$$ NOTHING ELSE. I hope when future tenants read these reviews PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY!! I would not dare refer anyone. There is constant crime most recently 2 KILLINGS IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS. R-E-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!! And the reason I am writing this review now is because I have a friend who currently still lives there and stated she knew nothing about the murders! CRAZY! Therefore take heed that lets you know management does not keep the residents alerted to whats occurring at the property. There is no security as they claim; the tenants are loud and nasty. They maintenance staff would take their time on repairs. Oh and please dont go to them and say you loss your job ect. and asking can you have a little bit more time to pay. Trust me they do not care!!!! The will file an eviction quicker than your eyes will blink! Pleeeeaaasssee future tenants SHOP THE AREA FIRST!!!! THESE ARE THE ONLY APT IN THE AREA WITH THE WORST RATINGS AND MOST CRIME!!!
Need better mgmt at top - not leasing staff. I visited the property several times and signed lease a few days ago. Ladies in the office are very nice and seem to be doing the best they can given the information they have. Staff appears to be without the needed support from MAAC. My concern is that MAAC has not done what it should to provide for the safety and security of tenants lives and property - especially since the leasing rates are high end and there has been a loss of life on the property in the last 2 years history according to the crime report. The reviews online for this property are very poor. And for the most part, appear to be factual. I just visited the property again on yesterday to discuss my upcoming move-in, and while there a ladys apartment had been broken into and she was in the office reporting it to the office staff. They say that they have onsite security, but there is no evidence of that. Security staff is never accessible. Gates are not manned to prevent unauthorized entry and trash was piled up at a couple of the dumpsters. I am a senior executive female living single for the first time in an apartment in 20 years. I am scheduled to move here next month, but now I have second thoughts. I understand that break ins are a fact of life, but poor management of MAAC in providing consistent security, maintenance, and dumpster services is unacceptable. I came here after turning down other properties. Companies like MAAC need to be held accountable for the money that they take from residents. Provide the level of service that is paid for or prepare to be embarrassed by media and sued for non-compliance. In order for the Fallcreek area to remain a decent place to live and do business in, MAAC and other management companies must do better by their residents. When I ask to speak with someone from corporate, I expect to do that and not hear automatic boilerplate responses from leasing mgr or staff who do not have the authority to fix issues.
The crime is extremely high. The security guard sits in front of the pool area watching movies all night. The gates are always broken. Be mentally prepared to not having a parking spot after 5pm. (Parking permits mean nothing). Be sure to check your statements monthly, your can almost always find overages. There are better places to live, safely, for the money you’re thinking about paying.
Totally a great show with miss Alyssa she presented multiple units and ideas.
I do not want everyone to take heed to all these comments. Keep in mind each person has their own opinions and when they do not hear the answers they might like they tend to write negative comments. Its human nature to get upset and lash out, we ten to do this with retailers as well. This is a shame as I leased on my first visit a month ago with Lauren and she was nothing but nice to me. I went back time and time again to see the apt, take friends and family to see it as well. Needless to say I have been there 6 times and I havent even moved in yet.. Lol. Each time I have not only dealt with Lauren but the other staff memebers and they have been nothing but nice and helpful. I have been thru there on the weekend, afternoon and night and I can honestly say Im EXCITED to move to my new apartment after being a home owner for the past 13 years. I was hesitant at first as I havent rented in over a decade but Lauren over came all my concerns.
This place by far is the worst place. STAY AWAY. Two homicides in a year span, 1 1/2 months to fix the air conditioning issues in the peak of summer. Front office staff is not helpful. Sugestested to use there apt insurance people after a year they went out of business just after charging my credit card for another year. Parking was a issue so had to rent a covered spot. Tenants messing up the gym and club house area so it would close from time to time. For the price move to Spring area.
Horrible GHETTO apartments I will have to break my lease. The staff is not friendly and they dont do anything. They should just buy a manikin and sit it where the manager sits. This is a great choice of apartments if you’re looking in the Humble area. The staff is kind and courteous and try their best to accommodate you and your needs. Even when things are out of their control, they do their best in helping out their residents!
Counting the days until my lease it up. Do yourself a favor and dont move into these apartments. From car break-ins,pool closures,to insufficient parking. This place just isnt worth it. Your better off somewhere else!
Horrid complex! The management is ridiculous and maintenance is abismal. There are roaches and rat problems. Even though you pay for pest control, there is none. Told about rat problems and they still haven’t came to fix it. Spent my own money in trying to trap, exterminate, and patch the hole it created.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Lets just say I triple check to make sure my car and apartment doors are locked. Loud rowdy teens make noise all through the night. The gates are always broken so theyre left completely open for anyone to come in. The staff / delivery man has lost so many packages of mine Ive lost count. They always claim they left a note but never did. Im moving out of here sooner than later. 2.5 out of 5 stars.

When I moved here I had two options. I have been living here for three months and I definitely feel like I made the right decision. Everyone is friendly and you never feel alone.
Definitely the worst experience ever. I DO NOT recommend applying to move here!! They false advertise and won’t fix the issue. I went in to apply for a unit I saw online, they showed me a unit but once I’d completed the process and went to pick up the keys gave me keys to a totally different unit not even on the same property.
Juliani took absolute good care of us and made the entire process as easy as possible. 10/10 recommend

Apartments are not as nice as they used to be.
I was here for two years... I had a good experience, none of the issues listed in some of the other reviews. The only reason why I am moving is because I’m leaving the state, but I am staying with the company MAA because my experience was good . (Looks nice, well kept, helpful staff, affordable)

I must say Giovanni in my opinion is the best this guy not only goes out his way to get things done but it’s like he truly cares about the issue as of it was his own. Cascade is a great overall living area
I have lived here for a few years and I like the property. They keep the landscaping looking good and maintenance gets things done correct and on time. The office staff is very nice as well.

I despise this place!! I cannot wait for my lease to be up !!! They don’t ever fix anything... the management is terrible(not friendly at all) very rude!!! And apparently even when you pay your pent rent.. you cannot have your dog on your balcony ... stupids thing I’ve ever heard ! DONT NOT MOVE HERE !!! Deff won’t be renewing my lease !!🖕🏾🖕🏾🖕🏾
Current resident, there is NO WHERE for paying residents to park, cars get broke into every other month, they tow residents but not people without resident parking. I will not be renewing my lease here.

This place has horrible leasing agents they always give you the run around, I had a problem with roaches and it was never fixed. While I lived there their were numerous break ins (cars and apartments). Not safe for children, & parking is HORRIBLE. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Nice property except refrigerator is very old and rusty and when I moved in had roach drooping in it but the k environment not to many complaints

There is not enough parking in front of my building. The apartment needs to updated and the carpet needs to be stripped but i so like the fact that my apartment is in the front and the closet space is too small.

I called yesterday to get leasing information. The young lady immediately asked me to hold while she went to her desk...She never returned. After holding for 5 min, I hung up. Not a good first impression.
My husband and I have lived here for over 3 yrs. We love it here. Its quite and is well kept.

OVERALL THE EXPIERCE WAS OKAY IT WASNT THE BEST BECAUSE WHEN I MOVED IN I SILL HAD A COUPLE OF ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE FIX SO I WAS REACHING OUT FOR MAINTENCE ALMOST EVERYDAY.

Dont let the pictures fool you. This place is horrible, there are bugs everywhere, place is dirty, Alot of break ins and vandalism. There is a curfew to be inside the apartment at 10PM. I would NOT suggest anyone to move here

The compound is not safe at all, the employees in the main office are rude, not professional and did a lot of mistakes with my monthly payments , the pool has no control I saw people coming from outside to swim(public pool) , no one care about the residents safety and they charge a lot of money .
I just moved in I like it so far all the food places are closer and the community is great and clean but at the end of the day it’s a cool place to stay
Terrible. I had an expensive package sent to my old address. When I called to let them know they had already given it to the new residents and they threw it away because it wasnt theirs.
I lived there for about four years. It wasnt that bad back then. But as I read reviews from different apartments in the area, responses from management or whomever is always the same. They want to talk to you. Whats the use of talking and nothing gets done. I find this appalling and disgusting. DO SOMETHING!!!!!STOP MAKING PROMISES!!!!APARTMENTS ARE TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS KIND OF BS!!!!! ALL YOU PEOPLE CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!! NOT SAFETY OR ANYTHING ELSE!!!!GOD IS NOT SLEEP, BIG WIGS!!!! Leasing office staff is amazing. Just a lot of issues with the apartment unit itself.
Until now it is the worst experience I am going through, there are always things to fix the apartment has many things to repair and as it may take 3 months and they cannot fix a dryer you tell the maintenance guys something and the only thing they do is to send you to the office so before they get into a contract with these apartments check everything well because they are not going to repair anything.
This new person who just hired Elisa is an arrogant, rude person I dont know how they can have people of this type working here do something please because I have already thought very seriously about breaking my contract just for her
