She arranged for the listing, arranged for showings, received and screened the offers to purchase, assisted with negotiations, prepared all paperwork promptly, tracked the paperwork and preparation for sale and transfer of the property- everything, start to finish. The entire transaction was done with Martha in Laredo and us 2,300 miles away in Oregon! All of our dealings with Martha were seamless, professional, efficient, and VERY personal. We never got the sense that we were dealing with a real estate mill, or with one-size-fits-all negotiations.
