No stars! I just moved to Texas and this by far was a horrible experience! Supposedly the manager who gave me a tour and helped me apply was completely dishonest. I’m a single mother who just lost the father of my children to suicide just a few weeks ago. She told me I was able to apply with an offer letter. Completely lied to my face. I drove an hour too see these homes. I went out my way to provide the correct documentation to receive a TEXT message stating that the company couldn’t complete my application because they don’t accept offers letters! And I was pacifically told by TACHAKA LEMON is now known as “assistant manager” that the documents I have would be okay! Nope! Now I have to continue my search!! Would not recommend!

I was going to go in on management but at this point we cant blame management we have to go for the sorry regional or whomever is in charge. All these reviews are correct. They dont care at all about this property or residents. I have put in a work order, went into the office and sent an email about no lights outside. I also have an elderly lady that stay on this floor. A big safety hazard. I will own Orion if anything happens to me believe that. Put in a work order for plumbing and no one came. Water literally coming up the sink and they came the next day after several work orders and voicemail. Its a shame the way management and corporate go about the residents here. Like I said it starts with corporate. So much to say but i keep records, photos and documents. I will be contacting the Apartment Association. Photos will be posted. I know my rights fully. So please sorry regional get off your tail and make some changes here. I completely understand why everyone is moving and I will be next. Please dont reply with that crap about please contact the office, we will like to discuss this with you.

Its cool to ask people to write these fake reviews. Your property at a 2.7 and corporate thinks thats OK. Says a lot about them. The manager needs to go. She here for a check. She is not engaging, worst attitude ever, leasing agent plays follow the leader. No morals on both parts.. Where you find this staff. Honest review she got pull in the corporate office is why she is able to get away with the things she is able to get away with. One day. Being rude and nasty gets you nowhere well with Orion it does

Dont cone here. Not quite apartments when management inform they do nothing. Unit no # eight three six leaves two support animals out from midnight to morning. This mentally disable neighbors does that intentionally.

I have been on this property a good minute and I can honestly say that it’s a great place to live. The leasing ffice women are so helpful and maintenance is great! When ever I stop by the leasing office I’m always welcomed with great servoce. I would recommend this property anytime. Thank you Masions at Turkey Creek for all you guys do.

I moved in this place November 2023 my lease was going to be up November 2024 at first I thought these was some good apartments until things started going wrong I put in work orders sometimes they get done and sometimes they dont they always had dogs running around the property and it smell like dog pooI let the manager know nothing has been done on top of that the apartment has mold mildew and plumbing problems I did not know until I got a phone call letting me know I had to doan emergency move I decided not to stay because they had nowhere for you to go at that time on the property so I moved now they hit me with no deposit back and I owe them a month of rent I paid my rent the month before them women in the office needs to be fired they good for nothing I did not want to write this until I received a notice in the mail from collection they mad because I moved out and did not stay at the property I would never move here again they need a lot of work done and they need to clean up the pool area been closed since I moved there and a maintenance is terrible Im going to report them to corporate please do not move theres better places

This property needs to be shut down. Reginal needs to be replaced and fired along with the office manager. I dont understand how so many people have issues with this manager and corporate does nothing. Has to be inside job. owners need to be ashamed. why we worried about parking we have other issues at hand. One the lights out on buildings that is a safety hazard to resident. The mold, the blinds, the roaches etc. The manger has the worst attitude ever not meant to be in an office where you deal with people. If we start with a new regional then maybe everything else will get better. this property is a mess. i have not seen one good review but all reviews bad and about the manager. Watch how they reply please contact the office and for what nothing gets done nothing.

I’m in love with these apartments.. These apartments is located right behind IAH airport is so perfect because that’s where I work at so I’m like 12 minutes away. These apartments are so quiet. I love it.

My cousin resides here and these apartments wrongfully towed my vehicle, the complex enforces visitors to have a pass, (which I did) and it was hanging from my rear view mirror so I’m not understanding why my vehicle was towed when this is not my first time visiting the apartments. The tow truck company states they can’t do anything about it and we have to speak with the staff in the apartment complex about a refund which is bizarre to me because they carelessly towed my car! I will definitely be at the leasing office Monday morning since they are closed Saturday & Sunday to resolve this issue and receive a refund from the $292.72 I dry had to pay !!

These apartments dont even deserve 1 star they only getting that so I could comment!!!! For starters these are the most horrible apartments in Humble, Texas!!! If youre thinking about moving here baby find you another place immediately!!!! From the manager to maintenance sucks!!! The neighbors not all but most are horrible place stays a mess n they dont like fixing anything!!!!

My goodness, all Im going to say is thank God for the reviews. My husband and I are in the process of looking for a place we could call home. We was going to come to these apartments to put in a application to get the process started in the next two weeks, but my goodness the way these reviews are set up ...... This is the type of headache we honestly dont need. The devil stay busy and we refuse to stay in somewhere where humans who suppose to be professional lacks compassion for another human being. Lets just say ...saved by the bullet.

This place is the worst DO NOT MOVE IN because whenever I tell the people that its a problem they never do anything and in the roof their is a HUGE crack in the living room my mom reported it SIX times yes SIX they dont do anything we have been having problems since we moved in today there is a leak and her hallway is flooding halfway AND HER BATHROOM its in my roof too.

They don’t follow their scheduled time to be in office, I’ve called 5 times already, they’re supposed to be open 10a-5pm yet the voicemail is saying they are closed. It’s on their website.

I’ve been living here with my mother for a while now and it just keeps getting worse. We are clean people, yet we’ve had multiple roach infestations and had to call pest control on our own because the office wouldn’t do anything about it. Not to mention, they hire third-party services such as leaf blowing and tow truck companies who take your things and the office says that they’re not responsible for it. I’ve experienced one of my packages getting blown away from my porch and my brothers car getting towed by an unknown tow truck company and had to call every tow truck company in humble to find his car. There’s a ton of animals who seem to get abused and yelp late at night, making it impossible to go to sleep and not to mention, disturbing. One of these little bad kids squirted ketchup on the side of my mom’s car and we had to get it off ourselves. I cannot wait for me and my mom to move out of here.

Jasmine in prior review couldnt have said it better. Office staff not professional at all. These apartments needs to be condemn. Mold is everyone. I decided to write the BBB, Apartment association, and even contacted the news station. Since office, owners or corporate dont care lets take it to the news. This place is horrible. This question is for Orion. Do you think it’s professional to have a manager working for you that has no concern for the resident and really the property as well. A manager that has an attitude with just about everyone. The answer is no. Mansion at Turkey Creek needs new office staff. It would be different if it was one person but just about everyone has something to say. She is very unprofessional. Manager and assistant manager. Leasing agents come and go. She does things the way she wants to. Have no care for the residents. Threatens the resident, also say things like well they on housing so what they go do. Orion if you cared about your property and your residents then this wouldn’t be going on. Nothing in that office is being done correctly nothing. Her attitude and rudeness have went over to the other workers in the office they just follow the leader and act just like her. You know when people are miserable and unhappy at home that is how they act. She is very very miserable and it shows daily. Now Orion no need to reply with the same response please contact the corporate office because others have been and you have don’t nothing. So let’s come up with something new or a solution to the property please. New office staff. Orion has been known for a company that don’t care about there residents. Please show me one positive review about this office staff. Nothing is professional not even the application process etc. They want that money that’s all. You know you can’t keep doing evil to others because what goes around comes right back around and things and situations change in the blink of an eye.

I been here for almost a yr. Im very satisfied and happy living here. This place is awesome! I never had any problem with the staff in the office. These apts are quiet day and night, anything need to be fixed they fix things in a timely manner. They keep the apts up and looking nice. If your looking for a place to live you want be disappointed. I even renewed my lease already.

The Manager here should not be a manager. She does things they way she wants to and have no concern about others. No reply nothing. But the company go keep her there but they will lose good resident. Property already looks horrible. You can’t do wrong by others and expect things to go right in your life. What goes around comes around. They are not professional in that leasing office

Do NOT move here! They are racist and petty. They will lie to your face and go behind your back to try to evict you. And even if you get approved for rent assistance they will discriminate and not accept it so they can still evict you. They are ALWAYS finding reasons to come snoop through jour apartment. They dont follow the laws and rules but expect everyone else to. They play games with your mail if you owe rent and then lie about it when confronted. Overall they have made renting from them a nightmare.

There are excessive loud dog barking continuously like other neighbor mentioned here. This was a nice, quiet, clean property until they hired new management. The manager kesley is so rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, inconsiderate, ghetto, and messy. She has made these apartments a nightmare. These 5 star reviews came from her friends. My fiance actually know her personally and she asked her for a review after talking about her tenants like they were trash. They are slow to fix anything. They hate doing there job. They talk loud and use profane language while tenants are in office. The property looks worse than its ever looked before. They provide false information, put fake lease violations on the doors of people they have problems with and and treat the original tenants like they really arent welcome. Please bring miss Dee back because she is running the property to the ground.

This place is terrible the staff the up keep the parking the trash the open gates the no security also once more the TERRIBLE STAFF they accept section 8 so fell they can treat people how they want and what does that say about their judgmental attitudes just because a person is on section 8 doesn’t entitle you to be rude to them they feel as if they own the property telling people they can deny them an apartment if she wants too she clearly has forgotten she’s an employee not the owner of the property it also seems as if she’s being rude to get people on section 8 kicked off if they seek justice do yourselves a favor and DONT move here!! I read all of the reviews and I was very skeptical at first, but I’m so glad I didn’t pass this property up! Everybody is so nice , and I’m beyond in love with my new place. My daughter loves it also, my building is VERY quiet and no one bothers us but the people are also nice.Update 2 years later: DONT DO IT. You’ll definitely regret it. There’s never any parking, it’s always dirty in the parking lot and on the stairs, the new staff in the front office are very nice but nothing still gets done. I had mold in all of my vents and had to clean them myself after HUD told them that they were responsible for cleaning it. I have mold in the window of my master bedroom. I’ve been waiting on new blinds for an entire year lol. It’s honestly horrible and not worth it.

I was living here 4 years ago and not once did they open the pool and you have to register your car people can visit only 3 times a week they dont fix nothing the office manager is disrespectful

I have lived here for a year. I love the apartment itself. The floor plan is exceptional for a single person. The features that are offered such as the garden tub, walk-in- closet, linen and pantry makes this apartment ideal for a beginner renter. The main two reasons that I am moving are :the noise above my head and the groundskeep . It is horrible. It needs to be kept cleaner. Stairwells and stairs need to be power washed . So does the outside of the building. Also, managers need to handle tenant complaints differently. Non-working tenants often disturb those that do work.

I have been a resident at this complex for a few years now and through all the management changes by far this is the best staff that we have had. Yvette does not and has not ever been the type of manager to raise her voice or get out of line with any resident even when the have done same to her. So stop the bad reviews cause the only residents who have had a problem with management are generally upset when the rules are being enforced. Even through a hurricane and flooding the staff has remained at best trying to get us back up and running to the best of their abilities.

Since the new management change, this place is HORRIBLE! The office does not care about the tenants and the agents are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. In the 4 months theyve been there, its been a complete mess. Theres no electronic system for rent payment, they made a bunch of UNNECESSARY changes and failed to adequately notify the tenants, the phones JUST started working.Update after response:Thank you for taking your time to respond to me. As I have stopped by the office, the agent was unaware of who had responded to me, thus leading to no help on ensuring my satisfaction as stated you would. In fact, this has furthered my frustration. You addressed the phones, (which I believe to be inaccurate) but did not address the unnecessary changes that were made. Its difficult to provide the office with a physical form of payment when your office hours are business hours (unnecessary change), which are the times both my husband and I work. To not have an online rental portal in the year 2019 is ridiculous (unnecessary change). Not even a dropbox. To purposely have tenants towed for not having a parking permit (unnecessary change), when in fact they do. No offer of retribution and no concern. I was specifically told you didnt have to inform me if any other tenants were towed, which in fact they were.Thanks but no thanks! I wish I could rate -5 stars. The complex should beg the previous management company to return.

QUIET APARTMENTS, but i must admit if you’re trying to move here be prepared to watch your car 24/7 , make sure that tire doesn’t go flat, DO NOT GO OUT OF TOWN AND LEAVE YOUR CAR!! The tire may go flat and you’re not there to watch it like a hawk, so guess what happens then, YUP YOU GUESSED IT “YOUR CAR GETS TOWED” not only towed but DAMAGED! And the office lady isn’t any help! She was rude and hungry i guess. SORRY BUT NOT SORRY FOR THIS REVIEW! This car is my grandmother that past , money is no problem FAIRNESS IS THE PROBLEM!!

My stay here was pleasant for the the most part, I lived here 1.5 years. When i first moved in I noticed roaches dead and alive. I Immediately spoke with management who got pest control to come exterminate my place.no roach problem after that. Quiet here, parking is crazy, and my car got towed!Anytime I had an issue, maintenance would fix it in a timely manner. Ms. Dee is knowledgeable and the best leasing consultant at this place!! She needs to be in management position. At the end of my lease I tried to move into a 2 bedroom and was told i couldnt. Management is rude, unknowledgeable and overall unprofessional!! They gave me soooo much run around just to switch apartments. I didnt even want to do it anymore. Rent goes up each time you renew your lease! Ridiculous! I would go back to these apartments but would like to avoid the people in the office.

I give one star because information was not giving to me correctly i was told that the apartments were low income apartments when they were a tax free apartment so i spend money and time thinking. I was going to get apartment when i wasnt management could have giving me better information this put me in a terrible bind.Because I really liked the apartments and i thought this would be the perfect place for me and my daughter to have a great beginning but when I found out the corporate office stated i did not qualify.I was upset because I thought we set down and spoke out the details I brought them a ward letter of my income and daughter and they said everything was fine now I get a call corporate office says I dont qualify thats what the office clerk say I was told I need someone to sign for me that assist me. Im a grown man I dont have anyone to give me any assistance I liked the management there because they seemed to be cool just wrong information not giving correctly.

These apartments are infested with MOLD!!! The office manager is aware of these existing issues, and tried to give me another unit that has the same problem# 611.I’ve been complaining about this health hazard for over months now. I recently rushed my daughter to the er due to breathing problems. I notified management and the corporate office, no response. I will be back every day till someone fix the health and safety of all tenants.(April 9, 2019)To whom ever, (cause no name was given)Sorry you were misinformed.I had two cameras inside my unit, 1 at the front door and 1 at the back door, that clearly shows maintenance and the painter/ landscaping vendor entering the unit. I also directed them to the other bedrooms to show them the molded walls and carpet.UNFORTUNATELY, since there was a lack of compassion, urgency, safety, etc... for the living conditions of my kids, I did end my lease. If you did care about your residents the issue should’ve been handled in a timely manner. Mind you I sent the front office, and the corporate office a certified letter after I was lied too, brushed off by management, Ignored, and avoided by the corporate office.Clearly you have no defense, so you have to respond back weeks later, with false information. We understand business is business, but Pictures are worth a million words. Ive only visited this place to drop off things never really took a look inside. But the outside looks good. Its a nice duct-off quiet area. Only thing I have to say is the reception is bad on cellular devices or any device that you need to reach. So if you want to live there make sure you get some kind of device that amps up your network range

So I have given this place 5stars earlier because I have been here almost 5years and haven’t had any issues with management or tenants. I had to change to 1 today due to the most rediculous experience I had in the office today. This property issue a two permanent visitor parking pass and temporary One day pass to tenants when the need to. I went to request for temporary parking pass since I had my friends and family coming over and I was told I only get two visitor permit and that the remainder of my visitors needs to carpool or park at nearby grocery store or their cars will be towed even with it’s parked at the visitor parking area by this new management . This is the worse I have heard in my entire life of living. How inconvenient and shameful this is for two people to visit you at a time.I can’t Wait to leave this place.

We as resident and rent payer struggling finding parking lots of all the time. Attempt to bring manager attention multiple times they did nothing! Nobody tows unauthorized vehicles that they parking residents area. Therefore always full.Next day woke up and surprisingly saw visitor parking areas moved to resident parking areas as well.Thank you manager Leslie you didnt only solve problem but made worst by your management skills.You receive each month rent from us but you use all your energy to make non resident comfortable..Note to Future resident absolutely stay away!

G hill must work at the apartments because its all Lies! Only giving a one star because I cant give a 0 stars. This place is going down. Anyone saying good things on here are just lying !! Your needs are not met. Need anything done make sure you give a 1 month notice because they dont care if your dishwasher is broken or if you have rats in your home. Roaches snakes rats possums are only the few little friends we deal with all the time. Ive lived here for 6 years now and they have been nothing but disrespectful always giving the run around about everything. Only here because this is all I can afford. I need new pain new floors because the one they gave me 6 years ago was used patched spots all over and expect me to pay $700 out of my own pocket. Ive never heard of this. I had to deal with unprofessional behavior from our previous manager. Late night fights blood out side my door. Kids loud screaming late at night. As a manager we expect professionalism and respect for everyone around them. Random charges and just straight up rudeness. This is only few of many thing we have to deal with here

These apartments are nice but not worth paying the rent with such a horrible and disrespectful staff working the office. Save your money and time from going to the projects on a budget. Owners keep changing and the staff gets worse every month. Had my truck broke into and reported it to staff I. Office and was told what you want me to do about it. Worst place to live.

I would never move here if I was you. I was assaulted by a front office Employee named camay and they have did nothing about and I have photos of what camay and her people did her and her family members continue to call and text my phone with threats the bad thing is that she has access to keys to the apartment and it’s sad because I dont feel comfortable being home or really leaving knowing that she could come into my home I have called corporate and still nothing has been done they brake in cars and the gate has not worked since i lived here.bad people who work in the front office they do nothing too help you.

Anybody who writes its loud here; are not real residents. In fact its just the opposite; its hauntingly quiet! Its extreme country life! Very isolated property. If you are a new resident of Texas, the quietness may feel barbaric! Very beautiful place, the maintenance people are on top of their game. Management is sharp, on top their game. A maintenance request is resolved within 3 hours. The scenery is Breath-taking; an army of tall trees and Many many miles of greenery, peace and quiet. There are persistent bugs that are very stubborn, you will need boric acid every other day. The forest on all three sides of the units houses many different insects. Overall the place is exquisite. I have lived here now for 2 years.

Firstly, let me start by saying the staff is very welcoming and more then helpful. I was told the wrong information and Angel explained the whole process to me. The property is not low income/ base off your income. Its tax credit which is a big differences. You can even google tax credit to educate yourself as well. I was skeptical after reading all theses reviews but I know people will say things when things dont go there way. I totally under the two part approval process. Angel was very organized and did things in a timely matter. I seen that it base off availability so you may not get the floorplan that you really want like the room mate plan (which was my preferred one) but she made me aware of what was available. Keslie(I hope I spelled her name correctly) was always smiling, she seems nice to me of course she has a job to do as well so I get it. Im in management myself. Anyways, my move in was a breeze even though I was late arriving when they were closing but they still assist me without a problem.The complex is typical apartment living but quite for the most part,. Its within my budget and because the name say Mansions, people expect Mansions concierge on a budget. *LAUGHABLE* Affordability + Nice helpful staff = Happiness. for me

That leasing office employees are trash.. they actually fool you when u enter and when they answer phones. Sounds like you may have actually found you’re future home... sike... I am a women about my business. 2 step process....cool. Needing additional documentation....cool.. but you don’t need something else every time I bring u the first document. I was ran around for 3 weeks.. needing this needing that. I had to take off time at work due to the length of time it required to obtain the documents... they kept blaming compliance... which again I am a woman about my business.. so I now call compliance.. I contact the property manager who too... is a joke and I am waiting on her call back...STILL. I am beyond upset by this because I told them upfront my lease was up at a certain time and I stoped looking due to the great persona they carry. I had given deposit and had half first months rent ready.. I meet the qualifications to live here.. but yet it’s been over 3 weeks and we are still waiting for compliance and my current lease is now over... proceed this location with caution!!!!!

I currently live in these apts for 5yrs now and since the flood these apts went from a 5 star to a 2 star. from the maintenance to the staff in the office who are rude and non helpful expect for maybe 1 out of 5. Im considering moving due to extreme situation that has accrued in these apts recently in the past few weeks. I know due to covid-19 we were not doing office visit but we are at a 50% capacity with business why is the office not open? I call the office for work orders mutiple times but the office fix things a month later. I have requested information to make a change and I get notice to my door for information I have not requested. This is very frustrating dealing with a simple situation that has escalated to a unhappy unsatisfied tenantsThe gates havent been fixed since HarveyBe

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. May 13th I signed a lease and completed paper work to move into what they told me would be an upgraded apartment. The same day i walked the apartment and there wasnt much to do and was told in a weeks time it would be completed. So it confused me for 2 months I had to call the office and received over 7 due dates to when the apartment would be finished there was always an excuse and they never would call and update me on anything I always called. Angel and Senteria were always rude when answering the phones and made it seem as you were bothering them when you call to check updates on the dates they give you. They finally set a date for inspection and failed it they say but I contacted housing there was no inspection scheduled .I finally went there Friday July 5th after they told me the apartment will be ready by that time to be told all of a sudden there was a flood the day before and they place someone in my apartment that I already signed the lease for. This clearly was a lie my apartment wasnt ready for me for 2 months but all of a sudden you move someone in overnight the day I came into the office🤔 I became upset and told them my living situation they were not remorseful and accused me of yelling and disrespecting an employee which I did not my voice was heightened thats all the accuser went back and forth with me telling me that i was rude instead of listening and threatened to put me out. I think it was their way of trying to cover up what was happening there is more to what i was told by the office over 2 months of waiting patiently. I talked to cynthia and as usual a promise to call and received no call. Now I have an alert on my credit report about phone accounts open in my name after i signed papers with my information although Im not sure that it could possibly be mansions at Turkey creek the timeline is suspicious and I am very careful with such things and havent signed anything with my social in over 6 years. I have open an investigation to look into this. Never had I ever experienced anything like this and was put in a situation of not meeting my deadline to move out of my current home with no where to go. Shame on this place.

Never had any problems here besides parking but I know its not much they can do when they close. Everyone is pretty fair and the rules are the rules.I understand the other management was letting a lot of things past like temp passes to not doing anything about the dogs. People need to understand that things changes. Im okay with it

No 24 hour maintenance as advertised. A/C went out they kept putting a battery in the thermostat instead of addressing the real issue. Our roof was leaking before Harvey but nothing was done not even a turpe was put over it. Problem with mold not just in the bathrooms but also in the bedrooms. Poorly built but you cant tell until youve moved and then you start noticing problems. And finally, our hot water heater went out in December at night and of course we couldnt get in touch with anyone so I called the so-called 24 maintenance. The called transferred to a disconnected phone number.

Roaches are bad … neighbor dog bark from 6am til she bring it back in the house at 8 …. Apartment is not peaceful at all …. Management suck …. These apartments went down & i cant wait to move

Went to take a tour around apartment complex & asked the maintenance men was the pool open? He yelled back NO!! TAKE IT UP WITH THE OFFICE & KEPT WALKING… residents whom heard his awful reply then announced that the POOL HASNT BEEN OPEN IN YEARS. NO THANK YOU I’m not going to pay 1000 for rent where i can’t enjoy my SUMMER & last but not least RUDE

I just have to say these apartments are THE WORST. I was told by one of the front office workers that she could deny me an apartment “if she wanted to”. Never in my life have I experienced such impolite and rudeness. Definitely WONT be recommending these apartments to anyone. Don’t apply here!

Great staff.. Keslie and Angel has been nothing but good to me. My approval process was very smooth and the compliance process was literally just ONE day. I understand rules and when you live in apartments, it is what it is. PpL expect champagne on a beer budget lol. Stop it. Mind your business and pay your bills. I can get luxury when I purchase a new home until then I’m here to save money, it’s affordable, nice for the price and tucked away from the noisy road.Thanks Mansions

These Apt has mold in there apts and will still keep you under a contract if you try and move out after they provide the Apt has mold. They don’t treat people right.

This place is bullshit! Dont bother with them they are no good people. We gave them a $350 deposit and were told we have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment for us which would be ready to move in by the end of the month. They took our money then told us we are denied now have to pay them $35 to get our deposit back. We are so upset and will be telling our friends and family about this place.

I called about my voucher and she got a rude attitude voice!!!! I wanna stay here but I think not. Not polite with me or judgement me about my voucher either. Only thing I asked is do you take section 8 yes or no but don’t come to me crazy sweet. I have 3 big teenagers 15 girl and two boys 14 and 12. Then asked me do I need a two bedroom wth

I was interested in moving here but NOT ANYMORE! tried twice to get information on when they would have something available office agents never even called me or even cared to show me a model layout! Your office needs better customer service it’s people actually interested in your property!

Been here 5 yrs it’s getting worse & worse Please do not move over here or do ur research b4 u move in bc it’s bugs & roaches all in the apts plus they will tow ur car for the smallest thing just to get extra money & please don’t look at the pool that’s just for show it hasn’t been open since I moved in & the property manager is so rude she doesn’t care about any tenant over here just want. Apartments are well maintained on the outside. Inside we have a different case: We moved into an that needed a few repairs. Including mold in the vents that I had to clean off because they failed to. We have been here for about 4 months and NOTHING has happened after repeated request to the office. The came into every apartment for an inspection, and said they will look in your apt to see if anything needed to be fixed, and they still failed to fix anything after the inspected all units. LAST BUT NOT LEAST: They have no internet providers in these apartments. We have been calling the office weekly asking when will they receive a contract with the internet and they keep giving the run around. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH EASE, BUT ARE NOT INTERESTED IN PROVIDING SERVICE TO ITS TENANTS. WE ARE STILL INTERNET LESS IN OUR APTS AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. BEFORE LEASING HERE, ASK FOR THE INTERNET PROVIDERS IF YOU DONT BELIEVE. I STRONGLY SUGGEST TAKING YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Horrible customer service, the assistant manager is very unprofessional she would say she will give me a call and never called I was the one calling all the time to check on my application. I called to get an update on my application one last time and I get told my application has been canceled and I never got a call from her letting me know that. I asked to speak with her and I get told “she’s busy” yeah right busy or just not trying to do her job? She honestly seemed a bit racist, I Could tell the difference of how she would treat other customers her same race vs me every single time I would go into the office.

I love my apartment I have no complaints except for the roaches I called the office the exterminator came out but for some reason they still appear out of no where I keep my house clean but I don’t know where these roaches are coming from maybe because we by all these trees so I have to put out some traps or something but other than that I love it here I just can’t stand roaches

I have been living here almost 4 years and the upkeep of the property is horrible for residence interior and exterior. There isn’t no secure safety, the entry gates haven’t worked in 4 years and animals are everywhere on the property. The only thing resemble anything close to a MANSION is the office where you can’t even visit. It should be renamed “THE DUMPS AT TURKEY CREEK!!” I wouldn’t recommend even the homeless to live here!! TRASHY, TRASHY, TRASHY!!!

When I first moved here I thought it was a nice quiet place too live, it’s the complete opposite, if you’re trying to get away from the ghetto don’t move here ,the kids are bad they kick at your door , residents are rude, when it’s time to renew your lease your carpet will not be cleaned, the pool has not been opened since I moved here , the gate entry sucks ,we have too use cards ! UPGRADE TOO KEY FOBBS so I don’t have too come too a complete stop every time I enter my apartments .there is a lot of trash piled up across from the property which makes it look disgusting to live near .and the parking garages are not even assigned too your apartment,it’s first come first serve.I advise you to get cameras,the maintenance men like too talk about your home when they are doing work orders.

Pros: Quiet place to live, playground, swimming pool, parking for residents, rent prices.Cons: My car was broken into, Only slow dsl internet available (terrible speeds), gym closes when office close so there’s no time to use it. Office is closed on weekends

Waste of money got accepted paid all the fees told them about our dog and the type of breed she is and also her weight (45 lbs) before we even applied they say it was no problem we even call and ask before going to the apartments and once we approve and got there to sign the papers they want to tell us we have to pay 100 dollars every time they see our dog because she is over the weight limit don’t waste your time on them I guess they only want to accept people that are on Section 8

Worst apt I ever been in Roaches and bugs are bad in these apartments and property managers let the tow company come take ur car for the smallest things and they don’t fix anything In that’s apt just read the reviews b4 moving over here

Im writing this review bc I was gonna look into moving there but after reading the reviews and yall blaming people for yall incompetence and then say well you didnt put your real name why would they when yall seem to attack them in responses thats already red flags to me. So more money you shall loose bc reading this is very clear yall dont care about residents you care about a pay check.

Moving to Mansion at Turkey Creek was the best thing i could of ever done for me and my three children i Lovr how its very peaceful and quiet and the play area is always clean and the fact they have a computer room and GYM and love how they keep everyone updated on whats going on in the world they have Shown my family nothing but good and respect and im looking for many more years to come in my peaceful apartment

I just dont understand why do they give you a price of $500 total move in. Today it jumps like a whole $400.00 dollars more. Something shady going on here. Yall be careful

Definitely looking forward to moving 2021. The noise level from other tenants, space, grounds keeping and change of environment (new tenants) greatly affect my desire to move.

These apartments were very very nice apartments until new management took over I have been living here for about 4 yrs and this was wonderful I never even thought of moving but since these ignorant new office managers has came along this place has turned into a disaster the office staff is HORRIBLE they are rude and try’s to talk very disrespectful to you in a slick way but my mouth slicker she loves to stick notes in your door talking about lease violations but as we all know it’s sad to say anywhere theirs a bunch of black ignorant woman running something it never goes well it’s mold growing in my unit and a few others I was told by the dope head maintenance man to clean it with bleach these people are crazy but that’s fine I won’t wipe it but they sure can also the maintenance men some not all will come into you units and take pictures of stuff and show pictures to the office they will snoop around the complex and take little pictures of you and next thing you know it’s a lease violation on your door they have cameras but seem to can’t catch people breaking in cars the gates doesn’t work so ppl can just come in as they please 85% of the complex is abandoned people are just moving out like crazy I can’t wait till these next few months of my lease is done my unit is already packed and ready to go at any given moment this place is HORRIBLE STAY AWAY

Have been complaining about mold in the apartments since day one The roof leaking ,, nothing has been done ,,, most of the electric plus dont work , the dishwasher doesn’t work properly , the refrigerator dont cool and my food spoil , the stove burner dont fit right and not able to cook ,, i have repeatedly reported it ,,,, this is why the for this review mainly because of the MOLD!!!!!

My car was robbed into on August 12th 2017 and they stold my son ipad which i was dumb enough to leave in his car seat never thought people will break into just less then an hr of being there shame.

I have been living here for around 2 years. Unfortunately, 1 month ago, somebody has been stolen my Amazon packages from my door.

Very unprofessional staff, moving process was made very difficult due to staff being very impolite. Staff is completely lazy!

I have tried to call and even left a message. I also went online and filled out for them to contact me. I have not heard anything from them at all. It is unfortunate because they are in a location that would be ideal for me.
