They looked out for my best interests and managed my property with the utmost care.Krisel, who was the office manager and also a real estate agent assigned to my property was the best, she was extremely professional and always readily available to answer any questions I had, making the whole rental process smooth. They have managed our condominium complex for several years and have helped us make major improvements to our property. They respond promptly when problems or concerns arise. They truly go above and beyond for their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend Salinas Property Management to anyone.

We own our condo and she has us paying ridiculous prices for “maintenance” ($200) when we don’t even make a mess or have grass to cut , and she has favorites that tell her what to do and she does it , and the pool is ALWAYS closed year round, she changes the passcode every other day and never updates us on the code. We don’t recommend you rent or buy a property in LA MANSION mansion or any under SANDRA

I recently moved out of town but wanted to write this review to commend Sandra Salinas Property Management for the excellent service I received while living in Plantation townhomes.Sandra Salinas has always been consistent with providing excellent service. Every email and every call was always answered. She always tried her best to resolve issues that occurred while I was living there, somethings had to go through the board, but whatever she was able to do, she handled immediately.I was always happy and grateful. I praise her and her staff for their kindness, friendliness, and professionalism. One time that I had to go to the office, I witnessed them very busy with so many calls coming in and other residents being helped and all the while Sandra Salinas carrying herself in a positive and effective way.I wish them continued success in providing the best service to all properties that they manage.

Sandra and her team, with Krisel at the helm, took utmost care in the upkeep and maintenance of our property. They were in constant communication with us regarding the tenants needs and recommended improvements. I would highly recommend them to manage your real estate investment.

Mrs. Salinas and Alison are outstanding to work with. Negative reviews Ive read should know the management company is only as good as its board, if the board is weak, her teams hands are tied.Mrs. Salinas brings a massive network where no task is impossible. The speed and efficiency of her team is second to none. They like to only collect the money and not take care of the place. I know this is Laredo but this property management company’s lack of care is astounding. They do not enforce basic regulations such as fire lane parking, parking in visitors area , unless you are on the home owners association board..if so you can park as many cars as you want in visitors area. The upkeep of the pool is horrible signs are faded and barely readable. Wooden fences around back yards need replaced, garage door frames are rotting. I guess they feed the cats in the office with the home owners association fee. They act like it is a nuciance to manage the Shiloh Heights Condominiums. The BARE MINIMUM is done to maintain this place, not sure who would buy here but…remember..if you are on the board you get special treatment! Oh…and no dangerous yard decorations!!! The neighbors kids who run wild and can’t stay out of your yard might get hurt!! Some parents have no desire to control their rats! But you can leave your Christmas lights up as long as you want! Such beautiful chairs they leave for pool users. Too lazy to even throw them out!

Friendly reception and they even have cute cats running around their office. They had a little bit of trouble pulling my account and there was a little bit of confusion on my balance. Made the process feel longer than it should have

This is the worst management company! They do not return phone calls or keep up with the property. The gate shocks you when you push the numbers! It has been this way for years with no concern from the property management. They were aware of break-ins but did not feel any responsibility to the property owners so they have not notified anyone.Do not use this property management if you care about your property or homeowners!

Worst property management I have ever experienced. They never return phone calls. They dont care about our concerns or complaints. They are lousy at up keeping the grounds. Pools are always dirty, grass is always tall and over grown. These people dont care about nothing.

Awful awful awful.... very unprofessional, this company has been nothing but trouble and mismanagement from the beginning. She is no help, her staff is no help, they don’t answer emails and they definitely do not help out their residence. Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible service. They never return your calls nor emails. For months I have tried to get them to fix the fence and yard, so far they haven’t taken any action. She probably just cares about the rich areas she’s in change.

The worst service in Laredo, no one ever. Even the basic service attitude is not. Encounter problems directly evasive, phone calls are afraid to answer. Terrible !!!
