From the moment I moved in, the management team, especially Nadia, has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure everything was perfect. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness truly make a difference and elevate the entire experience.The apartments here are fantastic—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes. I especially love how much natural light fills the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The community amenities are just as impressive: the the pool, fitness center, are always clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing or socializing.The location of Town Center Crossing is unbeatable. Making everything I need easily accessible. Whether it’s grabbing dinner or running errands, it’s all just a short walk or drive away.What I appreciate most is the sense of community here. The beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful environment make it feel like a true home. Safety and comfort are clearly priorities, and it shows in every detail.I can’t recommend Town Center Crossing enough! And a special shoutout to Nadia for her outstanding service and dedication—it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the residents like she does. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, convenience, and a genuine community vibe, this is it.

Today my water backed up in my kitchen causing me to have to submit an emergency service request. Even in the extremely cold weather Jose came out and inspected my sink and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. He was extremely nice and helpful and even made it a point to see if I had any issues or questions. Jose you’re amazing, thank you ! 🙏🏽

Physical apartments were nice. The management is terrible! They enforce the rules when its convenient for them. Rules call for non-violent breeds yet they let in all breeds. They dont clean up the dog waste. You can only bbq at the pool but those bbq never work. They charge you trash valet service even if you dont want it. They charge a hefty pet fee that they claim covers the cleaning when you move out. Then they deduct the cleaning from your deposit. Thats being charged twice. We had an upstairs neighbor that was extremely noisy and they did nothing about it when asked for help. The pool is out of commission excessively. Dont expect to get your deposit back. Our apartment was spotless when we left. We hardly got anything back. If you enjoy smelling pot from the neighbors, this will be great for you. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Save yourself from frustration. Skip applying here.

I recently moved here, and I love it so far! The kitchen is massive and gorgeous, and the fireplace is nice. The appliances are all brand new and work well, and the A/C works great (a must in Houston). Great place to live!

These guys will change the terms of your lease upon renewal and not even point out the changes for you. Read every word and dont trust them. They will also charge you two months rent as a penalty if you want or need to break your lease. They also require 60 days notice and dont start the notice until you pay the fee. Its not a company that cares about the community or its residents. I would not rent from them.*** Thanks for the response. I would argue that it isnt fair to indicate that you are using a standard rental agreement when the terms are manually entered into the contract. They are subjective and you have choices. If you valued your residents, you would be grateful to have had a good tenant and you wouldnt double the early termination fee when they renewed...especially without pointing that out to them. There is no reason to charge 60 days notice and 60 days penalty. Thats purely a business decision and it shows what is important to the management and the owners. The right thing to do is to point out negative changes you add to a contract at renewal and/or to be more lenient when a tenant has been a good tenant but has an opportunity to improve their lives. Essentially, I think you should treat others the way youd like to be treated and you arent doing that when you dont point out negative contract changes and when you charge far more than you should for an early termination. If the apartment were vacant for the full 4 months, maybe. Housing is in short supply right now. The apartment will not be vacant long and the tenants in this case will do everything they can to help you get it rented more quickly. Again, you arent treating them how youd like to be treated.

10/2023 update. I wanted to reiterate how amazing the maintenance team is in our community. Jose was recently helping change a few lights along with other minor items. He was friendly and fantastic at all that he did. Jaime leads a great team in taking care of all of the residents. We recently had our units updated with smart home tech from ADT and the entire property should soon see similar upgrades to the gym, pool, etc. Very exciting! Still havent found a house that out does this community.Towne Center is a five star community. I moved to Texas in October 2022 with my family and my dog. We toured a dozen other facilities before we chose Town Center. Town Center has a beautiful community and its only getting better. The complex was recently purchased by Redwood Corporate. The latter has begun adding little touches to an already gorgeous complex such as fresh paint, cute patio lights by the grills, misting fans, and upgrades to the dog park. The complex has two pools, a great workout center, gated entry points, and a REAL dog park. I say its real because the majority of dog parks that we looked at in other complexes were in the stifling sun, covered in concrete, or an 8x8 square. The dog park here has play equipment, shade, a drinking fountain for dogs, and is huge! The units are nicely done with huge patios to enjoy the perfect Texas weather. There is also 75 miles of paths just outside the complex (Kingwood path system). The office staff are friendly and always available if you stop in (my dog loves to visit them - they are great people). The maintenance staff is courteous, prompt, and excellent at their jobs! Everyone that I have met in the community has been friendly and there are lots of great conversations with neighbors! Town Center Crossing does cause one issue.... When looking for a home; you will find yourself comparing houses to everything you get at the complex with all the amenities, great neighbors, safety, and such a relaxing lifestyle. Im not sure any house exists that will convince me to move 🙂 We are blessed to be at Town Center Crossing.

I have just moved in today and I am extremely happy with my new apartment. Apparently after Cortland took over, many major enhancements were made. My apartment looks very modern and everything works great. Also, the maintenance is very competent. Pools and gym are fantastic. Thank you towncenter apartments!

I have lived in other communities in the area and this one has been the best one I have lived in. The office manager, Sheena, is very nice and personable, not to mention very professional. The leasing team is very knowledgeable and friendly too. The maintenance crew is always working and the grounds are very well maintained. I have talked to a few neighbors and we all agree that the staff really cares about us and the community. I highly recommend this community to anyone! I can’t wait to renew my lease again; 1 year here and I love it still!

I have been apartment hunting for a while and many of the places I’ve seen, I have felt pressured by staff, but not here! Shary was the leasing agent who I met with. She was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! Really nice looking complex too. If you have are looking for a new place, definitely give this place a look.

I absolutely love everything about living here! AJ has been amazing.. shes super helpful and friendly. She made the moving process so much easier. I love the beautiful grounds that are clean and definitely well cared for. The neighborhood activities and location convenience are great, too. Most importantly, I feel safe here and plan to stay!

The best apartment weve ever lived in..beautifully renovated with helpful and competent support staff. Whoever hires the people here is doing a great job. Maintenance techs are also all competent and resident friendly..with excellent supervision.

We have been working with Kelci for the past year trying to make the right decision on which floor plan and what works financially. I’m happy to announce we have officially signed our lease and we are very excited to move in and can’t wait for this new space. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and support in this process. My family and I absolutely love living at Town Center Crossing. The leasing staff, management and maintenance staff are top notch. We moved here because it is beautiful, has two pools and a really nice Gym. We love that it is a non smoking community and that the staff do enforce this policy. We love that it’s completely pet friendly with lots of stations that are kept full of bags and emptied of waste every day. Unfortunately there are residents that still do not clean up after their dogs and I see the staff clean up after those people daily. This summer people who do not live here have snuck into our gated community and tried to use and vandalize our amenities and the staff have worked very hard to stop this. We have plenty of parking, some of it covered. We are fortunate that the staff actually do stay on top of situations where there are non working cars or cars with expired tags taking up our parking. My family and I have been so impressed on the turnaround time from maintenance for even the smallest issue, that never happens in most apartment complexes. My family and I plan to stay here for a very long time. The community friendly events and activities are also an unexpected surprise. Our choosing to live at Town Center Crossing has been a great decision and has been a positive experience.Well, we still love living here BUT since my first post there have been issues. The Gym has no AC or heat, gym equipment doors do not lock anymore so the equipment has been stolen and vandalized. We have only one working grill at the leasing office pool. Apparently the propane tanks were stolen from the grills at the pool by the gym and previous to that happening only one grill partially worked. If your washing machine breaks and they can’t fix it I don’t know what happens. We have been told there is no budget. Only two new washers available a month and no budget for grills. Gate fabs don’t work but a new system should be rolling out. We pay are amenities fees so I’m not sure as to why there is no budget. It has been at least 6 months of us not having what we had when we first moved in. I put the blame on the owners not the maintenance or the office staff. I believe the owners are not giving them the ability to fix these things. I must now drop my star rating from a 5 to a 3. If and when things are fixed I will update my review. This saddens me. I hope this post does not fall on deaf ears and the repairs are made as they should be. We are quite frustrated.

I was interested in moving here until I got Sherri so very unwelcoming and made me feel very uncomfortable.she hardly spoke to me and showed me 2 units and stood by the door texting she seemed like she had somewhere to go.I expressed how it made me feel to Bryan and was ignored I will not choose to move here the staff proved that the reviews are right not only that but if the staff will act like this with you I can’t imagine having to deal with them!

Great apartments!! I have no problem here the office staff are really nice and helpful, they are real good in communicating and getting back to me. Maintenance it’s fast, parking space is never a problem. We love staying here and now transferring to a apartment with garage. Thanks to Claudia for helping us with all my questions and the process, also thanks to China for helping me as well.

Loved the community, beautiful apartment, made wonderful memories. Houses are good. I wish to give it a 5 star but only giving 3 because the Management company or the property managing staff really sucks. They never respond back. Specially when it comes out to close or moving out, they don’t try to help. If you have any dispute for any kind of payments, please have everything in email. These guys don’t pass on message when called. They charged me few extra $ in my final statement and then didn’t bother to correct it for 3 months. And Claudia who is supposed to take care of billing, she says she never received any message and acted completely unaware, where as I spoke to her the 1 st time I saw a wrong bill. Post that it was a chase to get to her on call from another town.Big story short, amazing place to live but not so pleasant staff. Be careful!!

I’ve proudly live here since 2018! Yep!! This is a wonderful friendly community. Our leasing and maintenance team is always hosting fun resident activities (fur babies included). Maintenance staff “ The Dream Team” are the best at taking care of repairs. I love our simple amenities. During bad weather situations the TCC residents look out for each other! Did I mention we are walking distance from all the great Kingwood activities; car shows, pop up shops EVERY Thursday, festivals and much more!!! In 2022, I experienced a very life changing event, Sheena and Kelci went out of their way to share their thoughts and prayers! I’m a proud Towncenter Crossing Residents! You will be too!

Shary Hopkins is one of the best employees and people Ive known. We have been friends for over 15 years. She has always amazed me with her kindness and grace. I would be so lucky to live somewhere that gave me the opportunity to interact with her on a regular basis. If youre thinking of moving here, be sure to ask for Miss Hopkins. At the very least, she will brighten the heck out of your day!! ;)

I cannot say enough good things about these apartments. Moving from AZ to TX I was shocked by the value you get for the price. The apartments are gorgeous, newly renovated! The office staff treated myself and my dog with so much care and compassion. All maintenance request were fixed promptly. Plenty of parking, nearly weekly events at the apartments, and walking distance to so much more. Love this place!

AJ was so helpful, honest and absolutely did everything she said she would do! I have lived in many apartments and I have never seen a more caring and thorough leasing team. Not to mention, the facilities are clean and everything is maintained and updated. What an Amazing experience!

Cortland set a bar that this place could not reach if you gave them a ladder. The management and front office staff are the sole reason for moving out after 4 years.Want to pay an amenity fee? CheckWant to pay for paying rent? CheckWant to pay for 2 separate trash services that you can’t opt out of? CheckWant to pay their insurance for the complex ?(not your unit..the complex silly) check.Want a daily email… that says nothing happened today? Check.Want to have an app to park your car? CheckWant to have your neighbors assaulted? CheckWant to have a murder in your complex? CheckWant a tone deaf and unresponsive front office staff? Double check?Want to hear your neighbors every footstep? Triple check. You see, they pulled all the carpet out of upstairs units (saves a few dollars when folks move out ya know) .Want to be harassed every hour after you do move out with an email from their service provider? Triple checkThese are facts. Having lived here for years here is my advice…..When I was younger I dated a red haired stripper girlfriend, she was so pretty and fun! BUT—— then the crazy kicks in and it’s another level of crazy.Go somewhere else. Put $150 over your base rent quote for a one bedroom to know your actual rent. Plus power of about $60-120.Internet at at least $50-100. So if you are paying $1250 for a 1 bedroom you will be at about $15000 +/—. NOT worth it folks.

This is a lovely community. I have been an apartment locator in the Houston Metro for 38 years, and Im now semi-retired. I have referred to this property, and specifically to Shary and Kelci in the leasing office. They are very professional and are delightful to work with - knowledgeable and always pleasant. What an amazing property! I came in for a tour earlier this week and was so amazed. The apartment I toured was very spacious and I loved the layout, it was so open. The property itself was very quiet and clean. I felt really safe. The leasing agent, Kelci, was such a big help! She was super nice and able to answer all of my questions. I can tell she was very knowledgeable and cared about finding an apartment that would be the perfect fit for me. It was such a breath of fresh air, my last apartments leasing office had very rude agents who never knew what was going on.

Came for a tour and was super impressed at how helpful the staff is. Shary in particular was amazingly insightful and polite. She made it obvious that the staff is attentive to the needs and safety of all its residents!

Lived here for almost a year and it has been an amazing experience! Moved to Texas from New Hampshire and the entire application process was super smooth (applied and viewed my unit over the phone) and the team (Kelci, AJ, Claudia, and Sheena) have been great.My stay here has been peaceful (no fire alarms or police sirens) and summer days are spent lounging by the pool and enjoying the on site gym

The front office is so professional and welcoming! I had the absolute best experience with the lovely Kelci, AJ, and front office staff members here. They are so kind and comfortable to talk to if you’re considering leasing here. Kelci goes above and beyond to make sure you are all set when approved. Office:Syd helped out from the start. Everyone in the office made the process easy and their response with inquiries was always fast and accurate.Facility:Staff really makes a good job to keep roadways, pool, gym clean and neat.The apartment unit is luxurious, spacious and well maintained.Management and problem solving.The washer and dryer are included. Dryer worked fine but I had an issue with the washer. Jaime and Omar came to the rescue they showed up to my unit on time, courteous and professionally. They troubleshooted the washer fixed the issue and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.Overall I love it here and I would recommend it.

I love the location. I can walk to the park for the farmers market, CVS, Burger King and the library as well. For a senior citizen that doesnt drive I have a lot to do in the area. The grounds are kept very clean, and the staff is very friendly.

Shary is such a helpful manager, she clearly takes her job very seriously and upholds such a sweet and loving composure in the process. So glad to be living in an apartment where the rules are enforced, I’ve never felt safer in an apartment complex like this.

I lived here for a little over a year and I wish I could stay! I highly recommend here for your move. It is an amazing inclusive community with a lot of amenities and overall an friendly atmosphere. The gym was always clean, the small gatherings the office would have for all of the holidays were always amazing. The maintenance team is very swift and responsive as well as the staff. The small issues that I had during my stay were always met with priority and they actually moved to fix it. Thank you so much for providing a great place to call my home for me and my family Cortland. You guys are the best!

Shary is a wonderful and delightful person to deal with. I have lived all over the country, in many apartments and Shary has topped them all. I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about, but if a person doesn’t like Shary, I’m pretty sure we would not want that person living amongst us anyways. They can take their negativity elsewhere and let us remain in peace here.

I normally don’t take time to write reviews, but I believe in giving credit where it is due. My wife and I relocated to Houston from out of state. We heard good things about the Kingwood area and decided to tour the complex. We were very impressed and intrigued by the cleanliness of the property. It felt luxurious and the apartments were very spacious. We worked with Kelci, who came highly recommended by one of my colleagues. She was very inviting, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She answered all of our questions and assisted us in the application process. She showed much professionalism and class. It’s very inspiring to meet someone like her. If anyone is looking for a new home, I highly recommend town center crossing and make sure you ask for the agent Kelci.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PROPERTY. I was excited for a fresh start in a new home with my boyfriend; however my experience with the town center apartments was everything but exciting. I paid my $300 application fee waiting to hear back and i never did, after calling and emailing i finally got in touch with the manager who did not take me seriously and acted in such a way as if i was a joke. Im devastated beyond belief and feel very discouraged to even start looking again. I will overcome this and not let the immature and defamatory behavior of the manger detour me from my goals.

From the moment I walked in the door Syd welcomed us with such a great personality and high energy. The property is absolutely beautiful and she sold us on our tour. I want to mention how during the process of calling the property I left a message and she actually called me back!!! After looking at over at least 40 apartment complexes No One Called us back!!! So I am excited to live here and will update my review. Just giving my advice, ask for Syd!

I’ve been apart of this community going on 2 years and I’ve never had a complaint until recently. It feels like I’m getting harassed with all kinds of complaints, false accusations and fines. It’s just me and my 5 year old son and we’ve never bothered anyone. Management really knows how to push you out. Definitely not a place I would like to continue to call home.

Just have to say these are nice aprtments might move here. Shary was my leasing person she was amazing and professional! and process seems easy with her not stressed at all!

I’ve been in my apartment a little over year now and it just crossed my mind that i hadn’t left a review. I loved my first apartment here so much that i wanted to stay within the community so i went to a bigger floor plan and they made the move easy to transition. Literally no hassle. Even my transition from another state to here was fairly easy. The amenities are nice, grounds are kept clean and the few times I’ve needed maintenance they have come in a timely manner. Most of all i feel safe here! The staff have been polite and Magen is the very best at helping with a few things I’ve needed help with in the past. I also love that they try to communicate to the community with anything going on. Cortland has definitely made my first year in Texas a breeze.

I had some questions about moving to this apartment complex and Shari is the best! I was so impressed with her kindness, knowledge and understanding about all my questions!! Shari is amazing!!

She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly, did an excellent tour, and made sure all of our needs were addressed.Super relatable and kind, it was a pleasure working with her. Compared to other experiences with leasing agents at apartments in the area, this was hands down the best one. Highly recommend connecting with Kelci if you are looking for an apartment.

The apartments we’ve viewed were so nice love how spacious it was for me and my family. It’s a really quiet area that’s literally the best thing for us. Walmart is up the way all of the stores we need are not to far apart. It’s a gated apartment and my family feel secure. The Leasing agent Kelci Jackson was so helpful, very sweet young girl with a good head on her shoulders she knew her way around the apartment and made sure to show us and give us everything we need to know when it comes to staying here very informative I can say she’s the first out of many agents that takes pride in her job and her and my wife clicked instantly which is a plus !

Our family just moved to the area from Washington state. We decided renting was the better option at the moment so we looked at some different complexes. When we came here, AJ greeted us. She was very nice and welcoming while she showed us around. She told us about all the amenities they have to offer (pools, gym, dog park, farmers market across the street, group activities and all the technology upgrades they are doing) AJ gave us an exceptional tour. So here we are! We like it so far, and we cant wait to get involved in all the activities AJ told us about.

I recently requested that they install shelves inside the master bathroom closet and it was done and looks great. Also, thank you for installing the new faucet in the master bathroom. Thank you to the Maintenance Team who does a wonderful job.Additionally, my husband and I have been living her for almost 3 months now and I really like the complex. Its quiet and very clean. Weve had no issues here so far. Thank you.

This apartment complex is really quiet and nice neighbors but I wouldnt recommend people living here and they wont give your full security deposit back they charge you for cleaning a apartment if you leave clean already and they have a undercover cop who they will believe over anyone dont matter if you have witnesses and also they have people smoking cigarettes and weed outside of the apartment because its a non smoking community which is cool but then you let people smoke in front of the apartment where kids walk etc and also the management really sucks they are rude for no reason and take forever to respond back I suggest if your looking for an apartment please choose wisely kingwood is a nice area its plenty of other nicer and more professional apartments!

We appreciate that the service technician came the next day. He was very friendly and concerned about our clogged drain. He was diligent and took pride in doing his job, as well as making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.

Going on year two of living here! In the best location everything is close and even walking distance from town center park for all their activities. Staff is always very friendly and attentive!

My leasing agent AJ was very courteous, thorough, and easy to work with for my move in to Town Center Crossing apartments. I would recommend this complex very highly to anyone considering it, and I thank AJ for her help in the leasing process.

My review is for the front office rep Kelci. She is approachable and helpful. At resident events she is always involved with current and future residents especially during weekend events. Kelci interacts with me whenever I see her on the property and maintains a smile.

I loved my apartment and any issues we had were resolved quickly. The maintenance team fixed issues asap. The gym was nice and clean plus they kept up the landscaping around the community. The only reason I moved out was because we needed bigger space with a 2 car garage. Everyone was so friendly and I honestly miss the community!

I recently moved into Town Center Apartments and I have to say that I was hesitant at first because I did not have a lot of information to go on about the apartments. I will say that it has been very pleasant living here since my daughter and I moved in. The newly renovated apartments are gorgeous! The office staff has been very helpful and they respond quickly. The maintenance team as been great as well. They have had quick responses to maintenance needs and they are very friendly. The apartment complex is quiet, the covered parking is very well lite and I feel safe here in this gated community. The newly renovated pool and fire pit area looks great and I cant wait to take advantage of it when the weather is permitting. My daughter and I are very happy here and it has made our move an easier adjustment. I invited over a married couple that I have been friends with for more than 20 yrs. and they loved my apartment so much that they too have moved here into one of the renovated town homes!!!

I have lived at this community since February 2020. I was amazed on the quality of the apartment’s interior. The counter tops are granite, with nice floors and appliances. I have an attached garage with a private entrance to my apartment which helps on the rainy days. The community is quiet and everyone is friendly. The pools are very nice and well maintained. The Towncenter Staff is very professional and helpful. I would recommend these apartments for anyone who is looking in the Kingwood area.

This has been such a wonderful experience for me. The staff has been so nice and welcoming. They went out of their way to help me get the unit I wanted. The apt. is beautiful and the finishes are so high end. The appliances are top of the line stainless. The granite is beautiful in kitchen and bath and the bar is big enough for at least 4 bar stools comfortably. It’s quiet and I feel safe with all the outdoor lighting and security gates. I looked at many other complexes but none compared to Town Center for my wants and needs for a home.

I lived here a year ago and have gained some perspective. My time with TCC went well with no bumps in the road from either side. But after spending a year living at an apartment complex with horrendous management (the Jaxon). I now realize what a gem TCC was. If you’re considering complexes within this area, definitely keep TCC at the top of your list.

I have lived in Town Center apartments since April 2014. The management company was not Cortland Partners when I moved in. When Cortland partners management company took over, the property went from night to day. Lights on the property got fixed almost immediately, the 2 pools and the workout facility were instantly upgraded and the apartment homes got their remodels shortly after. All the while the personal attention from the staff and maintenance crew improved. I have lived in multiple apartment communities and none compare to the quality, location, and the staff (for both the office and maintenance team) here at town center apartments.Recently I have been offered an incredible opportunity for promotion within my company. With this opportunity and impending move, I immediately started looking into properties managed by Cortland partners. I found a property that was located perfectly for my new position. I started discussing the move with the staff at Town center apartments and the new property I was intending to move. The staff here at Town Center Apartments immediately offered to assist with my transfer. This only reaffirmed my beliefs that, this management company as well as the staff here at Town Center Apartments, really care about their tenants.If you are looking for a great apartment community with a superb location and an incredible staff both in the office and on the maintenance team, look no further! Town center is the best option with the best apartment homes!

I recently toured this property the agent Syd was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. During the tour, she went above and beyond to show me amenities and the community. I used to love living here under Cortland management, they were extremely attentive and did everything to make you feel home. Can’t say the same about new management. Payment portal never works, pools are always closed, grills are never serviced and are always broken, gym is always hot and dirty. Rent has gone up 2x, however the amenities are never available for residents to use. New management is rude and offers little to no help in anything. Wish the old management would come back.

Love, love, love these apartments so far! Huge fan of Cortland, number one reason we moved here! The staff here is amazing! Super friendly and very professional. I have had to put in a few maintenance requests and everything gets taken care of right away and the maintenance crew are phenomenal! Complex is super quiet, I never hear anything going on and never hear the people above me or beside me. Never have an issue with parking. The apartments are beautiful and the pricing is great! 100% recommend this place!!

I have to say the Maintenance crew here at Town Center apartments are excellent. We called them about a sink garbage disposal unit that was leaking and wouldn’t work. Jose came over right away and fixed everything. Very nice young man.

Have been living here only for a month and it’s been an awesome experience.Administrative crew are wonderful, courteous, friendly and very professional. If I had to pick, I couldn’t. Each of them fill the qualities described above. Then you have the maintenance team, just as great. Jaime and Omar have been extremely helpful and professional as well.It’s great to know whether at home or out, there’s a whole team that has one’s back covered. Kudos to all.

Been here for a year now. Love the community, staff and neighbors. The staff gave us a nice welcome gift when we moved in and it made us feel so welcome. We are literally walking distance from Town Center Park, restaurants, banks and the library. The schools are wonderful as well. We are renewing our lease soon and very happy to call Town Center by Cortland home. I would highly recommend to anyone.

They have great personalities that not only in person but exudes via phone. Ive been living at Town center for over 2 years now and I must say, I love living here. The maintenance crew are great, so friendly and have always experienced a quick turnaround on all issues. The customer service provided by SMYRNA, in the office, have been OUTSTANDING! She has gone above and beyond with all my needs. Thanks to her help, I will be renewing my lease with Town Center in their newly renovated apartment.

I love this place. I love the atmosphere. I love the people that work there. From day one, they were very accommodating. If there is ever anything out of wack, they are very responsive. The gym is functional, and there are two pools. Its like living at a resort. You are within walking distance of H.E.B., Walgreens, CVS, Pet Care, Ace Hardware, and a variety of food choices. Smoking fumes cause me to choke, so its great that its a smoke-free environment. TCC even has a doggy park to take your pet. I highly recommend this place.

I have been at Town Center Apartments for close to 4 months now and I could not be more pleased with my experience here. The staff is very helpful and on top of things and any maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I feel like I am able to go to any of the staff members with all questions or concerns. The property is well taken care of and my neighbors are awesome! Thats a huge plus! My apartment is beautiful and truly feels like home.

Town Center is a very friendly and safe place to live. The apartments are super nice, with up to date appliances. The pool areas are family friendly and make for great family outings. The gym has all the appropriate equipment for a nice workout. The staff was extremely helpful with the whole leasing process, Especially Eric, he made leasing an apartment a breeze..

I used to love living here under Courtland management, however “Town Center Crossing” has got to be one of the worst business moves.. ever. When i first moved in, the rent was affordable (keep in mind i pay for a one bed room). I’m only 20 years old with little to no experience in the world. Rent was only 1120 when i first moved in. Now under new management, I pay almost 1500 for a ONE BED ROOM apartment that is quite literally falling apart. The carpet comes off, as well as the “hard wood floors” (just thins slabs of faux wood glued to the floor with super glue.) The appliances always break, but that’s not all.Not only are they charging me an arm, and a leg for a one bed room apartment that is built off of gorilla glue and plastic, but they also add unnecessary fees for even more of your money. They got rid of cash/check payments, but will still charge an unavoidable convenience fee of $45.They will also TOW YOUR VEHICLE IF THE REGISTRATION IS EXPIRED! Never had that problem with Courtland, but of course with Town Center Crossing I do. I can barely afford to live here anymore, let alone pay to get my car fixed to get new tags. I CANNOT wait to move out of this money hungry complex. Save your time, and money and PLEASE pick somewhere else to live.

The front office staff is amazing!! I toured with both Kelci and AJ and they both did a wonderful job! AJ made the move in process easy and so far my boyfriend and I have loved living here!!

I have lived at Town Center Apartments for three years. The apartments here are the nicest in Kingwood and you will not find a friendlier and more knowledgeable staff. Stephanie, the manager, Kenya, the assistant manager, and the entire staff is warm, welcoming, and will go above and beyond to meet your needs and get you into an apartment you will be proud to call home. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick to fix any issues that may come up. The groundskeepers are second to none and keep the entire property looking exactly like the pictures you see online. I cannot say enough great things about Town Center and the outstanding staff here and I would recommend living here to anyone!!

Since moving in last July 2018, Ive been nothing but happy with this apartment complex. The office staff is friendly and helpful (especially Eric, Josue and Stephanie), maintenance staff is prompt and so nice, grounds are well-maintained, and, so far, the atmosphere here is quiet. I appreciate all the special events like Wine-down Wednesday, Nacho Night, Muffins and Mimosas, etc. and am only sorry I havent been able to participate in more. Love the convenience of walking to stores and restaurants and my peaceful view...Im glad I moved here!!

Yo can use only 2 internet providers. And optimum is a terrible one. Every week a couple of times we are having outage problems. Sometimes half of day. Let people use whatever provider they want. or communicate with the provider correctly.

I have been living here since 2014 and that time the complex had a very poor management. Around 2015 we were taken over by Cortland Partners and what a change. Ever since we have experienced nothing but positive changes. They truly keep the property clean and safe. They are also renovating the common areas and they look amazing so far. The office staff is cordial, friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are the best and always prompt. The very few times we have called on them they have showed up almost immediately and always able to solve the problem.We are very happy here and proud to call Town Center Apartments our Home.Highly recommend this place.

The maintenance team at Town Center Crossing is the absolute best Ive ever experienced. Always pleasant and respectful. Immediate service with urgent request. I called in an urgent request and submitted an urgent request on line - maintenance was knocking on my door in 5 minutes. So grateful.

We have lived here almost 6 years minus the 1 year due to Hurricane Harvey. Town Center is awesome in regards to customer service, maintenance, noise, location and overall living. They have modern interiors with upgraded materials and appliances. I really liked the fact they have 2 pools too! The office staff have gone above and beyond to meet all of our needs and when we do require maintenance they are completed within 24hrs. They are always hosting some type of get together to further build the rapport with the tenants. The staff is a true reflection of the leadership here at Town Center. Destilynn went above and beyond for me to help me get my meds that were mailed to me! Stephanie has done great things here and we are glad to be here!!

This property has been the best property I have ever lived at! It’s filled with friendly neighbors, AMAZING office staff that are willing to go above and beyond for your needs! Work orders are done quickly! The gym has great workout machines! It’s a gated community, which I love for security purposes. It’s also a very clean property! Definitely recommend it to everyone!

I have spent a little over 3 years here at Town Center Apartments. The original management company left a lot to be desired. But the recent change to the current management company has made a barely tolerable place to live into a place I like to live. Ground conditions have dramatically improved and the convenience of their online website means I can pay rent, make maintenance requests, etc all in the same place. Those requests have been completed quickly and has always included a follow-up email to ask how it went.The office staff is where you can see an immediate improvement. Even with all the improvements being made to the property, the constant in-and-out of current /potential renters and even package deliveries, no one from the current staff has ever not greeted me with a smile.Apartment living and has its own drawbacks and the things I’ve seen have been due to certain renters themselves. The management staff has been good about enforcing the rules and standards they expect renters to abide by. But of the different apartment complexes I’ve lived in before, Town Center is on the right track of what NICE apartment living can be like.

I was looking for an apartment for my daughter and was given a tour by a young woman named Azara. She was very professional and knowledgeable and such a pleasure to talk with. Apartments are nice and I would definitely recommend.

New residents here, application process was super easy. Our leasing consultant AJ was AMAZINGGG!! She made the process very simple and easy. She was super informative and answered all of our questions. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would.

We have lived at Town Center for over 6 years; I can honestly say we have enjoyed living here. The maintenance crew is great. On most occasions the work will be done the same day if you get your request turned in early enough, if it is not the same day you can almost count on it being done early the very next day. The office staff is wonderful. My wife and I just transferred into one of the newly remolded apartments and everything was seamless because Smyrna was right there every step of the way. I let her know we loved the section of the complex we lived in and she found us apartment right next door. I really don’t understand some of the reviews saying the staff is rude. I have never had trouble. I always get greeted with a smile and if I run into someone from the office staff or the maintenance crew they always wave. The remolded apartments are beautiful. Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliance (Not Cheap Brands), Granite Counter Tops, Track lighting and Island sink. The company that owns the complex just upgraded our Fitness Center. I had membership with Anytime Fitness for about 3 years, and I can honestly say our Fitness Center is much better and I can go for free, it is not costing me $42.00 a month and I don’t have to leave the complex. It is much cleaner than any 24 hour or Anytime Fitness center I have ever been in. With all the improvements that have been made to the complex over the past couple of years makes the complex look like it was just built. Now for the complaints which is just a couple. I don’t like the idea of having to pay $30.00 pet rent for 2 cats that have been declawed on their front and back paws and litter boxed trained. I don’t understand what the owners think to cats can destroy. My final complaint is walking around the complex and seeing dog droppings all over the place. I know it is very hard to police this. Going back to first complaint, I hope the residents that have dogs are paying much more than $30.00 pet rent. If not I will have a talk with the office staff when it is time to sign my lease. I can honestly say I am a resident I do not work for Courtland and everything I have said is true. My wife and do love living here and the entire staff is great.

We went and viewed this community for a possible move and loved it. The staff was so friendly and inviting. The manager came out and told us about the surrounding area and we feel like this could a great place to call home. The grounds where clean seemed to have adequate parking and seemed very secure. Definitely a spot to check out if you are relocating to the area!

So happy with this beautiful complex, looking out over Bens Branch Bayou, that we have stayed much longer that planned! Update - I lived here for almost a year. The staff can be helpful and they are usually responsive. Location, price & convenience are the highlights of Town Center. Communication is lacking especially in regards to scheduled maintenance. It would be courteous to notify residents to expect increased noise levels, especially since a lot of people are now working from home. (Other properties do this) The gate is constantly broken & the code for the pedestrian gate has been the same for the entire year!! Anyone can walk in and out, maybe thats why the reports of theft has increased!Also, on the surface the apartments are aesthetically pleasing, however you will get to realize the poor maintenance to cover up the wear and tear of the apartments.

I just moved in a month ago and could not be happier! Destilynn made me feel so comfortable the moment I walked in the leasing office. I havent lived in an apartment in quite sometime and had many questions. She was very patient with me and knowledgeable about the property. The entire leasing and maintenance staff have been outstanding! I am grateful they have made this transition as smooth as possible!

After seven months I can say that I really enjoy living here. It is quiet, comfortable, within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and stores, and within a short driving distance to malls and cinemas etc. There are also great schools for kids nearby. Definately deserves the five stars.

Getting an early start on my apartment hunting and fell in love with Cortland Town Center. The staff are beyone nice and very welcoming. The apartments were beautiful and clean. Looking forward to my move here!

Terrible community and stuck up neighbors. My mother, who is in her late 50’s, was putting her trash out and fell in plain sight and couldn’t get up. more than 4 cars had driven by her on the ground and a couple walked right by her as she called for help. She picked herself up, basically crawled back to our townhouse, and told me about it. Bloody and in tears. I hate to see that a community we heard so much good about turned out to be TERRIBLE.

My husband and I toured the property last week, we were very pleased with all the amenities they have to offer, especially the fitness room. The staff was friendly and Kenya who was the person that toured us was so patient with my husband that had a million questions. She took us to see 2 units and both were amazing. Town Center is definitely on our list once our home is sold.

My experience with the leasing office was less than stellar. Based on previous reviews I hoped this would be a seamless process; unfortunately it was not. I kept getting rerouted after calling the office several times, as I have a time sensitive move. The email quotes were also different from our initial conversation. I was strongly attracted to these apartments based off reviews, and set up!

Town Center Apartments are a wonderful place to live! Aside from the community always being taken care of and looking pristine the staff truly cares for the people that live here. The WHOLE TEAM has consistently gone above and beyond to make our time here comfortable and enjoyable. They take care of issues quickly and throughly. Highly recommend living here!

Well we have been here 4 Years in February 2016. We have been very happy here other the the rent going up every year weve been here, and nothing is new or has changed. The Units are nice and clean, a little dated but livable and they keep up the Maintenance here very well. The Maintenance staff are great, Edward one of the Maintenance staff has always been very helpful and has handled my Maintenance issues as quickly as possible. Town Center is under New management, so heres hoping things will only move on well as they have been. Some people talk of burglary, but I have never heard about it myself, other then they tried to break into my truck, but did not get in to it. You just have to keep an eye out this day and time for anything suspicious and watch out for your neighbors as well when their away, be a good neighbor....

I moved into the townhomes here about 6 months ago and there very lovely! This is my first apartment I have ever lived in and and I have fallen in love with apartment living because of this complex. I enjoy how my apartment backs up the the water/forest view. It makes sitting on the porch very relaxing. There modern open floor plan gives you a lot of space to design your home how you would like it. Its a pretty quite community during the day and night. I so har have had no problem sleeping. The best part here that I love is the gym. It is by far the best gym I have seen and worked out in compared to the rest of the communities around kingwood. Plus the staff here is wonderful! They are so helpful, sweet, and so friendly if you have a problem and they host monthly event to keep the community feeling connected! I would totally recommend living here!

Love Town Center I lived there for two years and management was amazing especially Smyrna! It was gorgeous and very convenient the only reason I moved was because I got flooded out. I was on the first floor so it was pretty bad, I would have moved back but prices went up Im assuming to make up for losses which I understand. I paid $1210 for a two bedrm two bath before, now that same apartment is nearly $1400 or more. But I would recommend this property.

Love living at Town Center. My family and I live in a town home facing a gorgeous creek view couldnt be more in love. We have a beautiful modern kitchen with a very spacious living room and attached garage with additional storage space. The fitness center is by far my favorite amenity, fully equipped and they offer elevate fitness program! School & location district is also a PLUS!

Found these apartment online! I havent even moved in yet, but plan on it for sure. Cindy is awesome. She answered all my questions and personally called back to see if I had any others! Love their office hours, first Ive ever seen open until 8. The property and location is beautiful and I cant wait to call town center my new home!

These apartments just switched to town center crossing apartments. I applied and was approved but when applying I accidentally hit the incorrect number when putting in the account number but corrected it once I noticed it about 3 days later. I spoke with them and they realized I made a mistake told me to pay the app fee plus the return fee of the check which I did. Now 2 days before moving in I called and now all of a sudden they have canceled the lease yet earlier this week they called me and told me that I needed to pay the prorated rent and deposit when I move in. Now it’s a different story and they want me to reapply and pay another 225 app fee which I’m not doing and will be calling my bank and disputing the app fee that I already paid. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

In response to the review that said this community discriminates against self-employed people, I have to disagree. I don’t have a regular “office” job, but was able to provide all the documentation they required. I didnt have any issues being approved to live here. The maintenance & office staff are awesome. They respond as quickly as possible to all requests/issues.

Office staff is very nice but Josue is awesome! He actually brought a ladder to the 2nd floor balcony so he could climb up and go through the the balcony door and unlock my front door! That is service! What other aprartment complex would go above and beyond like that? And he was in dress clothes! Ask for him If you are looking for upscale apartment living with all of the amenities. Close to everything within walking distance like town center where they have music, car shows and seasonal festivities. Would highly recommend to anyone! Resident since 2014.

I must commend the staff at Cortland Town Center. While we were watching the news and hearing about all of the power outages, pipes busting, etc throughout the state, we were safe and warm at home. We didnt know what was going on when we heard the water. However, due to the freezing temps, the pipe to the fire sprinkler system busted in my kitchen and flooded he kitchen and dining room. Within 15 minutes the head of maintenance (Jiame) arrived at my door.The property manager (Stephanie) called me from home to check on us, and Cortland offered concessions to move us to a hotel. The prompt response of the entire team and the repairs were handled quickly. Exactly 10 days after the flood, all of the repairs are now completed- sheetrock the ceilings, baseboards replaced, painting, and a cleaning crew sent to clean the area. I am so grateful to the staff not just in the way they handled this unforeseen flooding but also the compassion and empathy they showed when the pandemic caused many of us to get furloughed. Cortland cares about their residents.

Every time I make deliveries here, Kelci in the leasing office is always so helpful. She is knowledgeable of the community and her residents.

The ONLY thing that made my experience living in Houston better. The apartments were fully gutted after the hurricane, and they have top notch amenities. Management was always helpful. And even when we decided we could no longer stand living in TX and relocated, they honored their no-fee relocation to another of their sister properties. We moved back to Louisiana and their sister property, Indigo Park in Baton Rouge, was as equally a wonderful living experience. So kudos to Cortland for getting it right!

The current manager Sheena Pouliot is incompetent at her position. Sheena harasses residents over the most insignificant things but refuses to remedy important issues. She instigates situations and has no de-escalations skills. This is not a luxury apartment, there are roaches, loud music throughout the night, sprinklers going off during the day so that you can not walk on the sidewalk, the pool is not that clean...the place has gone down hill since she became manager and she refuses to take care of issues like my patio flooding every single time it rains, the water from the sink/shower have a foul odor...she just went to the pool and harrassed me amd every single person at the pool asking everyone what unit they lived in, even though there was only a few people there, of course she is nowhere to be found when the pool is packed with outside people. She accused me of being intoxicated and ordered me to leave the pool when I brought up her incompentence.

Maintenance team is great! They’re very professional and work fast paced. Any issues in your apartment, they will have it fixed in less than 24 hours.

Lived there for a year- these reviews are HIGHLY controlled. I wrote a negative review and staff harassed me till i took it down. The manager Stephanie is very condescending. They constantly talk and gossip about the guests, if u have an issue with ur unit what gets done depends on if they feel like it. The “promotions” for move in were a bait and switch and when I called them out they became very defensive and did not follow through. The culture there for the staff that work there is toxic, ive seen employees crying. BE KIND to PEOPLE, honor your word- those are ALWAYS good business practices.

First apartment and I never felt safer in an area. Any issues I had Ms Aj would take care of and walk me through. Very helpful. Very nice neighborhood

This place is just been absolutely amazing! Everything about this complex/community is just perfect. The staff is always so polite and quick to respond for anything that needs action to be taken. The property is soo beautifully well taken care of by maintenance, very clean!! My favorite part I have to say is the pool always so well kept the water is crystal clear and at the perfect temperature. I also very much like that shopping centers are such close by for my convenience like CVS and Walgreens. Small restaurants are near by and my personal banking branch Bank of America is down the street! I can go on forever! By far the most perfect place to live.

Being a real estate agent, I have had several interactions with the Town Center Apartments. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the apartments are always looking great. Highly recommended Town Center Apartments, whether its a short term lease or if your looking for a place to call home for years.

We lived here for a couple of years. Prices are fair. Location is amazing for restaurants with all the new places near HEB . The maintenance crew was fast and professional when we needed them. A good number of floor plans. They do spend money to update and revise the property.Parking could sometimes get crowed but never too bad.

Great place to live! Great front office personnel & proficient maintenance staff, very responsive & courteous. The gym is well maintained as well & ya gotta love the location, so close to lots of amenities. Ive been a satisfied resident for 5 years.

Never been happier! The management & staff are helpful and the property is kept looking great. Weve been here 2 months now and have always had any issues (all minor) immediately addressed. They even follow up with a call to make sure everything was handled correctly. Our family loves it here ;)

Town Center Apartments reminds me of Soviet era living at its finest !It has definitely been quite the experience living here over the past year. When I first moved in there were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Then we had to to move to a different unit because of a foul smell, that would not go away. And, I had to pay for all the moving expenses. The Counter tops are in permanent state of stickiness, because they paint them ??? The appliances are filthy and break down frequenlty. I wish I could add photos to this review, as words can not explain.. Our refrigerator door broke and they replaced it with a grubby used door from another model with non-matching handles. Who does that?? When I complained about the sub standard repair, I was told, well this how you live???The location is awesome which accounts for the one star review.Come relive the college days.Oh, how I hope I find the right house soon.

The staff is phenomenal and helpful in many ways, allaying any fears or doubts about our living environment. All questions were answered, in detail, and all concerns were put to rest in a proper manner. We are pleased with our new living environment and the many opportunities regarding our commute to work and school.

I love living here. The staff is wonderful and so responsive and the new remodels are beautiful. We are also in a location where I am in walking distance of most everything I could need. Add to that the gym with a virtual cycling studio and life is good. #loveit

My apartment has had roaches for almost two months. Ive tried to get their pest control service to come by every two weeks (as recommended on the card they left after each treatment). However, two of the times Ive called and been told that Im on the treatment list, no one has come by. When it happened mostly recently, I tried to call the office and ask for more information about why my apartment hadnt been treated. I called multiple times and no one ever picked up. When I gave up on the phone and drove over the office, I found two people sitting with the lights off and pretending they werent open (this was immediately after my last call). Im now following up with someone other than the first person to pick up the phone but I still dont have much hope.Other problems: Both pools were just shut down my the City of Houston for a week. No explanation of the problem has been given, nor how it was dealt with, or whether it could recur. Theyve offered things to try and make up for it, but I interpret that as them trying to keep us from complaining. Also, regardless of how nice the gym looks, I dont think its being cleaned regularly if ever.Edit: After following up, my apartment was given a more aggressive roach treatment which dealt with the problem. Now post-Harvey, everything was promptly cleaned up on site. The office had opened the day after floodwaters receded and extra staff was brought in to assist with anything regarding the emergency. Ive had several problems with my a/c, for which maintenance always the day of or day after I submit a request.

Recently moved here from Idaho and was astounded at how terrible the service and how blatantly moronic the office staff were. I asked for 2 a month lease, they wrote it for 10 months and asked me how that happened!I had a package delivered to the office and after a month I called the office to see where it was. They said they hadnt received anything and that I would get a notice every week if they had. I asked them to check anyway and low and behold they found the package in their office. They told me next time you should just call us. Why would I do that when you are supposed to give a notice every week?!When my lease was up and I went to return my keys 2 days early they told me they could not accept them any earlier than the last day on the lease. I told them I would not be available that day to return they keys so I returned them the next day and they charged me 1 day worth of rent. They also charged me $25 for a couple items accidentally left in the freezer.I have never worked with a management team that was so incompetent and unhelpful. Absolutely disgusted with the team and will not recommend them to any of my future employees relocating to the area.

I would say building is beautiful inside as well but the thing I do not like is that something is always wrong with the apartment maintenance just come in office doesn’t take a min of there time to notify residents they will be stopping by that’s annoying! My last comment for people who view this it might be a very nice complex but the people in the front office I would have to say disorganized & awful also have no respect for others then there selfs ! I wouldn’t recommend this place until owners hire new management for property.. I will be letting friends know also every one on social media thank you

Move in 2 months ago and so far we love it. For the price it was exactly what we are looking for.The location is awesome you can walk or drive everywhere. The pool is lively and it seems that a good portion of the residents are young adults and airline crews.There is a simple workout facility with cable weights and cardio equipment no free weights.The staff is great, they will come out and help you promptly, but keep in mind that this is not an expensive luxury place, so you are also responsible for keeping the place clean i mean very clean there are roaches in the area and if you kitchen and bathroom are not spotless you will have roach problems. last tenants where nasty and we had to spend our first week deep cleanning the place and adding roach traps and cleanning the nests ourselves, but after we did this became the best apt we ever lived on, and we have not seem a roach since.I would say this is spot on for the money you pay!!

This is my first time living in an Apartment, and I would have to say I couldn’t have chose a better place to live! Wonderful, Friendly, Diligent staff, from front desk to maintenance. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Neighbors are friendly, but some keep to themselves, and the area is safe and comfortable. DOG FRIENDLY!!! ❤️

Lovely apartments and townhomes in beautiful Kingwood, TX. The entire staff from management to maintenance is great!!! I have lived here for three years. Recently met a young lady from Chicago relocating to Houston. Gave her the names and locations of the top apartments in the area. She chose Town Center Apartments!!!

Moved here from the Jaxon (a mile down the road) and I wish I never did. There are sooo many cockroaches, the big nasty flying ones, I genuinely don’t understand. In the 3 years that I lived in the Jaxon I saw 1.In the past 2 weeks I’ve had 6 in my apartment. Big a55 ones, babies, and juvenile ones (no I don’t know the technical classification) I’ve reached out 3 times for someone to come spray my apt. We pay for pest control yet here we are. I’m not from Texas so perhaps these things are normal!? Side note, there is no way the most recent reviews are legitimate.

Currently residing here, it’s nice and on the quiet side. I don’t have any complaints really, anytime I need a service request, Claudia (one of the apartment leasing agents) makes sure everything gets done in a timely manner, and always updates me if needed.

Sheena the Property Manager took time and effort to show us all available units and amenities, very professional. Can’t wait to move in.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Destilynn give me a tour of an apartment. I cant express how intuitive and innovative this leasing consultant was. Whilst I had a few concerns in regards to storage she was able to give me several creative ideas on how to organize and work with the space provided. Very impressed by this young lady. 👍

What a delight and pleasure it was walking into this complex. From the very beginning I was greeted by Claudia she was very helpful and provided me with all the floor plans and different options . She truly made my experience one of a kind!

Horrible experience living here. They were doing construction the entire year I lived here, no privacy, Gates open all the time for construction workers to come in and out. They damaged my vehicle and the property said they arent responsable. Ive had 6 nails in two of my tires and a roofer dropped material on top of my vehicle leaving a huge dent in my hood. They also have different staff everytime you walk in the leasing center and have gone through at least 3 managers since Ive lived here. I would not recommend at all!!!!!! Pay the $100 extra a month and rent at a newer property and get your moneys worth.

Would highly suggest moving here. Yamily & Eric made a tideous situation very easy. We have a beyond beautiful 2/2 for a great price! Love the pool but GYM is definitely very nice! So far one of the best places we have ever lived!

If I could give this place zero stars , I will. My sister moved into this apartment complex by applying online and moved from Illinois to Texas in July 2018. My husband and I moved into the complex August 2018 and was told we had to be added on the lease in order to move in . The first day we moved in, we went straight to the office , got a joint lease , paid a $75 fee and were given our home keys , gate key , gym key, and mail key. We lived at this place until May 2019 and had to move out due to my husband getting military orders . We sent in a 30 day notice under the Civil Relief Act to be released from our lease. Well the apartment complex decided that myself and my husband were never on the lease . I was in disbelief because I had access to everything but all of a sudden we were not on the lease . The guy Erica and women Josyln authorize me to pick up packages , send off mail , attend events w/guest , use their gym , get new gate keys when mines stop working , sent me emails , let me authorize other people to pick up mail , allowed me to make maintenance request , and the list goes on . Some how though the apartment complex manger Stephanie stated that my sister was the only one on the lease , and I now can’t dicuss any further details with their staff or make contact with them . I asked multiple staff in the office how was it possible that we were never on the lease but was granted all kinds of privileges. I personally engaged with the staff on a daily bases and asked them to explain to me what was the issue and why am I reaching this road block now that we have leave . Not ONE staff in the office could answer that question for me . Matter of fact , the manger of the property and another staff hung up the phone on me . The lady Josyln also stated she gave my husband a paper joint lease but he was denied . I asked her can she send me the copy of the denied lease at least and she couldn’t answer my question . Which is strange because I (his wife) filled out the form , and turned in all the paper work, so i know for a fact , i was on the lease. I even went back to his call history from the day we moved in and he had not one call from the apartment complex . On the other hand , I had several calls made out the day I moved in about them fixing my air conditioning in my room , that I apparently never had access too . I’m in such disbelief that this complex would be so money hungry that they would screw us over , over a months worth of rent . Our lease is up in July . Another funny story , Eric told me that I could renew the lease and then if my husband get orders I could break the lease but strangely enough some how “I was never on the lease “. Last bit, the housing manger Stephanie stated the complex staff thought me and my sister was the same person , that’s why they allow me access . So all black people look the same . They are so unprofessional and unethical. All I asked was that they be adults and admit they were wrong . But another lesson learn . ( Get copies of everything )

Looking for my first apt and these look fantastic.The office staff was very friendly. The lady that helped me, Magen, was very kind and informative. Other places I had been too were rude, possibly because of my age.

Claudia was very helpful and available to accommodate my schedule constraints to visit the units available, which I was interested in seeing. Answered all questions and made everything smooth for me to move in. I will highly recommend reaching ou to her and visiting the Cortland community Town Center in Kingwood.

Claudia specifically helped me from the day I moved in until the day I moved out. She’s very professional & patient. Excellent customer service overall. Ask for Claudia! :) 10/10👍🏾

I was well pleased with the service provided. I had been having trouble with my garbage disposal. The problem was resolved in minutes and I was informed on how to prevent in from occurring in the future.

“Excellent” is the word that describes Town Center, both the attention of the leasing office and the maintenance service in all areas. The truth is, Cortland has a resident service policy that exceeds the expectations of those of us who live on its properties and far surpasses the competition. Keep it up!

I recently was bitten by a dog while on the premises of this community. The management team was disconnected and unbothered. Emails went without response, as I wanted to ensure that all necessary measures were taken, so this incident would not repeat itself. Not only were they unbothered, they said an incident report was created, and that was that, never once did I receive a copy. The complex has shut off water, leaving us without availability to cook or shower during a work week. The gate has been left open for days at at time, giving access to anyone driving by. There have been incidents of tenants being mugged while attempting to leave the premises or get into their apartments. When I asked if due to the dog bitting me, they would let me out of my lease, the response was disturbing, with a simple No, but you can give your sixty days and pay the termination fees If you are not looking out for the safety or your tenants and you do not care, why should I be subjected to reside at a complex where safety is not your number once concern. #cortlanddoesntcare.

Omar arrived very punctually to solve the problem I had with my AC and he fixed it very quickly. He was very helpful and he kindly explained to me in detail what process he went through to solve my situation.

This apartment complex is beautiful. Well maintained and very clean. The Assistant Manager was soo welcoming and helpful. When you walk in you instantly feel at home!

The apartment gym is unbearable during the summer. The inside temperature is always in the high 80s or even sometimes 90 degrees as shown in the image.

My refrigerator broke down after hours and I called and Jaime and Nino came and delivered me a new refrigerator and hooked it up even took my garbage out for me. They are the best!

Moving in was so easy with the help of AJ. She helped me with the whole process! Loving everything so far

NOTICE BEFORE YOU SIGN A CONTRACT!! I went through multiple management changes during my 3 years and when it came time to move out in 2016 their standard policy is to charge your account with multiple unsubstantiated charges. If you dont pay they report it to the credit bureaus as a charge off. BEWARE RENTERS!!! Theyre trying to find a way to pay for the upgrades to the facilities and if you negotiate with the property manager, the ownership - Cortland Partners - doesnt consider that valid and they send the account to collections. WHAT AN UNETHICAL WAY TO CONDUCT BUSINESS

AJ has been nothing but great since we’ve first moved in. We asked about a transferring process to transfer homes. She has gone above and beyond with assisting. Thank you AJ!

I’ve been getting lots of fees and violations regarding valet trash, which you do not have an option to opt out of. I’ve been charged multiple times ($25 each time) over things such as not tying trash bags properly. Getting very tired of all of the extra fees for miscellaneous issues. Will not be renewing.

Fantastic location offering competitive pricing. Best of all, is the service the front office provides, all the ladies were professional, and help easied the transition into apartment life.

Very accommodating and helpful. Staff really goes out of their way for us whenever they can. They also put on events monthly! Never had such an active apartment complex.

If youre looking for a place that is quite then this isnt the place for you. Its been complete noise since the flood, which I understand, but is it really necessary on the weekends? Its hard to get excited about relaxing on the weekend when all you have to look forward to is noise from the workers.

Not a safe place for the family and in general. In the middle of the night, theft of auto parts among apartments, theft of bicycles and other items from balconies. There is no security camera around the perimeter. I dont recommend it!

Living here is great. I love everyone in the front office. Destilynn, Majesty, Magen, and Stephanie are great to work with! Would recommend living here to everyone!
