Branch location 10011 FM 1960 West Humble, Texas 77338 location never has a notary on duties. I have been to this location several times in the last 6 days with an exception of Saturday and Sunday and no notary is never available. I have to drive 25 minutes to get to this location and 45 to the next and an hour to the next location. This is unacceptable and if the branch manager is the only notary and they are never there thats a problem. If the branch manager is the only notary and is never available that is unacceptable. The girl told me that the branch manager wont be there until next Tuesday, today is Tuesday by the way.

Every time I come to this location, its like watching grass grow. They arent understaffed by any means, they are just lazy! One guy always walks by the waiting area with the strongest pot smelling clothes. Theres several people just standing around, but the tellers are the only ones doing anything. Waited over 2 hours just to see a service rep. I would choose a different location, but the next one is over 20 miles away. Hire new management! These are clearly not getting the job done. This branch needs updating. For starters, theres no drive up ATM. For a place where the sun beats down on you for 6 months out the year, you shouldnt have to get out your car to go to the atm. Theres not enough parking at peak times, you will have to park at pappasitos next door and walk over. Finally, this is the only branch/deposit ATM on this side of Houston. I sincerely hope that Navy Fed opens another location as it looks like the community has outgrown this location.

SHOULD BE ZERO STARS.Came to this location to get a document notarized. They only have one person that does this but this employee didnt show up until 1pm. I came back at 4:20pm and sat in the waiting for over 30 MINS while the notary sat with the same customer since before i entered the building. No one made any effort to inform the notary of us waiting. After waiting well past closing we finally decided to leave. I will never go back to this location.. Terrible Customer Service!!!

I switched to nf because I’m a vet and I figured I’d get a better banking experience. I dumped ‘000’s into the checking and savings. They offer nothing as far as services. When you go to the bank to speak to a banker the checkpoint tries to eliminate your visit before you talk to someone. She then told me I had a twenty minute wait. People literally came in and got seen and I haven’t been seen yet. I don’t like the experience I am getting here. I will be going back to capital one.

Way under staff. Not enough chairs for members. Long lines. Workers work like turtles. No roth IRA/ CD representative on site. This at 1:30pm. Ask representative with hair look as she came from a paint party at 3rd desk to desk right after our members are the mission for one of her two chairs she mentioned no. She said she may need the two. Next person she called up to her desk only one person in two of the chairs.

I actually needed to go inside to do my banking today and the service was wonderful! Everyone was kind and I was honestly SHOCKED at how quickly we were taken care of. We worked with Jaxson and he was wonderful, was very efficient when explaining things to me and just an all around pleasure to work with.I took one star off because there is no longer a full service drive thru. Also the ATM they placed in the drive thru doesn’t take deposits (at least it hasn’t when I tried). If I’m going to do an ATM deposit, it has to be from the safety of my vehicle.

**Please plan accordingly when visiting this branch, they are EXTREMELY SLOW!** I visited this branch today (3/15/24) and two weeks prior, both times I spent at least 20 minutes waiting in line with no more than 4 people ahead of me and two or three people at tellers. Two weeks ago they were short staffed but today they werent and I waited the longest time. The teller that works the far right end seems as if she doesnt like to work, for every customer she runs to the back for 3 minutes, comes out fiddle around, in twenty minutes she only took 2 customers! The other two tellers, men, seemed as if they were still new because one had the same customer the entire 25 minutes I spent there. By the time I made it to the teller, I was ready to close my account out but realized I would be there another damn hour because they move as slow as stiff molasses. I dont know what type of high standards this branch upholds, but wait time isnt a part of that standard! The high standards must be based on the rapport of customer to customer interaction because of course you become restless and begin a conversation with the person in front or behind you. Plan Fridays a little bit better!! Assist your tellers!!

Although Im not a member anymore, I truly and highly recommend NFCU for your banking endeavors. They have shown great customer service skills and take good care of their members. Whatever you do,do not lose your account with them,its very hard to get back in even if you were a prior member.

Been here since 11:15 am to open an account. They stand around a lot chit chat a lot and have no communication. I’m not races at all but the African lady nd her co worker were just calling all the African ppl which is not ok. On top of that they did something to the computer and all the names erased as to what order everyone is on line. We got skipped 2 times. They didn’t even bother to communicate that all the names were erased. This place just had bad service.

Im extremely disappointed with the Navy Federal Humble branch. It has been closed for several days since Memorial Day without any updates to their Google business listing. I wasted gas driving to the Crosstimbers location, only to find it only had an ATM. After a frustrating few hours, I finally had to go all the way to the Beechnut (Meyerland Plaza) branch just to get a debit card.Its unacceptable for a branch to remain closed without informing customers. People are wasting their time and money on gas or Uber/Lyft to get there, only to find it closed. Navy Federal needs to do better in communicating closures and saving their customers the hassle. This experience was very frustrating and should have been easily avoided with proper updates.

Bad customer service please use another Navy Federal and not this they have different rules then all other branches. There system is down and instead of closing they rather you stand outside in line in the heat because of capacity cause there systems are down so they let in 4 people at a time. My mom has been with the United States Postal service for over 10 years. She has been with navy federal for a couple years now and talked very highly of the company so I decided to try them out. Everything was smooth working perfectly fine until I visited this branch! I walked in the branch at 2:30 and I’m currently sitting here at 3:39 waiting for a manager! The bank operations are slow the banker Jackie is very rude. There is only 1 teller with a line nearly wrapped around the building this is very concerning and should be investigated immediately. A guy from the financial service department just walked in with what appears to be groccies from Kroger. Is this even real? I’m very upset with the costumer service provided here today. I do hope this is took into consideration. I spoke to a manager who stated her assistant will be with me && im still waiting.

First off, nobody greeting customer when walking in. The wait time is ridiculous. They need a phone service alert to let you know if your next because the waititme is about 45 to 1 hr. My banker was non commicative . Took my important documents to the back and didnt even address why he took so long. Barely talk the whole time I was sitting with him. Just overall this location needs to step up there customer services or they will lose memberships. This coming from a 10 years of experienced banker.

I am currently in San Diego and have been trying to contact the branch manager regarding an incident that occurred at this location in Humble, TX on 9/26/2023. On 9/26/2023, I tried to connect with branch manager for further clarification and assistance but she was unable to speak due to lines being down. The following business day 9/27/2023, I tried to connect with the Humble branch manager to recover my losses and they were unavailable. The same day, I went in person to a San Diego branch to get more information regarding the Humble branch and who to speak with. The San Diego branch manager contacted the Humble branch and gave my information for her to follow-up on, which they did not. On Friday, 9/28/2023 I was finally able to connect with an employee of the Humble, TX location. The assistant branch manager was able to listen to my concerns but did not provide enough resolve and stated that the branch manager would follow-up the next day, Saturday morning 9/30/2023 to further discuss and address my concerns. I have not yet received any communication from the Humble, TX branch manager and it is now Tuesday 10/3/2023. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service and negligence of security measures, I have experienced with this location. The company’s mission statement is to “always put members first” and in this situation, it felt the loss I experienced in Humble, TX was put last.

This has been an unfortunate horrible experience. I arrived at this location at 11:55, to complete what I thought was a simple signature for a wire transfer that I completed on the mobile app. Well the waiting room was completely full and only 3 agents were working. Guess what? Two of the agents went to lunch, leaving only 1 with more than 8 customers waiting! I’m still here and it’s now 1:00….NEVER AGAIN

I had to handle a few things and thought this location would be perfect and I was right!! The personal banker was amazing and I truly enjoyed my banking experience. The wait times at this branch are horrible. It’s fine to check your reviews and make a comment on the post but don’t stop there take the time to actually do something about it. My husband is a veteran and I think you guys can do better by your veterans and on top of that the parking is pitiful every time we come there are always cars parked in front of the ATM machines. I don’t know if it’s where the bank is located or what. If you guys can’t live up to the commercials you make then, stop making fake commercials. If I had a space to place zero stars that’s what I would have given. Back at this navy federal again to cash a government issued check which I receive from the VA and they tell me that they don’t cash the checks but you can deposit it. Yes, service is slow but I know that and plan accordingly, what I have also noticed is that there are 3 handicap parking spaces always/often in use by non handicap individuals too lazy to park in a regular parking space. I have a 91 year old mom who cant use the space because there is always someone sitting in an idleling engine. I can only hope that security will come by and verify their claim of being ♿️.

Love the CU overall but this particular location is always busy w/ limited parking spaces. The setup is small which feels tight and unwelcoming. No drive thru ATM which is unpleasant with Houstons heat and downpours. The reps are nice, patient, and informative but seem frustrated and overworked. Please open another branch on the North side to alleviate these issues and to accommodate the rapid growth in members.

If you can bypass this location please do so. The lines are outrageous and the rules of this branch change so often. We use to be able to get debit cards through drive through and teller lines now you have to wait to see a banker to get a debit card. The employees change like the days of the weeks as well. Branch manager rude and drive through lady today called me baby lol. Just drive to a different location it’s worth the gas.

This location has the longest lines of any NFCU we have ever used. They typically have one teller inside and one teller working drive thru….and everyone else is inside a cubicle… I’m in line right now and my wait has been 45 min and the line is wrapped around inside with one teller…. You would think someone would come assist. They can’t keep their best tellers. Go to Meyerland; you could have drove there and back by the time you wait in line here.

4/17/2023At Navy Federal again today, lobby has 12 people waiting and only one worker. Lady at the front told me I would have to wait 1 and half hours to be seen by a rep. Got a reply from the management, guess that was just lip service. Never had this problem at any other NFCU. Going to call the main office in Va today and complain directly now that this is a consistent problem. This is the reason I moved my considerable amount of money from NFCU money market account. Thinking about moving my business account now. Just can’t conduct business when it takes hours to do a simple transaction because they will not staff the bank. DO NOT USE THIS NFCU and COMPLAIN TOTHE MAIN OFFICE.2/17/2023- Went back again after a couple of months and found this location understaffed, again! Seems to be the norm and management obviously does care. Their actions speak loudly. Be prepared to wait for an extremely long time and then be frustrated with the service. The Virginia office should realize that this reflects on them as well.This bank had zero tellers on a normal work day. I hope the Virginia office will look at the management of the location. It is subpar!

Whoever runs this store needs to put more workers on schedule its not fair or convenient for the members/customers. My overall experience has been great. However, teller 54314 is horrible. EVERY other teller I have done banking with, has been professional and friendly. This lady however, seems to be in a miserable state. No professionalism whatsoever & definitely not friendly. I have ongoing issues that obviously are insurmountable for NFCU personnel. I am a 100% disabled Vet, so I am exempt from paying property taxes. I submitted the exemption paperwork 4 months ago and still my mortgage hasnt reflected this change. I have been to this location multiple times to get this issue resolved. They have continually referred me to the wrong agencies within NFCU and given me the runaround. Additionally I know for a fact that they wrongly assessed my taxes, my mortgage went from $2500 to $5400 because if this number they pulled straight from their @$$. Taxes mind you that Im exempt from paying. I am literally about to go to KHOU news because this is absolutely ridiculous. Our Members are the Mission?! I call BS!

Dont do it! I refinanced a vehicle with NF due to great interest rate they offered - process was NOT great... BIGGEST issue is they raised my interest rate to 15% because I did not send them the title paperwork.... I still owed money on the vehicle so it was a bank-to-bank transfer - the title was never sent to me (Why would it) they raised interest rate - horrible scare tactic... they said it will go back down once I sign paperwork - which was overnighted to me. If it was important paperwork, it should have been overnighted from the beginning... NOT after the fact and DO NOT raise interest rate as a threat Ive refinanced a lot of vehicles in my time and NEVER had this issue with other companies - do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I have been a navy federal member for years and have been to a plethora of different branches across the nation, this navy federal branch is the worst I have ever seen. ATMS are non functioning frequently, there are no available tellers inside with no disclosure to members, the manager should have at least a sign posted so members dont waste time trying to walk into the branch.

Whats going on with the ATMs at the Humble location. I go there at least once a week abs the ATMs are down and not working. If I go 10 times there, they may be 2 times out of the 10 times Ive visited. Very frustrating !!

ATM kept my deposit, I stepped into the branch, and spoke with a manager. The manager was nonchalant, and stated, O it was just one hundred dollars, the claim will come to my computer, I will approve the claim, issue a temporary credit, we will check the ATM the next business day for any overages! I have yet to receive my money/credit/refund in my account. This happened on 08/07/2020, today is 08/17/2020.
