Bluewater at Balmoral

We love our new home! Maria and Christian were excellent and were one of the reasons why we chose this community. They have been warm and very accommodating with every steps making us feel welcome right from the start.

We recently moved in a couple of weeks ago, and so far, we absolutely love it here! The area is fantastic—very family-friendly with so many great amenities nearby. Theres a park right across the street, complete with a dog park, playground, tennis court, and basketball court. Our dog has plenty of space to run around, as the dog parks are conveniently located just outside our garage.The home itself is beautiful, with modern features that really give a luxury living feel. Christian and Maria have been exceptional from day one—super friendly, helpful, and even checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly after we settled in.We did experience a minor ant issue, likely because its a new build. However, we called maintenance, and they responded the same day. A few ant traps did the trick, and everything is fine now. Other than that, we have no complaints! This place is a perfect fit for our family, and we definitely recommend it to others looking for a great home. 😊

Hector has been great by answering my many questions I’ve had as a new tenant. He was patient, understanding, and if unaware of something he quickly got answers. I appreciate this because moving to a new area can be frustrating with getting acclimated to things. His diligence assures me I made a great choice for a home for my family!

We do love our little townhouse. As with everything you run into some issues. My biggest complaint would be the maintenance. When I say maintenance I don’t mean the individuals, I mean how many we have to put in. For the town houses being new we have had several issues with needing things fixed (so far they have been). It is just a little frustrating with how much we pay for the homes. Other than that I cannot complain about anything else. The management here is amazing. I’ve dealt mainly with Christain and Maria and I absolutely adore them! The location is awesome with the park being across the street. I feel safe here. Overall not much to complain about (:

Stopped by for a tour just because we saw the signs leading up to the building. Christian helped my family and I. They gave us an amazing tour and had an amazing personality. I am not sure the name of the other coworker they were with but they were nice as well.The model units were so cute and they are being advertised for a good price!! Hopefully we can come back and sign in the future.

We love our townhouse. Its beautiful and functional. The community itself offers many amenities that other communities do not offer. All of the appliances and lighting is modern, chic, and elegant. With it being new, we have had some issues especially with pests which was quickly handled. The hardware for the bathrooms are loose and appear too heavy for the walls. I am a little disappointed that there is no extra storage space downstairs or upstairs. It is needed throughout the townhouse. Also disappointed that the garage is very compact and difficult to put two SUVs underneath. The chandelier is Beautiful and very Elegant, just needs to be a little higher. Im so scared that I will forget to duck and one or more of the crystals will fall. Please dont think that we dont love our townhouse.... We Absolutely Do. It is an Absolute pleasure to live here and we have such great neighbors. I enjoy walking along the sidewalks and cant wait for the community to have a cookout underneath the gazebo. The pizza party and ice cream party were a Blast. Thank you for all that you do. Maria and Christian have both gone above and beyond to meet our needs.

Bluewater at Balmoral is a stunning community with modern finishes in their homes. If you are a technology person, you will love the futuristic technology features that are uniquely found throughout the home. Maria is absolutely amazing! She is a professional, knowledgeable, and patient representative who helped me with my little one during the tour and application process. She went above and beyond to help us to find the right home. I hope management recognize the talents of this leasing professional. Our family is grateful to have had Maria as our leasing representative! She is outstanding!

Came to view the property, on a Sunday, and was treated with a VERY PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY CARE. Very beautiful property. Great amenities

If you didnt want us to stay here, save us the time and tell us from the beginning. Lack of communication is terrible here and the funny thing I applied for another rental home community and was approved in less than 72 hrs, $400 cheaper on the rent as well with great amenities. Glad my family and I will be relocating down to TX in 2 weeks. Wasted a whole month with this community when I could have been approved at the place Im moving to a month ago!!

My wife and I are concerned with the safety of the complex. The efforts to make the complex visually pleasing to potential renters seems to be more important than the safety of the current renters. The fence around the complex is still not finished which means that the gates are still open and anyone and every one who doesnt live here can come and go as they please. There have been no responses to emails about the fence or the gate situation. Im not understanding why.
