I tried contacting one of their Realtors Dustin Hill for. Interest of a property left voicemails called a few times and even text him and never received any kind of communication this proves what issues I would have had if I got a property from him! Worse service I ever receive within this industry!

Recently we had the pleasure of working with Taylor Barnum to find a bigger space for our little growing family. Although we were only looking for a rental this time around Taylor treated our process as though we were closing on a multimillion dollar house. Her customer service was like no other. You can tell she isn’t just in it for the check, but in it for the long run. Our agent’s experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. She provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. She turned what started off as an incredibly stressful experience with another agent from another company into an enjoyable one.Because of our amazing experience with her we know she will be our first call when we are ready to purchase our dream home.From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Taylor was professional. She was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority.At each step in the whole process, Taylor came through with her commitment to excellence.Throughout our journey, Taylor demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation. Whether we needed additional time for research or required more information on a particular property, she took it all in stride. She went out of her way to provide us with extra resources and various options to consider when deciding. She drove all over town for us because we couldn’t decide where we actually wanted to be and always had a genuine attitude when she was showing us houses. But honestly overall the best part was the friendship we walked away with at the end! She truly had our best interests at heart. Taylor is just absolutely wonderful to work with. It was like having a friend on the “inside” that was working for us! She really cares about hers clients as well as the community and neighborhood she is helping you become a part of.I can’t say enough wonderful things about this lady!

I am prior service US military and I have sought the help of realtor Jim Cox to find a retirement home for me in Texas and Jim has been a solid rock realtor for me in Texas for all my realty needs. I highly recommend James as your One-Stop realtor if you need honest and dedicated realtor who will go above and beyond most realtors to make his clients satisfied.

I regret to share a disheartening experience with a realtor associated with a certain brokerage. Unfortunately, our engagement resulted in a significant financial loss, exceeding $10,000, right before Christmas. The lack of empathy and remorse displayed by the realtor during our transaction was deeply troubling. The ethical standards upheld by this brokerage are concerning. I recommend seeking alternative options to avoid similar disappointments.

Just had an unbelievably rude unprofessional experience from a Realtor by the name of Priscilla Tellez. She does not know how to speak to people without an attitude. This woman set up a time to meet with me and double booked. I showed up early waiting for a response from her only for her to show up and allow entry to another person and close the door behind her. I messaged her to make sure I was on time and if she was still able to show me the property, and no reply. Mind you I was parked out front so she did see me. I then called her to confirm it was indeed her inside and she said I didnt need to introduce myself or respond to your txt, I told you Id be here. The door is open if you want. I drove away. How rude to not even have the common curtosey to explain beforehand about the double booking or even respond nicely.

My family was making a huge move from WA to TX and tried working with 2 other real estate agents before discovering Monica Burca at JLA Realty. She was there for us every step of the way for behind the scenes paperwork to communicating with the construction project manager, to the closing. She was personable, kind but hard our back. It is by far the most positive experience we have ever.

The best real estate agent in town. She has sold us two houses and does a great job super sweet she goes out of her way shes very friendly. She works hard to find what youre looking for because she wants to make sure youre happy. Will user every time and recommend her to everybody.

The agent Cody Horn was on the listing end of a transaction. We were out of state buyers. The agent listed a home warranty (remainder of a 13 month) that was never conveyed. Also the agent provided seller disclosures (the agent was a friend of the seller) that were falsified. they listed a current and in place septic service contract. The truth was the seller let it lapse in 2016 about a year after the house was built. I contacted the owner/broker John Altic who assured me he would follow up within 2 days. Nothing ever heard from again. Emailed Cody about the same and again nothing. Worst transaction I have ever been party of. Also some of the worst communication from an agency

Carla has been exceedingly helpful in the search for properties that are a fit for my needs. True, Texas realtor at her best. Nothing but professional advice and clear communication with experience in this volatile market. Highly recommend JLA Realty & Carla for your realtor needs.

Not sure if this agent works with this office but kimberly bush is extremely unprofessional. Have cash to pay for a year upfront and she asked me about credit. I said it was decent but i have cash so it shouldnt matter. She kept on with the credit issue and wouldnt even acknowledge my cash offer. She talked at me instead of with me. Wont even attempt to use JLA ever again.

Very Poor Customer Service, Not as a entire Firm nor Company only as one a specific Agent associated with JLA Realty- Nicholas R. Saravia Tried to talk to listing agent to come to a mutual agreement on how to solve a problem with my new home purchase. He immediately became offensive to some of the areas I pin pointed out as defects to his trade of skill. My intentions were to never offend anyone or in this case Mr. Nicholas R. Saravia just concerns. Concerns in the sense of lack of communication with his seller and or previous home owner. I as the Home Buyer I had My Agent from a different firm draw up a AMENDMENTwhich cleared stipulated that the home upon possession needed to be professionally cleaned before the take over. I also mentioned that he had neglected to visit the home in question to assure that the terms and requested on the Amendment from the buyers were fully fulfilled before sending all parties to the closing table. his exact words to me were ( I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO TO EVERY PROPERTY TO ASSURE THAT, I BELIEVE IN HUMANITY ) Humanity SERISOUSLY ? In the trying times we live in now Humanity has been thrown out the window. I honestly dont believe that JLA Realty can afford to loose business because of associates that represent this firm in this manner. Sadly it seems to be very true that before closing they will promise Sun-Moon & Stars once everything is finalized and commission is paid they inherit amnesia some not all in this case this individual mention has a bad case of it. In the results of this I strongly suggest that before you use any firm or recommended agents that do your do diligence and homework and really make sure you get all info before experiencing something similar if not worse than I did.

We used Lachaunta Vanterpool as our agent, she made sure that every step was clear and concise. After having a bad experience with another company we were truly happy to have someone who put our needs and wants ahead of their own. She listened to all of our concerns and there was never any pressure to buy any particular property. She even steered us away from some bad deals and explained why it wasnt a good option at the time. She definitely was looking out for the integrity of our investment. We would definitely recommend her to other home buyers.

This has to be one of the worst companies to deal with. The realtor does not respond. We were ready to move forward on a home, but the realtor would not answer our calls, emails or text. We tried to do a walkthrough of the home, the realtor never showed up. We sent all our paperwork in never received a follow up, then was blocked from calling because we wanted to confirm we would have a place to move, a move in date etc. Again very unprofessional, we decided to move on due to their lack of communication.

Just closed on my house friday. Kimberly McCalley-Denman was my agent and I wish I could give her more then just 5 stars. She dealt with the selling realtor who was a big pain in the neck due to her always being on a trip and never responding to us in a timely manner. Thank you Kimberly for all the help. You truly are amazing.

I wanted to give ZERO stars but I cant. We were flat out lied to ,too many times to count and flat out decieved by one of their brokers named Melinda Harvey . She tried multiple times to get us to sign things that were not what they were supposed to be and she flat out deceived us on the final offer and we lost thousands of dollars because of her. And forgot about expecting help from the main broker he promised to make things right and we never heard another word from him. Too much much happened to put on here but trust me this was most crooked real Estate agency we have ever dealt with and Melinda Harvey shouldnt be able to sell dog houses much less so houses.BEWARE OF THEIR BROKER MELINDA A HARVEY SHE LIES LIES LIES

Dont ever use a realtor here called Darlene Touloudis. She is very disrespectful rude and very sloppy. All she cares about is her commission and not whats best for you as a customer..Horrible experience.Dont use this place.

Very bad experience with one of their sellers. The agent didn’t hold to her commitment and showed a lack of professionalism when closing took place which is where all parties should be agreeing and working together. I am not knocking on the company because I don’t know all the rest of them but to one of their agent that I dealt with.

BE AWARE JLA realty has deceitful agents and will try to get u to buy a non functional house. We were almost manipulated into buying a house that had major problems but covered up by sellers. For example 220 gillen rd Cleveland tx. DONT BUY!!!!!!

Love Cameron Mike bush they sold us to our house we used to be neighbors and theyre really great people we love them and were friends as well but they work really hard to find you what you need and they pay attention to your needs great place great people I suggest this place heiling.

Stay far away from this brokerage. Especially their agent Mitzi Jean. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and just flat out terrible people. It amazes me that they are still able to hold a license in the State of Texas.

Lady was so nice in the beginning (had a 15 min meeting) then was closing deal she was supposed to be at meeting but was a no show so I called asking questions about deed and she got really shty saying I dont tell her what to do (but she was my forced agent cause not my choice I didnt have one ) then hung up on me so I dont do business with people who actually like the world owes them something and now its not about the money its about the principal of bad business and refused to refund my money back thanks for nothing Sheryl Payne you have made this a bad experience but guess if I was to purchase something more expensive she would have made a better effort to make the deal

OF PROPERTY 1011 HAMBLEN RD KINGWOOD TEXAS 77339 UNIT 104!!I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GREAT FIT FOR MYSELF AND MY TWO YEAR OLD DAUGHTER SO I APPLIED AND SAW THE PROPERTY. I WAS TOLD THE OWNER REALLY WANTED TO GO WITH ME AS DIANA’S TENANT. I PROVIDED A YEARS WORTH OF BANK STATEMENTS CLEARLY BEING OVERLY QUALIFIED FOR THE UNIT. AFTER THAT I WAS TOLD I NEED TO PAY DOUBLE THE SECURITY?! THAT WAS THE FIRST RED FLAG. I WAS OVERLY QUALIFIED AND THEY STILL WANTED MORE. MY CREDIT SCORE WAS IN THE 600S AND WITH MY INCOME AND CREDIT SCORE I AM FULLY QUALIFIED TO BUY A HOME. AND THIS IS ONLY A RENTAL PROPERTY. AT THAT AND THEY ASKED FOR ALLLL OF THAT. THEN IN THE LEASE THEY SAID $50 a DAY LATE FEE ON THE RENT 😂 WHAT A JOKE!THEY BECAME VERY PUSHY ABOUT ME SENDING THE FUNDS AND REJECTING MY MOVE IN DATES TO GET ME TO MOVE IN SOONER. I DIDNT HAVE A PRINTER SO I COULDNT DO THE CONDITION FORM WITHIN 5 DAYS AND WAS TOLD THAT SAME DAY THEY WERE ISSUING A NOTICE TO VACATE.I LITERALLY HAVE ONLY BEEN IN THE UNIT FOR 4 DAYS!!!! LONG STORY SHORT, SO THE REALTY AMBER TOLD ME SHE WILL DROP IT OFF. SHE NEVER CALLED ME LIKE SHE NORMALLY WOULD AND BECAME VERY HOSTILE WHEN SHE CAME TO DROP THE PAPERS OFF. SHE KNOWS I DIDNT FULLY MOVE IN AND SHE KNEW I HAD TO DRIVE 45 MIN OR MORE TO MEET HER EACH TIME.I TURNED IN THE KEYS AFTER THIS BEHAVIOR THEY TRICKED ME INTO TERMINATING THE LEASE AND BECAUSE I STARTED SEEING WHAT THEY WERE DOING TO ME I AGREED. THEY KEPT SAYING WE WANT TO TERMINATE THE LEASE AND WE WILL GIVE YOU ALLLL OF YOUR MONEY BACK.NOW THAT I AM ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK I HAVE BEEN BLOCKED BY BOTH THE OWNER AND REALTOR.I AM A BLACK WOMAN AND I WAS ASKED ON MULTIPLE OCCASSIONS IF MY BABY FATHER WAS AFTER ME AND WAS THERE ANYTHING THAT THEY NEED TO KNOW ABOUT WHY I WANTED TO MOVE SO FAR OUT.I HAVE SO MANY TEXT MESSAGES OF THEM SAYING ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT I AM STRUGGLING LOL I AM FAR FROM STRUGGLING. I WAS ASKED SOOO MANY STEREOTYPICAL QUESTIONS!!!!AMBER IS IN POSSESSION OF MY $675 money order and is not giving it back.I WAS TOLD ALL OF MY MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED AS SOON AS I SIGNED THE TERMINATION OF LEASE FORM. SHE SAID IMMEDIATELY NOW THEY ARE SAYING 30 DAYS. AND IVE BEEN BLOCKED
