One of my favorite title companies! Staff is amazing.

Wonderful experience working with Cristina. She walked us through every step and was extremely patient as well as friendly. The office was very clean and they offered complimentary water and coffee to help the long process go smoothly.

BTW THEY DELETED THIS REVIEW BUT IMA POST AGAIN ! Instead of DELETING my review, check your workers and an apology would have been nice.Went in with my dad to sign on a property he was buying, felt super uncomfortable once we entered the room to sign, she didnt even introduce herself or ask us to take a seat, just who are you? and then looked down and proceeded to do what she was doing and asked if my dad was my husband? She asked us if we will be renting the building, which we have never been asked that before when we signed, honestly felt really discriminated by, weve gone to many title companies when we sign and we are always welcomed with great customer service, so we were really confused and felt discriminated with both front office assistants and the lady we signed with. I dont know if its because maybe theyre new with no experience, but that was just the worst. I do not recommend this location at all. Maybe they just arent used to having another race other than white go in.

I have closed multiple deals with this office - both personal referrals and through our team (RE/MAX Legends). They give excellent service, are very responsive, and take wonderful care of the parties they work with. If you need a great Humble/Kingwood area Title Company, I highly recommend them. While the entire office is excellent to work with, my go-tos are Samantha Orbison and Ashley Terwilliger.

The whole experience was very cordial and professional. Everything was explained in great detail about the closing process. The whole experience was very informative. Thank you for making this a great time in my life.
