Spoke to lily. She was great. Provided necessary info eg water, electricity, bus stop. They even went the extra mile to clean the land (additional price but it wasnt more then $100 considering almost 2 acres). yes houses are old but nothing that cant be fixed. (they really need to be fixed) but considering it has a house (dont have to build) large land its a good price
