I have been living at Paramount at Kingwood for over a year now, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. The apartment complex is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and clean, modern amenities. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues that arise. The location is perfect, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The community is peaceful and quiet, making it a great place to relax and unwind. I highly recommend Paramount at Kingwood to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
Home sweet home! This has been the best experience looking and leasing for an apartment only 2 days before Christmas! The staff was wonderful and expedited everything for a smooth move. Leah was sweet and welcoming! Vick with Optimum was also great working with to get my internet setup and I learned that Im saving BIG to BUNDLE my cellphone and internet! Id give 10 stars if I could, yall switch to Optimum and SAVE!!! Im even paying $300 less than my last apartment and my apartment is newly renovated! Need an apartment? Love living here but the only thing is that we have put a lot of service requests in to fix our AC and it hasn’t been fixed. We put the AC on and yet it doesn’t cool down. We sleep in 80 degrees at night and it is HOT. Then during the day when the sun is out it gets hotter and we all have to hang around in tank tops and shorts to get cool. Nights sweats are no fun too. Other than that it’s a nice place to live. Would give more stars but again it’s just super super hot and we would love to have it fixed especially with summer approaching 😭😭

Today my heater needed repair. A new maintenance manager name Terry came and replaced parts to my heater, and now I am warm again after a very cold night and morning! Terry was very knowledgeable and quick, along with being very courteous! Thank you, also to Jessica, who sent him over early today. We are about 30 degrees still here in Kingwood, but not here in my unit, Thanks to Terry!!
I have nothing but positives to say about Paramount at Kingwood. I couldnt be happier with my decision to move here.The office staff went above and beyond, from touring the grounds, to making sure my application was approved in a timely manner.The entire team is fantastic, always friendly, responsive and professional. The community is well maintained with such a great atmosphere.I highly recommend Paramount for anyone looking for a new home.
I moved here in July 2022, first year was good. Very quiet. Nice neighbors. Just without a pool for the 1st year. Most it was my packages being stolen. Only mine out of all 4 units on one level. I think it was my neighbor, because once i said im putting up a camera their demeanor changed. 1 packaged signed by the cleaning lady, staff advised there is no one by that name but the girls photo was plastered on their FB page. Mid 2023 after renewing my lease. I noticed a lot of tenants moving in that would cause issues. Yelling and fighting. Cops are always here. Kids running around banging on doors and running off (i have a ring camera), theft here and there. staff is constantly changing. I started having issues with my AC, early that year, the most they would do is change out the filter. That same year AC went out again, caused water leakage from the vent. Carpet was soaking wet. As of today stain is still there. It took them pretty much 2 days to come out. Maintenance basically made it seem i was lying about the carpet being wet. I mean it did dry fast in a hot apartment by time they came out. Still today the old mildew smell is still here. It happened again carpet was wet i told them to change out the carpet they didn’t, smell is worse. They only changed out the filter again. AC unit is outside my bedroom window it has an ugly rattling noise when turning on. My light bill is way too high for an apartment all because of the issues. Dealing with it again right now 83 inside. Cant use the dishwasher it will cause the disposal not to work. Fridge leaks water. Theft has increased , At this moment right now a car is sitting on bricks. I started noticing small roaches, I’m a clean person. According to the lease i pay a fee for pest control and not once i ever seen anyone enter the unit., If you want to get something done emails calls will go unanswered you would have to go inside to get some type of service. MAYBE. A few times i had to walk around to look for maintenance to come address the issue. I just wish every year you renew your lease they would offer carpet cleaning for the whole unit. My unit is not an upgrade but will most likely be upgraded when i move out. I do love the size of the unit i have it’s just those issues.
Great community very friendly very spacious fell in love with the layout very beautiful. Oh cannot for about the gym if you like to work out you have to see it has everything I need. I had a great tour and application process with Ms. Shanwdell extremely friendly will continue coming to her in the future. I am glad to have this place as my new home.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I think I would. Where do I even begin...Beginning...On day one our dryer was broken, it would stay on but something had to continuously hold down to Start button, we put in a maintenance request...a month later someone finally came to fix it only now it wouldnt stay on at all. So in went another maintenance request and gone was another month...someone finally came to replace our dryer. This was just the beginning.We own a dog and were very disappointed when their selling point of an outside wash station isnt even hooked up. Next people continuously throw food scraps in the dog park (ex. meat bones and crawfish heads)The lady above us is always feeding the stray cats right outside our front door.She is also always smoking and dumping her ashes on her porch after numerous emails about no smoking near the property.4 months into our lease our toilet started leaking so I immediately put in a maintenance request so that it did not ruin their brand new floors. It took a month and a half but I finally heard back.....they closed the request without ever stepping foot in my apartment saying Job Completed. I called the front office quite upset because when this is all over and our lease is up I know we will be penalized for the ruined floor. I explained everything that happened and they instructed me to fill out another request. Then they proceeded to call me every other day for a month to check if the work had been completed...it hadnt. It took another 2 months for them to fix our leaky toilet... 3 1/2 months to fix a 5 minute job!!The gates are constantly broken and stuck open so if you felt safe living in a gated community...this isnt it. There are multiple broken spots in the fence where people can sneak in and get to anything they want.The CHERRY on top to this whole experience!!! People were able to break into the apartment complex parking lot and leave with my truck in the middle of the night. Makes me feel very unsafe when I come home at night. The front office had no solution, and when I brought up the broken pieces of gate they claimed theres nothing they can do about it.

I’ve been living here for about 3 years now and today I had another fantastic experience with the lady In the front office her name was Maria. I greatly appreciate the help she offered me and look forward to talking with her again. I’ve never had any problems from the front office staff here like I have in previous apartments thank you for making my life easy here.

They’re apparently approving tenants with CPNs. Tenants that shouldn’t have been allowed to lease are all through out the complex. Protect your belongings! The office does nothing about this situation. I will not be renewing my lease.
I enjoy living here. My apartment is renovated, spacious, and a lot of closet/storage space. The management and maintenance are very responsive. Highly recommend living here: affordable comfortable lifestyle.
Been here for 5 years and parking is now a problem. The (15th or 20th) new property manager said that it’s a first come first serve and visitors can park wherever they feel and stay here for 7 days max and if they need more time, they can get permission from her because thats how they do it at her apartment she lives at🤣🤣😅 a joke.She completely disregarded that I pay rent here.PRETTY MUCH.And was making fun of me saying that I couldn’t afford a car port. Which NO. They’re just built poorly, no matter which way you park, the metal pole is going to block either the driver, or passenger door depending on which way ur pulled in.I wish they’d go back to towing vehicles that are not on the lease and clearly parked in the non visitor side. It’s insane coming home even just before 10 and not getting a parking spot. After 11pm 12am… WHEWWW FORGET ABOUT IT! You better go just park in the street and walk your self all the way to ur apt💀Also watch out for those pesky drivers that come from areas where running stop signs and turning corners fast is okay because you’ll get hit if ur not cautious with people just flying out of corners to leave out the gate going like 30-40mph
I was looking for an apartment and my friend referred me and I went and checked it out I found a really cool lady name Katherine and she was great help and helped me all the way throughout the process and was very detailed with the property. I’m looking forward to all the great events that are lined up here at this beautiful place. She deserves 10 stars from me and my family.

I have lived in Paramount at Kingwood for 1 year and I just renewed for another year. It is a nice and quiet place to live. The girls in the leasing office are very attentive and are always willing to clarify my concerns and answer all my questions. I definitely recommend this place!!!
I have lived here for about two years, and I have not had a single complaint. I have seen first hand how some of the maintenance staff are constantly working, from early in the morning until late in the evening. Every time I have had a maintenance issue, it has been rectified within 48 hours. I know they have been short staffed a few different occasions, but they are consistently busy. There was a big property management change, so all of the staff that I knew left, but the new staff that I do know are wonderful. The property has been upgraded, not just including the apartments, but they have added doggie bag stands in multiple places, mulch has been added to all of the flowerbeds around the complex, flowers in the front have been changed out and it just really looks nice when you drive in. Theres always going to be things that are bothersome when you live in an apartment complex, but these people really your home to be something you want to come home to. I appreciate all of the staff.
I’ve lived in apartments my whole life, growing up. I lived at Paramount prior to buying a home in the area, for 5 years. Living in a one bedroom and then moving into a two bedroom next to the pool. The community feel and camaraderie every summer at the pool, is something I miss. If there were any maintenance issues, the staff corrected immediately. The office staff was always willing to bend over backwards for us. (Even bake more cookies if there was time, before closing their office) Paramount has a business center and small gym that we took full advantage of. We even won a Halloween Costume Party one year that was held at the office (attached is a photo of the winning costumes!) We have kept up with the staff and many residence. This is a place that will always feel like home to me. Keep making people smile and making wonderful memories Team Paramount!

I have lived here since 2015 and I used to love living here. It has gone so downhill. Do your through research. Look throughout any other part of Kingwood! So glad I moved!

I had a tour of this beautiful place with Brianna and it was WONDERFUL!!! She had such a great personality and she was so helpful, she was able to answer any questions that I had! The pool is a bonus, it looked so nice! I hope we get to call this place home soon! If everyone at this place is as welcoming and friendly as Brianna, I think we will fit right in here!!

I lived in the apartment complex years ago and my experience was great which is why I came back but it is entirely different now. I haven’t even been here for a year and the amount of issues that I’ve had are ridiculous.First day moving in the apartment was not cleaned before hand. Dirt everywhere and trash from who ever they had in it before. When I advised the office they swore they walked it before hand so they have no idea how it happened. I should have took that as a sign it was going to be a mess here.My apartment has been flooded twice, not by rain but by residents above damaging water lines. Damages were barely taken care of. Carpet was soaked down to the concrete but they chose to only cut out a small piece and replace it with another damaged piece of carpet. Molding on the base boards is coming all the way off but they just added some glue in hopes that it holds until they find a better solution. Outlets don’t work in one of the rooms because of water damage to the walls during the two tropical storms in my room.The noise is unbearable. Management will not do anything about it. They require proof of noise…..You can send in videos, write complaints and even contact authorities. They will “investigate” and send an email saying they cannot do anything about it. Although it violates the lease agreement. 😂Half of the vehicles do not have parking passes and they do not get towed. That’s great, we have plenty of parking but if someone parks in the “visitor parking” located outside the gates then they send out an email stating people can’t park in those spots and threaten to tow peoples vehicles. They are literally following the rules the property put in place. 🤷🏻♀️ Makes no sense.They do offer online payments for rent but if you set up auto pay through their portal and it randomly stops working without notification you have to pay a $165 fee. Even if you have clearly always had auto pay set up on your account but nonetheless — website errors are not their fault so the resident is liable.The resident portal also offers maintenance requests! Such a great feature but they only have one person to check the orders so they fall behind. I was told to reach out to the office because they don’t always check it, which defeats the purpose of the portal. Or so management says, you can’t ever get a clear answer, it’s just the blame game.They changed management multiple times in the last few years but kept some employees. Disgruntled is an understatement. Two leasing agents in the front office, one closest to the window is sweet and helpful. The other one is a bit much. Rude, rolls her eyes, not dressed in business casual and her answer to everything is “I’ll let a manager know, they will have to get back to you.”The new manager is nice but she isn’t ever in. You have to try and get a hold of her via phone which is not possible. The assistant manager acts super nice face to face. Pretends she is going to help you but then sends you an email days later saying that she can’t fix the problems. So you are stuck with dealing with all of the above.If you’re looking for a place to live, this place isn’t a good fit anymore. With the staff they have now or at least the office workers, this place will just be ran to the ground until someone else takes over the property or they get new people in the office who are willing to help. It’s really sad, the place is really nice and I enjoyed my previous time here which is why I thought it would be a great fit. Sadly I was mistaken.
My roommate and I moved here last year and it has been an amazing experience. Maintenance always on it. Very friendly staff specially Carissa, she always helped us with everything we needed. Neighbors are very friendly and quiet. The pool is always clean. If you’re looking for a good quite place to live Paramount at kingwood would be it.
I had some issues with my rent and the new property manager, Maria helped me out! So friendly, and attentive. Def referring friends to this complex.
We were moving from out of state and we saw over a dozen apartment buildings and Paramount was by far the best overall.The leasing office team (Catherine and Lia) was very helpful and professional during the process. From showing us the complex, answering all our questions, guiding us through the rental application and providing us with support even though we were still in another state.We highly recommend the property.
UPDATE: It is now APRIL and I am still dealing with issues from August. I have had a load of clothes in my washer all weekend and all day because they have YET to resolve the issue with the washer... END UPDATE, previous review starts here: I moved in these apartments 8/10 and as of today 11/27, I am still dealing with issues that should have been addressed prior to me moving in. I moved into a dirty unit that was uncleaned with appliances that did not work, bath tubs I am still unable to use till this day, roaches and black bugs who may as well have their names on the lease. Management has changed since Ive been here which has costed me tremendously and maintenance may as well be non existent. I have provided pictures and videos of my issues yet 90% of them remain unresolved. In addition to that, my car was stolen from this property and not once did they try and assist with the process in addition to me being charged for errors their staff has made AFTER I was told it would be taken care of. I have had to cover my own cost of repairs and replacing items that were missing upon move-in. I am being billed for amenities I am unable to use and every other week the police are at the property for some sort of disturbance. I left my previous apartments due to ongoing issues and truly thought I was getting into something better by moving here but they are the worse because they portray themselves as a luxury property when they are not. Between the dirty vents, mold in the toilets, cracked tubs, toilets that do not flush, bugs, rusted dishwashers , half working appliances, frequent change in management and maintenance...it is a mess here. So unless you want your car stolen and a world of issues I urge you to steer clear of this property. There is no reason why a person who pays nearly $1900 per month for rent should be dealing with issues such as these but here we are. The pictures that are attached are just SOME of what Im dealing with & its sad that it has yet to be resolved.
Everyone at this company is awesome! The entire team is wonderful… Greystar the new management company is making great changes are this location. I’m a local Realtor and I applied and got approved for an apartment here. This is the upcoming place to live in Kingwood!
Came to visit my friend in building 14 and there was piles of poop in the walk way. No one ever bothered to clean it up even after it was reported.
I moved my mom in not long ago. Paramount at kingwood is reasonably priced and the customer service is unmatched! My mom gets easily frustrated and she can be difficult to work with but thankfully Lia went over the top to make sure my mom had everything she needed. Lia was not only patient, she was kind and was ultimately the reason why my mom decided to move here!
Easiest tour I have ever had. Catherine and Lia were amazing. The dog park was so clean, the apartments smelled amazing and the team seemed to really care.
I moved to Paramount at the beginning of year and have really enjoyed seeing the improvements made daily to the community. The new pool area looks amazing and my fur baby is loving the dog park. I really love the convenience of being able to take her a bath at the bathing station provided after our visit, this is so amazing to have as an amenity included on-site for her.I also like that they hold residents events for the community so I am able to meet my neighbors. I got to meet Ben the new Property Manager at the event last week and he really seems to care about the community and let me know of the continued improvements for Paramount.I would definitely recommend living here for anyone looking to move into the area.

She was incredibly responsive, always willing to lend a hand, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly for all residents. Been with the community for nearly 5 years. From our experience, the staff has always been kind & does make an effort to be accommodating. I cant say its always been perfect, as weve had our fair share of issues (delay times in maintenance, a little trashy at times, loud community). But Im sure theres something to say about every community, positive or negative.
Loved my apartment up until we got new owners now parking isn’t enforced at all.. they don’t tow even for reserved spots unless office is open and when office is open they just place a sticker warning of being towed.They have a answering service whose messages never make it to the office and now we are day 8 with no lights and a generator was brought in to only power the office they have no concern for residents if I would’ve known this I wouldn’t have renewed my lease but I don’t plan on renewing for a third year solely because of terrible communication between office answering service and resident
I moved here on 2022 and I have seen a great change from the management I really think Carissa is AMAZING she is always ready to help and make you feel that everything is gonna be alright.I had a situation and I talked to her and she helps me a lot I can’t put in words how open she was to help me.I think she really knows that the real state business is about relationship and not about a transaction if I ever look for an apartment and she is the manager I would go no matter what.
UPDATE: I initially posted a 5 star rating but it has been 8 months since I’ve moved in. I would say these Apt are ok, there’s a lot of little issues that go unresolved. My heater has never worked and now it is the winter time and maintenance has attempted to fix it 4 times.(I sometimes use the oven to warm my apt ). Today 1/3/24 I went to take a hot shower in my COLD Apt and the hot water does not work anymore. I am freezing! And on average it take about 3 days or more for any of your maintenance/service requests to be addressed.
I have lived here for 6+ years. It has changed hands 3 times. It now has an owner who is putting lots of money into upgrading the apartments and property as a whole, but the service and communication are horrible. Thst has been a constant - poor communication. Theyre friendly in the offices, but nobody calls me back and the ball is always dropped on everything. I have to constantly follow up on things. Maintenance was backed up bad this year bc they only had 2 guys that were overwhelmed. Multiple managers have come through. Newest is Josh. Been here couple months. Kevin has told me on 4 seperate occasions hed call me back about an issue; not once did I get called back. The only reason i get things seen to is because i work nights and am here in the daytime to go by the office face to face. They are bad about not answering the phone bc they are shorthanded and several people have quit. The office is overwhelmed, also, and the workers get frustrated and quit. Its chaos and confusion and frustration all the time.. I dont blame them; Im just giving an honest review. They try to get everyone to leave positive reviews, as theres a big sign at the office door asking you to. I have thought about sitting on the bench by the door during the day and detour possible tenants by telling them the truth. Now I am very frustrated, also. I was promised to move back to my original apt by Karen @ corporate after it was renovated. None of that happened. I have tried to be so patient and cordial. They keep putting me off. Now a guy just rented it bc it was open on the website. My mail is still coming to that box. Its stuff like that. All the time it is some little thing that I have to stay on them to get done. I try to be nice to the staff bc I can tell they want to climb the walls in bewilderment and frustation. I feel bad for them, but at the same time I am frustrated. I just give up. Not sure how it is elsewhere, but I advise looking around a while before coming here. Im so past ready to buy a home, but with the housing market so high, it will be a while. Ive waited a long time to give a review for this reason.

I lived at Paramount about 6 years ago and enjoyed my time there immensely. Office staff, maintenance, and the management team were incredible. I have decided to move back, this time into a bigger and remodeled unit. I havent moved in just yet, Im moving in next Saturday, hopefully, as they are literally finishing up the upgrades on my unit now.Angel has been my leasing agent since the beginning, and he has done an incredible job keeping me updated and in the loop on the entire leasing process, along with the progress of the renovations. There have been a couple of hiccups, but nothing that was drastic or a deal breaker. The way he has handled things has been kind, professional, and genuine. I cant wait to move into my new home, especially knowing how above and beyond the leasing and management team will go to ensure you are happy with your move and new home. :-) Thank you, Angel!

I recently have been living here for about 2 years. In the beginning maintenance responded in a good time frame to any issues we may have had. But as of recently after switching over to new management maintenance has been slow to fix any issues or even reply to issues at all. Seems like the complex is more concerned with making money by patching up vacant units that people move out of to attract more move in specials for people instead of taking care of the loyal tenants who are still here. If you file a report you wont here from them for weeks at a time unless you constantly call for them to come out. As a tenant who always pays my rent on time and never causes any problems I expect better. Communication needs to be better in instances like this. I definitely wont be resigning my lease after this experience.

If I could give this property 10 stars I would.Unfortunately I had to leave due to unplanned circumstances and it is very tough to have to part ways. I have never had any complaints the whole time I was staying here. The management was awesome especially Carissa, her communication and concern was always top priority. This apartment complex change management like if it is nothing. At moving out I call several times to double check I don’t have any balance, every time that said anything showed up so I was all good. The way it supposed to be! because I returned the apartment exactly the same way they give it to me. Now I have received a call from credit collections, I never received a letter with the list of charges neither give me the information when I call. So this morning I call the property to request a list of why they are charging and I was told they have change management so they don’t have access to that information, that I can go ahead and look up the land lord information so they can provide the number from previous management.Poor management skills, and cero care about tenants. They just care about money finding a way they can even tell you what you are getting charge for.I mean just pay right? Not a big deal.Don’t get yourself in to this situation, find a better place! They charge for amenities that aren’t even functional most of the time because they are always close for “maintenance”. Pool was pretty dirty every single time, of course if you where lucky it was open.
I love the property here, but I was due to move in on 5/15/23 at 12:30pm I applied for this property at end of April the unit online said available for 9th.. on the 15th I got the keys went up stairs n the unit was dirty and had cleaning supplies throughout unit. It was that way for a total of 4 days. On the 16th as I was moving in there were over 7 people on my floor fighting badly as soon as I begin to open my door I was caught n cross fire of someone pointing a gun and running through everyone I felt very unsafe and my movers declined to help me any further. Because the incident lasted a good 15-20 mins before the police came. I contacted the office to cancel my move and requested a move out because that really scared me weather or not you all choose to evict them or not I’m a new tenant I requested my pro rate rent back and other deposits I paid and was denied. By property manager and regional manager it’s only been 2 days and technically on the 15th my move in date the Apt still wasn’t ready I had to clean it myself….. can someone please reach out to me thanks….
I stayed at these apartments early 2018-2020 I have seem different management take over. I love my apartment when I was there. First, apartment got broken into, they gave me a hard time wit moving. Second, apartment I went too after the break-in people had just move out, so the carpet wasnt shampoo, dog everywhere include the closet and kitchen, the stove eyes wasnt working microwave was broke n dishwasher . Within a two weeks they came to fixes majority of the things that was broken. Never shampoo carpet, gave me a old microwave. I get a dog 5 months before moving out. I paid a fee for my small yorky. Now, the new management dont have a recorded for that. At this time different managers came in and change things around, I put in my lease notice. The customer service over the years was good and bad. Im having a problem with the new management there I called the past 3 months waiting for a response on how I old them money from 2020. No one has yet to email me back or nothing. But they want me to pay for things I already paid for. I want to get this taking care of. Maybe this will help.
My family members have been residents at this complex for several years! I love the new improvements to the grounds they have made, and we especially love Carissa! She’s so compassionate and a great manager :)
I love living here! There are some terrible apartment complexes out there but these are great! The staff has always been kind to us. We’ve lived here for a year and have never had a bad experience. The gate sometimes goes out but even that is minor. Anytime we need maintenance, it is done in a timely manner and the whole maintenance crew is awesome! I have read some of the negative reviews & honestly, if you’re a decent person that knows how to talk to people and pay your bills on time you won’t have a problem. DUH. Some of the complaints really are just complaints about living in any apartment. This is a great place to live!
Signed a 1 year lease and didnt even last 2 months there. 1. Poor customer service. 2. I didnt get the remote gate entry until almost 5 weeks later. 3. People with dogs DO NOT clean up after them. 4. Always dirty, at least around my area, smelled all the time, and there was always trash around the dumpster. 5. New staff were not properly trained, I was told I owed over 1800.00 upon breaking my lease, totally incorrect. 6. A lot of people leave their trash outside their doors for longer periods than they should which is why it smelled all the time. This service went into affect after I moved in. (residents put it outside their door and a contracted employee would dispose of it) Although the premises looks very nice, I had one of the updated apartments(very nice), I cant complain about that but once you are there everyday, youll see the difference. 7. The entry gate was broken most of the 2 months I was there. I would NOT recommend this place.

Paramount has been the best apartment complex Ive lived at, to be completely honest. There is not much (if anything) to complain about. First off Id like to mention that I havent experienced any flooding within the compound during the year and a half Ive lived here. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable if you want to get a workout in, and its also within walking distance to Lone Stars Kingwood campus. In addition to the location and scenery, the price was also affordable. Moreover, I love how big the bathroom is and that the apartment comes with its own washer and dryer unit. The complex was built in 2001, so its very modern with modern appliances. Other perks are extra storage closet, multiple dumpster locations so you wont need to walk very far, reserved parking spots for just a little extra, and they also have garages available to rent if you require extra storage.
I Love Paramount its quiet, I love the Gym and pool area its close to eateries and its a good spot. The staff is courteous and willing to help I see myself here for a while.
It takes a lot for me to give a negative review. This is regarding management and parking and the cost of rent for sub-par leasing. First off the management and staff could use customer satisfaction training. Specifically how to not be condescending to their tenants or get rude when challenged. Not to say accept abusive behavior, but to genuinely hear a person out before responding just to push your “title”. The parking is HORRIBLE and you’re responsible for towing whether you’re at fault or not. Oh and don’t have an unavoidable circumstance hit you financially because they really don’t care much more than to stick late fees to you. Property manager is NEVER available so the office is run by incompetent people who push responsibility off of each other then patronize you with lies. Did I mention they hardly ever answer the phone?! Great service professionals! Keep up the good work guys! I’m seriously contemplating breaking my lease I’m so over this place and the rudeness off the staff! I truly REGRET leasing here.
They have a new girl in their name Shakerra Holloway and she is incredible . She’s sweet , kind and takes her time with you. She goes above and beyond for me every time I see her. She is very helpful if you go to these apartments let her take care of you. I love me some her!
Dont believe the one star reviews below. I am a returning tenant from over 9 years living here and its incredible. The office staff and maintenance go above and beyond what is expected of the them. If anything fails, they will fix it the same day. They are courteous, super friendly and work around the clock to make sure your experience here is amazing. I have rented for 19 years and have never stayed at a more heart warming property. I couldnt imagine myself anywhere else. I love it here and highly recommend! FIVE STARS!!!!
It was a pleasure in touring this property , I toured with Miss Catherine and she was very detailed and upfront about the whole tour. The pool was amazing as well.
I’m going to post this review as a current resident in different stages:Maintenance: 4 starsWhy ? Because they are working hard, as fast the can , and also with no budget until recently, also based on the numbers of apartments located at the premises , plus recreational areas around the location only 3 people are not enough. I want to thank Chris ( maintenance ), because he’s always on time fixing anything that’s wrong with my apartment and also he’s very professional.Management or Front desk: 1 starBefore we moved in we were informed that our apartment was going to be ( move in ready conditions ) , not only were does conditions not met, but also gave me hard time , I took photos and videos of things that the apartment was missing or did not meet the standards. The office provided me with a paper so I could do my own assessment of the apartment and to write anything wrong with it , I did and the person said that based on my assessment they were going to assign someone to take care of it ( I want to ad I was already there to grab the keys for the apartment and the lease was already sign ), I even ask the front desk person at that moment if someone went into the apartment to see if it was up to standards ( move in ready ) and she said: Yes …. But the reality was that it wasn’t. And I have prof of it and may I ad. Another thing is that legally I started the paperwork for actually to be able to get the apartment 60 days prior of the move in, so they had a little over 2 months to assign whoever they wanted to fixed and have the apartment to the standards that are required by contract.Security: -1 starI have watched people that are residents opening the gates to either go in or out and as soonest they pass the gates 4 or 5 cars come through, even deliveries hassle to get in before gates are closed.So no security, no follow ups, no nothing
My family and I been living at the Paramount going on 8 years and I have never experience so much love and welcome at any other place other than the paramount during the flood our first floor apartment was flooded the staff in the office had cleaning supplies and clothes and diapers and I mean everything you could think of it was all for the residents that was victim of the flood. I don’t know any other apartments complex that would do that for they residence the staff is nice and very professional love Anna she’s awesome. Also love the cookies they be having in the morning. The pool is always clean and whenever there’s a problem with our apartment they take care of it right away also love Mia she gets the job done along with the rest of the maintenance crew. Also we are still living at the property it’s kind of hard to leave lol.
I visited the community and it was a lovely establishment. Lia was extremely patient as I was uncertain about my selections. A special thanks to Lia for being well knowledgeable with a smile.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! During my first year here all the amenities were closed. Maintenance takes forever to come to fix anything. Just recently I put in a maintenance request for my oven and they have yet to come to fix it or even look at it. I will be moving out in a 1 week and a half.
I really enjoy living at the Paramount. Its a safe and quiet place. The apartment itself is nice and clean. The staff is very nice and will help you when needed. The location is perfect because Its right next to the highway, so there is no need to worry about being stuck in traffic. Great place to live in!
The office has never responded to any questions in under 5 days or been helpful the least bit. The apt them selves are ok. Maintenance took 4 months to do repairs on my washer and dryer. And I was ignored multiple times when trying to contact them about it. 10/10 would not recommend
This apartment complex is extremely unprofessional! First off some of the staff members can be very rude and not help when it comes to any problems related with the apartment. Secondly any service request takes absolutely forever to attend to and gets postponed constantly. The only person that can help is the manager who is extremely hard to get a hold of which is only leaving you with the option to talk to the assistant manager who is horrible at her job.Yes these apartments are fairly cheap but dont waste your money at this complex. The apartment complex across the street is a huge upgrade compared to Paramount and theyre reasonably cheap as well.
In search of a 2-3 bedroom apartment, the leasing agent on site -Carissa Stickle, was absolutely helpful and informative about the leasing process, the nice units they have available, surrounding community and its perks. I appreciated her time and professionalism!

The worst experience in an Apartment complex I ever had in my life!!! Staff is super unprofessional. They will argue with you in an inappropriate manner and lack of respect. The assistant manager is the most disrespectful of all of them and when you complain and want to talk to the actual manager she will say she is not available even though SHE IS AVAILABLE and willing to talk to anybody. They do not care about the residents living in the complex neither the upcoming ones. My roommate paid for an application there and I took over six months for them to give the money back to him after they rejected him. If you move out they will charge you over a $1000 for brand new painting and carpet. The worst part of it is that when you move in and they give you the apartment the apartment is dirty and in bad conditions (NO new painting, NO new carpet) I cleaned my carpet 5 times and they still charged me for a whole new carpet. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They will charge you over a $1,000 when you move out for NO REASON

I applied in 2018-2019. Lady said cash only. I paid her. They ran my credit and sent an email that I was denied due to credit. I have a 724 credit score and excellent credit. Now in 2022 I have collection agencies calling me. Credit bureaus took off due to their email but still annoying. I thank God every day I do not live there.
I tried to rent an apartment with their June pro rate special and I even agreed to Hold the application process to help out one of the leasing agents win a competition. Long story short because I was ok with waiting they came back and started requesting more money. I was misquoted 3 times. 3. By management as well. No to mention the manager never got back in contact with me, even after her assistant manager and I fought over email. The whole experience started great and ended in disappointment. First time renters should be cautious.
Yes, yes! I love this place, newly renovated units and updated amenities! Its tucked away, and its so peaceful. But still easy access to the highway that takes you straight to Downtown Houston. Amazing staff too.
Paramount is a clean and quiet complex, I have been living here for about 8 months and the only problem I had was with the air conditioning but I did report it and they came very soon to fix it. The staff has always been friendly and maintenance people too. We have two cars and we always find parking available for both near our apartment. Easy access to 69 to go to Houston Dowtown. I just wish the kitchen was not so small and somewhat old. But in general these departments look good from outside.
Stop by to get information on a 2 bedroom and the lady named Marysa was so nice and helpful. She answered all my question and also gave me a tour I am really satisfied with the way she helped me, also these apartment complex are very nice and seems to be a very friendly environment. I can’t wait to move here!
I lived at Paramount for many years, and every interaction I had with ANY of the staff members was extremely professional. What few problems I did have were addressed immediately. Management was also ALWAYS available for me to just drop in and chat, even if I had a problem with my apartment. How many managers do you know have “open door” policies?! I felt welcomed there, and was proud to call it my home. I sincerely miss being a resident.
The complex is under new management and I haven’t had any problems until today. We received a letter that their will be maintenance from October 12th-December 1st, with no scheduling or forewarning before maintenance comes in. What are people with pets supposed to do? I’m expected to kennel my pets for almost two solid months for maintenance to drop in whenever they feel like? I’m so frustrated and annoyed by this!!At least before management changed we were given very specific time frames so I could accommodate for maintenance coming in and be home for my pets to make sure they didn’t RUN OUT OF MY APARTMENT.It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but my pets are my children. You should aim to do better for the pet owners that have been living here.
The first time I came to inquire about an apartment it was fine the old management never called me back but the new management contacted me and they were amazing….Ms Catherine helped me and went over and beyond to make sure I get a place to stay….i will recommend these wonderful ladies to everyone….thank you Paramont at Kingwood
If you dont speak up about issues you have, you will get along with everyone great! Otherwise, get ready for the fireworks!Anna, although, very nice, is impossible to get a hold of. Doesnt return emails, and if you even breathe in her direction while you are in the office, the office staff will stop you and basically shew you away from trying to speak to her. That is, when she is actually there.The only one I never had issues with was CC. I was fed up with the staff before she came along, so I just stuck it out until my lease was up. (If it wasnt for what a broken lease can do to your credit, I would have broken it) Although I didnt have much interaction with her, she seems like she cares about you. The rest are just out for your money.I could go on and on.. But just to sum it up: just go live in a box. It is better.
My husband and I have been here about 1 year and 5 months. Amy, the assistant manager, helped us sign our lease and get things together. As long as shes been here, everything has been running smoothly. Maintenance is pretty great at staying on top of things.
The renovates units are beautiful.. The office staff is extremely accommodating always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs and friendly, Kevin help us find the perfect unit, he take us to different ones and he also clear all the questions we had.
Ive lived at Paramount twice and both times were great. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is always clean and kept nice. The staff often work overtime to resolve maintenance issues. Highly recommend.
Love to live here, its a peaceful place, nice neighbors, Ive been living here for a year and do not regret it, the monthly payment is fairly fair. Another point in favor is that in the office they treat you as a family, attend to your concerns and support you with everything related to your apartment. It is a clean and safe place.

Leaved there with forc2 years and never had a single problem. When I departed the complex I was bless with the purchase of a home. A family member that I referred to move here its having lots of issues with the moving out final bill. They are currently under management and they will find anything in their power to find stuff wrong on your apartment to take you deposit and them some more. Promises were made and none of those promises where not followed. IF YOU DO WANT TO LIVE THERE PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN PAPER AND NOT JUST IN WORDS. New assistant manager not as nice and understanding as previous one.
I wouldnt even give them 1 star but have too give something to do this review. The office staff here is horrible! My daughter was there 1 month and reported their lock was broken along with their dryer from time they moved in and it was never fixed! Their apt was robbed and they NEVER even got up from behind their desk! They didnt care one bit! They sent someone to fix the lock after they were robbed but still havent fixed the dryer! So I would definitely NOT recommend this apt complex to anyone!! The gates are always open with no security! Not a safe place to live!
My boyfriend and I have been living here for a couple months, and we love it! We love the pool area and the leasing office personnel have been really nice with us! We hope to renew contract here the next year. Thank you guys for everything.
I have lived at the paramount for 11 months now, I’ve like the complex so much I decided to renew my lease. Reading other reviews will give you a true understanding of this complex. However, it’s up to the tenant to make a house a home. I too had issues when moving in, my carpet was filthy, and I’ve never seen a toilet bowl soooooooo BROWN. Needless to say after talking to management, who walked me through her apartment, she showed me her toilet, she also showed me other toilets on the complex, and they all look the same. I decided to get some Clorox product to make my TOLIET sparkle!!! Since then I haven’t had major issues, if I need something fixed, I put in a work order and it takes about 5 days. As for parking my rent is so convenient I bought a covered parking. I guess what I’m trying to say is this complex is my diamond in the ruff.
Leased here in August of 2020 and they put me right by the highway. Loudest noise ever, will never be able to get back the year of sleep I lost here.I have lived here for almost a year and never had a problem, until now. I got to the office a few minutes after closing while trying to pick up a package and the lady working the office was extremely rude and told me the office was closed. I totally understand that they were closed but all that I was doing was picking up a package. Nobody could open the door and just hand it to me? Ridiculous. I will not be leasing here again.
Black mold. Numerous maintenance issues with no resolution. Poor poor management. Noisy neighbors. Guests taking up resident parking always. Trash and waste litter all of the halls and walkways. Overall gross place to live!
Would give less stars if I could. Long story short. Customer/resident service is TERRIBLE. Management changed twice in the last 2 months. Make you jump through hoops to pay rent. Maintenance doesnt complete orders. Management is incompetent and communication is non existent. Dont value residents. Dont move here.
I was robbed 3 times while living here. My husbands Mustang was broken into, my FACTORY wheels & tires were stolen off of my vehicle from under a carport. It was LITERALLY sitting on bricks when I came out to my vehicle. Then...my husbands truck was broken into...that was the last strike. Some of the girls in the office were helpful but others werent. One even made a comment like if you had a house, would you call your mortgage company if someone broke into your car in your driveway?! Just completely unprofessional. The 2 girls willing to help and the ones who were being sensitive to my situation was Michelle and I cant remember the other womans name but she has short blonde hair. I know that you take a risk living at apartments but the fact that the Complex didnt invest in cameras or any type of security for their residents is bullshit. Its like they dont care about their residents. And I know it isnt the girls in the office because they cant make that decision but who ever their boss is is the one who needs to do something about it. We only lived there 5 months before the first encounter. Needless to say, 3 months later we were out!
I wish there is a 0 rating. Leasing office staff never responds properly to existing tenants concerns. They always give importance to new tenants but dont care at all about current resident concerns. Always busy with something..at least thats what they tell whenever we call them. They say that they will call back but they never do that. Very ridiculous service and will not recommend for anybody to join this community ever.
This place was great, but apparently it’s okay for maintenance people to bang on your door at 8am and throw the FIRST punch at residents and completely get away with it. Do better. There’s a picture of the maintenance guy so everyone knows to beware. DO BETTER AND FIRE HIM FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR RESIDENTS.
Love it!! Been here almost a year in Dec. Every apartment has their issues but these here are not huge or bad. Love the quitness, my nabors, maintenance people, office staff & all! Only thing I would say is a downside, they have a side entrance gate that doesnt seem to work. Kind of wish u had a diff way out besides the front. When u gotta leave by 645am to head to work, the kids & school bus pickup area can hold u up several minutes.
Nice place, quiet, well kept, and spacious! Paramount is a beautiful place to live!I agree, crime is everywhere but its up to you to always be aware of your surroundings and NEVER leave valuables in plain site. A monitored alarm system and renters insurance works great when you live in an apartment. Get these 2 items people and quit expecting your apartment complex to take care of your valuables.
My experience was not good as the Houston Police were called to the unit I lived in 6 or 7 times in the 20 months I was there. 2 apartments in my unit were robbed while I was there. Many nights I was awakened by a couple arguing in front of my bedroom door for hours at a time. I parked my car in the back of my apt because of the tenants above me hollering insulting remarks when I parked where they could see me. The two ladies in the office were professional and friendly. All and all it was a bad experience.
Management will lie to your face until they get your way. After giving 60 days notice of moving into a new apartment, the place was nowhere ready on our move in day. So instead they offered another unit which cost more But said I wouldn’t owe any more money. They lied. The apartment wasn’t ready. It’s been 3 weeks and zero maintenance request have been completed. Rent anywhere else. Do not trust Priscilla!
Coming to these apartments the staff were very welcoming and loving. I really thought I would be moving into my new home with no hassle. Since I moved in on July 10. I had to sweep dog hair off the walls, get on my hands and knees to cleaning my own Tubs that still had pubic hairs and my toilet also had pubic hairs and dog hair. Not to mention I don’t believe this apartment was exterminated There were cobwebs in the corner with spiders. I even found a spider in a web Cocoon on the edge of the door corner. These little black creatures running out climbing on the walls next to my 1 yr bed. I have 3 month old and a 1 year old. Carpet was putting up. The carpet wasn’t put in correctly. Seems as if they just laid the carpet down stapled a few areas and called it a day. I was told that they walked the apartment before handing over the keys. When I called to say there was dog hair and the previous owners might have had a dog here. I was told no there was no dog. Well I sure don’t have a dog so will Were is this dog hair coming from. So then on July 11 my second day here we had no hot water we had to move out to the guest model. again I have two small girls a new born 3 months and my 1 yr old. Having to just move in on the 10th then basically having to move right back out on the 12th due to my boiler Needing to be replaced so having to stay out my new place and constantly moving my babies around we finally got our new boiler on July 15 going back and forth from one apartment to another for 4 days since I just had moved in and had to up pack and organize and get my girls belongings. I had my carpet shampooed, carpet to be staples down and treated. I don’t even believe my apartment was really shampooed in the first place because you could smell all the dog Pee coming up from the carpet I have to leave all the doors open in my room so it doesn’t smell. I’m constantly cleaning my carpet. They only took 240 off my rent like really after all the stuff I been through I don’t believe I should be paying 1175 for an apartment that wasn’t ready and still isn’t ready. I still have spider and Insect problems the pest control guy just sprayed like 4 parts of the apartment. Pest control has came out twice and will be having them come out again. Now I haven’t even been here a whole month it’s July 29,19 and I have a huge leak in my bathroom closet.!!!!!!! All my clothes were wet!!!! I’m so unhappy living here.. I know they can lower my rent because like I said I’m paying so much to basically be living in a dump where everything is falling apart here. You can here the pipes move when turning on the water and hear the pipes when you flush the toilet. Mind you the outside hall ways are disgusting spider webs everywhere and spiders, big huge roaches like 20 of them just scattering as you walk bye, as I open the door I see roaches and mosquitoes coming into my home, there were supposed to clean the halls but seems like nothing has been taking care of out there. They just keep blaming it on Nature these are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in.
The apartments are nice BUT - We almost got our car towed and there are no clear signs about parking. A friend of ours did get her car towed and had to spend over $200 to get it out. Please update your signs! They are bleached out and not clear where visitor parking is!
Feral cats everywhere, feeded by one of the residents who does not follow basic recommendation.The halls are dirty, dark because missing bulbs.The community rules are not followed, you can see clothes drying exposed out in some balconies. The cable service chosen by the property is the worst, Suddenlink is expensive with multiple fails of service, the residents were asking for Xfinity but their opinion is not taken by the property.The lease payment process should be done using a web site that will charge you more than $30 each time you change the date of payment.The apprtms are good.
I’ve recently had the pleasure of interacting with Lia and Catherine ! I’m currently in the process of doing a long distance move and both of these ladies has left me with no unanswered questions or concerns.
Do not move here unless you like providing valuables to low lifes. We have lived here 2 1/2 years. The first week we lived here, 2 cars were stolen and about 5 others were broken into. Since then, there have been numerous break-ins to apt., at least 3 a month. Management does nothing about it except to leave pretty neon flyers on your door notifying you of the crime, and telling you that they are not responsible for your safety, it is up to you and HPD. Well, HPD does not patrol the complex, they only arrive after the damage is done. There are courtesy officers that live in the complex, probably for free, or at least at a discount, but they are useless. They do not patrol the complex either. This is a gated community, but the gates are not manned, so people who do not live here, sit at the gates, wait for a resident to arrive and open the gate, and tailgate them in. Thats when the gates work, they break down quite often. These apartments are not cheap, and on top of the rent, weve had to take on the added expense of installing an alarm system, plus the monthly monitoring fee. On top of that, we had to rent a garage to keep our new car from getting stolen, or broken into. Before I moved hear, I was a pacifist, the most anti- gun person you would ever meet. I never touched a gun, and would not allow one in my home. Since living here, I now own one, took classes on how to use it, and keep it loaded in my nightstand drawer, I also keep a taser and pepper spray on my nightstand. I do not leave my apartment to take the dogs out or check the mail when my husband is not home, I feel like a prisoner in my own home. Nice way to live, huh? So if you want to spend a ton of money to live in fear day in and day out, then The Paramount at Kingwood is the place for you.
Home invasions, car break-ins, broken gates (half of my lease here), dirty pools, rude staff, overcrowded parking, and feral cats that will attack!Well, I was attacked by a feral cat that was in the middle of fighting another feral cat. (There is a small feral colony living here).One day I was walking through the complex, and I hear a loud commotion.. I turn around and the fighting cats bump into me, one of them run off and the other lunges at feet (luckily it only bit into my shoe). I proceeded to punt him into the bushes.Immediately, i detour to the office to report the feral assaliant... I don’t know the woman’s name, but she told me“Animal control won’t come out here for cats, I mean it’s probably somebody’s cat, somebody has to be feeding it, right?”Yeah that happened..No regard for my safety. Nothing was resolved, they’re still out here growing in numbers, next thing you know one will be applying for housing with it’s feral offspring.There’s several home invasions while the gate is broken, and instead of hiring security or fixing the gates..They posted signs on the dumpsters saying “Make sure you are throwing your trash into the dumpster, we are watching”.. while the home invasions were occurring.. I can only imagine how disrespected the victims felt.I’m not making this up, the dumpsters are more important to watch than the 3 broken gates that allow criminals to treat the Paramount like Walmart.. open 24/7.And the pool.. is filthy, it’s only 4 feet deep and you can’t see your feet.. need i say more?I will keep y’all updated if something else happens, I move out soon and I will see if the laundry list of “move in damages” I filled out will go against me and my deposit.And the kitchen counter tops are this weird lamented paper which doesn’t let go of coffee stains, and you can tear it (like paper) while cleaning it.The only redeeming factor is I love the maintenance crew, they are hard working and try their best.

I am a locator and referred 2 client of mine back to back, even received the move in confirmation from the manager, went through all of the steps to get set up with VC, was told they dont pay until 90 days after move in! And that has come and gone for one client, my brokerage has called and they said they were cutting the check weeks ago. Still no payment, no response to any email I have sent either. I will not be referring anyone else to this property.
I have truly enjoyed my experience with Paramount. From the office staff , to the actual unit. It’s everything I needed and the move in process has been smooth. Would recommend !
The apartments are conveniently located. The staff is friendly and tries to have a get-together once a month.
Place screwed me over they claim that I damaged the carpet with a stain that was there before I moved in. Also they said I had left the oven dirty when I left.. I lived there for 6 months never used the oven and cleaned the place spotless! Make sure you take pictures when you move in and when you move out. Or they screw you for $800 cleaning fees.I
Has a really bad mold problem, they didn’t replace broken frigerator. The management was very rude and unprofessional especially Daija she has a really nasty attitude.
I have been living here from 2017. It has been a very good experience. Staff is very friendly, always works overtime and goes overboard to resolve any issue you face. Apartments are built good. I would recommend this place

Lived here for a year in a 2 bedroom apartment, transferred to a 3 bedroom apartment. The AC doesnt work appropriately and the office refuses to resolve the issue. Dont move here if you want working AC in Texas.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. The apartments are a mess. We waited weeks for a response on service that was needed on our dryer and garbage disposal.The parking situation is even worse! Oh and don’t forget the raccoons!!! They’re everywhere and it’s unsafe. There’s also been a lot of break ins and auto theft. Save yourself the hassle and look for different apartments.
The place is really peacefull. The staff is very very friendly and attentive. The neighbors is very nice. They fix everything fast.. has two School near Bens Branch Elementary and Midle School and Brookwood Forest Elementary .. the stores kroger,McDonald, pollo loco, panda express, taco cabana, panera bread, smashburguer, mod pizza, etc...etc.. it’s 5 minutes . 😁
Under another new management company, they are trying to bring together the community with Wine Wednesdays. Great fun meeting others in complex, games with prizes off rent are fun.
The management and staff are the best! They are quick to react to any issues and go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. We have lived here 3 years now and we love it!

Ac has had problems since i moved in a year ago and i move out in 2 days and was told it was supposed to be fixed 3 days ago. Still has not been fixed and its 100 degrees in my apartment.

I love this complex! Its quite, my neighbors are nice and maintenance is quick to respond to all issues. The staff are great too. But the pool...The pool is amazing!

They are constantly adding and improving things around the complex. The pool area has new furniture and grills! Its a huge improvement from before.
I had the best experience visiting these apartments they have the most friendly staff and very knowledgeable. I was helped by Angel would definitely recommend living here.
Stayed with LYND for a year, when they switched over to Asset living they “lost my lease renewal” and now here I’m finding out 4 months after the fact, that they are trying to charge me for damages because they don’t “work with Jetty” (jetty is the deposit essentially) really sketchy to me.

Price, service, and the apartment, were all great. I had issues with parking for a bit, but they extended quite a bit. Id give 5 if they had a pet area.

Called for 2 days finally got an answering service operator who informed me that property was under renovation and to text a number and a leasing agent would give me a call back didnt even bother because it shows me if I were a resident or wanted to become a resident, I would have a hard time speaking with someone.
Its had its moments of break ins and car thefts, but the staff are wonderful, maintenance is quick and friendly, and the apartments themselves are outstanding.
Spacious and has washer/dryer. On top of that the staff is absolutely amazing and very friendly.
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH RACCOONS IN YOUR APARTMENT!!!!! I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT RACCOONS IN ATTIC FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET THEM TO CALL PROFESSIONALS TO HELP BUT THEY WONT. THEY KEEP SAYING IT WONT GET IN! NOT TRUE!!!! I ACTUALLY SAW IT IN MY A/C VENT IN MY BEDROOM! I CALLED THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND PATRICIA LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY. I ASKED IF THEY WOULD BE LIABLE IF IT BIT ME? AND SHE SAID THEY WOULD CROSS THAT BRIDGE WHEN IT HAPPENED. WHAT? ARE YOU SERIOUS? I WENT TO A HOTEL THAT THEY DID NOT COMPENSATE. THEY FIRST PUT MOTH BALLS IN MY WALLS WHICH MADE MY ENTIRE APARTMENT STINK. MY CLOTHES STILL SMELL. THEY LIED ABOUT WORKING WITH A AN ANIMAL CONTROL COMPANY....WELL THEY LIED ABOUT A FEW THINGS. I CALLED A COUPLE WILDLIFE ANIMAL CONTROL COMPANIES AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD NEVER ADVISE THAT. MOTH BALLS ARE TOXIC. THEY NEVER EVEN ASKED IF THEY COULD PUT THEM IN MY APARTMENT TO BEGIN WITH.THEY FINALLY PUT (1) TRAP IN MY ATTIC THAT THEY ONLY CHECKED FOR ONE WEEK BUT WHO KNOWS BECAUSE I WASNT THERE TO BABYSIT. NOW I GET A CONDESCENDING LETTER SAYING THAT THEY EXHAUSTED ALL OPTIONS AND THEY REMOVED THE TRAP. THEY ALSO SAY THEY CANT TRAP AN ANIMAL THEY CANT SEE...WELL, YES...IT IS NOCTURNAL! FUNNY HOW THEY HAD TO TAPE THE DUCT WORK BUT THERE WERE NO SIGNS OF HOLES OR RACCOONS AS WELL AS THE ROOFER REPAIRED HOLES BUT NO SIGNS OF RACCOONS! (PER NUMEROUS EMAILS) I ALSO HAVE VIDEOS OF RACCOONS SCRATCHING MY WALLS. THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY. ALSO, I HAVE HEARD MULTIPLE STORIES OF RACCOONS UNDER BATHTUBS AND DYING IN WALLS. AT THE TIME I MADE MY COMPLAINT, THERE WERE 2 OTHER BUILDINGS WITH RACCOONS. THE OFFICE IS WELL AWARE OF THE RACCOONS AND THEY JUST SAY IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME...WHEN IT GETS HOT AND WHEN IT GETS COLD...LIKE ITS NO BIG DEAL. MEANWHILE I HAVE RACCOON URINE AND FECES IN MY AIR DUCTS BUT ITS NO BIG DEAL! OH BUT THEY DID START PAINTING THE EXTERIOR OF THE BUILDINGS, SO I GUESS THAT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN REMOVING RABID ANIMALS FROM THE APARTMENTS. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!

My best recommendations for him, although the new group of that administration is wonderful and very attentive, they have also been very effective with their work.
