I absolutely love paying yearly HOA fees when the HOA can’t even enforce the rules they set forth. We have lived in Cobblestone for 2 1/2 years and the neighborhood is quickly going down hill. HOA will give out warnings or fines all day long for the neighbors who leave their trash cans out one minute past 5pm (when most people don’t even return from work until after this time), but won’t give warnings or fines out to the neighbors who have a jungle for a yard. 🤷🏻‍♀️If you are going to enforce rules, enforce the rules that MATTER and that are DEPRECIATING the value of our community. We moved to Cobblestone with the expectation that the HOA would help enforce the upkeep of homes. I’ll never be able to sell my home for a decent price with the way things are looking around here.Also, if you are trying to call this place, goodluck.

I just bought my home and on top of paying the annual fee, my account already has an unexplained $360 balance, crazy.

Second time they have tried to charge me HOA fees that I paid when I closed on my house. Their website is very minimalist. You really cant find any info on it and the physical address on the website is wrong. I have not been able to get in touch with James Arthur the head of my HOA in the 2 years I have lived here. They are not doing anything beneficial for the neighborhood but are continuing to charge fees and even overcharge.

Poorly managed and misuse of HOA funds... Repairs are cheap, hastily done, completed by unqualified contractors and in the long term end up costing the HOA residents more money...

I wish I could give this poorly operated HOA ZERO STARS. They are absolutely terrible. I dont know how they even continue to operate. They do not respond at all.. absolutely worthless.

These people are worse than pirates, requesting money and they don’t do anything for the community.

Terrible service. They never answer. They charge fines without evidence of anything and without explanation. Its a hassle to even pay
