I cannot say enough good things about this business! They listened to what we were looking for in a house, showed us the ones we were interested in, had a lot of patience with our requests, and finally helped us close on the home we wanted despite the loan companys curveballs.Rico and Chrissy are outstanding; I trust them with my real estate needs at any time. Their hard-work, ethics, and kindness define this business.

Weve now bought two different homes with Ricardo Rodriguezs help. Hes always been very friendly, attentive, and trustworthy. We tell him what were looking for and he finds the closest options available while also stretching a bit outside that. He was always available, week days and weekends. We greatly appreciated that having 2 little ones and a very small time-gap to explore homes. Hes still a little new to the Bryan/College Station area, so hes learning the hustle of the insane market here, but he did a great job. The houses come and go so fast, it was difficult to find the right home. Were happy with the house we got while also having to sell our home in Huntsville. Ricardo even offered to help us move in and just all-around goes beyond expectations as an agent. We wish Ricardo and Cristina the best in their bright future!

Eh...i felt like she was in my corner at first and then I felt abandoned. She did try once and did her part well in getting a decent deal and it fell through (not the agents fault at all - totally on the owner for not having things straight before we sent it to the title company). But then...i was abandoned again. Literally MONTHS later I received an email because the market had slowed down so I guess she had time again for me. The ONLY reason for 2 stars is because she was great at getting a good deal on one property (at least on paper until it fell through). If you dont have an outrageous budget, if you are just looking for a small cheap place to call home, KEEP LOOKING FOR ANOTHER AGENT!!!! or Google a little and do the work yourself. Felt like she had bigger fish to fry while the market was popping and then when it wasnt she had nothing better to do but see if I was still waiting for her.
