Save your time and money! RUN!! This place is HORRIBLE!!! The pictures are very deceiving. The house is small and should not be listed as a mansion! The house was filthy, the pool was GREEN and the hot tub was broken. The furniture was awful and dirty. It took us 4 hours to clean the house before our guests arrived. I requested to do a walk through of the property several times and the property manager ghostsed me and I now see why. They dont want potential guests to view this horrible raggedy home. Oh and not to mention you will not have any privacy the property manager popped up unannounced 4 times. The refrigerator doesnt work and has a terrible odor. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!! I wish I could post pictures on this review.

The owners and host are very unprofessional. They double parties. properly. The owners and host refuse to respond. The host could not settle the situation. They handle the issue very unprofessional. The place was filthy. Beds had unclean sheets. Floors and bathrooms were naughty. Pool had no water in it. The ground around the pool area was all cracked. I do not recommend this property to anyone. It needs to be closed as an airbnb.

This place was awesome! We made appt y for a tour. The staff was professional and helpful in the planning and execution of our engagement. We enjoyed the quite relaxed feel and the kids loved the pool w the waterfall going. If you need a place to stay in Houston and wanna enjoy peace n quite this is the place. Even w 4 kids here I was at peace ✌!

My host John Barber made this experience an enjoyable one. My party was fabulous. This is a beautiful place. John made sure it was clean and accommodated me with a reasonable check in time. I absolutely love this place and will be coming back😊

The owners were very hard to get in contact with. They overbook the home so you have someone leaving at 12 and next person come in at 3. That doesnt give enough time to have the home thoroughly cleaned. When we came at 3 they still had people cleaning. The house had a strong weed smell. The pool and jacuzzi was absolutely disgusting and it wasnt until 7pm that they had someone to come to clean the pool which didnt allow us to fully use it on our first day. I called the owner multiple times to see when someone was coming and he never answered. I finally was fed up and posted some videos on Instagram stories and tagged them and then someone showed. Half of the outlets did not work in the downstairs master suite. We had to go to the store and buy extension cords just to use our everyday items like lamps. When we finally told the owner he said the breaker wasnt on, we tried to turn it on but it still didnt work. The AC is controlled and monitored by the owner via his phone or app. So whenever we turned it down to 70, he would turn it up to like 75. At first it was locked and we couldnt change it and when we called him he unlocked it, but he kept turning it up in the house we were hot all weekend. We had to buy fans and plug them to the extension cord since the outlets dont all work. I think the house is good for a 1 day event if you are hosting a party, but make sure you bring a cleaning crew to reclean since the home isnt thst clean. If you are staying over the weekend, I wouldnt recommend it. For the price you could just stay at a nice hotel or maybe another more maintained home. This home is very unkept and needs a break so it can get really cleaned. Even the pool area the seats were all dirty and the pool was deteriorating. They need to upgrade the furniture pieces and really clean. Oh, I almost forgot the worst part. They had people come by the home on Sunday saying they wanted to preview the home. Some of our guest had left to go out on the town and so my guess is that they had been watching us and sent their next customers to come check the home while we were gone not knowing we still had people inside. That is not right nor safe if you have family memebers at the home. I would highly recommend make sure you carry because those people came at night. Anything could have happened.

I give this place a Big Zero it is so sad how the Owner did us it was so embarrassing. He didn’t have the house ready at 3pm Whole house smell like weed, in the bathroom, bedroom, living room was nasty and dirty. The pool was dirty and green it was discussing. It had roaches and ants.Must I go on? The house was hot he controlled the air from his phone just to try to save money. And people where complaining the whole weekend. He kept turning up the air to 83°. But I turned it back down to 75 it stays down for a couple hours but next thing you know it’s backed up to 83°The refrigerated didn’t work because the sockets in the whole house was broken and it didn’t work. It was a couple of sockets that worked so we had to go to Walmart to buy the lightbulbs, extension cords etc....just to use the lights. We had to buy fans to stay cool. The bath tub had rust coming out of the water. The house has bad electrical problems. This place needs to be condemned. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!I will never rent over there ever again. The owner was not answering his phone he kept ignoring us we had to call him from different numbers so he can answer what a shame 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Do not waste your time nor money this place is horrible the owners are very unprofessional they are known for over booking. we booked today for a party and they also had a wedding party there as well. the wedding party was previously over booked for another location and was given the address to have a reception for a couple of hours the host never responded to us we offered to have our party and leave and they agreed but the bride kept being rude to our guest they called the police on us and the officers came and seen our reservation and said we had rights to be there seeing that the bridal party didnt have a reservation. The bride pulled the race card and we were told we had to leave the police said they will call 15 cars to arrest us because we are black. The owner still has not contacted us. If you are BLACK STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE OVERBOOKED YOU ARE TAKING A RISK OF BEING ARRESTED!!! the one star is because I had to put it. Any one writing good reviews must be the owner because the house is nasty as hell…..

Do NOT rent this place for a wedding. Complete disaster. Management couldnt care less about your stay/event.I piss $3,500 a day, I dont care, were their exact words.The property was not ready for guests this weekend. They just about ruined my friends wedding day.

Family paid money for a Family Reunion but due to covid had to cancel and still have not received the funds that we paid. The management, sales or whoever is running the place is very unprofessional. They do not respond to calls or messages unless you are paying them some money. Someone reached out and said that they had an similar issue with them so I advise anyone not to use them.

Very small pond-like pool, cracked bathroom door, cracked toilet top in master bedroom, hardwood floors need to be refinished, multiple stains/scuff marks on the walls and thats just downstairs. Far less than what I would expect for an estate and especially for the price to rent it.

Management canceled a fully paid for reservation the day-of for no acceptable reason. Ruined a whole graduation celebration scheduled for some really hard-working people. Shameful, unprofessional behavior from the management. Don’t take your chances here.

Went to a pool party here. The place really doesnt have any furniture and looked rather plain. Plus they charged us for parking, knowing there is literally nowhere else for us to park. The party was fun though.

I cant put in words how amazing this property is !! My event was amazing the host helped every step of the way , If I could give them 10STARS I would. I will be back thanks guys !

Was not well maintained. My cousin had his wedding there and they did not take care of things like they should. The grass was high and there is no good parking.

The place was like it was reviewed horrible dirty nasty nats and roaches. everything was horrible never book this place if so come in advance cause you might have to clean the place yourself

Horrible customer service, I am still waiting for my deposit refund for 3 weeks now. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. UNRESPONSIVE! I EMAILED AND CALLED EVERYDAY !!! I WOULD LIKE FOR THE OWNER TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP!
