If I could rate this place negative stars I most certainly would. My roommates and I had nothing but problems since the day we moved in. They contacted us and asked if we would move in early and then on move in day the apartment wasn’t even ready for us and they waited until we showed up to move in to let us know. The inspection form crashed each and every time I tried to submit photos of damage already existing. I had to create an entire account for some pet portal (that I had to pay for) only to discover they didn’t even use it and my dog wasn’t actually registered with them even after I asked upon to move in to ensure he was set up and they told me yes. There was mold covering my roommates entire closet which they promptly bleached creating mustard gas while my roommate, my dog, and I were still in the apartment without letting us know. The maintenance people show up randomly with no warning. There’s still mold and water damage (they painted over it) in my apartment. My stove smoked constantly and the oven made weird popping sounds despite cleaning it and after putting in a maintenance form they walked in said it was grease build up and left. Upon moving out they are now trying to charge me for a “trash removal” despite the fact that I didn’t schedule a walk thru because I had interacted with my roommate to ensure I hadn’t left anything there since I haven’t lived there for six months anyway. They also completely changed the lock on our door before even giving us new keys and we’re just lucky we were there otherwise we would have been locked out for the entire weekend since the office isn’t open on weekends. Their wifi is also anything but high speed and youre lucky if it works at all. I understand it’s cheap but I still paid to live the way they handle things is completely ridiculous. The only good thing about it was being able to live with my friends.

Anyone can break in to steal there are no cameras, the gate doesnt work and they dont have security. My daughter was the victim of a robbery of her car with the loss of cell phones and personal belongings with a value of more than 3000 dlls and they did not even try to fix the gate or solve the insecurity. The secretaries dont want to do anything for you, they just get money from the rent. not even receive any complaint very bad customer service. I forgot to mention that my daughters car was hit in the middle of the night and these apartments have neither security cameras nor gates that work. they are insecure after all this we received a final fees $ 133 after my daughter moved . This charges was for something that we are not responsable and the manager doesnt care. We sent emails with complaints and pictures and they even responded. Terrible customer service!!! Dont rent here. Pictures attached of stuff that are not belongs to us so how we move if is not ours ???Ildana delouizo

I started living at the Grove after leaving the dorms. After touring, I knew immediately I wanted to live here. Since then, they have been nothing but kind and understanding. The maintenance team always fulfills the maintenance order quickly. All the people in the front office are super friendly and sweet. Its not too far from Sam Houston University. I always feel safe and secure on the property. The resort style pool is a nice place to hang out with friends. The rooms are spacious and have great closet space. Overall, the community is great, and I have made a lot of friends here. This is why Im excited to be able to renew for another year.

I couldnt be happier with my experience at The Grove! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. Its clear that they genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and at home. The amenities at The Grove are top-notch and very well maintained. The huge resort-style pool is definitely a highlight – its the perfect place to relax and unwind, and its always clean and inviting. Whether youre lounging by the pool, enjoying the fitness center, or utilizing the study lounges, you can tell that the staff takes great pride in keeping everything in excellent condition. One of the things that really sets The Grove apart is the courtesy officer who lives on the property. Knowing that there is someone on-site dedicated to keeping the complex safe and secure gives me so much peace of mind. The presence of the courtesy officer truly enhances the sense of community and safety here.I highly recommend stopping by the leasing office to visit with the office staff. They are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any problems that might arise. Establishing a great relationship with the team has made my experience here even better. Its so reassuring to know that there are people who genuinely care about the residents and are always there to support us.Overall, I cant recommend The Grove highly enough. Its a fantastic place to live with amazing staff, great amenities, and a wonderful sense of community. If youre looking for a place to call home, look no further than The Grove!

I went higher than a one-star because this apartment is cheap and yes, you get what you pay for. However, the management here is just not good, its rather silly. For starters, they finally have the gate open and running now and its my second year of living here. The biggest issue with the gate was the first time they had they it closed after giving us our access, they closed after hours. I get why they leave them open during hours and closed after, but for the first round of the gate, there was so many issues with cards not working. I came into the office the next day because mine didnt work and the worker admitted I was of the many people that had this issue, so we were locked out of our own apartments at like 10PM, whole line of cars. Also, they added trash valet fees to our monthly statement and half the time they dont actually get my trash. I would have to wait until the next evening and put it out again, and it would get taken out finally. They also will get mad if your trash isnt out until after 4PM, but be late to picking it up or just not even do it. I would rather take it out myself 100% than pay for a poor service. The workers are sometimes moderately friendly, they just arent always helpful. Overall, I didnt hate living here, but I am happy to be out after this term, I only resigned once because it was my senior year of college and I did not feel like moving. It is bearable but inconvenient.

The groves of Huntsville are the biggest joke for an apartment complex. DO NOT sign a lease here. The staff at the front is rude and they really don’t care about their residents. There is never a manager on the property for you to express your concerns it is all college kids. When I moved in there was multiple things wrong. Broken blinds, broken cabinets, broken furniture, the floor was DISGUSTING, the carpet was completely torn up, and it wreaked of cigarettes and weed. The amenities were never available. Maintenance would enter the apartment without any warning. As a young female this bothered me very much. Now that I have moved out I am being charged for things that were damaged prior to me moving in. I have tried to email and go in person and all the office will tell me is sorry keep reaching out through email. If I could give this place 0 stars I absolutely would.

As someone who has been in the apartment business for several years, I can say The Grove is amazing! New renovations were recently made to the property with three different parts to the gym. Sarah, the leasing manager, was amazing and worked hard to accommodate for everything we were throwing at her. I love the Grove more than any apartment I have been in.

My experience at The Grove was a pleasant one. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful. They are also extremely knowledgeable compared to some of the student staffing Ive dealt with at other complexes in Huntsville. My apartment, although a tad bit dated, was decent for the price. The layout makes the apartment feel spacious and there is plenty of cabinets for storage. My room was bedroom B, the closet was nice sized and my bathroom was ginormous. I also lived in the buildings closer to the office and pool, I enjoyed being close to everything. The pool was overcrowded at times but you should expect that at all student complexes. This community focuses on their residents more than anything else. There are always events going on and free things being given out. So, where they may be lacking in some places, they definitely make up for it by the resident-focused attitude they have always shown.

Overall I love living at the Grove! The maintenance is absolutely amazing, any issues I’ve had with anything and everything they have come to fix very quickly usually within 24 hours. The front office staff is also great! They are very friendly and helpful! When I moved into the grove I was in a 3 bedroom with two of my friends, well long story short living there became the worst thing ever, we were no longer friends and it made me extremely uncomfortable for me to be there, I was miserable there. The grove quickly got me into another 3 bedroom with my same exact room like I had requested, I was in the one with the bigger bathroom! I did have to pay a $200 transfer fee but that is at any apartment complex so I was okay with it. The apartment itself I really like a lot, the reason I give it a 4/5 stars is the carpeting desperately needs replaced, it was pretty stained when I moved in as well as the blinds. My first apartment was recently renovated so everything was very new and nice but my new one is not, everything like furniture is still good but carpeting and blinds need some work. My neighbors at the first apartment were pretty loud but my new ones are very quiet I didn’t even realize that people lived there until I saw people go in and out of the apartment. The one thing I wish is that the amenities were open at all times like they were before, it sucks not getting to use the study rooms late to do homework or the gym late, but this is due to covid. Overall I really like the Grove, rent is a lot cheaper than other places and the staff is awesome!

This has been my home for almost a year now and it was the best decision I made to sign here. The grove is possibly the worst place I have ever lived the amenities while I was there were never open, the club house was under construction, management was so bad. This information is all true too as I had friends working for the grove. Damn shame if I could post pictures in this review I would. Word of advice for anyone who wants to live here. Make sure you don’t care about having a scheduled payment as utility bills can stack from month to month because they don’t have anything figured out. If you sign because of a “gift card” expect it in about 8 months AND get a gym membership somewhere else because none of their machines are working.Oh and that cool coffee maker they got is just for show. I’ve tried to use it many times only to get told “it’s not working” FYI it hasn’t been working since I lived there for the entire year

With the units having mold, the year round green pool, the staff walking in to the units to include the bedrooms without any warning or prior notification of a walk through, and the maintenance being subpar at best!!! The best advice I can give is “stay as far away from this complex as possible”.Unsurprisingly, the new management is no better than the last as the new manager, Evan, spent close to an hour in my daughters apartment acknowledging all the problems to include sticking his nose down in to her carpet to confirm it was not pet urine than pulling it back advising that he was going to send maintenance in to set up a blower. (which never happened) nor did any of the other issues discussed get resolved. Then there was the incident that my daughter’s dog was attacked by two pit bulls that were not registered to be on the property requiring a trip to the vet which the apartment manager agreed to pay but never did! And due to none of the security cameras working they couldn’t even identify who the tenant was to have dogs removed from complex. It’s painfully obvious that the management team as well as the company itself do not care about providing a safe and well maintained environment instead their only concern is the money!!!! Evan, I guess your statement of not wanting to over promise and under deliver was spot on!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I have had two children live here and I would not recommend anyone living here. There have been lies and problems from day 1. We have been told for 2 years the gate would be fixed next week. Furniture we were saving from a previous roommate was stolen out of OUR room. Their vendors ate and drank out of my daughters fridge and even left their trash and clothes in her apartment after replacing floors. Of course they deny everything but we have before and after pictures. My son has been asking for months to have freezer and fridge fixed and still nothing. They wont help you sublease, but when you take all the proper channels to sublease, they make it impossible to do so, claiming new policy. They have been extremely unhelpful and unreliable with lie after lie. I DO NOT recommend these apartments, even for student living. The office staff is constantly changing since they are students who work there and the managers are never in the office. Not sure they even have managers. Take your money elsewhere.Edited to add. Most of the positive reviews you see are coming from the students that work in the office.

Placed a work order to fix microwave which was damaged during renovations this year. 2-3 months later, they finally finish the work order and charge me and my roommate $187 each for damages although they were not caused by me, and I also pay renters insurance which should cover any furniture and appliances. The GM stopped responding to emails for 6 days so I took time off work to speak with her in the office, and she told me there were no options to reduce the cost, nor did she offer any other resolutions.Update: changing from 1 star to 3 stars. I filed a complaint with BBB, was contacted by the assistant GM the next day saying that a compromise was reached because of that, and we would only be paying $46 each since the microwave was 6 years old. I still wish more communication wouldve been made, especially from the GM, but I do appreciate the assistant GMs efforts to keep me updated

I Finally moved out of this awful complex. The communication between management and residents is little to non-existent, we’ve had two water leak instances from the unit above and one that they never even finished patching up! Neighbors are extremely loud and rude at ALL hours of the night, “maintenance” just comes in whenever they feel like it with absolutely NO notice. Every 5 star review left on here is from someone who works here. Horrible place to live, please save yourself the trouble of living in a filthy apartment complex and go down the street to much nicer ones.

Living at the Grove has been a really good experience until they were bought by Scion and now the whole complex has changed including the way they treat their residents. Our dryer has been broken for a month and not only have they lied about when the parts are coming in but they have also continued to put me off every time I reach out via phone or in person. There are much better places in Huntsville to live at and if youre new to renting an apartment like I was I would stick to Asset properties like Haven or Aspen because theyll not only be super helpful but, theyll also respect you as a person rather than treat you like an inconvenience.

I FINALLY MOVED OUT OF THE MOST TERRIBLE APARTMENT COMPLEX!I had the worst experience living here at the grove. I thought about not posting this in here, but since they never did anything to prevent incidents that happened to me, I guess I’ll do it.I lived there for 2 years.First, my car was stolen from the apartments a few months ago and they didn’t do anything. They didn’t even bother to send the “Police officer on site” to my apartment or anything. After that, somebody got into my other car and stole one of my phones. PD: They got into my roommates car as well.A few weeks ago somebody driving a stolen vehicle was driving like crazy around the parking lot and hit my car leaving me with damages worth thousands of dollars. Where was the police officer on site? Who knows…Now, I know it is not the apts fault, but there are a lot of different ways to prevent things like these from happening, like having a good police officer who would actually do their job. Second, having a working gate! Ever since I moved here the gates have not been working and anybody can get in and out whenever they want (trust me I emailed them tons of times asking them to fix them). Third, having cameras on every building. The cameras up front don’t even work. So, I don’t understand what’s the point of even having them!Every time I called them about every incident all they would say was “I would recommend you to make a police report.” Yes, and what are you doing? What are you doing to provide security? NOTHING! I had 3 different police reports ever since I moved there!!! What is more surprising is that the last police report had 8 burglary cases that happened the same day at THE GROVE!!!! I never thought I would experience something like this when I first moved here. Lastly, they would charge you for ANYTHING when you move out even if you were never at fault. (They charged me for the mess my roomate left even after I sent them pictures and everything). If you make a complaint they would never answer back. You would not believe me if I tell you the amount of emails I have sent them with no response back. It is extremely disappointing to see how this landlord don’t give a shhh, not even a little bit… all they want is our money. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO RENT A DIFFERENT APARTMENT, DO IT! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THEM!PD: Trust me, I thought about suing them after all the incidents. Before I forget, I got charged a carpet cleaning fee! (Pet stain removal)“According to them” just because I had a cat 😂

So, I signed my lease a bit late due to the fact I was actually trying to get a dorm but wasn’t priority because I wasn’t a freshman. They had a deal going on and told me and my roommate specifically that if we signed the lease we would get a TV and a $1200 gift card. We did not get the TV and they gave us a $600 gift card after we had to call and complain and then our parents also stepped in. Turns out they messed up our lease completely but still refused to give us what we were promised. And the manager even got an attitude with my roommate after she was wondering why we did not get the gift cards before they agreed to give us $600. We should not have to argue and go through all of that for something that we were promised. She got rude with us not knowing that they ended up finding out our lease was messed up. I understand $600 is still a lot but they shouldn’t tell us one thing and don’t keep their word especially when it was a mishap on their part. Also, the apartment itself is just not worth what we are paying for. All of our doors do not close fully. We have to lock them or pull the door upwards to keep it closed. The fire alarms go off sometimes for no reason and we find little water bugs around the apartment in random places Including drawers. It’s not an absolutely terrible place to live but I’ve had too many bad experiences there for me to ever want to live there again.

This apartment will never communicate anything to its residents and if they do it’s almost never correct information. You”ll have fire alarms go off for 45 minutes straight at 8 am, but will not be informed why until the alarms are going off and maintenance is knocking. You’ll wake up to maintenance workers already unlocking your door and helping themselves inside- most of the time without a single email explaining why. And if you call the front desk to ask? they will say just YOUR building didn’t get the email. Instead of promising to be better they write it off to another excuse. This has happened more times in my current lease than my previous 2 leases due to new management. Find somewhere else to live if you want an apartment that actually cares to communicate with its residents, because this one is extremely poor at communication.

I lived here for one year and it was my mistake by not looking for other apartment complexes earlier. To begin with, the price was too high for these crappy apartments. The apartments are given to you in a dirty and old condition. Garbage disposal broken and leaked all the sewage into the cabinet under it and made the apartment smell terrible. Within a week of moving into the apartment, I was having ants coming from the faucet and I placed a maintenance request and they didnt solve anything. My shower would run out of hot water after 2 minutes. The carpet was old and dingy. Fire alarm go off for no reason in the middle of the night. The most annoying of which, the dryer NEVER worked. I would have to leave my clothes in there for 24 hours just cause the dryer never worked properly. They never bothered to replace the covers under the burners, which were all rusted and dirty. Its about a 20-25 minute walk to class so youre better going to the Villas or Arbors that are closer or going to a complex with a shuttle. Gym was terrible and always dirty. Nobody ever bothered to clean any of the gym equipment, and they had hardly any equipment. The internet and power went off too frequently. The buildings are actually pretty dirty from the outside too. Computer/business center never had the printer working. Then lastly, I thought the staff was actually nice and sincere but theyre a group of liars and arent honest at all. They screw you over and dont tell you the truth about leasing. I highly recommend anyone looks into any other apartment complex.

This is currently my second year living at the grove and overall it is an okay apartment complex. Amenities are great and the units themselves are a little rundown which gives them a cozy/homey feel. The first unit I lived in was in pretty good shape and any problems were quickly fixed by maintenance. We did have a huge flea problem which was odd since we did not have any pets and kept the apartment clean. This took weeks to resolve. In my second year here, im in a new unit and the furniture I got was pretty scratched up and my chair was broken but I guess it worked. Upon move in the pool was very dirty and the renovations were not done until November..Also had many problems in the apartment. Main problem was the water heater stopped working.. called maintenance and they told me they would come fix the heater on a Sunday but never came and once we called again they said they were coming Monday since they knew the problem.. then they came Monday and left all the lights on and the problem still wasn’t fixed. Called again and said they have to order the part and now have to wait until it gets here.Just overall not happy with the experience especially since I have a short term lease so it’s a little frustrating to have to deal with this many problems..

I no longer live here. I finished my lease and left. I feel that I should share my thoughts on the Grove. Biggest complaint is that the walls were very thin, i also had a Great Dane living above me that was always playing so maybe thats why it felt so loud. The bedrooms are a good size, and the bathrooms arent bad either. However, i felt the kitchen was outdated, as well as the carpet.Something that I believe maintenance was slowly getting around to replacing. The gates rarely worked because of people running into them. Also when I moved out, they tried to charge me for everything. One of my roommates paid out of pocket to steam clean the common area carpet (a requirement when you move out) yet they tried to charge me saying it hadnt been done, as well as trying to charge me for a few snags in the carpet that were there when i moved in... Luckily i had pictures of everything that was damaged when i moved in. I also have to go back up to huntsville to pay them $2 for drip pans.Overall my stay at the grove was Okay. Not a terrible place to stay, its near campus, the pool is nice and the rooms have space, however be prepared when you move out to have a bunch of charges.

Make sure that if youre moving in here you write everything that is wrong with the apartment down because I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt and now they want to charge me for things they werent there to begin with. Also, expect a dirty apartment (my toilet had blood and toilet paper in it and the furniture was filthy!) and having to leave it spotless with professional cleaning done when you leave. These apartments lost my rent checks and money orders several times and tried to charge me a late fee because of it! I would NOT move in here. If I could give this complex 0 stars, I most definitely would.I moved in here in 2017, I stayed in a 3 bedroom for most of my stay here. I never had too many issues while living there. Except for the very first day I moved in with one of my roommates. My roommate tried to do laundry and the belt on our washing machine was broken and it flooded our entire apartment (and our other roommates entire room)--not only did it take weeks to get in the new belt, so we couldnt use our washer, but we had to leave this HUGE/LOUD fan going 24/7 per direction from our complex to get the carpets to dry. Maintenance would come in almost daily to make sure our fan was on, and if it wasnt theyd turn it on for us; they wanted us to leave it on while we slept, but it was so loud--that was impossible. Other than this issue, the only other two problems I ever had while living in the 3 bedroom was towards the end of my lease, we started having a gnat problem. The other issue was maintenance requests. I remember early on in my stay at the Grove, my bathroom door had somehow locked itself, so I called the complex to see if they could come unlock it while I was in class; they told me that they would. I went to class, and came back and my bathroom was still locked...almost 2 hours after they told me they would come unlock it. I call the complex and let them know my frustration, and they tell me maintenance is on lunch...they can come after. They didnt come in because you have an animal. My dog was locked in her kennel, but was in my room. So, they must have heard her bark...but did they not open my door to see that she was in the kennel? They just assumed that she was loose? I mean, did they want her out the apartment completely in order to come unlock my door? Anyways, I told them that she was locked up, and I needed to get into my bathroom to get ready for work--unlocking a door takes 30 seconds (and it did). So, they came on their lunch break to unlock the door and made me take my dog out of the kennel in my room and put her into my roommates room? I still dont understand this. My whole issue with this instance was that they never contacted me to say why they didnt come unlock my bathroom door until I called. They just assumed I would never find out? My roommate and I also had put in a request for over 6 months for someone to come and change the lightbulb, and every single time that we did--they would mark it complete when no one ever came. We finally gave up and went and bought lightbulbs ourselves, it wasnt that big of a deal. Our ice machine was broken for 2 years, though, and we constantly asked them to replace it. One day, they came in FINALLY to look at our ice machine and they opened our freezer and said Yup, thats broken, walked out, and still never fixed our ice machine.

I have lived in other apartments in Huntsville and this is by far the best. Great people in the front office who are always ready and willing to help and the maintenance crew is outstanding as well! I hate this place! Between the gnats, roaches, all the pet hair everywhere, the Random power outages, the Internet being turned off randomly, and my roommates; staying here has been miserable. They got even worse during Covid-19. The dorms were better then this place, and I didnt have to pay as much.. Cant even get them to come out and spray. Dont let the tour get you either. Half the computers dont work, and only one of them prints. The model home looks way better than what your going to get. A matter fact before I even moved my stuff in a roach was crawling on the wall, and you know its never just one. If you have to stay here OK cool, but if you got the money take it and run!!!!Its 2020 (same old stuff just a different day)

I lived here three semesters and it was awful. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE and it STINKS. There are signs everywhere saying to pick up after your pet, and the office sends out emails, but it obviously isnt enforced. When friends would come over that was the first thing theyd say when they came up. There is also a lack of leash enforcement. My terrier was constantly harassed by other, much bigger dogs who did not listen to their owners. It was incredibly irritating when my dog was confined to a leash and couldnt get away from them until their owners literally dragged them away. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Netflix constantly buffers if you try to watch it on TV, and dont expect to easily share a router with your roommate. For some reason (I dont know if it was just my apartment) my roommate and I had no cell service. Calls were constantly dropped and texting wasnt happening unless you were iMessaging over WiFi. To hold a phone call, you had to walk around the grounds or sit in your car, which is EXTREMELY inconvenient. The walls are paper thin, so expect to hear EVERYTHING going on around you. My neighbors would be up until 1am and then up to get ready at 6am. So their sleeping schedule was mine, no matter how much I complained to the office. There is NO counter space or storage space. So expect to buy some kind of storage kitchen rack. Make sure you see the apartment before you move in. There is nowhere to easily prepare meals if you cook, and the kitchen tile is disgusting when you move in. No matter how much I swiffered and mopped, it didnt come clean. The pool gets LOUD when the weather is nice. So unless your partying with them, expect to be annoyed. The front desk staff is rude and could care less about your experience. I had one girl literally answer her cell phone while I was trying to pick up a package and ignore my existence.Even though the apartment is dirty when you move in, expect to pay for a professional cleaning service when you move out. And when they do the original walk through when you move in, MARK EVERYTHING. Even if it seems minor, they will charge you for EVERYTHING when you move out. Apparently there was a coaster left in my room when I left and they threatened a $100 fee if my roommate didnt remove it.The gate never works, and if it does, expect backups and ridiculous lines for when it jams.Long story short, STAY AWAY. They charge you for anything and everything, have zero customer service once youve moved in, and the apartment itself is not worth the trouble.

I would not recommend living here. Management is bad. The general manager had my dads truck towed after I purchased a new vehicle. The reason they towed it was for Abandonment, which I did not understand because I lived there, it was not a random vehicle that someone just dropped off and left, my dad was coming to pick it up the day they towed it. Management will NOT help you with something like this, only deny that you have a parking permit when you have pictures of it on the vehicle and say they left a notice, which I did not see once. The walls are very thin, toilet paper and towel racks in the restroom will fall of easily, I had to re screw my door knob in several times, the carpet stains easily, the kitchen tile is dirty from the time you move in, the gates do NOT work, just to name a few. There are other, better options than The Grove that I wish I would have looked at before hand.

The events that they throw for the apartments always makes for a fun time and I love the prizes and scavenger hunts that they provide for us to keep our college life interesting! I lived here for 4 years and let me tell y’all that these apartments are ran by SNAKES. If you’re already planning on living here, make it as short as possible. They want the place to be absolutely spotless and don’t believe in any natural wear and tear. This means they will fine you for any kind of skin oils left on the walls, doors, and furniture. They have fined me $300+ so far despite the valiant efforts I made my unit look as presentable as possible to the next people who come and live in my unit. Which mind you has never been fully vacated before until now. So this apartment had all sorts of wear and tear which lead to me being fined. Mind you, I’m not exactly a dirty person, but one way or another damages and scratches on the wall happen. If you care about your credit, don’t live here.

My friend whom lives there says The new inspection surveys that they are doing is unsafe. They are talking a sanitizing but they are not wearing masks and they are going from apartments to another without sanitizing there hands or shoe wear. It is unknown if these people Carry the virus or spreading it from one apartment to the next. People have kids or babies and could be ok but with not if people are gonna be coming in without following safety and sanitizing procedures. Peoples lives and health is being put at risk for something that could be dealt with once a occupied apartment is vacated. In the process of notifying other health departments about this unsafe measure.
