Huntsville Village Apartments

(Will update this review when I move out)So far, living here has been amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and the apartments themselves are spacious and very beautiful.This is one of the best apartments for non students, and I really enjoyed that aspect because it means very few loud parties, and not having to fight over parking often.Sure, sometimes management can be a little bit lax, but thats what comes with private properties. Whenever Ive had issues, theyve gotten them fixed in a timely manner.My only fear is moving out because I dont know how it will go.

Absolutely love everything about Huntsville villageThe vibes here are unmatched – its clear this place is tailored for students and professionals like me. The location is prime.I’m nice quiet neighborhood. My fave is the workout room! Nice and clean.

Completely unprofessional ownership and management. Dont be fooled by it being one of the newer constructions in Huntsville. You have to pry teeth to get any type of response / correspondence from the front office and even then theyll just choose to not respond. Nightly disturbances every week that I have emailed the front office and no response. If its too hard for them to do that imagine how it is regarding anything else. I recommend going with one of the dozens of apartments owned by professional management companies that have standards and guidelines.

This property is just amazing! Very quiet area and the apartments are quite spacious. These apartments are definitely a hidden gem in the Huntsville community. The staff here is also very friendly and helpful, especially Tanya. She made the whole application process smooth and the move in very easy. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and is definitely an outstanding person. Overall experience has been terrific!!!

I moved in at the brand new apartments in July and I have had 12 wasps in my apartment since I moved in. I put a maintenance request in yesterday and called about them coming to figure out where they are coming from, they said they would be here today. I havent been home all day and when I got home I see another wasp flying in my apartment so I called the office to see if they came today or not. I spoke with Camryn, the lady working at the office. I call at 5:02pm she finally answers after the 3rd call and I say “hi I put in a maintenance request in yesterday and called about the wasps in my apartment and they said they would be here today” and Camryn says “did they come today? Have you been home” and I said “no I haven’t so I’m not sure if they came or not” she says “okay well they said they came today” and I said “okay well they didn’t do anything bc I just found another wasp in my apartment” and she says “okay they will be there tomorrow but we are closed for the day bye” and then hangs up. (their website says they close at 6, I called at 5:02). After she hangs up I see another wasp flying around after I killed the first one today. So maintenance clearly didn’t do anything about the wasps and I am allergic to wasps and I can’t even stay at my own apartment and risk getting stung. She was so rude and didn’t help at all! Its so frustrating that I have to worry if I am going to get stung or not everyday. I will be calling the manager tomorrow.

Firstly, the area is beautiful and is exactly what we wanted when moving to Huntsville. There were a couple hiccups moving in as the last tenant didnt report certain things but the owner and the front office ladies were quick to handle it. The owner is very present and the front office ladies are always helpful - available for just a chat or for any questions. Maintenance requests are done same week and are equally friendly as they explain the problem/solution. We definitely love the size of our apartment; very spacious and open. The walls are thick enough to where we dont hear our neighbors - so thankful for that! Thankfully during bad storms, we havent flooded or lost power for any extended time. Weve recently renewed our lease to stay for another year.

We have lived here for 6 months. The place is beautiful and very quiet and peaceful. All of the employees here are exceptional and go above and beyond their call of duty. During the recent ice storm, a couple of the buildings were without power. The owners made it their priority to make sure all residents that stayed were safe, warm, and as comfortable as possible in this challenging situation by using the vacant apartments with power for heat, showers, cooking. Even a few of us stayed overnight. We love living here and would highly recommend to anyone to come check this place out. It is amazing!

I truly love this property, it’s pretty and well taken care of and I love the layout of the units. I wish they had more 2 bed townhomes though. That’s what I’ve been searching for,but they did not have any availability.

I can honestly say I love my apartment. I would Highly recommend! Tanya was such A great help throughout my process.

The apartments are OK, slightly smaller than expected, wouldnt give such a low score but I had issues with management, honestly not worth the hassle, wouldnt move back

I’ve lived here for 2 years and love living here! Charley and staff are always very attentive to your needs and requests get handled immediately. The property is always very clean!

So we had to feed our 5 month old and had no where to park on our roadtrip. We parked here and the place is beautiful! The yards are very nice and I loved the colors!

I would give a zero star if I could

Very well kept and clean apartments, land lord is prompt.
