Terrible.Youre charged a fee just for having an account.Anytime we travel, they shut our cards off even though weve called them beforehand to let them know well be making unusual purchases. We had to open another account at another bank so we wouldnt keep getting stranded with no access to our money.We decided to use our account as a backup rather than primary account since we were having so many issues, but then we got locked out of our savings account because we didnt use it enough. What kind of institution forces you to use a savings account on a regular basis? Bizarre.The customer service is abhorrent. We had to jump through so many hoops and spend HOURS on the phone just to access our own money. The workers are generally not polite or helpful.The online banking is awful.Overall, we tried to stick it out because we wanted to be able to easily transfer $ to our elderly family members who use this bank, but it was an absolutely terrible experience.
They are very friendly and helpful but when I tried to move one of my accounts here to bank locally they could never get the online system to work then charged me a fee every month for not having access to the online portal which they were never able to give me access to. I went in and they tried multiple times but could never get it to work. I moved that account back to chase.
Ms. Samuels helped me recently in the lobby. She is extremely knowledgeable and quick thinking. Ive been banking here since the 1980s and she is a breath of fresh air.
Has hours post on Saturday from 9am to 1pm and they aren’t even open! I drove an hour and a half for nothing. Definitely closing my account. Y’all’s reviews are bad for a reason.
Do not use the automatic bill pay for this bank. They do not distribute payments, even after calling them, This cost my college students in late rent payments.
