I got referred to Eva Montoya through a friend, and Im so thankful I got her. She was super patient with me and thoroughly answered any questions I had. She always gave me options, and if I didnt like some of the suggestions, she would be understanding about my feelings and try and make the experience as easy as possible for me. I would recommend her and PrimeLending in general to anyone looking to buy a home. I also really enjoyed working with Janie Hernandez. She was so kind and always made sure my questions were answered. I work night shift, so whenever she needed to contact me, she respected my schedule and avoided calling me in order for me to sleep well. Do not recommend!!! there is no communication. we were promised this and that and the promises were not fulfilled. It took us 3 months for us to close because they would not answer our phone calls or text messages. we almost lost our Earnest money because the person did not communicate what was needed until the day of.This person kept sending us new paperwork to sign because they kept making mistakes. They were never able to tell us a closing date until the day before we closed. not profesional and rude! I can go on... The only reason we stuck with them because we had sumbmitted all the paperwork to them and did not want to hurt our credit by getting someone else. BUT IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. if you are a new young home owner do not go this company.
