Sandra and everyone involved in selling a Korean veterans home (while he was dying) failed to follow law 751.151. 60 days have passed and the grantor died June 4th 2023. Power of attorney no longer valid and no new contracts can be produced without heirs. Already notified wells fargo, trec, and working on reporting fraud to government officials, and filing a grievance against attorney. Its too late now. I have also notified county clerk of updated law (that should be known by brokers in texas)
