Update: These people are so unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Someone replied and said to reach out to office. I spoke with the actual manger. After calling me and accusing me of things like Ava never would have said that because they don’t offer 6 weeks on two bedroom floor plans only 1. So I sent her a picture of the paper Ava put 6 weeks on a B2 floor plan. I was able to prove that Ava in fact did say 6 weeks free. So last week she said she would reach out to her regional manger. So today I followed up with her because it’s been 9 days with no communication and she replies that her regional manger said because it was on the welcome letter even though I proved Ava told me 6 weeks free it’s nothing that they can do. What a HORRIBLE way to run a business. I’m going to try cooperate now. I’ve attached where Ava told me on paper in addition verbally. That doesn’t matter to them. It doesn’t feel good or safe staying somewhere where you don’t trust apartment staff.I moved in two months ago. When I moved in Ava told me the floor plan I chose (B2) came with 6 weeks free & $500 gift card if I signed a 15 month lease. Fast forward I did receive October free & a $500 gift card. However, I noticed on my portal two weeks ago that it was showing the full balance for November. October 17th I reached out to Ava to confirm regarding the two weeks free in November & she confirmed that on the 1st it should update. On the 1st it was still the full balance so I emailed her. She stated that if she told me 6 weeks she meant 4, & I should refer back to my welcome letter that only had October free on there. Which is true. However, like I told her she told me out her mouth 6 weeks & I trusted what she told me. I guess I was just too excited & should’ve asked her then when she sent the welcome letter. She basically told me regardless if she told me 6 weeks or not there’s nothing she can do about it lol. The day of a $700 difference and all she offered is an apology in a very nice nasty way. She kept saying the floor plan never came with 6 only 4 .. but that’s not listed on the website so if you my leasing agent told me 6 weeks free multiple times verbally & it’s blasted on the website, how would I know otherwise? & I brought up the fact that I even emailed her two weeks ago to confirm & her response to that is she didn’t fully open the message & hastily responded so she’s sorry about that too lol. She offered no solution or compromise. VERY disappointed… Anywho, just make sure you’re being told the right information before you sign the lease! Nice apartments walls are thin. Had ant problems when I first moved in but havent seen any in awhile.
It’s spacious and a lot of parking, but the walls are so thin between apartments that you can hear your neighbors talking, television and their music. So if you like privacy and quietness this is not the apartment for you.
Trying to charge me $485 and I never lived here! I reached out to them via email to ask they why and I informed them I never lived there and they never responded!!! I assumed since they never responded they deleted the balance……nope I got a collections email. Needless to say my attorney will be handling this moving forward!Update just to respond to their comment! I started completing the application for the apartment and then I was sidetracked because I decided the area was not for me. My god baby was playing with my phone and next thing I know it was submitted. I called the apartments IMMEDIATELY to stop it and I also emailed! When I finally spoke with someone the next day I told them the situation they said I was denied which I found odd because I have NOTHING regarding anything rental on my credit but I didn’t care because as I told them I never meant to apply in the first place. I have my phone records proving I called immediately and my emails showing that Prose never responded. As I said my attorney will deal with it. FYI if anything was on my credit regarding rental history then why havent I had a problem anywhere else?
The staff is amazing. Barbara, Ava, McKenzie and Stephanie has been fantastic running this apartment complex with class and professionalism.I had accidentally broke my front door’s door knob and had a family emergency, I called the front office directly and Ava answered. She was so sympathetic and had so much empathy, she called the maintenance staff while I was on the phone and within minutes, the team took care of the matter. I was out of the apartment less than 10 mins.Prose Deerbrook is prepared in some unfortunate events and I can say they are reliable in any matter that needs to be taken care of.Prose Deerbrook also have fun events and complementary celebrations that they go out of their way to make their community feel special. Prose also communicates by via text message and has a lot of modern technology incorporating upcoming updates and procedures.Thank you guys for making an inclusive place feel exclusive!~your airline tenant
Beautiful apartments but the walls and floors are so thin these apartments are made very cheaply make sure you move on the 3rd floor because you can hear everything every footstep and other people’s conversations and nothing will be done about it!
Don’t go view the apartments they steal your info and put it towards your credit and they say you owe something even though all you did was just view the apartments this was 2 or 3 years ago me and my wife looked at these apartments they had put something against our credit now I have debt collectors calling me saying we owe 2,200 dollars
To all those people who are dissatisfied with the apartments, I clarify that these buildings are built against all noise from outside and inside because I worked there from wood up and I think it is the best place to live since it is free of everything.
“Amazing place to live! It is like living in a 5 star resort.I have lived at many apartment complexes and I have to say this is by far the best one ever. I drove 989miles from South Carolina to Texas and I must say Ava & Makenzie are the best they both been so very helpful my whole process from the long 15hr drive to the day I moved in. The apartments have a beautiful kitchen style, with very high ceilings. We have a gated community, mail room is accessible, beautiful pool area stays clean that you can see your reflection through the water lol , the community even have a 24 hour gym. Internet & Fetch included in your rent ! What else could you ask for? Honestly it’s very rare you going to get Internet & Fetch Delivery Service in your rent with other apartments but this one is the best cause they save you the hassle on extra bills when you can just get it in your rent. 🤷🏽♂️ I work days/night shifts and when it’s not peak season I can sleep during the day so I was looking for a place where I could sleep without hearing my neighbors, I would say this is an overall quiet environment, I don’t have any problem sleeping during the day or even at nights.As far as maintenance goes, I haven’t had any issues at all everything works perfectly fine. They have always been courteous and respectful they have an amazing team at the leasing office that always seem to find the way not only to help with resident issues but who actually care about their residents.I am just a happy resident. As a person that’s born and raised in the deep country I’m not used to receiving these awesome amenities so if your reading this I highly recommend this place to anyone, I even told my friends back home about the community and they all wanna move here now !
UPDATE: I would like to thank the new office personnel eap Stephanie. They were able to recitify my issues and concerns. Alk so far is well. Thank you Prose office staff. I tried to wait a few to post an honesty view. I am 1 month in and I can not wait until this lease is over or I buy out of it. First I was contacted I believe a week or 2 before I was due to move in that the apartment I wanted and applied for was unavailable due to some appliance issue. I should have known then not to move here. Because I was moving here from Dallas and could not come look at the unit, I decided to switch over to the other end of building (same building) apartment due to needing to be near the entrance or exit. Lets get to the good stuff 🫠. There is a visible notice my apartment has water damage. My bathroom sink has a crack, the tub is peeling, yes in my brand new apartment, the flooring has flooring glue all over them, my toilet was leaking, there is a HUGE spider and those big flying flies that eat mosquitoes problem, the gate has been broken, my thermostat was broken, my dryer was missing the dryer hose and the required internet is trash! If you work from home expect interruptions and no help from Whitesky. The power goes out weekly it seems like throughout the day and night. Please do not move in an apartment near the big light gray boxes(mounted on the wall) sitting outside. Apparently, its the internet box that has a fan that runs all day and night and is LOUD and makes your wall vibrate. That should tell you how thin the walls are. When I opened I case for the internet box, the lady that returned my call wanted to catch an attitude bc I told her I am literally sitting in my livingroom and can hear this box nor can I sleep at night due to the noise. I will post a video of the sound if it allows me. They are more concerned about an empty trash can outside my door than the noise I have to endure night and day. The office staff tends to be attitude ridden and coming from living in a few Greystar properties subpar at best. Just bc this is a cheaper built place, does not mean i will deal with the trashy attitudes that comes with it. I moved here bc it was a Greystar and in the area i liked but i have 2nd guessed every minute sincr touching ground in Humble. This place is truly a joke! There is a reason this apartment has so many vacancies and will never be at full capacity!
We were delighted to move into these brand-new apartments. However, we were disappointed to learn that they have their own internet fee, and we are unable to keep our current Wi-Fi provider. Despite this, we decided to sign up for their internet service.Regrettably, we changed our minds within 24 hours. Our realtor promptly contacted them to cancel everything before the charge went through. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone informed her that we would only be charged a $100 sign-up fee. While we initially accepted this, we were surprised to find a $500 deduction from our account the following day, along with an email outlining their contract policies.Although we understand their policies, we are disappointed that their employee provided us with incorrect information. At this point, we believe it is futile to argue about the matter. Consequently, we have found another private apartment with more favorable rates.
Great place to live, love the ladies that work here , maintenance are quick and helpful. Totally recommend it , family are awesome and is also pet friendly. Thank u for making me feel comfortable (ooh! Also super lit for people that come home late).
First Of All, they have been very professional since the day I walked in. Very welcoming! The’Nyrie, has been very helpful and nice and caring when it came to anything I needed help with! Highly recommend this place for anyone. PERIODD
Had an opportunity to view these beautiful apartments. We flew all the way from Illinois. We loved everything about it ! Very clean, very well kept. (Ava) was AMAZING! she’s the best. We can’t wait to move here come December. This place has everything we want, and more.
My daughters have lived here the past 4 months. They have the worst people living above them. If you want to enjoy your place lease a place on the 3rd floor. The people in the office are no help. Im visiting now and all day you here stomping and running. The walls are super thin and for the cost to live here. It isnt worth it. Run again if your not going to reside on the 3rd floor.
I havent moved in just yet but I will say this property is beautiful and the staff is impeccable. They are super kind and they do all they can to accommodate you! Because its a super new property sometimes they dont know everything (which is understandable!) but they assure you that theyll figure it out and then they get right back to you when they do! My application process was so smooth and efficient. Thank you Prose Deerbrook Staff for all you do! Im excited to make Prose Deerbrook my new home!
Why would this complex try to charge you money? No lease was ever signed and now they are calling harassing for money!!! Do better!
I waited 30 days after moving in to post an honest review, so here goes:I applied for this apartment a little after July 1st and was approved. My move-in date originally was Aug. 12th but I called the leasing office (Ava) who gave me the virtual tour that I was going to arrive on Aug. 5th instead. I also mentioned that I will be coming Saturday which is the weekend and if I would be able to move in. She said she lived 15 minutes away and can get here once I arrive. I moved here from New Jersey, so it was a pretty big move. I landed in Texas around 3pm and once I got on the property, the leasing office was closed. I called and also reached out to Ava countless times but no luck. It was about 8pm when I saw some neighbors outside and told them my situation, they told me they couldnt sleep tonight knowing that I was going to sleep on a bench in the lobby. I crashed on their couch that night and the following night. On Monday, I was finally able to get into my apartment. One of the staff members issued me a credit of $200 for the inconvenience. That was one of my first negative experiences on this property, but I am glad I am okay because something way worse couldve happened to me that weekend that couldnt be compensated for.I work from home and a few days after moving in, I started having internet issues. Before moving in, they told me the internet is included and that I could work on the propertys Wi-Fi. Well after moving in, the internet stopped functioning properly. I was unable to work and started getting concerns from my manager. When I brought this to them, they told me I could work on the leasing offices Wi-Fi because the internet wasnt all the way set up which was not what they told me before moving in. That unfortunately was a temporary solution because the leasing offices internet stopped working too. So, they suggested I should buy my own internet service. When I called service providers, they told me they do not service this area. This issue went on for weeks and I ended up getting FIRED the same month I moved in. So far, living here has been nothing but a nightmare but unfortunately, I am here for another 14 months.
We had the opportunity to tour these apartments twice and both times were a great experience. Bri and Brittany went above and beyond to explain the process. The apartments are new and very clean. Bri made us feel welcomed and helped with finalizing our application.
Stop charging for internet no one is going to use by default. Its just like a phone I need a choice. Vampires.

NEVER MOVE HERE ! THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND LIE ! No Brittany the matter is not resolved you have yet to call me back nor give me my money back. *UPDATE AUGUST 1ST these thieves still have my money and arent returning any of my calls and are giving excuses.
Just signed my lease here. Couldn’t be more excited to move. I don’t know if I’m more excited about my unit or how friendly and helpful the staff seem. Can’t wait.
Move in process was smooth. Complex is calm and quiet throughout the whole day. No complaints as of now.

Clean, elegant with everything you need in the room, little privacy in the room because you can hear everything they say in the room that was next door, the pool has a jacuzzi with very relaxing hot water.
Sorry, I wanted to give 5 stars but since I dont know English I thought that was correct. The apartments are new, very clean, the parking lot, as well as all the areas, are perfect, the pool is fabulous, the entire complex is very secure, and the office staff is very friendly, always willing to help. An excellent place to live
This property is not reliable or safe to live in, starting with the fact that the price is very high compared to others, the security is not good in any sense, they are not responsible for theft or damage to your property, the manager of the place is not attentive, she threatens to damage your credit for leaving the property, it has terrible service, they stole a wheel from my car and they say they have nothing to do with it, the apartment My apartment is totally damaged and they wont fix it, dont be fooled with the lies they tell
