The point of using them was not achieved, and the guy kept blaming the carpet had warn out, but a different company got the stain out of my carpet and made it look better. All they did was leave patterns on my carpet, a complete waste!!!

I wish I would have got a before picture. My toddler had destroyed our carpet and I thought we might need to replace it but Kim came and completed my carpet within 16 minutes and did an amazing job. It looks brand new like the day we had it installed, couldn’t be happier. And their customer service is top tier. I was asleep the first day they were scheduled to clean it and they had no problem coming back today to get it done. Kim even offered to help move furniture if I needed the help. Definitely would contact them again for any other carpet cleaning I might need in the future.

Called Jetty in the morning and they came out to clean my carpets that afternoon. Nicholas ,their technician, was very friendly and professional and went right to work. He cleaned 5 bedrooms and 2 hallways. He did a great job cleaning our carpets and we are very happy with the service he provided. I was called 15-30 minutes before arriving which is a great for my schedule. The tech asked me some questions and I showed him the carpet that needed cleaned and the patches I needed. He was upfront about not being able to clean the areas I needed. I’ve had a few companies come out before and just clean and charge me for no real results. These guys sakes me time and money. He recommended just replacing the carpet. Very knowledgeable and honest. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

I have used Jetty Carpet Cleaning a couple of times and so far so good. The first time they came out they did a good job. After a couple of days I noticed there were a few areas that needed touch up. They came over again, cleaned the whole area for a second time at no charge and the stains were gone!Since they did such a good job I decided to use them again. After they left yesterday I noticed a couple of areas that may need touch up. Apparently it takes a few days for the solution to set in. If the stains are not gone by then I will have them come out and touch up again.Overall I’m fairly happy with their service.

First off don’t let my account name fool you I’m a grown man just don’t feel like making a new gmail to look more grown up. I called Monday and they came out two days later (great response time). The Tech was super informative and gave me all my options for cleaning when we toured the house which was a nice seeing as we saved some money based on what I had originally called for. The carpets look great and will use again in the future.

We had carpet cleaning and tile cleaning done and our carpets are like new! Extremely impressed. Honestly the best part was the smiling service and how personable Nick was and how much attention to detail there was. I would recommend asking for him personally!

1st person who came out didnt do a very good job. Left some stains behind that I felt had he put more effort into it they might come out. When I complained Jetty said that the person who serviced me had been let go and offered to have the carpet clean again free. The next guy who came out spent 3 or 4 times longer than the 1st guy and did a really good job. They are #1 and will never call anyone else.

Tim did an outstanding job steam cleaning our carpets, removing pet stains and cleaning a large sectional couch. I called that morning and they were able to come that afternoon. They emailed the bill up front so I knew there wouldn’t be any extra add-on charges. Would highly recommend this company!

Out of 5 companies Andrew of RezCLEAN was the only company that responded with a quote as Yelp said they would. One was booked for a whole week, another wanted phone consultation and the other 2 didn’t respond. Andrew responded promptly during this craziness of busted pipes. He knew the sq footage and damage. I felt that he gave a fair price and he was able to put on schedule for 2 days later. Kim the technician was professional and was quite pleased that during our interaction he was always correctly masked. He was thorough and explained exactly what he would do. I was concerned that because mine was a smaller job I would be at the bottom of the list. Not true with Andrew. I recommend this company without hesitation.

My home has white carpets. So I feel it’s very important to stay on top of keeping our carpet clean. We have only lived in our new home for 18 months. Having the carpet cleaned on a regular basis will keep it in top condition longer. Our technician was was very professional and friendly. He was also informative on the care of carpet. Steam cleaning is the only way to go.
