Poor customer service and very bad communication. C. MARTINEZ made promises she could not keep then lies saying she never said any of these words. I had to cancel my services with her just so that she can call me back. If I can give it 0 stars I would.

I was told by my Mortage lender to go with Letty to remove some collection accounts. We decided to do the advance package which was $849 and the collections account would be removed in 45 days we started with her in March 30. Letty was going to run credit on 6-15 she wouldn’t text me back as much as she first used to and on 6-15 I reached out to her first which was late almost at 5 because she was supposed to call me. Very unresponsive I ended up not getting my credit pulled and a full refund of what I paid. However the website they use to pull your credit is $24.99 a month and that was not given back to me. Our time was wasted since we were just waiting on Letty only to find out nothing was removed. Use another company to fix your credit or you can go waste your time with STXCA I had 2 collection accounts with them they totaled like 3,200 and couldn’t be removed even though Letty told me AT&T collections is easy to remove.

Letty Santos and her staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to fix my credit with in 6 months. I totally recommend them . It’s worth every penny.

Things were working pretty fast at first but suddenly they stopped updating us with our credit report improvement and recommendations but would be very quick to call and collect payments. $1000 just to start our process for both my husband and I down the drain.

Horrible service !! From staff, rude, no customer service skills. I am very disappointed with current management. Letty was really a great, nice, attentive professional owner. My complaint was brushed off about being over talked to in an unprofessional manner by staff, was interrupted and my requests were not listened to immediately. No call back by manager Claudia Martinez.
