Do not use this bank for ANYTHING. I had every bit of my money stolen from my account and they are saying it is my fault and refusing to help me. This has been ongoing since September and they want me to pay them money and not get my $4000 dollars back and I have been paycheck to paycheck ever since. These people are liars and unhelpful. Thanks a lot CRCU! hope you’re happy with yourselves!

I love my CRCU! It is close enough to walk, the staff are very friendly, professional, helpful and do their job well! I have had loans with CRCU and find them to be fair and competitive. For me, the clerks are wonderful!

So I wanted to move my credit union close to my house and I went in maybe 15min before closing. The lady Deanna Yanez was acting shady so I ignored her attitude. Had me send her my lease while in the office. Whole time her and her lil mgr. really didn’t want to open the account for me anyway. Not only that Deanna Yanez was supposed to call me back so I called her and still she was rude. Called me a total different name Dominique to be exact. I told her that’s not my name didn’t apologize for it. So I just told her I see y’all really didn’t want to work with me I can see that and she hung up in my face.

Staff were very helpful yet very professional. A big thank you to Deanna and the young man at the counter.

I love Community Resource Credit Union in Atascocita. I have been with them for several years now. One thing I really love is when there is fraud on my account they are on top of it and I can just walk right in and get a new card instead of waiting almost 2 weeks for a new card. Everyone there and on the phone at the Baytown office is very nice.

Quite frankly the worst credit union I have ever put money into. Why? Because they took money out of my account incorrectly - NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE! Then they had the gall to charge me service fees! I thought I was being understanding for human error with ONE mistake. Granted, as a small business, Im not using this account much - it was mostly to see what services are available and how they do business. They failed on every level at this location.Both errors were only a little over $500. So, they wouldnt have killed me - but what about others? And what about their audit processes? Trust is what you look for when you put money into a financial institution. I dont trust my money with this location past the front door.

Every weekend the atm is closed!!! You guys should be able to do better than this!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! All branch calls now go through call center. HUGH waste of time! On hold forever & when you actually do speak to someone they question you & then have someone from the branch you want to speak with call you back.I might be changing banks-ridiculous

Worst customer service ever. They offered me a product they should have never offered me. If I wodnt hav caught it in time it could have ruined my credit. They do not know what they are doing with people’s finances. I paid my credit cards off and am moving my business to First Service credit union

Friendly staff, useless credit union. They lack most of the technological amenities that any other small credit union or large bank has provided that my businesses used or I used personally. They dont even have B2B Zelle set up. Holds are places on small checks

This is the worst Credit Union ever. And I was with BofA long ago! I cant imagine why I left my money with this unfriendly and incompetent organization. Everything at this branch is a case study for what not to do. Its right behind Bud Light.

Do not attempt to get a loan here, in fact, avoid banking here period. Its all cloak and dagger and bait and switch. They tell you 90 days before your first payment. After signing the loan, I come to find out they had been auto drafting every month and included a bunch of added insurance fees for disability/life etc all options that were refused at the time of loan. When you talk to them about they just say sorry, the 90 days isnt on your loan agreement and its in the fine print. I would not want a bank that practices on deceiving their members. Unlike Kens review, they did nothing at all to help.Edit: The Crosby branch location is actually really good. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Love banking with them. They always greet me with a smile and they have the best loan customer service representatives.

Every time we have to conduct business, we are greeted by warm, friendly personalities! Everyone is helpful & knowledgeable, and they make sure that we have all the information that we need and our transactions are complete before we leave (whether in the lobby or drive through). We love the user-friendly mobile app, as well as other conveniences that are offered with our accounts. We look forward to utilizing other available products and services in the near future!

Hello joined this credit union oct 2022 didnt really use the account much but however my card was stolen and used for gas.I disputed it they were kind enough to fix it (Thankfully) Fast forward I find out few months ago account was charged off and immediately went to chexsystems as well as my credit over $70 debt I would like to pay this debt and have it REMOVED not UPDATED from chexsystems and my credit Ive called no one answers gonna file with BBB NEXT !!

Horrible bank customer service. I went in to exchange a few smaller bills for bigger bills and was told by the clerk they can only exchange up to $25. Wouldn’t recommend this back if it was the last on the face of the earth.

Went to open an account today.Alicia Griffin was very helpful and even stayed 45 minutes late just to help me with the paperwork. She got my approval and even got it increased before I left. Felt very well treated and would recommend. Ask Alicia!!

Best banking experience. I’ve always banked with the big guys, BoA/Chase etc and have never had the personalized help as I did today at CRCU as a new member. Our financial advisor went above and beyond to get us approved for our auto loan. Thanks!!!

Really helpful and better loan rates than anyone else

One of the tellers had a snooty attitude with me back in May 2023. Guess thats how they treat a customer who has been banking with this credit union for over 35 yrs.

Will def not be back to this location nor probably this credit union. I came to open a checking account because a friend recommended them over Primeway. After I waited 30 minutes in their beautiful lobby, a short young lady with a pizza box in her hands said shell be back. After another 10 mins I we informed she waa taking a break. A gentleman tells me she be out in a few minutes. So wait... this cu reps think a customer should be put on the back burner while you eat after a long 30 minute wait. I wasted an hour of my time, drove 40 minutes FOR NOTHING!!! As a business owner this is not a acceptable. This cu just lost a customer who makes deposits of $5k a week. What a waste of my time.

We bank at the Crosby branch but we were in this area on April 20th to print, notarize and overnight documents for a house sale. We were in need of a printer and the female manager that day flatly refused to help us out by printing our documents, 3 to be exact. We ran around the corner to get the documents printed and came back for the notary. The manager had us wait 45 minutes, even though she herself was a notary. When Vorice Stephens called us into his office, he reviewed our papers and said he could not help us out because the docs said “ Commonwealth of Massachusetts”. and he didn’t know anything about law there. We left and called our lawyer and he said we must have found the dumbest notary in Texas. It is common practice to cross out the state and put “ The State of Texas “ and notarize, sign and date.CRCU is such a great institution and it is so sad that some individuals impose their own agendas ( why ? ) on what should be simple transactions. Or else, they are just plain dumb.

Im a very patient person and so its us customers who suffer when the credit union fails to provide decent service.I blame the credit union not the staff for lack of good staff.

Great Bank very nice people fast service very clean and neat place very very helpful people only been going for a year but never had a problem keep it up CRCU BANKERS and I will be going there for life.

Everybodys so polite and helpful, I was scare to go in there for the bad reviews but glad I went they really help us and inform us on what we need to do love the experience, recommending to anyone I know!! Just one hiccup The guard who was there was a bit rude but I guess a simple question was to much for him!!

Fast service and very helpful

I did my mortgage through CRCU in November 2020 and I have had the worst experience!! They are very unorganized and poor with communication. I do not recommend.

Horrible customer service, I will not come to this branch anymore, after 18 years of having my accounts with them, after today Im going to close my accounts indefinitely, because of this location, that was the first and last time I will be treated with unprofessional customer service, I will not be treated like this never again, and I did get everything cleared up with the checks from my mortgage company no thanks to you all at this branch, I opened an account with them so Im good now, so in conclusion one person can ruin a long term relationship that you have with your credit union over their accountability of being unprofessional.
