Oaks of Kingwood Apartments

The ladies in the office are AMAZING people! They’re so nice and accommodating. Margie and Jenifer made sure I was able to move in by the end of my previous lease date. I was kept well informed of everything that was going on. I truly appreciate the transparency and reassurance they provided!

I have remained positive to the changes hopefully coming, but it has been difficult given so many new fees and charges that have come at a time when cost of living has already affected so many of us. It has a very “nickel and dime” feel. I love living here and have been here for 15 years, but those have been quite disheartening and difficult. My hope is that it will improve.

Not the same after being bought out by different company. I do not recommend. Office is rude and condescending. Remodeling has been cheaply done. Some units have roaches. And I’ve seen a few rats running around at night.

Place is going down hill since Reep Mangement took over. Loved this place. Now nothing is good enough for them. Keep jacking up prices. Adding new fees that never existed. Denying insurances that were always allowed. This is not a LuXuRy ApArTmEnT like they want to claim. This was a quiet place where people could live in peace. Not some fancy bullsh1t like they want to show off as. Thanks for ruining my home. Once my lease is up Im leaving

The fluorescent light in my kitchen is dying. Always responsive and friendly, Manuel and Jose came to check it out. As it turns out , that particular one has to be ordered. I’m sure that when it comes in , they will be right over to install it for me. Manuel and Jose are the best!!

I like many things particularly Flex rent payment option. Your communications by text and email are many times misleading, unclear, snd even just wrong. I still don’t know if you have accepted my renter’s insurance policy after 2 tries of sending it to you.

The maintenance crew repaired the problem fast and efficient. I would recommend for any work needed. Good people and courteous.

Went today to the leasing office, and I have to say that the service from the ladies at the front desk’s is awesome! Great service. Thank you so much

The work order was done right away. Good crew. Always comes as soon as possible.

Had issue with lock. Maintenance was prompt and fixed it. Thankful for our maintenance people every day.

I have lived at these apartments for almost 2 years now! 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves the Kingwood area, but doesn’t want to pay an extremely amount in rent! This community is very quiet, peaceful and VERY safe. It does give a peace of mind also knowing the police station is within walking distance! Close to HEB & Kroger!The traffic is getting worse off west lake and Kingwood drive, but it’s only during business hours. Stacy & Kali are wonderful ladies and always helpful whenever I’ve needed their help.

Excited for the new changes, you always see a smile on their face when you enter the office.

Peaceful and serene living. Awesome mgmt who are easy to work with. The apartments are nice, and it’s a good place to live. I never “hear” my neighbors. Good, strong sound barriers. I love living here.

Nice place to live. Well managed. Quiet. Safe. Awesome location. I gave it only three stars because its over priced considering they are older town homes, old house smell inside, gigantic spiders, inadequate inside paint job and no covered parking.

I have rented all over the Houston area looking for peace and quiet, I found it at Oaks of Kingwood. It took five years to find a place where I always had a place to park, where the request for maintenance were taken care of, the neighbors were quiet, and the front staff had stayed the same for Years. I figured out that the bells and whistles I use to pay for in other complexes were a joke.. This complex is safe and nestled in a nice tucked away location there are bike paths at your finger tips and your closest neighbor is the police department. A lot of people have been there for years and there is a reason for that.. Lets face it nothing is perfect, but your not gonna get a better place for the money. With the money I saved I got myself a lifetime fitness membership, so dont worry about there being no gym.

Nice location of townhome style apartments. With a satellite police station across the road, they didnt feel the need to add security gates. Only limited uncovered parking available.

The new fencing is very nice

Nice lofts. I habe a family member living here, and she loves it. The amenities are nice and the pool stays clean.

Older apartment complex but has the best security. (HPD is right across the street). Conveniently located to shopping, dining & entertainment.

Cars get broken into frequently, HPD being right there doesnt seem to matter.

Large and oldwholesale, Substandard apartment complex, high prices because of its great location but its run down and poorly managed.

These apts. Are next to the Kingwood Police Station, across from a middle school and short walk to a elementary school which is a plus.
