I’ve had an amazing time living here! Christine, Rosa and Metra from the management office are always friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. The maintenance crew is top-notch—prompt and efficient when it comes to any issues or repairs. The apartment complex itself is peaceful and well-kept, with a really safe, welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal, close to everything I need, yet still quiet and serene. Overall, it’s a great community and I highly recommend it!
I love my apartment! And the staff is so sweet. Any maintenance issues reported generally get resolved right away. The courtyard has a little playground for the kiddies, and there is the occasional impromptu soccer game. Management hosts activities throughout the year for the residents.
Please ignore the good reviews, they are outdated and no longer accurate.Office staff is rude and unhelpful. Had a break-in and they didnt do anything about it. Maintenance takes forever. Trash is never removed and gets disgusting. It went downhill when the new management took over. Moving out was a nightmare. Dont move here! They sent me a note threatening to send me to collections for not paying the move out costs before even telling me how much I owe them.Edit to add: I have spoken to a manager and they just told me that I have an attitude problem when she was the one raising her voice to me and wouldnt let me finish a sentence. I never did receive an apology for why I was threatened with a collections call, just a bunch of excuses for why they never properly communicated with me in the first place.
I’ve been living here for 7 years now. Overall, I’ve had a good experience here and the complex is generally safe, maintenance is always punctual and the office staff are friendly and helpful.Pros:Maintenance always comes in a very timely manner, they do a great job. One of the maintenance guys has worked here since I moved in Fall of 2018.Office staff friendly and really try to accommodate your needs.Generally quiet neighborhood, not a lot of issues with my neighbors over the years.Never have a pest problem, this is a big plus for me.Pool area with grill, gym are nice!Cons:The upkeep of the building hallways has gone downhill. When IMT owned this complex, they pressure washed the hallways regularly. In 2024, the hallways got really disgusting from people’s trash but thankfully I have noticed the complex has started to pressure wash more frequently. Appreciate that!The gate is frequently broken because people continuously hit it with their cars and knock it off track. I had my license plates stolen off my car last year while the gate was broken & stayed open. Unfortunately it takes a while for the gate to be fixed. The gate clickers are also a never ending problem but this is only a small issue for me.Overall, I have loved living here. I wish that management would enforce their fines a bit more for trash being left out, tenants not keeping their living area clean, etc but overall - I have very few complaints & it has been a great place to live these past 7 years. Would recommend! Also, thanks to all the ladies in the office who have helped me with so many things over the years, appreciate you!
Kingwood Glen is an amazing place to call home. From the maintenance staff to the office staff everyone is so nice and helpful. I had a work order for my AC and they had it done same day - truly amazing living experience. Great pool, playground and dog park. Also love the location!!!
I’ve lived here about 6 months now and honestly so far I can say I have no complaints. I live on the 2nd floor and I never have any issues from my neighbors as far as noise is concerned. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the neighbors are nice, the community is always clean, and the office staff is great, always helpful and very informative especially Christine. Maintenance is pretty good as well, when I have an issue they usually are out to fix it in about 24hrs or first thing the next day. And I love the fact that I can pay my rent and put in maintenance request through the app it makes everything such a smooth and easy process. The only con I have is parking and with more people moving in it’s more and more scarce if you don’t work a regular 9-5 schedule, but I’m not sure if there’s really anything they can do about that I don’t even know where they would add extra parking if they could especially with it already being a gated community. But otherwise I have been very satisfied with my unit and the community.
I’m so glad I chose Kingwood Glen apartments, the staff was very welcoming and very patient with me. The entire staff was nice and helpful with every step of my move and before my move. I absolutely love my new apartment it’s big spacious and very clean. Best choice I made.
This is a my 1 year anniversary here and I this complex. I love the staff they are always willing to help. Since living here I have not one complaint. Maintenance is great and efficient, Nitra and Christine are always friendly and on point with everything. I would give 10 Stars if I could. Please come and be at home with Kingwood Glen, you won’t be disappointed!
Cant wait to move out of this place. I have had cockroaches since I moved in this apartment. We are very clean and my wife constantly cleans to try and prevent this. The appliances barely work. Two stove irons dont work. Multiple outlets dont work. It takes the dryer 2 or 3 times to dry. The dish washer doesnt work. The refrigerator was full of cockroaches when we moved in. This place is trash. I have bit my tongue about this place because I dont like doing this type of stuff but hopefully this can save someone from this place.
Metra, Christine and Rosa has been nothing but amazing. They have made my move so easy. They go above and beyond to help with maintenance issues. Victor is also great too. I looked at other properties but by far the best decision I have made.
I just want to say my stay at Kingwood glen has been amazing since moving in the representatives in the leasing office Christine , Metra , and Rosa all have helped me amazingly hands down the best apartment complex and experience I have ever had and this is not one of those the company asking someone to give 5 stars I did this on my own time. Thank you again Kingwood glen.
First off my husband had a 500 dollar tool set that was stolen from the matinence team. Secondly, Husband lived here for a few years with his brother, started charging 200 dollar water bills at the end of the lease after he said he was not renewing. They also started charging our friend that also lives there 200 dollars in water bills as well. They told my husband it was HIS fault for not reporting a non-existent leak soon enough (Which he did report a leak before and it got fixed they claimed it was a toilet.) Even though our friends were also getting charged the same amount and they didnt have a leak at all. Told him he was using 10,000 gallons of water a month, he reduced the amount he showered, he didnt use the dish washer and hand washed dishes, he reduced the amount of laundry he washed, our friends also did the same. And it continued to say he used 10k gallons. When the lease ended they wanted to charge him an additional 700-800 dollars because of the water situation AN ENTIRE 2 MONTHS AFTERWARDS AFTER HE MOVED OUT, they never sent him or his brother any notice of this payment, no emails, no calls, no texts, so my husband was unable to pay it because he was never informed, it dropped his credit score down 50 points. Husband went into the office (Thats never open by the way, the women that work there are either always on lunch or break.) and they kept blaming him and being rude, becoming very aggressive, yelling, and wouldnt tell him any other information other than it was his fault and he had to pay. There was a big water leak at the front of the apartment next to the trash area for months without getting fixed, we suspect they were trying to charge tenants that have high credit scores and income to pay it off for them. If you have a high credit score or high income DO NOT live here, report them to the proper authorities if they attempt to pull this on you. We now live in nicer apartments TOGETHER that inform us about matience issues, weather issues, office closures, and guess what we are paying just about the same amount for an apartment that is always open, is being fixed, and is informing us of any issues. And somehow we arent using 10,000 gallons of water. Ghetto apartments, ghetto women.
Trashy complex being managed by trashy people! Dirty stained hallways ! apartments haven’t been updated in years! Visitor parking is extremely limited and will have your visitors car towed for being over the line of a nonexistent parking space ! Everybody in the office is incompetent! This place is the ghetto of kingwood! DO NOT move here ! You WILL REGRET it !
If you love getting your stuff stolen and never having privacy this is the place for you. Had my car broken into and then my car stolen from the parking lot within the first 5 months of being here. Then they towed my rental car because they refused to give me another parking permit and made me go in every week to get a temporary one. The only problem is I work during the open office hours and at times when I had time to stop by no one was there. Also requested maintenance to call before entering and this was ignored multiple times to the point there was an instance where I had just gotten out of the shower and the maintenance guy was in my living room!!! The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors clearly and the dumpster is constantly overflowed with trash. Emailed about these problems and no one would respond. A/C also stopped working and it took 5 visits to fix over a 3-month time frame so imagine no cold air during the summer. No security at all, 90% of the time the gate was just open or your key for the gate wouldnt work. I mentioned that since I and multiple other residents had their cars/property stolen they should maybe think of getting cameras and they told me Houston police said we shouldnt and its not necessary. Could have just said your cheap cause the police are not going to tell you to not get cameras. The location is close to the freeway which makes it easier for people stealing things to get away so you would think that management would do everything they could to make sure the residents feel safe but they dont. Sent them 7+ emails about these privacy and security issues and they would never respond. The price and apartment itself are nice its just a shame the management doesnt care.
Just moved in 2 weeks ago but office staff extremely helpful and friendly. Project seems real quiet so far and few neighbors I have seen are very friendly. Great place to live so far

Front christine, Metra, and Rosa are so kind and considerate of our apartment needs...the maintenance staff victor, Hayden Ignacio and Logan are so good at maintaining our apartment and premises...any needs I have are taken care of promptly...because of these people it is a pleasure live here at kingwood glen.
I just arrived here but the attentiveness of the office staff has been unlike anything Ive experienced thus far. They made moving nearly seamless and have been helpful with any problems Ive had thus far.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I lived there for 2 years I believe and moved out 03/29/2024. It is now 08/02/2024, yet to receive our deposit back. All we’ve heard is excuse after excuse and enough is enough and called about 20 times since the 45 day process from the move out date. I never had issues when we lived there. Maintenance was great, we always paid our bills on time, never missed and now this is happening. So Rosa or whoever sees this in the front office yall have 1 week. If I or my husband don’t hear anything back before 08/09/2024 you will be hearing from our lawyer. {FORMER RESIDENT FROM 730}
I just renewed my lease for another year. I have no complaints, the folks at the front office are nice. Christine is always chipper and ready to help if you have any questions. Maintenance is quick and goes above and beyond. I was struggling to get a large bag up the stairs and one of the guys from maintenance offered to help carry it up the stairs since he was coming to fix something for me anyways. It was a small gesture but those are the kinds of details that make apartment living pleasant. My neighbors for the most part are lovely and fun to chat with. The area is safe and quiet. Not to mention they are one of the most affordable apartments in the area without compromising safety or aesthetic. 10/10 from me.
If you are looking for a safe and quiet home with respectful neighbors and helpful office staff, this is not the place for you. The walls are paper thin and you will hear everything your neighbors are up to at all times and vice versa, such as your neighbors early morning alarm as if it is your own bedroom. Nearly every afternoon and every night there would be a group of people who would bang on my doors and and windows loudly, and as a young woman who lives and works from home alone it was quite frightening. I notified office staff but did not receive any response or help. Any amazon package I had delivered was stolen from my door. I notified office staff but did not receive a response or any assistance. When I got packages delivered to the office instead, the office staff could not find them in their disorganized mess and told me they had nothing for me. Then would email me months later saying I need to come pick up the package from the office before they returned it to sender. At least they can bother to email for that? The gate is constantly broken it may as well not be there at all. The dumpster area was constantly overflowing with rotting and smelly garbage and disposed furniture. The water from all faucets smells terrible. There was a squirrel living in my wall for while, I called maintenance and they said they would come the next day, I never heard from them after that and the squirrel was still there loudly climbing through the wall for weeks. This one I did not mind as much I was mainly worried for the squirrel. There were SO. MANY. BUGS. In the apartment at all times, there are unlimited ways for them to get in at least on the first floor where I was. Mostly ants and spiders.During the move out process I was told I should receive my deposit and a refund for an overdraft of the final rent payment 3 weeks after my move out date. I reached out over a month after my move out date at this point to let them know I had not received it and asked for a tracking number via email. 2 days go by with no response so I send a follow up email, 2 more days and no response. I call in for the information and the lady says the assistant manager just left but would be back and she would call me. I wait 2 more days with no phone call. So I email again and finally I get a response from the assistant manager stating THEY messed up my address and my check was returned to sender. Meaning my check had been sitting there for a month while they had the correct address to send it to. They claim it had been resent that day but could not provide a tracking number… A week after this my lease mate visits the office to try to just get the tracking number in person. The manager had no idea what she was talking about and looks into the situation, low and behold there was no tracking number because the check had not been sent. Finally after threatening legal action and blowing up all forms of their communication, over 2 months after I moved out, they mailed my money.From trying to tour the apartment, living in the apartment and community, and trying to get out of there it was overall a sad and frustrating experience. And no one is going to help you. Yes, the location is great but it is not worth it. Value your peace and sign a lease elsewhere.
Ive been a resident for a month now. I’m very happy with the upkeep of the grounds, maintenance is very friendly and responsive! Office management is now responsive, and it’s a pleasure to converse with them when issues arise. Thanks for all you do!
I absolutely love it. The office staff are very professional and go over and beyond to do everything they can to assist you. The maintenance staff really came through for me in a timely manner to fix the ac, as we all know how hot it is here in Houston. So I really appreciate how quickly they fixed the problems and was very professional the entire process. I look forward to calling this place home.

I moved here a month ago. Cynthia was very helpful, and insightful during the whole process. I immediately felt very welcome. The location couldn’t be any more perfect.. it’s on a very quiet street, and the community is quiet. The neighbors are all very warm, and welcoming. The apartment home itself is very spacious. High ceilings. And Victor in Maintenance is fantastic. If there are any issues, he gets them resolved. This is my first time living in an apartment, and I made the right decision by choosing IMT Kingwood
Christina made my transition from Florida to TX very smooth sailing. She communicated with me and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and I love the homey feel to it. I’m thankful and happy that I made the decision to live at Kingwood Glen
We have been here for over a year and have no complaints whatsoever. Great staff from the office to maintenance. The apartments are very comfy and clean. Any maintenance issues are quickly resolved either same day or very next day. Natalia is really amazing, very knowledgeable and always, always greets you with a smile and has a very positive attitude. We are very happy with our decision to move to IMT Kingwood.
My husband, son and I love living here!! The staff is always helpful and kind. Brittany and Victor are awesome! They go out of there way to say hello and are always smiling. After living at Discovery at Kingwood we were skeptical that any apartment community would feel like home. However, IMT is a great place to live and is very family friendly. We would recommend this community hands down over any apartment complex in the area.
Been living here for 7 months. So far so good. The water sometimes smells bad but over all my apartment is great. I have a great location close to my job and rent is decent. My apartment hasn’t needed so much maintenance so far, but when it has needed repairs the maintenance staff is great. Nataliea is so sweet & always seems to do her job with a smile. Saw her painting the mailbox’s today and it looks so much better now, they looked pretty gross before. The community is always well kept. I recommend this place!
Stayed here for a year. Best apartment Ive ever stayed in by a mile. The staff went above and beyond to recognize their tenants and meet their need. The apartments are always very clean. The prices are good.There are 3 things holding it back from being perfect: 1. The parking can get pretty bad at times. Ive had to park halfway across the property at some points. 2. The workout machines break often. Theres usually at least one treadmill out of service at any given time. 3. The office does not take moderately large packages. Im not sure what the exact policy is but several times they would not take packages that could easily fit in the trunk of my small car.Overall, it has been a very pleasant experience and I would live there again if I could.
This place is friendly till it’s time for your deposit back or when your vehicle gets broken into twice, even in front of their very own office. In cases of theft, they’ll gladly offer u an opportunity to make expensive monthly payments for a very small/ tight garage or carport where theft will easily happen again due to the gate consistently being broken. It’s only a matter of time. No cameras on site so best of luck for ANY support from them . As long as that rent is coming through, theft is considered a personal problem. Living there for a year, rent increased $300 for the same patched over, poorly replastered, apartment. Parking. Since it’s not possible to never leave home, there’ll always be times u may have to park outside the gate or on the street in order to get a space. For the amount of money required, it would’ve been nice knowing working late won’t disqualify u from parking near your unit. But it does. Visitors park were they please. This is a daily reoccurring thing so be prepared to walk or cough up more money. And even then it’s no guarantee your paid space will be close to your unit. Washer & dryer malfunctioned once a month like clockwork. Maintenance will walk in unannounced since they have a key so don’t get caught slipping with the security lock unlocked because they will barge in. But location was good so. Above all else you’ll have to be really good at ignoring situations & unfortunate “casualties “ as they call it, to truly enjoy your stay here. Don’t forget to insure yourself by taking good pictures prior to moving out to avoid losing your entire deposit. Since they are recycled units, wouldn’t want them to take deposit for something a previous tenant did or what maintenance feels entitled to. There is no price list for them to come in & “clean” or patch up wall holes you’ve already patched. It’s your word against there’s. Take good pictures
Love the home feeling about Kingwood Glenn Apartments. Everyone I have met so far, been here a little over a month, is open and friendly..including the office staff. I chose this apartment complex specifically because of the office staff after visiting about 30 apartment complexes in the Kingwood/Humble/Woodlands areas. Take a look if you are looking for an apartment home, it is worth the look.
P.S. I initially gave 3 stars due to the below mentioned problems but I’m giving them 4 now because they try their best and the staff is the best along with the maintainable. KudosHappy to be here at kingwood glen.The front office staff ( Rosa, Chametra, Denise and now Christina) are awesome and very welcoming professional and quick in addressing all issues. They deserve 5 stars.In terms of apartment maintenance staff they are also pretty quick and address the issues promptly.I only have 2 issues.1. For more than half of the year one of the entrance gates does not work.2. The garbage disposal area is again for the most part of the year not working and thus the whole part of the complex near garbage area stinks and it is quite disgusting.These have been ongoing issues for more than year now and For some reason the management has been unable to address them. That gate and garbage disposal only works for a week and then for some reason gets damaged and is not repaired for a few months and the circle continues.If some definitive measures are taken to address these issues then this complex deserve more stars but not at the moment.
I am a current resident, and I truly could not be happier here! When we were looking for an apartment, we looked at many complexes, and as soon as we walked into this one, we knew it was home! Brittany was amazingly helpful in helping us find the perfect home for our little family (my girlfriend and our pups), and she has continued to be wonderful even after our move in! I can assure you that you get even more than you see when you move in here. The staff is fantastic, the grounds are lovely and well-kept, and it is very quiet! This complex is more of a community rather than your typical complex. We will live here for many years to come! We LOVE IMT!
Ok so i am a current resident since late August. when i signed the lease, the agent asked me to make a review. i said sure because they were nice and professional. However i make the decision to take my time and make this review now is because i wanted to be more responsible to who read my review since i lived here for almost half year.so far i have no issues at all in the apartment including neighbor, maintenance. i read some of the resident mention about the parking here, if you scale it, 9 of the 10 times you will have the spot in front of your apartment building. no bug issue, no roaches no rat, of course we clean every day. residents here are qualified people. my neighbor got a package and UPS left at the door for 5 days no one stole it until they came back. these are just what i feel and this apartment worth me spending the time to make a detail review for people want stay here with IMT Kingwood. and i need to thank Itza as my contact agent and Cynthia.
Maintenance staff is very prompt and friendly. Victor and Natalia came to work on my unit today and they are awesome. Victor has come to my unit twice this month and as always he is very friendly and professional. He always keeps me informed on exactly what is going on. Natalia is so sweet. She always greets me and my family with a big smile wherever we see her. They are both so helpful!!!
I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but after having bud luck with other apartments, I am so grateful. Brittany from IMT made me feel at home and welcome whenever I came to the property. She took time to show me around and answered all my questions. She wasnt pushy at all and I really appreciated that. Brittany and the staff at IMT are doing a great job and I cant wait to move in!
I have been here for a year and a half and only have positive things to say.The office staff is very helpful and super friendly. If you have issues they are quick to help you find solutions. They also are always on the ball of notifying you of whats happening around the complex.The maitenence team rocks. They go above and beyond to help you out as soon as possible. They have also helped me out outside of my apartment needs. Being a single female, I cant count the number of times they have helped me to haul things to and from my apartment without me even asking.Paying rent is super simple and convenient as you can now pay online.Rent is competitive.Things get resolved if you bring concerns to their attention.I am a teacher and left for two months to go back to see family and friends in MN during the summer, and I was very confident my apartment would be in safe hands. Came back to no issues.I cant imagine a better or safer place out there to rent from.
Lived here for 5-6 years until we bought a home. Higher than other apartments in Kingwood, but well worth it. Great staff & helpful maintenance crew. Very friendly and always responsive. Apartments are also detailed and spacious. No complaints here.
I had issues and needed repairs in my apartment. Maintenance personnel acting quickly and came to my apartment. The female employee did an amazing job. She went above and beyond. She completed the necessary repairs and also cleaned the top of my microwave and other minor details. She was very enthusiastic and proud of her job. I can tell IMT not only cares about their residents but their employees as well. Thank you guys for all your hard work.
I have been a resident at multiple apartment complexes over the last 8 years and I have come to realize that your experience is 100% defined by 2 things: 1.) Your interactions with the office staff and 2.) The quality of the maintenance crew. I can honestly say that Sudina (along with the Brittany and Rosa) have helped to make my time at IMT good. However, it has been the maintenance crew that has truly made the biggest difference in shaping my stay at IMT. Mr. Victor is quite possibly the most caring and friendly person I have ever met and I have personally witnessed him working into the late hours of the night to ensure that anything that needs to be worked on is fixed as quickly as possible. He never fails to stop to say hello and make sure there isnt anything he can do to help you out.
Since I moved here I have loved the place but there have been a series of problems that have not been solved since my arrival, Mr. Victor De Leon has been very kind and Sudina, Rosa and Brittany too. But since I got there the toilet in the main bathroom has been detached because the bridle that joins the floor is broken and I have almost a year and has not yet been repaired, I have stated more than 5 times about a problem of small cockroaches in the apartment that were there since our arrival, the pest control service has gone but they have only sprayed a spray that does not finish solving the problem, apart from that I bought traps for insects but nothing has been effective. Im really about to move there and Im sorry that having such a comfortable complex, even have these problems for maintenance, I think it is the priority for residents to be comfortable in their homes.
I recently moved to IMT and had a great experience during the process. The staff is very professional and always answering all the questions I have. They are very helpful and always greeting people with a smile on their face. My special thanks to Rosa who made me feel so welcomed to the facility from the day of the tour. In addition, she handled all the documentation appropriately. The place in general is well maintained.
Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and I love it!! The apartments are great for the price and some of the best Kingwood has to offer. They have a cute little dog park for your furbabies to get out and play in too! The office staff is incredible! Sudina is absolutely wonderful and always helpful! She cares about all of the residents and it shows! Moving here and being 10 hours away from my family was difficult for me, but the IMT Kingwood community has made me feel like Im right at home and part of a new family!
I have lived here for 1.5 years and in the past 9 months I have received three notices of break ins or suspicious people on the property. This morning my car was also broken into and when I asked what IMT was doing to prevent this from happening again their response was During the summer, petty crime picks up everywhere and we advise everyone to be their own advocate. This is very unfortunate as the apartments are above market rate, are in a relatively low crime zone, and are gated to prevent this from happening. The very least that could be done is to have a police officer patrol the area a few times a night as they do in many many other complexes.In addition to unsecured properties, the maintenance team is great, but the management team instructing them is awful. We have seen four different maintenance men for the same issue of our A/C shutting off due to a drainage system malfunction. Two of them have advised they would tell the office the offending piece needs to be replaced, but instead they have never replaced it and only keep repairing it every month and a half. Typically it takes half a day or more to have someone come look at the AC unit. Many times they have not come on their scheduled day and our animals have been left to sit in a hot apartment complex all day, locked in a kennel.It is very disappointing to live in a luxury apartment complex and to have such basic issues ignored like maintenance and security. You can pay your bills with a handy kiosk and they have a free coffee bar, but you cant trust your belongings to be safe or for you to have basic amenities like air conditioning in august.
The office girls are so sweet, and I really do enjoy working with them. But, they are on the third manager since we have lived here in one year and 4 months.Cons:Our neighbors are extremely loud, and disrespectful, they throw parties all the time. They jumped so hard one time they knocked a sconce off of our wall and it fell and damaged our brand new dresser. We have filed numerous complaints, taken every appropriate measure, and nothing has been done. We begged to get out of our lease but the new manager said no because if we move out whoever moves in will have to deal with the noise.Pool gets closed for maintenance quite a bit, and sometimes with no notification.Parking is hit and miss, sometimes you have to park on the main road and walk to the apartment complex.Not zoned for Kingwood schools, we see kids getting dropped off after school as late as 5 pm.Pros:The apartments are very cute.maintenance is generally very quick to fix things.Great location, convenient to the highway, grocery, shopping and restaurantsIf you resign your lease, they will clean your carpets for freeOverall, we have loved it here. the reason im only giving it one star, is because people need to be aware that with the constant change in managers, there seems to be no way they can appropriately handle noise violations when they are a repetitive problem. Again, the girls in the office are WONDERFUL, they are so friendly, and helpful, but they can only do so much, because they are not the manager.
Ive lived at IMT for three years and dont plan on moving until I buy a house. The location and community cannot be beat. Ive heard people complain about parking, but Ive paid for a covered spot since I moved in and only had to tow two cars that were in my space. The leasing office is extremely helpful and knows all residents quite well. I can go in and say Im picking up a package, and they know my apartment number almost every time. Sudina has been my leasing agent for the past three years, and her customer service is top notch. Brittany and Rosa are also wonderful with addressing any issues or concerns residents may have. The leasing office is always spotless, and management was ideal with keeping constant communication with residents during Harvey. This was far better than what my friends had to deal with at their complexes.The only slight issue I have is they leave notices in the apartment doors instead of emailing residents of upcoming inspections or maintenance procedures. It makes me pretty uneasy because you know whos home and who isnt when they do that (especially when youre out of town for several days or work 8-5 and then have after-work plans). I also wish they would upgrade to granite countertops. Other complexes with granite countertops are in the same price range as IMT.Overall, I wouldnt let the two minor things mentioned keep me from moving in here. My floor definitely looks out for each other, and everyone Ive met in the complex is friendly. The community is full of families and kids that constantly interact with each other, and I love it.
I scheduled an 10:30 AM tour here in advance online. In the notes for my appointment scheduling I made it clear that I was on a very tight timeline to move & looking for something that was immediately available or that would be before the month’s end. I received confirmation for the appointment and even follow up emails from a leasing agent by the name of “Lea” (although, I’m not sure this was a real person, I kept being asked the same questions & receiving the same sentences so I think it was a bot). At any rate, I woke up very early on a Saturday to drive all the way to this complex (I currently live near Downtown Houston). When I arrived, the leasing agent who was there greeted me by my name (which was a clear indication that she knew I was coming & was expecting me). Needless to say, I was then told that the soonest that I’d probably be able to get into a unit would be the 2nd of the following month (and I was ok with that because I knew that my timeline was very limiting). But then she proceeded to say that there were only 2 units available for that timeline and then said that 2 people had already applied for the 2 units but their applications were still pending (as if that would make me interested). Why would anyone apply to an apartment that already has a pending application? That means it’s not actually available & would be a waste of money on application and admin fees for me. Anyway, I asked if there was anything that I could view and was told that there wasn’t. The whole interaction and experience was very frustrating, deceitful, inconsiderate, & trifling. They knew they didn’t have anything available & they knew I was coming to view an apartment (because why else would I schedule an IN PERSON tour). They didn’t even have the common decency to reach out when I scheduled the tour (because my phone number and email address were both on the tour appointment info) and let me know that they don’t have anything that fits the timeline that I’m looking for and that they don’t have any apartments to show me. Instead, they allowed me to wake up early on a Saturday and drive 35+ miles to their property only to waste my time, gas, & energy. If I could give 0 stars, I would because this interaction already told me everything I need to know about the property, people working in the leasing office, & how future residents may be treated (which only makes the imagination of how actual tenants are probably treated worse).
The worst renting experience ever I had:1. Two apartments in my building got break in last summer. Residents changed quickly its the 3rd or 4th family in my left apartment I saw in a year, the 3rd family my next door.2. The insurance they provides you, they will tell you it covers everything. However, it only covers flood and fire. When got break in and have property loss, you got zero penny.3. The manager always want to make money from residents. She will provides you some discount and call you again and again try to persuade you to do renew. However when you decide to do it and sign, they changed their mind and made another plan so to make more money from you for their best benefits. The offer is changed again and again, and they told you this morning the apartment is rent out, then this afternoon sorry it was wrong information please do the renew asap. This made us very uncomfortable we are all so busy have no time to deal with your tricks.The Pros:The maintenance people here are good. Keep the landscaping well and quickly response to maintenance issues.The payment system is convenient you can pay online.
Uncaring Staff. Had my car stolen here after 2 years of residency and then they towed my rental 2x charging me an extra $550. Simply because I did not understand the need for a temp tag and the 1 week duration of the temp tag. Merry Christmas.
I stayed at IMT Kingwood last year and I want to say I had a great experience. Sudina, Brittany, and Rosa were very helpful and friendly, never had an issue with the staff. The apartment itself was very nice! The appliances were great and the restrooms were well sized! It truly was a place I could call home for a year! If I ever find myself having to live in that area of town again I definitely would go back to IMT Kingwood! Thanks Sudina for everything!
I havent lived here yet (application still processing), but just wanted to take a second to acknowledge how helpful, professional and nice Chrametra has been throughout this entire process. Were moving from out of state and honestly chose this place over others because of how helpful and accommodating she has been working with us. There were lots of other good options, but I definitely look forward to living somewhere where the management and staff show they have your best interest in mind as a tenant. Shes really gone above and beyond, and whether we live here or not she deserves to be acknowledged. People spend so much time writing reviews to complain, but I think its just as important to take a moment to give someone credit or gratitude where its deserved. Thanks Chrametra for all you do! Cynthia assisted me with moving into this community. The first time we chatted via phone, it was welcoming and informative on the amenities and the surrounding areas of the complex. Her customer service was exceptional and I would strongly encourage prospective residents to meet with her. The property itself is clean and has nice residents that will always meet and greet you with a smile.
I have been here almost two years and I can say moving here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I do plan on moving only because of the rate increase but the staff is amazing. I have had consistent issues with my air conditioner since I got here but Victor fixed the problem and they even gave me free movie tickets for my trouble. Brittany is really awesome and so are the other staff. The residents are quiet, helpful and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend IMT kingwood.
Sudina works in the front office and has always been amazing to my family. She greets us with a smile every time and always handles our requests promptly and professionally. She is super sweet to my kids and always makes us feel welcomed even when she is extremely busy.This has been a great place to live! The office staff is friendly and maintenance is quick and responsive to our needs. The complex is pet friendly, and the playground is great for kids and open enough to play field games. They have a nice gym and game room with free wifi and the property is well kept.
I have enjoyed my stay at Kingwood. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facility are well kept. The maintenance man Victor is awesome, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would recommend you stay here but I will tell you that people picking up after their pets can be an issue and if your apartment backs up to 494 just know a train goes by several times a day and since I have kept my windows open all winter and this gorgeous spring it can be quite loud.
Place is TRASH. I referred someone to here because when I visit they were nice however the Staff is trash. They tell you one thing then when it’s time to move they tell you on your move in date you don’t have this this and that. Then say you can use your passport but when you get approve you have to have an id. But this was NOT told to her before she got approved. She was suppose to move by the 5th it’s now the 6.
Clean, maintained, and a bargain. Apartments are well designed and the complex is secure and peaceful. Staff is always available and friendly, a huge shoutout to Sudina for getting us in quickly to our first apartment! It was painless and they treated us like model tenants, even though I clogged their mail room with incessant packages. Much love to Brittney and Rosa to always keeping us in the loop!Seriously, you cant find a more reasonable apartment in such great condition with great neighbors.PS: Please, tow that Green early 2000s Accord in guest parking that hasnt moved for a year!
Ive lived here for almost three years and recently moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. The process was smooth and easy, they clearly explained everything and answered all my questions I had. When I finally got the keys for the two bedroom, it had been cleaned very well. They definitely took the time to do the detail cleaning. I was impressed.

Absolutely love the maintenance staff. I recently had a problem with my disposal not working. I didnt notice until I ran the dishwasher and water backed up. As I was going out of town for the weekend, I sent a request for maintenance. When I came home the next evening, not only did maintenance (Victor) fix the disposal, but actually ran the dishwasher again to make sure the dishes were clean. This is top notch customer service. Any issue I have ever had was fixed quickly and right. Best maintenance staff ever!!!!
I lived here for a year and while the apartment itself is decent, the noise levels are beyond. From the hallways to the surrounding neighbors it became unbearable. The manager will gaslight you into thinking youre the problem when you repeatedly come to them to resolve the issue.During my time the gate code never worked and even after requesting it to be fixed it still never worked. The closer I got to leaving the more I noticed more shady characters appearing at night.Vehicle vandalism happens at many apartment complexes but I saw an incident firsthand. The maintenance staff was very prompt and good about resolving issues and some of the office staff were very helpful, but great staff cant change bad insulation and anyone from getting past a gate.Maybe my experience was not like others but if youre looking to live here, use caution.
Pros: excellent floor-plans, lots of square footage, decent price, good maintenance team, location & access to highway, quiet and peaceful neighbors, friendly & helpful office personnel.Cons: nearby train is very loud, sub-par workout room, some residents do not clean up after their pets.I consider these apartments to be the best bang for your buck in this area. When I came to look at these apartments I was greeted by leasing consultant Brittany Carroll who showed me around the property and was extremely helpful throughout the entire leasing process. I would recommend anyone in the area looking for an apartment to check out IMT.

My first experience in an apartment complex and it was great! The staff was always welcoming in the front office and very helpful. The leasing agent, Cynthia was especially amazing. Maintenance was quick and efficient.
I meant to post this review earlier, last Saturday morning (10/5/19) my AC stopped working and I needed to leave the apartment before the leasing office opened at 10 AM. I was worried maintenance would come in while I was out of the apartment and I needed to make arrangements for my dog. So I called and left a message with the after hours answering service. And just a few minutes after calling I got a call back from Victor who was very reassuring and helpful on the phone. He came in way before his work hours that Saturday and was fast, personable, professional and very kind. I can’t commend him enough for coming in on such short notice on a weekend when he wasn’t even on the clock yet. Victor is the best!!

We have lived here f or several years and I must say that maintenance has been just outstanding! Victor in particular, always does a great job and is always johnny on the Spot if needed. He also does a great job of explaining what he is doing and for me thats another good attribute. All in all ,its really nice and a relief to know that a community as large as IMT Kingwood has a maintenance that is reliable and friendly!!! Thank you IMT Kingwood!!!
Denise was so fast to respond to all of my e-mails with questions. She knew everything I asked about the property, and she was willing to meet with meto show me an apartment with just a moments notice. This is a great complex that feels safe and inviting.
If Sudina or Sudena? Had the pleasure of leasing two apartments from yall. 914 and 517 that was almost 6 years ago she was very nice. They changed names since then. I may come back again. I went back today and it felt like home.
We moved here January 31st of 2017. We are in our 3rd lease term. At first things were great. Over the past year and a half things have worsened since management changes, company buy outs have occurred, and particularly since we have switched to the first floor of a different building 8 months ago. We have had nothing but issues. Complaints being made on us about noise in particular that sometimes are our kids, and other times have been completely false. The office manager and personnel seems to just take anyones word for it when they report anything and issue lease violations without any actual evidence of anything happening. Apparently anyone can complain on anyone and be taken seriously without any proof and the office manager will say they wont be renewing your lease. Shocking especially when you try to keep to yourself, always pay rent on time, and have small toddlers and a newborn. She also makes comments saying due to the amount of children we have living with us we may have outgrown our apartment anyway. We have 3 children who live here in our 2 bedroom apartment. The legal limit is 2 per bedroom plus one more. 5 people for a 2 bedroom. We are now 5 people living here since our newborn was born. Even more disturbing is that no notice was given to us yet. My husband was just ambushed with this information while attempting to use the computer in the office area. Our lease ends in 108 days... When were they planning to tell us? 60 days in advance like we are required to give them? When my husband informed the office manager that there is no proof of any of these noise allegations other than others word she basically just brushed it off and said there was nothing she could do and us paying rent on time didnt matter. Also, when he informed her that 3.5 months is hardly enough time to relocate with small children. Doable sure but not ideal she said she wishes us the best and it should be enough time. This is just ridiculous the way things are run here. Needless to say we are taking this up with corporate. We have emailed the office staff and manager about these claims of noise before and were never emailed back. They basically just assume any complaint made is valid and file lease violations that you cannot appeal. Residents finding parking has become an ongoing issue as well. We have also had our car vandalized here and nothing was done about it. Rearview window broke out. It appeared like it was shot out possibly with a bb-gun. The office staff tries to make light of situations like that and not inform all residents of break ins, vandalism, nor do they offer any security. At most the will send emails reminding residents to stay safe and lock car doors when car break ins happen. They did not do that after our window was broken though. There are also no cameras so that anything can be seen when situations like these happen. Residents are simply told to make police reports and thats it. We have also had maintenance improperly fix our dryer to the point where it became a fire hazard. A new dryer was provided only after my husband inspected the fixed dryer and discovered the terrible job they did on the heating element. Instead of using the proper clips for the prongs the maintenance personnel instead wrapped the naked wiring around the prongs. This is a shock and fire hazard and caused the wiring to melt itself to the heating element. Weve had several issues with delayed maintenance. The dryer situation mentioned took several calls and attempts to be fixed and then that dangerous situation occurred. There have been countless other issues as well. Just too many too continue to list here. We have heard from several other current residents and former residents about their own less than positive experiences from living here as well. It has definitely driven people to leave and to be quite honest I can see why. We personally havent felt like this was our home in the past year and a half. Our family has and do feel unwelcome here as a direct result of the ongoings Ive listed above.
Ladies on the front desk are really amazingWorking staff is superb, fast and amazing group of people.If we ever need something done it gets done fast. Very happy here. Management and staff make the experience and these people are absolutely killing it.
Weve been here 6 months, yes the appts are beautiful a couple of the ladies are very nice and professional. They are quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests.Unfortunately, having your vehicle broken into TWICE in 6 months should warrant a bit of empathy from managment instead of well what did he have in the truck. Sure it happens everywhere but an added measure of attempted security goes a long way. This happened AGAIN last night along with two others trucks.Property owners should be notified so they can try to help create some of added security plan.Disappointed tenant
At this time my wife and I am not a current resident at the complex, but IMT Kingwood is at the top of our list, our current lease at Town Center Kingwood will expire in October and we have already decided not to resign.The first time I visited IMT I had the pleasure of visiting with Sudina she was great to work with she treated me with respect, she took the time to answer all of my questions even though she knew it would be October before we could move. I really felt like she wanted me and my wife to live at the complex. My wife couldn’t go with me the first time I visited the complex so we took the time to stop by so she could see what I raving about, Sudina was off that Saturday so we had another young lady visit with us (I am sorry I do not remember her name) but she was just as helpful as Sudina was. What was so surprising she even remembered me.My wife and was amazed our beautiful and well taken care of the landscaping is, the pool is very nice, I really like the fitness center and the pool table room. We both fell in love with 886 Sq Ft apartment that has the sunroom.We are really hoping when it is time for us to move there is an 886 Sq Ft apartment on the first floor available. It is a few months before we can move but we are really excited.
EVERYTHING THAT LOOKS GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE IS NOT ALWAYS WHAT YOU GET ON THE INSIDE is the perfect way to describe this community. Upon moving in I was helped by Rosa, very sweet & down to earth agent. The apartment seem to be so nice, good price for the amount of space. Everything in the apartment stays broken. I was lied to by the community manager about my A/C unit being replaced after contacting corporate on several different occasions, yet the unit consistently keep breaking. For example Friday it was broken now Tuesday morning at 2:30 am its broken again. The customer service here is extremely pitiful. Recently, since Ive complained theyve managed to put a partying and annoying neighbor above me, (several), take forever to respond IF and when they do to any request, and are good trying to cover up facts. Not to mention, they dont care if your children dont have air, they left me and my 3 children without air for 4DAYS when it was scorching HOT outside. I could go on and on about issues... From washer and dryer, husbands car being towed due to girls in from office being miseducated about parking stickers $350 tow, lies they feed and so on...I will not even give IMT A STAR because it is not deserved. I encourage everyone who views this hellhole to simply look the other way because living here is the definition of living a nightmare. Pretty on the outside but, hell on the inside. Run Away!!
We have been living at IMT Kingwood since November and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff is so helpful and friendly and the maintenance guys are as well! Always plenty of parking, the location is perfect, and the overall appearance of the complex is always well kept. Sadly we will be moving due to my roommate and I going our seperate ways, but I would definitely recommend IMT Kingwood to anyone!
It isn’t much of a gated community when the gates don’t work.Apartment breezeways are often dirty, especially after the storms we had.
Their staff is always so friendly and helpful and the maintenance team is great here, very responsive and prompt. I specifically want to S/O to Natalia, super friendly and beyond sweet, quick to fix whatever it is, keep up the great work! In general great community, love it here!
IMT Kingwood has a great staff! We had a maintenance request this week and Natalia came the very next day. She was very friendly and was able to fix our issue. We love living here!
My roommate and I moved from California and Ohio to IMT kingwood for work. We were looking for a place that met our high expectations and IMT did just that. The grounds are immaculate, our apartment is everything we could have ever wanted and the leasing office girls are great! Specifically Sudina! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order so that we could move in. Our situation was somewhat hectic since we were moving halfway across the country, but she worked with us and was so gracious. We truly appreciate everything that she did for us. We are both very happy with or new home.
The community here that they portray is truly a beautiful, comfy experience. Everyone here is so friendly and the landscape really blows my mind everyday!
I was a resident at this complex for 4 yrs. When Kristy took over the property , things exceedingly went down hill. And I did not resign my lease. The rudest property manager Ive ever had to deal with. Unprofessional, inconsiderate , treats residents poorly.Maintenance is such a hassle! Its difficult to get anyone on the phone. The office will not answer or leave you on hold. Kristy does not allow you to speak and explain whats going on.I too was suspicious about the discoloration and smell of the water in my apt unit. Kristy spoke with me and assured the problem was isolated to my building due to switching out a water heater at the time.Water discoloration continued! I cannot imagine a bathtub full of completely brown water, hopefully there are not any kids effected.Luckily I was at the end of my lease and did not resign.It was the worse experience dealing with IMT property management. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Ive decided to move in! I met Sudina at your office, and she was really helpful. Im the kind of person who can be very picky and very serious about little details. Sudina was very patient and listened to everything I had in mind for my new place; I needed a two-bedrooms apartment and a quiet surrounding was a big priority for me. Sudina was very kind and easy-to-talk-to, she helped me narrow down my options. And God, she was really convincing! I loved IMT kingwoods landscape, the quiet around; the apartment is spacious enough, the lighting is good! So yes Im moving!
I inquired about the apartments and Lea refused to give me any information but the starting price like if people would just come and rent a new apartment without knowing anything else but the starting price and not knowing how the apartment looks, measurements, which one of all the floor plans is available or any further details. She’s very lazy, absurd and unprofessional.
I have lived in this apartment for two years. On my second year I had some complain about people smoking inside their apartment and the smoke was coming into my bedroom. I reported several time that this is not healthy for my family. They said we understand it is causing health issue but we dont have any rules to stop people from smoking inside the apartment and the management didnt know how to help. I complained multiple times untill I give up and decided to move out. I was very disappoint with their response like you could tell they didnt care when speaking to their management.
I love this place. The ladies at the leasing office (Sudina, Rosa, and Brittany) are absolutely wonderful and willing to go extra mile to help you. Ive lived here for ~3 years, the surrounding area is clean, Im glad they keep your packages when youre not home to receive it, and the maintenance guys are dependable & nice. They get 5 stars from me 😊
I stayed here for 1.5 years. In this time break-in occurred in my house not once but twice. Both the times on Friday afternoon and in the month of October. The second time, other 3 apartments in the neighboring building also had break-ins within 2-3 days. The apartment door locks are very flimsy and anyone can just kick it open.Due to these constant events, the apartment authorities just conducted safety meeting which was not really helpful. I initially moved to this apartment by checking reviews of least break-ins although it was costly.IMT should really take some efforts to make this property safe as it should be the first priority to provide secure environment to people .Overall apartment is in good condition.
I have resided at IMT Kingwood for over three years. In my time here I have had the pleasure of meeting the IMT office staff as well as the maintenance crew, Victor in particular, all of whom are efficient and personable. There is NO apology from the office, just an Oh well.The office claims it doesnt have the budget to install security cameras. With a few hundred apartments of which the majority pay well over a thousand dollars monthly....they Cant afford security cameras?So you pay an extra $100 monthly to have your vehicles secure in a garage...and unscrupulous thieves still just help themselves.Perhaps management needs to be more vigilant regarding background checks in theirpursuit of acquiring100 percent occupancy.
The apartments are beautiful on the inside and the complex is always clean and kept up with. Sudina is the BEST! She helped me with getting moved in and she always so friendly when I come in to the office and actually remembers and knows who I am.
Probably the worst experience of apartment living Ive experienced. Ive been here for 2 years with no issues till a pipe busts and floods half my apartment. Contractors left molded sheetrock and covered it back up, didnt remove ceiling sheetrock where water leaked through only planted over the stains. No help from the office or management whatsoever. Theres still mold inside the walls and wet insulation where they neglected to repair the water damaged areas. Break on rent? No. Relocating to a separate apartment? 978$. One of the worst renter policies in place.
Love living here. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are very quick to respond to any requests or maintenance. I just had a simple request and Natalia & Orlando just came and fixed it right up within 24 hours. So grateful!
When describing a great employee, Victor is among the name that comes to my mind. Victor is a dedicated employee of the IMT apartments. I have been living here for some years now and have had great experiences with Victor. He is the lead maintenance and carries his title well.
EDIT - I was recently told Why would you want to continue to live here if you left us a bad review? when I tried to move into a not-so-worn-down two bedroom apartment thats further away from cross-streets. Crazy!I have lived here for nearly a year now in two different apartments and will post a completely honest review.First, neither apartment that I moved into was ready on move in date. Sloppy paint jobs on the trim, lights that dont work, washer and dryers that do not do their job with an appropriately sized load, and when vacuuming the second apartment that I moved into I collected about 2.5 dyson pet vacuum loads of animal hair from the fresh and clean carpet.Second, parking is a nightmare. Parking is handled on a permit basis where only one permit is granted to an owner. My only option is to park my additional car in the EXTREMELY limited visitor parking (or on the street) and even then, it will be flagged after a period of time to be towed. The towing is HEAVILY enforced and the office does not coordinate appropriately to make sure that residents do not get towed. At least 4 people from my building alone have been falsely towed (with permit). A previous tenant of mine purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, experienced that ALL visitor parking was full, and was not comfortable with parking a new car on the street. She left a note IN HER WINDSHIELD saying she was a resident, put the apartment number, put a phone number, and stated that she couldnt get a permit because the office was closed for the evening and got towed THAT NIGHT. Not only that, but the tow truck company will harass you if you approach them and ask who they are. They do not wear a uniform, they do not have business cards, and they do not treat anyone with respect. I approached a member of the tow truck company to ask who he was when I noticed he was looking INTO cars in PERMIT spots and was told to leave him alone because I was harassing him after he could show no proof that he worked for a tow truck company. How am I supposed to know he is not a thief? The office shrugged off the issue.Third, there are a TON of small and minor rules that are completely disruptive of normal life or poorly enforced. This gated community has strangers and guests constantly entering and driving through - the gate only serves as an inconvenience when it doesnt work and keeps nobody out, except UPS who refuses to deliver to your porch but instead delivers to the front office (or, my favorite, not at all because they cant get in). I have lost several packages through the mass-dump that UPS or fedex does at the front office instead of the office enforcing that the packages are dropped off where they should be (doorstep, even when requesting through UPS).The office is not open on Sunday and their after-work hours are generally limited. At one point they tried to close even earlier, but quickly changed back to being open until 6pm. As such, the office serves as a business operation that caters to new residents much more than it caters to existing residents.If not all of this was enough, youll also be living on the same road as the Harley Davidson store where, at the peak of your greatest slumber, someone will jump on 494 and race their motorcycle to their existential midlife crisis blaring the sound of their people. There have been several car accidents at 494/northpines since I have lived there and I believe 494 is some sort of low-iq based racetrack. Everyone and their mom takes loud cars outside the apartment on this stretch and races. Its a pretty constant thing, even if you can put up with the train tracks right next to 494 as well.The only redeeming value from this apartment is that the office staff (Brittany, Rosa, Kristi) are generally helpful. Additionally, the maintenance staff works very well and do great work, when they can get to you. I waited a few weeks for them to replace my washer and dryer that had the metric equivalent of a fire hazard inside it, but when they did do the work, Victor and his team did a great job.
Let me start by saying I love this apartment. It’s very clean, no pest at all, and maintenance comes right in time. I feel safe and its quiet. It’s like everybody here just go to work and come home and go to sleep, that’s how peaceful it is lol. A young lady by the name of Chrametra Thibo that works at the front desk at the rent office goes above and beyond. She’s very knowledgeable, help you out with all your needs. If you’re interested in moving here I recommend her!
Have been apartment shopping for a few months... Cynthia has been so helpful and understanding. She even kept my information and contacted me again when the apartment we want came available! Very excited to move in!
They havent fixed my bathroom water in 6 months. When I fill the tub with hot water, I see gunk coming out of the tap and the water looks filthy like its mixed with rust or soil. I opened many tickets already. No progress. Also, the water doesnt get very hot most of the time.
I am highly satisfied with IMT kingwood. I believe it was Brittany or Brie who showed me around. She was very professional and helpful. She really helped me get exactly what I wanted. I love the layout of the apartments especially the two bedrooms.
I visited IMT a while ago, really love the one bedroom. If they took my dog I would love it. Brittany was insightful and showed me around. Check them out, fair price for what they have to offer
This place its really nice and we havent really have any bad incidents here. The complex its nice and pleasant I could always take my daughter out to the playground here and she loves. The position view is nice and the ladies at the office are great. Rosa has help out alot the past 3 years.
I would like to thank Cynthia and Laken for the Awesome experience moving into my first apartment at IMT KINGWOOD! They were super helpful and explained everything. This has been a smooth transition and I am happy with where I ended up! Thank you Ladies, Keep up the Great Customer Service!!
This place was terrible. We lived here for a year and they changed management to this Chris fellow and he has absolutely zero people skills -- not to mention the fact their office staff appeared to have no knowledge of how business works.However, enough bashing them individually. I came to find out after I moved out and they advised me my bills were paid in FULL that they sent a $241 charge to a collections company and didnt even bother giving me a call to let me know.Thanks for that. Highly professional.As far as the place goes itself -- go spend your money elsewhere. These people will over charge you and then screw you at the end of their lease. Probably to buy new carpet or something for the unit and make you pay for it. I left that place immaculate and with zero damage and followed their guidelines.
This complex is absolutely gorgeous. The dog park and pool are a MAJOR plus!I saw the complex recently and was toured by Brittany. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really understood my needs and worked to accomidate all of them.
Pros.does not flood(harvey)friendly staff (Natallie in particular know by name always friendly and always cleaning. does a great job in workout room)keeps a.c. on for workout roomfairly spaciousaccepts online paymentsConswalls very thin. can hear every step above me like they are going to fall through the ceiling. also the people to the side of me and in the outside hall. water running talking etc.older appliances and tap water smells funky. some days more than others. running the dishwasher smells like sewage.
Love living here Natalia does an amazing job. She’s always greeting you with a smile and she’s very helpful and professional. Anything you need or have questions about she’ll do her best to assist you.
I have been living in IMT Kingwood for two years and it is a good place. The staff has always a prompt answer and action for any issue. In addition, the customer service is great, especially Sudina, who is always very efficient and a very nice person.

Its a great place to live. I enjoy my apartment, nice view, nice floor and appliances. Clean environment. We love to renew our lease again.
Loved the atmosphere here in Kingwood. Sudina helped me get settled and made me feel right at home. Maintenance was prompt and staff is very responsive with Great amenities, recycling, and community events.
I went to IMT Kingwood a week ago and toured the property I was looking to move in September. I really appreciated how much information I got from Cynthia even though they didn’t have September’s availability. She was very helpful and friendly. I’m looking forward to living there soon! The staff is always helpful and nice especially Sudina. The maintenancerequests where always accomplished in a timely manner and the maintenance crew are also very nice. The complex all in all is a wonderful place to live.

I used to live at IMT Kingwood! I loved this place. It is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very professional and always welcoming. Sarah, Rosa,Sudina,brittney and the rest of the staff are AWESOME!! I am sad to leave this facility. The least I can do is to highly recommend it!!
Finally got moved in today and I love my unit. Its quiet and Christine in the leasing office did a great job with making me feel at home here.
Laken was great she was quick to communicate with regards to questions and requirements with the move in process. The apartment was clean and the floors recently redone. Overall, a great experience!

So I give them one star when I first moved in I loved it the women was very nice in the office but they started to see my kids father a lot mind you he comes over to watch my kids while I’m at work that’s our everyday thing they are lil babies so they put a not on my door telling me he can’t be there or he been there to long they been watching my house I pay $1500 and you telling me my kids father can’t come over and watch his kids his car gotten broken into I just moved out yesterday because they was so rude and told me to get out without giving me a day to pack my things I have emails showing that I was contacting them about the situation but no responsed when I first moved in it was alot of roaches the water had a really bad smell to it and it was brown I will never move here ever again I’m so glad I moved I couldn’t even bring my bed or my couches because I had to be out the apartment the sameday
Sudina made the decision to make IMT Kingwood our home a breeze. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The space and location are a great deal for the price.
Me and my family moved in about 3 months ago we down size from a 2 story home so it was kind of hard but thats where the whole office staff comes in first move in was very smooth then when maintenance was needed they are on top of things take good care of you very nice maintenance staff and my best part is when cynthia Gallegos one of the assistants puts out all the emails on fun activities and food trucks and snow cones she also handles any concerns you have with other tenants this is a 5 star complex in the livable forest Kingwood TX THANK YOU IMT
I have asked them to do something about the hallway lights (they only come on late at night) multiple times and keep getting blown off! When it is dark and rainy you have to walk through a pitch black hallway. If it gets dark before 8pm, you have to walk through a pitch black hallway.
Called and talked with Cynthia about getting information. She was very rude and didnt act like she had the time to help me or answer my questions. I now find out that they have a drug problem and have posted notes on the residences doors about stopping this. Wow!!
Natalya from maintenance was incredibly helpful with fixing our clogged toilet. She did not just unclog it, she prevented from happening again. She is awesome!

I regret moving into this place. I will not renew my lease. This place isn’t worth what anyone pays.

I have lived here 3 years now, they are very nice upscale apartments that are very clean and maintained, maintenance is fast and quick and never had an issue since we have lived here, these apartments are very luxurious and come with everything that you would ever need in an apartment, the front office girls are very helpful and friendly, I highly recommend these apartments, they are the best ones you can get in Kingwood.

Worst parking i ever seen, simply no where to park past 11pm, all the spots are taken.And your stuck with entergy and comcast....And my car got towed....i hate it here....315$ to get my car back...this cant be legalThese guys gotta be in cahoots with the tow truckers.

SHE WORKED VERY HARD EXPLAINING EVERYTHING IN DETAIL KEEPING HER INFORMED, THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS OF THE APPLICATION. TRULY HER PERSONALITY IS INVITING AND WARM!!!!! I LOVE MY MOTHERS HOME ITS SPACIOUS AND SIMPLY ELEGANT AND THE COMMUNITY IS CLEAN AND THE BEDROOMS ARE PRETTY BIG. I LOVE THE FACT THAT THEY GAVE HER AN OPTION TO EITHER CHOOSE A PATIO OR A SUNROOM. DONT MOVE HERE. We currently have a roach infestation and they refuse to do anything about it and wont return any of my phone calls. This place is nasty and staff is rude and not helpful.
