I was a tenant with Regus for 4 years . I really loved the space and perks such as having front desk for my business. The biggest frustration I have with Regus is not valuing and honoring contracts and spinning them to work in their favor. Despite signing for a 2 year contract they will still increase your rent yearly due to market price. They could add random fees , no updates , no notice and you would have to pay it or you would gain late fees and it would go towards your retainer at the end . Which I still haven’t gotten and it’s been over 45 days since my lease ended : though it states up to 30 days. I’ve spoked with front desk , corporate, and created a help desk ticket.
Asked receptionist if they have coworking space; answer was yes. Online it says the location has coworking space. So I signed up for a multi-day-per-month coworking pass. Then they tell me their coworking spaces are booked until June. So, less than a day after booking my coworking membership, I simply ask to cancel and refund it, as this is the only location that I needed the membership for, and they just say no--contract says no cancelations... not at all acknowledging the fact that they said coworking was available and that their website suggested spaces might be available. I understand contracts, but I also respect folks who acknowledge the real human/visibility factors of a transaction. Regus will lose my day-booking and membership business over this poor handling.
I’ve been renting here for about 6 months as a place to study for graduate school. The space is kept very clean and Courtney does an excellent job keeping up with things around the office. She is very accommodating and kind. There is always nice dishes and silverware to use and the fridge and microwaves are kept very clean. The people that rent the spaces are professional and respectful. I have been very happy with my contract and experience so far. Ken is also very nice- I have not needed him for anything but when I signed my contract he was very responsive during that time. I recommend using them for rental office space.
A pretty unimpressive experience. Wed booked a room for the day, got there to find the AC was out. The room we booked was too hot to work in but we were a small group and could have moved to a larger room near the front where they had set up a portable AC unit. We were to start at 9, didnt have a backup location set up and we suggested moving us to the room near the front with the AC, wed make do. But the receptionist said she couldnt move us to that larger room because it was more expensive and someone else might want to come in to use that room... Now, lets not loose sight of the fact that,a t that point, it was 9AM already...when the AC was out in the entire suite....when they were otherwise completely empty because, after all, the AC was out in the entire suite. Bottom line, a lack of decision making authority/initiative meant they lost our business that day AND the next one on the off chance that someone MIGHT want to come into the place with the AC down and use that specific room.
Accommodations are good. Ikea looking furniture. It is quiet because the doors are mostly closed. If you dont know Regus; it is like buying a car in the 1980s. If you want the bells and whistles, it will cost you.Make sure when you sign up to cross out the business continuation fee clause. Everyone does it and they accept it. This fee is ridiculous. The management is awful. Management is never in the office and when she is, shes very hostile towards tenants, staff. Sad to say, she smells bad too; like 5 day old bad.Overall the location is decent, accommodations good, management and billing horrible. So, I rate it a FAIR.
Could not have found a better office space! Accommodations are excellent and the staff are helpful, tentative and extremely friendly. If there’s ever a concern, the staff updates and takes care of everything immediately! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for office spaces! Lots of versatility!
I rented a space there, the manager Ken was horrible, he had no people skills he is only there for a check clearly. He never gave referral fees at least not to US. He never told me about the fee you pay when you leave, he never explained anything up front. You wouldn’t even know he was the manager if you had an office there b/c he doesn’t speak to anyone.Oh did I forget to mention he didn’t tell me I had to do an exit form to get my deposit back, I have been gone since 11/1 and still have not received my deposit back and they stopped answering my emails at the help desk. This place is horrible , let’s not forget about not cleaning the office since I been there ,they had little creatures running around the hallway. How embarrassing when clients come to see you and there are roaches running around the place. I wish I could post my video of the roaches.
Wish there was a Minus Star rating. My experience. After being a customer for years, Regus negotiated a new rate in a new contract. Then in breach of contract charged me a higher rate, and refused to respond to any of my multiple attempts to resolve the issue. When Regus continued to bill at the higher rate for months and refused to respond, I cancelled the service. Now Regus is threatening to sue me for not paying the higher rate I did not agree to. My experience has been that this is a huge company with foreign ownership and no way to get to anyone who can resolve issues. The Help Desk was worthless regarding my issue.
Regus is awesome!! Clean and quiet environment to make your workday soothe sailing. Kristen and Daisy are always very happy to help.
