Charisse was always available for questions or concerns. She was very responsive even if she was in a meeting she would text you when you called to say, I’m in a meeting I’ll call you when I’m out, and then she would actually call you when she got out. We have now worked with other realtors and see how rare this is. We had no idea how to sell our home and she took care of everything and baby stepped us thought it all. She even gave us advice on our future property and what to look out for.

An Emblem Agent recently listed a property for sale and lied about known defects. (Mold). My agent disclosed this to me even though the listing agent did what they could to withhold the information. The Emblem listing agent was given an opportunity to update the information, and refused to update the information on the Sellers Disclosure document. Against the law & Shameful.
