Their amenities are great. Amazing pool, game room in the clubhouse, and their gym. Freddy the maintenance supervisor is always very nice driving around his golf cart. They always maintain the apartment complex very nice. The other apartment complex I moved from never picked up trash around the apartments and their pool was always green nor would their gates work. Im glad I moved here. The apartments are very modern and spacious.

Haven at M is a great place to stay! I love the shuttle service, the amenities they provided (especially the study rooms!), and everyone that worked there was very friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms were well kept and the maintenance workers were very responsive and respectful. LOVED!

Danyelle at The Haven at M is absolutely incredible! She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure everyone feels welcomed and supported. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance, she’s been patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. Danyelle has a positive attitude that brightens the entire community, and she’s always quick to resolve issues or lend a hand.

I’ve lived here for three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The office staff and maintenance team are incredibly attentive and truly care about their tenants’ needs. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly and professionally addressed. The community is well-maintained, and you can tell they prioritize resident satisfaction. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels like home!

I’ve been a resident here for about 2 years now and I love it. Since I’ve been here office staff has always gone above and beyond to help me with anything I need. I love how engaged the office is with us residents making sure we have a good living experience. The thing I love the most is definitely the pool.

Lived here for 2 years and had problems the whole time. I had a leaky roof in my bathroom for months and it was never fixed. Maintenance did their best trying to temporarily fix it. I thank and appreciate them for any work they did. Ownership never approved contractors to be called in. I emailed and called for months and nothing happened. This was super frustrating.

Beautiful Pool and Gym!! The grounds are always kept nice and clean, Andrew, and the maintenance crew are very kind and helpful. They respond on time whenever something needs to be replaced or fixed. Highly Recommend!!

I have been living here for two years, I wouldnt want to live anywhere else. The move-in process was so quick and easy! The office staff is very friendly and always work to fix any problems/concerns I may have. This place is also very quiet and spacious in the rooms.

I went to tour Haven at M with Valeska and she was very friendly and welcoming! She was happy to answer all of my questions about the property. The pool and gym were definitely my favorite amenities because of how large and secure the gym was and the pool was very clean! The office staff that I met were also very welcoming!

I had a fantastic experience living here! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The apartment complex is spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The sense of community is strong, and the larger rooms offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend!

If you’re thinking about living here, don’t. The apartment unit itself is nice and modern, but the management is terrible. Back in September, I walked in to my apartment unit under complete construction, I had random workers working in my living room, with everything pushed into the kitchen and a tarp covering the entire living room to where I couldn’t see past the kitchen island.The office didn’t give me or my roomate a heads up, but then when we called and asked them about it, they proceeded to send an email shortly after “notifying” us about the construction… after we called them out about not letting us know.Then, they did not let me or any of my roomates know we were getting a new roomate two days prior to her moving in, shoutout having instagram, the new roomate messages us she was moving in, if it wasn’t for that, we would’ve all been confused and shocked when the new roomate moved in.The shuttle is also broken down more than it is running, so you will have to pay to park on campus or find a ride to campus. The equipment in the gym is also always broken majority of the time. The wifi is always out as well, so you will constantly have to reset your wifi and reconnect all your devices to it as well. They also have limited amount of guest passes if you have people stay the night, and if they are out, you will have to wait until someone returns their pass in order for your guest to get one in order to park on the fence inside the gate without them getting towed.There was also a shooting that happened at one of the apartments, and of course, it took the apartment quite a few days to notify everyone of that as well, as we all had to find out about it through social media.

My daughter absolutely loves living at Haven at M in Huntsville, TX. It’s a fantastic place that offers a great sense of safety, which gives us peace of mind. The amenities are top-notch, and the pool areas and fun house are particularly impressive—she enjoys spending time there. The rooms are incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, making it a wonderful living environment. A special shoutout to Kiley, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure my daughter had all the information she needed. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!

Shuttles to campus are always down so if you plan on living here don’t count on them working my daughter lives here and is always having to find away to school. Do better with notifications and have a back up plan in place students do need to know in time when these things happen.

Personally After living at multiple student housing apartment complexes I can say Haven is without a shadow of a doubt the best quality of living that you can ask for. Best appliances, Biggest rooms, Best Amenities with one of the most affordable prices in Huntsville.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH THEM. It has been nothing but problems on top of problems. For starters I signed my lease with 2 other roommates so we could room together, and they assured us they would room us together.. we didn’t get our room assignments till mid july and we were rooming with completely different people, and when I called to get this figured out all they could say was “ these aren’t permanent room assignments “ so why send it out????? Then when I moved in the room was extremely dirty, it did not come with all the furniture like they state to you it would, and the shower head was broken .. but they assure you they checked the rooms before move it.. so how do you miss all that???? The lease only works in their favor because they don’t state to you all these random little fees they add to your rent, and when you call to see the front desk team act like they can’t help. Your rent is NOT a set base price don’t let them fool you, just cause they deal sounds good its not true all they random fees come then when I asked for my billing statement of my rent so I could see what im paying for the young lady told me no, but I thought im the resident??? The management team is also unprofessional, they never want to respond back to emails you send. Also your rent is NOT prorated so yes you will pay a FULL month rent and move in towards the end of august. I CANT WAIT, till my lease is up and I can move out and never look back. This is the WORSE apartment complex to live in so don’t even waste your time coming to look.

Haven at M is an awesome place to stay! Aside from the many amenities they offer (pool, gym, dog park, etc.), the staff is SUPER helpful! The front desk people always greet me with a smile and help with anything I need. The maintenance team is great as well, I can usually expect them to get any issues I may have done within 1-3 days.

Do not sign here.If you don’t feel like reading the rest: be wary of all of the positive reviews, as you’ll notice they’re all from people who DO NOT LIVE HERE. Prospective residents are incentivized to leave a 5 star reviews.Half of this apartment complex is still very much under construction despite the few buildings that have finally been allowed to move in under a temporary certificate of occupancy. You are signing to buildings that are not complete and do not appear to be in progress of being completed with any haste. There is never any real construction crew here, maybe a group of 5 people AT MOST at any given time. Never mind that many amenities (pool, dog park, etc) are also not complete.Construction of existing units may look nice, but it is incredibly sloppy. The floors are warped, the ceilings are warped, you’ve got barstools with no bar, they didn’t bother to hook up water lines to the fridge, the grout in the bathroom was already crumbling before being used for the first time, shower heads are GLUED ON (which they said they would fix and never did, no surprise,) the list goes on and on and on. Yes, you may have new cabinets and appliances but they took a beating while getting installed so it doesnt exactly feel like it.The foundation has already shifted to the point where you can’t lock the windows. This is fine if you live on the second or third floor, but good luck if you’re on the ground floor. There is no security here. There’s a front gate with a code box, but of course it’s not active; anyone and everyone can come and go as they please.If you are someone who needs a stable, wired connection for work or school you’re out of luck. The ethernet cables were cut during construction and not fixed (nor will they be, it seems.)You do not get a personal mailbox at this apartment complex, despite the fact that they physically exist. On one occasion I was handed a shipping envelope that had been opened and was told it was “delivered to the wrong unit.” Not only the exterior bag opened, but the CLEAR bag that the product was in AND THE PRODUCT ITSELF were opened. I’ve tried asking about the mailboxes we were promised twice, once in person where I was told “you’ll know when we have them” (this in spite of the fact that I was turning in a signed condition sheet that said I would be receiving a mail key) and the second time I asked in email got absolutely no response. If you sign here get ready to pay an additional $300 for 12 moths to rent a PO Box if you’d like your letters and packages to be secure.“Absolutely no response” is a trend among the office staff. You WILL NOT get a response to any email you send unless it is directly to the property manager, even then its a 50/50 chance. In person the staff are almost all great. However, you do not get this same treatment online or over the phone. They do not accept calls directly (they are screened through google voice) and will only call you from a blocked number.The apartments, visually, are okay on the inside and the inside alone. Outside your unit you will find people leaving full garbage bags, cigarette butts, dog poop, empty bottles, broken glass, pizza crusts, and all that fun stuff! There’s allegedly a fine for leaving garbage in the halls but they either don’t enforce it or the people that leave it out don’t care about paying. It does not get thrown out either way. At night you’ll hear people doing doughnuts in the parking lot or drinking and blasting music from their car. Residents will smoke in their units which you can smell when walking in the hallways. The only time they’ve ever cleaned is by sending some dude through the hall with a leaf blower. This of course blew a ton of dirt and dust into the units from underneath the doorframe.Long story short, this apartment complex is not done. It’s a mess on the outside and it’s sloppy on the inside. The community is less than fantastic and you should invest in earplugs and PO box if you’ve decided to sign here.

I just signed a lease here and I’m so excited! When my friends and I did our first tour they made us feel so welcome which is one of the main reasons we signed as well as all the amazing amenities. We also really loved how everything always looks so clean and put together. They have such good energy and we are literally counting down the days to move in!!

DO NOT SIGN!The attached video is from my brothers unit. This is the 4th time their unit flooded, and the apartment complex is doing nothing to rectify the situation. Insurance will not reimburse them because they state this is a structural defect on the property side.The worst part is the complex has trapped them into a contract and refuses to let them out.

I came in only to tour and get a feel of the community and was surprised at how much I loved it! The property is beautiful, well maintained and I was glad to see the units come fully furnished at a reasonable price. Tyler is such a gem! He helped me picked the perfect unit and was extremely patient while walking me through the entire process of applying. Im so excited to call this my new home ❤️.

Okay, so living at The Haven for nearly two years has been nothing short of amazing! My bestie and I met here during our freshman year, and we just locked in another year till we graduate in May 2025. Our 2x2 apartment is honestly goals—its fully furnished, so we just had to sprinkle in our personal touch with some decor. The whole vibe of the complex screams luxury, which is exactly what we wanted but didnt think we could afford!! And lets talk about that Texas heat—thank goodness for the pool, our ultimate escape!Just met the new CM, Ty, and hes a total game-changer. Super down-to-earth and already talking about some major upgrades. Its clear hes all about making this place even better. Overall, The Haven has been our sanctuary since day one. If youre looking for a great living situation during your college years, seriously, look no further!

The moving in process and re-leasing was such an easy process with the help of Kiley making everything very easy and letting me know everything that I needed to get done in the timely manner.Juan has helped so much around my apartment with doing work orders in a timely manner making sure things aren’t broken around the place that needed fixing.

Mixed emotions. They have the friendliest leasing agents and they’re always there to help whenever I have an issue. Their maintenance team always responds in a timely manner. I would not recommend anyone live there though. Their gym is open maybe 3 months out of the whole academic year. It was always flooded or there was an issue with the A/C. In front of our apartment there was a huge puddle of water that would sit there for days after it rained that they did not bother to handle for the whole year we were there. The gate would only work periodically as well.

Front office staff is super friendly and helpful, kiley in particular but all have been so kind. Great place to live with great amenities. Any issues are fixed super quick. Highly recommen!!

I have never personally had a more unpleasant experience with any company in my life. If you are thinking of moving here. This is your sign to LOOK ELSEWHERE.The past 4 months our first floor apartment has flooded 3 times. While the complex has been notified all 3 times, this problem still continues as we approach 5 months since the first flood.

Above all, Haven at M stands out by its dedication to providing excellent customer service. The management team goes above and beyond to make sure that any issues are resolved in a timely manner, giving residents a hassle-free living area. Caiden is always sure to help me with any problems deal with a swift and urgent manner. The staff provide a great sense of community and connection through anything from maintenance requests to neighborhood activities.

I am not a fan of miscommunication if you tell my children that youre going to give them a gift card do not give them a membership thats not a gift card be clear be consistent and most of all be honest.

Pretentious acting apartments. Towing people for not having a visitors pass after hours is crazy. Like who charges someone over $200 to get their vehicle back over visiting for a couple of hours. Just rude.

I’ve lived at Haven for over 2 years and have always loved it and referred my friends to live here. Since Haven has changed management, it has been a nightmare. For the past few months, they won’t process my rent until a month later when the next months rent is due and I end up with all sorts of late fees. My first impression with the new management was her knocking on my door and threatening to evict me because I had a late payment because I did not know they no longer take e-check. It takes forever to be notified if I have a package and the front office has never responded to a single one of my emails since management has changed. Haven used to be amazing but I can’t say the same anymore.

So far everything is going great, the leasing office team is very nice and has a welcoming attitude. The property is clean and looks very nice. Can’t wait to move in this coming semester :)

I’ve lived in different student housing my time here in Huntsville. I gotta say by far Haven has been the best student housing I’ve stayed in. I love the staff Skyler, Alexa, Adriana, and Cindy are by far the best workers here! Very caring, helpful. They know you by name and I have a dog and they know his name as well! They make you feel apart of them and important. They help with anything and everything! Very friendly. They definitely get things done and try their hardest to make sure every resident is happy and taken care of. Maintenance is also very helpful and get things done for you. Even maintenance his name is Nelson knows the residents by name.

I’ve been staying here for over 2 years now and one thing I can say for sure is that Haven at M is one of the nicest apartment complexes I’ve stayed at. The front office staff is super friendly and they help me with any concerns I may have with my apartment.

This is my 3rd year signing with Haven. The maintenance staff, team consultants and leasing managers are very kind and compassionate about their residents when dealing with questions or concerns. I am so glad I was able to resign for a great deal without worrying about apartment hunting for the next school year . I am excited for the new amenities and hope that we will be able to use them before summer ends. Besides that I am very satisfied with my stay at haven and enjoy living in a luxury styled apartment while a student in college.

Where do I start moved in to a filthy apartment dirty paint burns on the flooring throughout the unit, got new roommates with pets when I’m allergic and specifically put no pets when I signed my lease, pipes bursting when the fire department came they said they called their after hours number was not working. 2days before Christmas the gave my package away to the wrong person spoke to the manager and said that they gave it to someone with the same initials as mine not name but same initials Not once did I receive a confirmation that my package was picked up. They have no mail box system so I’m you are expecting a package and they deliver it while their office is closed your package will be sent back. Walls are extremely them u can here your neighbors from upstairs,and next door

I have loved my time here at haven! The apartment is beautiful, especially the kitchen, and the rooms are huge! I’ve been a resident with Haven at M since it was first built. Aside from the challenges faced while the complex was being built, overall management did their best to resolve issues and fix their mistakes as needed. After moving in finally I really have enjoyed my apartment and it’s features. Between Covid and construction, the amenities have been limited which is a huge bummer, especially since they’re something the complex hyped up frequently. For the amount I pay in rent, I often feel like I could live elsewhere and get more for my money. I’m cautiously optimistic that the renovations being done and new management will turn a new page for the complex and lead to a better community!

My son lives here and the team is very welcoming. The maintenance team is on top of things and the property always appears clean and well maintained.

The staff is amazing! These are great apartments in a great location. The office and maintenance employees are extremely kind and quick to respond to such problems. My stay here has been wonderful, and I will always recommend it to others. My stay here has definitely been a great experience so far!

Since before moving in they have been very helpful and kind. i have truly appreciated the customer service and amenities. the utilities included in the pricing and not separate is a major add on. truly lovely. the apartment is very nice from look to comfortability. i definitely would recommend!

The management here at haven apartments is great…. They always have a great warm welcoming attitude every single time I visit the office. They always email me when i have package or have something going on at the office. They make sure you’re okay and have everything fixed very quickly. One of the best apartments I live in so far…..

I have lived here since May 2020 and regret ever signing here this is by far the worst living experience. Their maintenance takes forever to fix things, they come into apartments and room unannounced, sometimes not even wearing a face mask. They told me i had to wait a day or two so they could fix my toilet. They are very unprofessional and can be rude at times. Not to mention the amount of problems the apartments have because they were built improperly. While the amenities look very nice they made residents wait over a year to use all of them but we still got charged for them monthly and they don’t even have mailboxes yet this apartment complex has been open for over a year now. I wish their dog park was bigger and had more, it is just a VERY small boxed-in area. They have no security even though it is supposed to be gated the gates have NEVER worked!!! Not to mention the amount of times the cops are there because of car break ins. Their shuttle is always down so it is very unreliable!! DO NOT SIGN here, you’re paying so much money for little service and a horrible experience.

Haven is a beautiful property in a great location. The office staff did an awesome job answering my questions. If you want a tour, ask for Cindy- She was honest, professional, and very helpful, and she had a vibrant, bubbly attitude. My Son’s had a smooth move-in experience thanks to the Haven management team!

My daughter has loved her time here. The staff is nice and always helpful. The apartment is clean and upgraded. The location is close to lots of restaurants and has a shuttle to campus. I feel secure that my daughter is in a safe complex.

I enjoy living at Haven. Although we’re lacking a few amenities, the new management makes sure the residents have updates on construction progress. Cindy helped us get our dryer fixed in under a day, very quick turn around!

Since moving in this place has been a living nightmare. From parties 7 nights a week to an office staff that practically said we need to learn to defend ourselves when we had random people knocking on our door in groups, it has been wild. We had to call the cops one night because the party’s above us was so wild it sounded like our roof was about to cave in. Then while my roomates were casually sitting on our couch the cops were called on us, and the cops even said there was clearly no party going on. Furthermore, there are apparently noise complaints on our account when we have done nothing, but every apartment we have reported including cops reports have no record of complaints. From an unprofessional office staff, to an unsafe environment, this place is a disaster. This is only a small view of the problems, and we have proof of all accounts. I wish, as do my roomates, that we could break our leases.

This new complex has it all a full gym, study room, recreation room and more. I love the layout of the apartment. This place makes me feel at home. Target is less then a mile away and that’s a huge plus lol. The staff is on top of things and very friendly, which is important.especially when your off a way from family and at times you get homesick, they make you feel welcome.

After looking a several places I am so glad we decided on Haven for our son. Management has been on top of everything and move in was a dream. The are good at updating on what is going on and we have been very happy. The proximity to school, local restaurants, and shopping is a bonus. So happy we chose Haven!

The community is super clean and has a nice modern style to it. I love that i am able to take my dog to the dog park and on my free time I have a quiet place to study in the study rooms! If yall ever get the chance to tour ask for Maddie because she is amazing! Overall, I love living at the haven at m!

Our apartment wasn’t ready when they said they would be we had to wait for a long time before we can even move in. The staff is not friendly at all. They will do anything to not let you get out of the lease because of their wrongdoing. I do not recommend this place stay far away. There are many other apartments in Huntsville. It may look nice and new from the outside but that is all they have going for them.

I have lived at haven going on two years now. I love my apartment so much! Having hardwood floors throughout the apartment is amazing. The office staff very helpful and quickly fixes any problems I have.

They are terrible. They’re bus don’t even run, they promise to have better amenities but instead they use our money to get same things. Pool is smaller than the last one. They don’t know how to communicate with their residents. Resident’s are getting towed because they didn’t communicate the new parking passes well enough. They over charge their residents even the ones that been there for 3 years. I wouldn’t recommend living there Sam students they think money grow on trees!

DO NOT SIGN. for Huntsville there are so many more apartments that are worth 10x what Haven has to offer. I signed in August and it’s the worst decision. I moved in mid February. The customer will always be wrong and the staff is so unprofessional and never meet the needs. As for the apartment it’s self, you can see how much it was rushed... many of the appliances are placed in spaces that make it difficult to to damage the cabinets. I’m also STILL WAITING on an incentive card... and they are offering people a bigger credit on incentive card. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. SAVE YOURSELF !!

I never had cable in my apartment. I kept calling to get someone out but no one ever came out eventually I was giving the phone number for the company and told to call them myself. Thats what I pay you guys for. It is literally in the lease agreement. I filed maintenance orders to put weather striping under the balcony door repeatedly ever since I moved in in August and was repeatedly promised it would be fixed and it never was. We finally had to put a piece of rolled up fabric infront of the crack.They promised me construction would be done and the gate would be working by the time I moved in last fall but here it is 2021 and they still havent finished. They parked it inside the complex and left it there until someone broke out a window and they moved inside the construction gate in the back, the one gate they close.The shuttle broke a couple months into spring 2021 and they never bothered to fix it. No one sent out a notice and I found out when I called after it didnt show up on time.This is a brand new building but they cut so many corners building it stuff falls apart like it is decades old.Also in the back of the complex people will detail vehicles in the fire lane leaving garbage and spray paint marks and others will turn around after you pass them in the parking lot and the guy detailing the car whistles and will try to follow you to your door. It doesnt feel safe.

Stay away!!! Complete disregard for safety of their residents.

I enjoy living here because the staff is so pleasant and helpful. When I raise a concern or request assistance, they respond quickly to assist me in resolving the problem. They go above and above for the people who live there! I really appreciate the monthly activities and incentives (which I believe are pretty amazing and unique compared to other apartments).

My car was broken into. My cab light was on when I got to my car, luckily nothing stolen. The car next to me was broken into. Car doors were open and their cab light was on as well. I visit quite often for my friends and this has never happened. The gate has been broken, which would indicate why this has occurred.

Haven was a amazing choice for our child to stay here while they attend school. A worker named Dylan Franz personally gave all of us a tour of the complex while answering any questions we had. Super polite fellow and I dare say if I was his boss and saw his performance as a worker I would give him a raise!

Haven is a great community to live in. It’s had its struggles, but they are making great strides to better their community. I love the office staff. They are always helpful and maintenance always fixes anything that goes on with my unit really quickly.

It’s no secret we’ve ALL had issues with Haven. But even with the issues I had living here I can say that Maddison in the front office was wonderful help. I always trusted that she would get back with me on any questions I had and she never failed to do so. She is also incredibly friendly and down to earth and really did everything she could to make sure I had a solution to my problem. If you ever have a question, call and request to speak with Madi! Beautiful property, management is always helpful, and not to mention the new amenities that are coming. I understood construction delays sometimes, but management is always giving us updates on construction and when to expect certain things. The management team is always willing to go above and beyond for their residents, and thats something you can’t get anywhere else in town. I cannot wait to see what this property looks like when everything is complete.

If I could give this place, @Haven at M, 0 stars I would. I will never recommend this complex to anyone . From roommate matching to the lack of help from the office this place is complete awful. The property manager doesn’t find roommates or take action when breaking into my daughters bedroom, they ignored the Roommate matching request at the beginning of the lease and put her with people who constantly harassed her both physically and verbally. We have been dealing with this an entire year and all management will do is a Roommate meeting but no actually consequences for their lease violation . The cops have come to her apartment on several occasions due to the amount of terror experienced by this complex . This is the worst management I’ve seen by any student housing. Steer clear from here if you value your peace, safety and sanity. I will be going to corporate for all we have gone through. They don’t care about their residents safety at all. They scam you out of your money when it comes to electric bills and more. DO NOT MOVE HERE. place ever, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

5 stars for Madison! She’s been with the company the longest of all the staff and you can tell! She’s always well informed, professional, and great at working with residents! Definitely was bummed when I heard she didn’t get the promotion to Assistant Manager! I know for a fact she would have excelled everyone’s expectations!

I came to tour this property and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff was nothing short of fantastic and they’ve been extremely helpful throughout this process!

If you’re good with living at a place where they told you they have amenities but then decided to demolish everything after two months of living here. Then this is the place for you. Construction is EVERYWHERE! Kitchen counter top is cracked in two of the apartments I lived in. It does have a spacious closet and common areas. I think they should put some shelves in the laundry.

I signed my lease May of 2019 with expectations of moving in August of 2019 as they had advertised many times. When August came around I was living 2 hours away from Huntsville for the summer so I never got to see the construction but I believed it was complete seeing as they asked for and let me pay for two months rent the first week of August, not a week later I got news that the apartments were not complete and we would not be able to move in until early September and they gave us multiple options for the inconvenience and assured us we would be in in about three weeks. I opted for finding my own living arrangements just a couple days before classes were set to start and I ended up not moving in to the complex until February 2020 with little to no news until then.Since living there for the past nine months I have encountered quite a number of frustrating issues. At the beginning the residents seemed to think they could throw their trash anywhere or leave it under the stairs right by my unit door and the complex tried to to charge my roommates and I a fee for said trash despite it not being ours. We quickly reached out and they said they couldnt do anything because it was near our door so we then went and found name in the trash and gave it to them so thankfully that was resolved.The first couple of months the maintenance crew was non existent and that was when it was needed the most seeing as they rushed a lot of the construction.The complex has set quiet hours and has stated that a fee will be given if we put in a complaint about someone but I have had no response to a very serious email. I understand that as college student partying can be fun but every night on weekdays is going overboard especially when the noise is insane and things fall of our walls due to the stomping and partying.Keeping the constant partying in mind my car was hit right outside my unit and in front of the office from a drunk guest of one of these parties so I know my property is not safe and that it will not be made a priority to keep it safe. I came home from work around 11 one night to find about 30 people walking and standing in front of my window and door in the hallways! I went out for 15 minutes to pick up food and came back to about 50 maybe more people drinking and walking around because the party had been busted by the police. This did not stop them though, when the police left the people stayed in the parking lot and again RIGHT outside my window partying for another 30 minutes until the cops showed up again.Not long ago some other residents were parked again right outside my window their brights beaming into my room and loud music playing from their car, when I peeked through my blinds to see, as one would, the four to five girls started shouting and honking at me and walked right to my my window making me VERY uncomfortable.As if things could not get worse, in the last week my roommate had to call the police because two residents were fighting in front of our door, not near it, not across the hall, but literally right in front of our unit door.I thankfully was not there but i have also heard that there was an alleged situation of the very dangerous and violent variety that i will not disclose but seeing as the complex has not said anything to us regarding it and our safety is crazy.I have reached out privately about some of these issues but they have not gotten back to me in about a week but can reach out about me resigning when I have begun to feel less and less safe here. These are definitely only some of the issues Ive encountered seeing as Ive already written A LOT. But all that being said it was and still is a beautiful complex and i was super excited to live hear and I believe that if they tried to make it a safer and more comfortable place for ALL the residents then it would be worth all the money but as of right now i do not recommend it if youre looking for somewhere safe and quiet to study and rest between work.

My experience at Haven was delightful! The young gentleman named Drew was amazing and very helpful... He answered all of my questions and concerns!! The property is amazing and the modern units are beautiful and overall the management staff was overall great!!

Hi, My first contact with Haven at M was a phone call. I was greeted on the second ring by a well spoken salesman. He answered all my questions and directed me to the website where I could view and see all the amenities. My son will be coming there, starting in the summer. This is where he will be staying. Haven at M is a superb apartment complex with a great staff. I like to hang out with my homies at the pool. Overall, I think Madison is the best staff member, she was a great tour guide!

I was asked to make a good review about Haven by one of the staff members, but I’m not sure what is so good about this place. I lived there for a year and disliked it very much, they didn’t charge me for pet rent and then tried to make me pay it all at once, they also have charged me with for a damage that wasn’t my fault, I’ve sent emails and called, I still haven’t heard anything back and it’s been weeks. I wouldn’t recommend living here.Edit: They didn’t chagre my roommate for pet rent for about the first 5 months we lived there and tried to make her pay it all at once, and the same thing happened with my animal, they knew but still didn’t charge us? Not sure if it was different people running it at the time, but there still should be records that we did let y’all know we had animals.The damage was for a broken light that I didn’t break, and no one thought to asked who broke it I guess they just thought they could make me pay for it.

Haven is a great place to live. The facilities are clean and the staff is friendly. I have lived in many apartments and this is a great private community to raise a family in and know your loved ones will be safe!

Do not lease! The shuttle has not been working for almost 3 months and a lot of people that live here do not have a ride to the college/campus! It’s completely irresponsible to advertise an amenity and not provide, especially a shuttle and especially when the location is farther from campus. That is just one of the many issues I’ve encountered living here.

I remember visiting their office during my apartment hunting in February and they were confident move in would be August 17, but allegedly were ready to help people find temporary housing if it wasnt. Thankfully I did not sign there, we have not had bad weather all summer yet they arent even done building the apartments and its almost a month after their alleged move in date. Ive seen people online who were screwed over by this place and it sounds like they arent doing much to help them, just public relations non-personalized responses. I feel so bad for those who actually didnt want to be homeless but Haven let them down. Maybe they can fix this eventually but they have dropped the ball for no apparent reason. Stay far away even after they are done building

Best place to live in Huntsville, TX. The staff is great and very communicative. I’ve really enjoyed my time here and the property is very well maintained. Plus they’ve updated amenities so I can’t wait for them to be completed - gonna be great!

Ive lived here for a year and I am going on my second. I really enjoy the property and maintenance staff. They are very fast and friendly with their assistance. Highly recommend living here while attending SHSU or if you just live in the Huntsville area.

I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone, my girlfriend recently signed a lease with Haven and is being forced to pay the first full months rent rather than a pro rated amount even though she isn’t able to move in until the 17th. When expressing this concern to the apartment manager she apologized for not disclosing it but that we should have read the lease. There are multiple apartments in Huntsville for a better price that are more open and strait forward with all lease stipulations

This is a great place to call home and the team in the office does their best to make sure their residents feel just right. The space is great and the amenities from the study rooms to the pools are wonderful.

First I would not recommend that any future residents sign a lease unless the lease is re-written - it is extremely one-sided on behalf of the owner/apt. Complex. The original move-in date was 8/15 and currently (five months later) there is no set move-in date. Communication with the leasing agent has been very sporadic and not transparent. We have attempted to contact upper management at the leasing company as well as attempting to contact owners (which by the way we were repeatedly refused owner information by leasing agent ) all without any response at all. Definitely has been an experience we have learned from .

I really love the office staff. They are great to talk to and really do try to help. The rooms are very nice as well as the furniture. While some improvements could be made, I can tell they are trying their hardest.

Do not sign here. Worse decision i’ve ever made was signing here. My semester is a month in and i still have no clue or updates on my living situations. they let residents know 1 day prior to where we will be staying at temporarily. Told us the apartment would be finished in a month I drive by it still no furniture, or walls finished, not even grass. My family asks them everyday for an update and they use the same excuse everytime as to why they have no answers to an exact date yet. We can’t possible have enough time to move in and prepare within a one day notice. Unprofessional management team and staff. Can’t blame everything on construction. These people knew long before that this place wouldn’t be done and instead of giving us a notice we were told a day before the move in day.

By far the WORST decision Ive made in my college career if I could put 0 stars I would. I can not begin to express the unprofessional-ism I have experienced with this apartment complex. As everyone has stated move in day was August 17th. We find out that the apartments are not ready A WEEK BEFORE MOVE IN and that they will be placing us in temporary housing or you can choose to commute. I live 3 hours away, I had absolutely no choice but to take the temporary housing option. As expected they dont tell us where we will be living until the DAY before move in, and only to find out they actually moved my move in day as well. They placed us in apartment complexes that do not offer shuttles and told us that the haven shuttle would be there to take us to campus. At this point are you surprised that of course there is no shuttle, and still is no shuttle to this date and I had to buy a $200 parking pass. Fast forward a month from move in, we get told that we will still NOT be moving in the day the told us we would and that the 1st and 2nd buildings are delayed? But theyve been sending us emails stating that flooring was completed and furniture was being moved in. I called and actually found out that they LIED and floors are still NOT done. We were told that if they do not have us moved in by September 17th, 2019 we were legally allowed to cancel our lease. Majority of my friends who signed here of course cancelled their leases and I tried to cancel mine, only to be told that there was not a 100% guarantee that they can terminate our lease and actually advised us not to sign anywhere else because I could possibly be tied to two leases. Haven cannot provide us with any answers to ANY of my questions and we at this point we dont even have a new move in date. Haven at M can not provide us with a living space and literally will not allow us to live some where else that can. Absolutely ridiculous and now I have to involve our family lawyer. Whether Haven is done or not please take this advise and do NOT sign here, save yourself the trouble.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. This place is HORRIBLE. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. As everyone has said, move in day was supposed to be August 17th. They emailed us FOUR DAYS after the last day to pay the first months rent (which they made us pay) to tell us that we wouldn’t be moving in on the 17th. They then gave us two options: the first, finding your own housing and not pay till January; the second, have them house you and not pay till November, both also saying they would send out WEEKLY updates EVERY FRIDAY AT 3pm, and said that it was gonna be sometime in mid-September that we’d be able to move in. I live an hour away so I was fine with commuting FOR A MONTH. September rolls around, they emailed TWICE with updates (not being on the days and times they said) with nothing saying when we’d be moving in. Mid-September, they email us to tell us they’re STILL not finished. A couple of my coworker friends, who are in the same boat as me, tried to cancel their lease thinking that we were able to because that’s what they told us FOR MONTHS, only to find out that WE CAN’T cancel. I called when I found out this information and had told the girl I was talking to that I was sorry for my attitude and that I wasn’t trying to take my anger out on her, that I was frustrated with the situation, and she KEPT coping an attitude with me. So, HORRIBLE customer service. I still tried to cancel my lease knowing I probably wasn’t able to, and Ms. Krystal Hayes emailed me back within an hour and told me that I couldn’t. To accommodate for their inconvenience, they gave us all an additional month of free rent and said they were supposed to be receiving a TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) within the next 30 days along with a survey in the email. I called to ask about the TCO and was told that it could take less than 30 days or the full 30 days for them to receive it. They also kept pushing for me to take the survey, but why am I gonna fill out a survey about my living situation when nothing’s gonna change? So far, we’ve only received one additional update saying that they got the HVAC units and “were installing them that day” and that they “hired a cleaning crew to begin cleaning the units”. They didn’t say anything about the TCO so I assume that they still don’t have it. The end of their 30 days for this TCO are steadily approaching (they have 10 days). I’m furious with the way that Haven at M has been handling the situation. Their employees are rude (except for McKensie), have HORRIBLE communication, and like to play the blame game. I’ve called them MULTIPLE times only to be left with my questions still not answered. There is another apartment complex that started construction the same time they did and they were finished by move in day. There’s even another apartment complex that started months after Haven and they’re almost completely done. I’m not sure what the hold up is. They keep saying they’re going to offer “more incentives” when we move in, but the only incentive I want is to have the rest of my rent free.

Super nice modern spacious rooms, love the facilities and amenities included in the complex! the staff is polite and super helpful! there are no cons to living at this beautiful apartment complex! the location is also super convenient for on campus and off campus activities!

My daughter signed a year lease for the newly constructed complex while living in the old complex (rent paid by Haven during stay in old one pending completed new construction).Upon moving into the new complex, Haven required a $100 “occupancy fee”, as well as a $100 “administration fee” that were not stated on the lease agreement prior to move in to the new complex (never required while occupying the old complex).Having remained in the old complex for 7 months while the new complex was completed, I thought it was strange that the company would offer to pay (Comp) her rent in full. I now realize that the company more than likely overextended themselves and is attempting to shake down college kids to gain back revenue that was lost during their new construction time (even sending eviction threat letters, proposing that she violated the original lease agreement by not pay the $100/$100 that was never stated or agreed to in the original lease agreement. When asked to speak with corporate or the owner, the little kids that run the management office stalled and ignored in their little kid style.Unacceptable. DO NOT fall victim to this place. Lawyer up and do your homework. That way you’ll never have to be little “apartment manager” diva with no future.Peace!🤙🏼

Haven has made in my move-in experience as smooth as possible. The amenities are plentiful and amazing! I’ve enjoyed my time living at Haven at M.

This apartment is the worst of the worst do not sign here that invade ur privacy . Maintenance goes into ur room without ur consent. The assistant manager kamia cymone needs to be fired. The rent is not fixed to will say if 500 a month that y’all get billed 600-700. Don’t sign here

Signing here was the worst decision I’ve ever made. Haven’t been told the truth one time. Nobody has any idea when we will be moving in. I was told a while back that we could legally get out of our lease after 30 days past original move in day, and here we are over 30 days past and they are now telling us we can’t get out and have to just wait. I’ve been commuting because I was told it would be about a month late on move in, well now a month in I’m being told it “SHOULD” be 3 more weeks to a month. You can’t trust anything you hear for this place. Just DON’T sign here it’s a mistake. Unforgivable.

I am the parent of one of the students that has signed a lease at the so called apartment complex. This has been a headache from start to finish. Her original move in date was August 15th then it was changed to September 15th then they received a letter a week before September 15th stating they could not move in and they did not have a firm date as to when they could move in. Me being the guarantor called and spoke to Krystal in management and was told that my daughter could get out of her lease in 30 days and sign somewhere else. So she did just that...after all what did they think was going to happen...these students need somewhere to live. Now management is stating that the leases cannot be cancelled due to ownership. management is trying to have ownership agree to let certain students who have already signed elsewhere to cancel their lease but will not know anything until end of the week or early next week. Mark my words if this does not get resolved soon...me being the guarantor...I WILL seek legal counsel. And I promise you this I will not be the only one. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional!!

I went on several apartment tours for fall of 2023 and The Havens were by far my favorite. Skylar walked my friends and I through the tour and did a fantastic job.

I’ve emailed and reached out to corporate regarding my concerns and they never responded. Even the higher end is so unprofessional. By far the most insensitive, unprofessional, careless people I’ve ever done business with. Their communication is horrible and they don’t care about their residents. Move in day is tomorrow and they still haven’t told us where they are going to be placing us since their building won’t be ready. Oh, not to mention, I paid rent in full and I don’t even know where I’m going to be laying my head 24 hours in advance . Smh . DO NOT sign here. These people do not deserve business .

Darien is the best maintenance man! He’s super fast and professional and really cares about the people living here and fixing the issues. Highly recommend anyone having maintenance issues to request him personally.

Haven has everything you could want in student housing, from stainless steel appliances to the salt water pool that will be done in a few weeks. The office staff is friendly and I cant wait for my stay here.

The entire management is terrible. services are no good and they do not take accountability for those people that ruin the apartment, nor have security but rather fine you for something you have no knowledge about.I always end up fixing my own problems, and have been broken into twice with but still no help from the management.

Signed a lease back in March of 2019 with promises of completion and move in by August 17th is now September and still don’t have an official move in date. I’ve been living in and out of friends homes sleeping on their couch and have patiently waited for at least consistent email updates regarding the situation and I’m still not getting anything, they’re communication is horrible I would not sign a lease here had it not been my only option at this point.

I have loved living here! From those working in the office to all of the amenities offered, you can’t beat Haven at M! I can’t wait for everything to be finished so that I can enjoy it even more!

Every person I know who has lived/currently lives here has only negative things to say. from the management to maintenance to the unfinished buildings. the buildings that are finished were completed hurriedly and it is painfully obvious where they made cuts to be finished MONTHS after they were originally supposed to be completed.

My friend lives here, and I didnt know such a place existed(such a bummer). One of the best housing options in Huntsville, easily in top 2.

Where are the weekly updates we were promised?? I drive by nearly everyday and somehow there are never workers on the construction site. At this point Sterling Union will be finishing earlier than Haven.

Bruh my friend checked out the apartments after hours and deadass their property isnt even close to finishing. No paint, no A/C units and no windows on some of the buildings. My unit isnt even close to being finished and move in day is 10 days away.
