They lied to my agent and said a home had already been bought. I knew the owner and when I asked the owners about it, they said they had not even looked at offers yet which means they were manipulating everything to benefit them. They do not have your best interest in mind only theirs and they will only show you the offers that benefit them that allow them to make more money. In my case they were not even letting me make an offer to the owner and lied saying the home was sold. They were caught in a lie and continued to lie to cover it up. Do not trust them, more specifically the Gomez couple are the ones who broke their code of ethics.
