From the initial contact through the entire process everyone we came into contact with was professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond our expectations! I really enjoyed working with Doug and Cecelia. Doug was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. Doug was very responsive and communicated frequently. It’s important to stay in contact as things come up and need to be addressed quickly. Also, Doug and team were very friendly and easy to work with. The office was very nice and convenient location.

We found them through Dave Ramsey and are so glad we did.Shauna Spoor was our agent and she is an amazing agent and an amazing lady!!!She walked us through everything and made selling and buying easy....We decided to sell our house, as is, after being flooded twice. We were concerned we wouldnt get much for it and/or that it wouldnt sell, but she assured us that she would find us a buyer...and she did, within 2 weeks!!!!She answered all of our questions, (day, night, weekday, and/or weekend), and was so incredibly patient and understanding.She took her time with us, cared enough to get to know us and our family, paid attention to what we wanted, and found us the perfect house!She even ran around with my 1 1/2 year old, so I could show my mom the house without being interrupted...talk about going above and beyond!!!!We sold out of trauma, but we bought out of love (as cheesy as that is), and we thank God that Shauna was able to help us do that.I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone that asks.

Doug & Shelley are first class realtors! We were referred to the Doug Erdy group through Dave Ramsey’s ELP (Endorsed Local Provider) program. We were not disappointed with their service. Doug has quite a few agents working for him but he handled our sell personally and his assistant Shelley went above & beyond to satisfy and accomodate. This was our first home sell and it was an emotional experience; but Doug and Shelley kept our focus and guided us every step of the way. The day I met Doug (Jan) he told me we would be signing closing docs at the beginning of March and that’s exactly what happened! The man knows his business and he has ours from here on out! Highly recommend the Doug Erdy Group!

Did Not Deliver as PromisedWe selected Doug Erdy for the sale of our home on Lake Houston based his lake home sales experience, his representation of having exclusive agreements with companies for relocation buyers, and his commitment to handle the sale personally including support for, and attendance at, closing. He felt we should list for $750k, and target getting $700k on the sale.While we achieved the lower end target price, there were a number of issues:1) We were not occupying the home during the sale, and the two times the house was checked after showing, the alarm was not set.2) I repeatedly told Doug we’d like to meet with the future owners before to go over details about the home that would be helpful to them. Doug said he had offered several times and was declined. While finishing packing, the buyers arrived with the buyer’s agent to do a “home walkthrough”. Agent showed me the text with Doug arranging time. Doug never arrived or responded to questions about the walkthrough.3) During the walkthrough, the buyer noticed the survey markers in the back yard and asked about them. I explained that the actual ~10k sqft property line ended there, but there was another ~8k sqft behind it that was city of Houston unused easement, so effectively part of the property. I had asked Doug how he would market this key feature, and was assured he would. The buyers told me they thought the property felt bigger than the ~10k sqft listed and were surprised to learn this. This feature alone should have helped increase our sales value if marketed properly.4) After we had accepted the $700k offer ($50k below asking), there was a flyer sent around the neighborhood with a picture of our house and the “The Doug Erdy Group” logo on it that read, “Sold in 2 days over asking price with multiple offers.”5) The closing was on a Monday, and when about to leave to the closing I received an email from Doug saying, “Morning Dave. My flight was canceled last night so Iam returning this am however will be in the air during closing. I have reviewed all the docs and will review again today but I will not make the in person closing.” I tried to follow up, as I had not seen any documents other than the settlement statement, but that email was the last communication I ever had with Doug.Doug made a lot of profit on the sale of our high value home, but did not deliver a commensurate service. Most importantly, given the hot market, a good agent should have achieved a higher sales price. I’d suggest finding another agent.

A fantastic group of real-estate professionals. Doug is very knowledgeable on all things real estate. The office is top-class, beautiful, and has a Starbucks machine!

If I was able to rate them lower than a 1 star, I would have. Ms. MARIA GARCIA is the worse agent a seller, buyer, landlord or renter can possibly ask for. She is extremely unprofessional, hard to get in contact with, unresponsive to phone calls or messages, and worse of all, no integrity and highly unethical. She serves as an agent for family members and gets completely personal in the decision making process. She does not allow for fair decision from the landlord while completely persuading the decisions based on her monetary gains. She is a bad representation for the Doug Erdy Realty Group. If this is how this group operate, do yourself a favor and find another realty group. Worse of the worse, and to that point Ill be filing the biggest complaint in Harris County and the Houston housing authority.

This group of realtors are so good! I’ve used the Doug Erdy Group for two homes and will use them a third time in a couple of years again! I’ve bought and sold many homes over the years and they are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Not only have they been my realtor but have become friends as well.

Shelley and Doug are the BEST realtors in the humble area hands down. They truly care about your best interest, they made my first time home buying experience a breeze. Love them and this company.

Worst Real Estate group weve ever experienced. After you sign with them forget communication and the support they promise. Incorrect information, forgotten deadlines, and then after you do their job for them and correct their mistakes they somehow still fail to get it right. Even with polite correction she flares up and gives you attitude when you help fix her major errors. Steer clear and well away from the Erdy group!

We worked with the Doug several years ago to design and his website and to provide marketing needs and strategies. They are an awesome group to work with and handle their business on a very personal yet highly professional level. We highly recommend them.

I finally closed my house after 2 months. Our realitor was terrible. I even spoke with doug and he was not helpful what so ever. So yeah now I have a meeting with the NRA because of terrible experience I had with my realitor. We would tell her what boxs we wanted checked and she would refuse and argue with us. She should have made the whole thing easier. Instead she made the whole thing a nightmare .do not use them what so ever !!! I have NEVER meet someone so money hungry! Did not care about my family what so ever and was definitely working for the seller and not for us like she should have been.

Had my wife start looking for places to buy. She made contact with a Tiffany Wells. She told my wife she couldnt look at a house without preapproval. First time I had ever heard of it. When I called she also said I needed it but the instant I said I was a veteran and would be doing a VA loan that all changed. I can see if my broker will wave that. Is what she stated. I will never use or contact these people again.

Marie is the top realtor on my list. She’s extremely knowledgeable and caring about her work. She goes above and beyond what she is required to do. She will take care of you no matter what situation arises. I’ll never use another realtor again.
