Ivy Point Kingwood

This place is beautiful! #1 benefit- elevators. We saw only 1 other apartment with that luxury. The many activities and emphasis on community was another plus here. We would highly recommend it!

My mom has lived at Ivy Point Kingwood for 5 years, management and maintenance have always been the best. I would pick this property over any one in kingwood to put my mom at. For these other comments about roaches, all I have to say is German roaches come from being dirty and if their loved ones have them maybe they should help them clean better.

My grandmother has been living here for a year and it has slowly turned in to a nightmare. Her apartment became infested with cockroaches and termites— she reported this to maintenance repeatedly but the issue was never resolved. We have finally moved her elsewhere but I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

Love all the events at the clubhouse! Lovely staff and residents. This place is fantastic!Everyday I come down to the clubhouse and enjoy tea and a cookie.The residents are so kind to me, always greeting me.My apartment is perfect for me.

Im having a wonderful time living at Ivy Point. I have been here 4 weeks today. My neighbors are so nice. The staff at Ivy Point is wonderful. They are very attentive & are quick to help with any request. I really love it here & am starting to settle in.

My grandmother has lived in these apartments for 3 years and the maintenance staff is always aware of what she needs to live peacefully in this place. Thanks guys for your excellent work.

I have a friend who lives here and she needed some help with her laundry ,groceries etc.This place is absolutely beautiful. People here are very nice too!

Dawn Wells, Derise Bunn and Miguel are our awesome leasing management team and they take very good care of our needs. I love the resort style living which includes a variety of activities, hot fresh baked cookies and most of all, a family atmosphere. One more thing, I feel safe and secure living here at Ivy Point Kingwood!I love living here at Ivy Point Kingwood. I love my manager Silvia and assistant manager Carolyn. I was hospitalized for over a year and still having to go to rehab. Silvia checked on me and that meant a lot to me. Ivy Point Kingwood Apartments, is like any other 55 & Active Living Facility, Ive ever seen throughout the United States. From the staff to the Amenities. Its much more than you can imagine. Its more like being on a vacation. The feeling of resort living year around. Absolutely beautiful..go check it out!

I fell in love with Ivy Point 55+ senior apartments in Kingwood. I was talking for a property tour by an awesome lady named Caroline. I will hopefully move in this year to a 1-bedroom apartment! 😍

Love it ! Moved here October 1. Beautiful apartments, courtyard, gardens, pool area and community building. So many amenities and events for residents. Everyone is so friendly!

I moved here in November 2019 (about 2 months ago) and have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very friendly, there are plenty of activities, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept.

My grandmother resides there and the treatment of the elderly is horrible....and the elevator has been broken for about 6 months now...... have reported this issue several times...no action has been taken at all......so frustrating 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬

Nice apartment for 55+ living. A little pricey, but lots of activities and things to do without driving anywhere. Close to shopping.
