Whatever you do DO NOT rent a house from white ivy, all they want to do is take advantage of the college kids moving to Huntsville. I rented here for a year and it was a horrible experience. The first week I lived there the screen door completely fell off the hinges, white ivy sent someone out to fix it and it wasn’t fixed properly, I informed them of this issue and it was never taken care of. Upon my move in the house was is bad condition, hole in the walls, dirty, and within my first month there my hot water heater stopped working, so I didn’t have hot water for a month! Once the hurricane hit in July my roof started leaking water and for the rest of the month I lived there at the end of my lease it leaked water every time it rained. I informed them right when it started, said they would send someone out to put a tarp over the roof till they could get someone to fix it but it NEVER happened. Oh and I forgot to mention, my toilet wouldn’t stop running for 3 months straight which made me have to pay 3 extremely expensive water bills, but white ivy took their sweet time fixing it because the money is coming out of your pocket not theirs and those “air filter” charges that are on every single rent payment, mine were only “changed” (but really only knocked off outside) 3 times in the 12 months I lived here. These people are extremely untrustworthy, will never follow up with you on any issue, and will try to charge you for everything that was an issue in the house from before you moved in. Becky is the one that talked to me most of the time and she is extremely unhelpful, and will not address your concerns she will only make it seem like she’s going to do something and nothing will ever get done.

White Ivy Real Estate was amazing! The office staff is great. Answers questions and helps as much as they can. 10/10 recommend renting with them!

Do not rent here, the office never helps with the problem until your living situation becomes unbearable and then they have the audacity to stick you with the bill. 2002 20th st has a problem with flooding which made my brother and I move out three separate times, and when they come to put in fans to dry the walls, floor, and drywall they stick you with a crazy high electric bill. Becky was by far the worst at dealing with these situations and made the tenant responsible for all the damages. WORST LIVING SITUATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Donna was soooo patient with us. It took us almost a year to find a house we both liked in an area we wanted to be in. She was never agitated with us after spending hours looking at houses and then not making an offer on any. She kept saying she would find us a house we really liked and she did! Thank you Donna for hanging in there with us through it all. We love our new home in Crockett Texas!

If Sarah Jo and Donna are not your realtors, you need to re-think some financial and maybe life choices. Their commitment to the sale and our satisfaction were unparalleled to any realty experience weve ever had. 10/10 can reccommend.

White Ivy needs to make significant improvement on their service. They make promises they don’t keep. Their follow up is abhorrent. They overcharge you when work need to be done. They hold money owed to you inexplicably for weeks on end. Need I say more? Working with them has just been a miserable experience.

It is only because of Donna and White Ivy Real Estate that my farm sold.Other realtors had been hired to do so and I ended up doing all of the showing. Donna stayed up on everything that was going on and got usthrough some tough spots that could have terminated the deal. I think Donna is the best of the best and would not ever hesitate to recommend her or her agents. I feel 5 stars is inadequate for rating her. She should have atleast 10.

Donna Pinion is a great real estate agent! We have listed our house with 4 other realtors, and they rarely showed it! Donna said she would sell this house, and SHE DID, and she did so in a short period of time! We are extremely impressed with her work ethic, knowledge and enthusiasm. In no time, she became our best friend. She quickly smoothed out any situations that came up and kept us informed all the way through the sale. As soon as that house was sold, she helped us find and close on another house, again working through mistakes made by other parties in the process. Her extensive knowledge, experience and her firm stance in our interest was certainly welcomed and made for a positive outcome. She will always be our realtor of choice!

SO SO BAD, if you are moving to Huntsville go with any other company. We moved into the property and were told there would NOT be a trash fee, then all of the sudden there was a $25 trash fee. Since then we have been hit with other additional charges. In addition, we had an appliance go out and it took three weeks to get it repaired. We have had issues with bathtub drains, sink drains, septic smells and the repair tickets have been turned in for months with no response. Honestly, it is not even healthy. The disrespect from the office staff has surprised me the most. Please know you have options for who you rent through in Huntsville. Trust me do not go through White Ivy.

I rented from white ivy for two years, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I ever had! They always came and fixed things in a timely matter, they always checked in with me, and kept the duplex’s/apartments in good condition. Great group of people, and affordable prices! I HIGHLY recommend.

This has to be the worst rental company we’ve had to ever deal with. They lie and tack on hidden fees. When we first moved into the property it was very dirty and a lot needed to be fixed. We e-mauled and called for the first two weeks with no solid response and when we did get a response they were not very respectful. That being said, we went 1 month without a dryer. Luckily the land owner finally got involved and now we speak with him directly in order to have anything fixed.

Donna is very knowledgeable about the market and the area. She was timely and quick with information and responses. She was extremely helpful in all areas of the listing and sale. Great to work with!

Donna Pinon says do this and do that, well do it and she will sell your house. Three past realtors just wanted the listing but Donna wanted to Sell and Sell she did in just 3 weeks.She walked us through the preparation phase through the closing and into a new home in the area we wanted. I rented a mobile home from Donna. On move in day it had not been rekeyed, and it took almost an hour to get someone to meet me at the house. upon entering it had NOT had a make ready done, carpet was dirty, debris in the cabinets and drawers, I found teeth, hair and feces in the unit. the appliences had greese on them still, fire detectors were not functioning propertly, the fridge stayed in the defrost mode too long ruined the food in it. I requested my deposit back of $575 and i was offered $100 insead toward the next month rent. while nice of them; i tried to explain that was not resonable since i spent a whole lot more then that only on the make ready. not to mention i moved from out of town and had to commute daily for a week to work on the property, since it was uninhabitable.On a personal note the gals in the office are sweet, they just didnt do what they said they would, at the end of the day they gave me the lease and showed me the property, i dealt with them.

Do not rent a property thats managed by White Ivy Real Estate. If you have a problem on the weekend youre gonna deal with it until Monday so they dont have to pay the more expensive weekend labor rates, even if its the AC and its the middle of August. Shout out to Becky, youre the easiest one to deal with. The rest of them...well youll see

They wont keep the appointments those were made a week before and also canceled the showings on last minute. All they need is money through application fees, for houses which are already leased. These ladies have no clue about how to run a business.

I would give no stars if it let me. This real estate company should b called snake in the grass real estate. They r a bunch of con artist. And they steal from people.
