Had a good closing experience here. Not a typical place I go so I was very thankful

I cant say enough positive things about TATCO Atascocita. They always come up with creative solutions to meet the end goal - close the buyer/seller. So many businesses lack employees that actually use their common sense - not this one! Their employees are smart, experienced, honest, and professional! What more could you ask for? It starts from the top, their manager, Amy Davidson is top notch and Karen & Elizabeth are true assets to this place! NOT all title companies are the same - this one is exceptional!

Great job as always!! Prompt, courtesy, and, always willing to go the extra mile. They came by and picked up checks and performed the closing at my office so that it was easier for the buyers and sellers. Thanks to Danielle Cornelius, Kelly Sandoval, and all the other staff who stay late and work diligently to help us out!!

Very unorganized. Poor communication. They either procrastinate or put more than they can handle on their plate. I would have cancelled our business with them if I had the choice. Glad to be done with them.
