Thomas was recommended to us by a former, retired partner of his who is a friend of ours, so we had a good feeling right off!Our initial appointment to discuss the situation and our goals further inspired confidence. Thomas was both professional and personable, explaining his approach to selling homes such as ours and what that would look like in our situation. Thomas just closed on my house with essentially 0 days on the market and managed to get me top dollar! This is the sixth house my family has bought or sold with Thomas over the last 10 yrs. and I can tell you since we found Thomas we will never deal with anyone else. He uses every possible method to either save when buying or get top dollar when selling. He listens carefully to your concerns or needs and always delivers.I have seen him get in and fix items himself when selling a house.
