Beautiful homes, very satisfied with our B&B Home. A few months later and no major structural or mechanical issues have been encountered. The team is very responsive, even after closing, which is hard to find with local builders nowadays. Filed a claim for something minor with the sprinklers, which was solved pretty quickly and B&B followed up several times to make sure everything was OK. The responsiveness and care after the sale are greatly appreciated.

When looking to build a home back in 2020, we knew we wanted to build with B&B because of how beautiful they appear to be. Little did we know that being handed our keys at closing, that we’d be so disappointed with the outcome of what seems to be a “beautifully made home.” Our 7 month building experience was everything you’d expect it be, fun and exciting.. and here comes the “BUT”. Three months living in our home we noticed cracks, leaks, and missing/broken items. Poor craftsmen ship was used to built our home, and that is very disappointing. A leak occurred over our master closet from the upstairs restroom due to a part not being installed. This resulted in one of their thousand workers coming and making large openings in our walls that haven’t been fixed in 3 months. Not to mentioned the worker found a water bottle filled with gunk and brown water inside the wall. NASTY. The biggest concern of all is our tile. Cracks that started from one end of the house made their way to the opposite side. Can’t get any worse than that, especially when having a 6 month old who is going to start crawling soon. Their warranty coverage is horrible. Their costumer service is even worse. Their managers are all over the place trying to fix the messes that have been made. To sum it all up, I would not recommend building with B&B unless you want to be going through a hassle of having your home fixed for 2+ years.

We stopped by the new construction at Antler Crossing, we toured the house by ourselves, some workers were finishing up their work. These homes are F_ing amazing!!!!! In the process of selling our home to buy one we saw, just like that…

The homes are real nice and here comes the “BUT”… the experience of buying a $330+ K home was definitely lackluster. They just don’t understand how disappointing it is to purchase a new home and have issues right out of the shotgun, door bell stopped working, 2 minor water leaks, ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work ( been waiting for replacement for almost 2 months). You call them for an update and all you get is “let me find out”. No return phone call or text. The warranty is terrible. If it’s not an emergency they have up to 11 months to act on it. Non-structural damage warranty is only 2 years. Good luck getting through on the phone.October 2022.... now we have a water leak in our kitchen ceiling. Roof has to be fixed. That 3 houses in our block that have issues with leaking roofs. They did respond promptly to come and check it out.Month 19 (8-2-2023) ... Issue with A/C. Downstairs feels a lot hotter than upstairs. With a 2-story home. Its better to have 2 units. One for each floor. Submitted the online request to 210 warranty, no reply after 3 days of request being submitted much less acknowledged.

The houses are gorgeous and the sellers will treat you great during the process, but once they give you the house they want nothing to do with you and then you have to deal with cracks and a broken kitchen which they will just direct you to the warranty. The warranty company is practically non-existent and they gave me an appointment for next year to fix what has to be fixed ASAP, several of my neighbors complain about the same issues. The minute they give you the keys you have to figure it out without any assistance, although you paid for the warranty and these houses are pretty expensive. I do not recommend them at all.

Very nice homes but they are on the pricy side compared to the competition. Overall they were very nice with us. I would recommend checking them out. We needed up going with another builder only because ethe floor plans available did not meet our needs. Definitely check them out if you are looking to purchase a home.

I built a home with B&B home. I love their craftsmanship and they can definitive do anything you want. I love my home. The minor issues that came up after the home was built has been fixed by the builder. The building process was the hectic part. I did not feel like they provided me with enough options. I was clueless on what I wanted to start with as far as the design and look of the home. Somehow we got it together, but I look back and cant help but think more could have done if the guidance and one on one assistance would have been there. I have learned a lot through my process. If you are considering to built my advice is this:-Ask all the questions.-Request as many options and ideas as possible and if your not happy keep asking for more-Think of everything from the space you want to location of each light in and outside the home.-Dont take no as an answer there is always a way.-If you need assistance in design ask for it. Dont be shy or feel like you are imposing after all this is your home.- Have patience and visit your home often. I had some changes done due to the design not flowing well and to mistakes from the builderAnd we loved Sandra :)Good luck
