This are the worst apartments only reason we are still here it’s because of a contract. They don’t care about infestation, maintenance takes forever to come and fix a problem! Maintenance came in one day & they said they would come “tomorrow” it’s been a month they never came back. They are always on your back, checking your apartment. Worst customer service ever. Now they have new people in the office taking care of this, hopefully they will be better than the last people who were here. They had the worst customer service, they were always rude and had terrible service!

Yes these are very beautiful apartments I would live here I would offer them to anybody who is looking for an apartment have a very beautiful pool really nice parking really good service yes I would offer them to anybody

It was a wonderful experience for my first time having my own apartment. It’s a very peaceful environment & the Manager is very professional & sweet. Would recommend for first time renters.

I just took a friend to put a deposit on one of this apartment. So I dnt know anything about this place

This place is horrible! administration doesnt care the many infestations there are, maintenance takes forever to get a hold of as well. worst customer service ive ever experienced, all they care about is making money. Dont even apply its a money trap. i would not even do half a star. heed my warning

First impressions was horrible they have really bad customer service the lady in the front desk is very rude and seems to hate her job she is not helpful at all. Never going back there again and to think rosemont has nice apartments, but the faculty is just horrible.

Good living Apt.Big rooms and good swimming pool,great program for kids after School.

Rosémont at Laredo Vista apartments are the worst, they have an infestation of insects like spiders 🕷️ tarantulas and cockroaches 🪳 and thats not nothing, the maintenance also never fixes anything and not to mention the lady in the office who doesnt even care about the tenants They fix something when City arrivesThe pool was never pulled there, nor do the neighbors always fight there, where the police live where the fights are always, they dont have insurance, those apartments dont even have lights reaching the hallways.Horrible poor people get there
