Horrible services. It was like pulling teeth to get these people to answer simple questions. Constantly was asked to resend documents I had already sent. I had to escalate to their corporate boss bc I almost lost my house twice due to leila and her teams negligence. They hired someone to do my house inspection and they took the money and never got an inspection so we got stuck looking for someone through the holidays. Just recently I called for info bc I got a letter about our mortgage they said they would get back to me and still not a single call/text. Don’t waste your time bc they definitely will.Update: I called about a letter that we got transferred to another lender. I called leila with questions and did her usual banter “no I promise it didn’t let me see and I’ll call back” as always doesn’t know what she’s talking about it bc we did get transferred and didn’t get notified until after the payment wasn’t accepted.

Easy process, Leila was able to prequalfy my customer to get their for ever home. Simply one of the best lenders in the business. Thank you Leila!
